I'm an easy going, relatively social guy that loves meeting new people. I love music, arts and the beach. I'm not the tidiest person in the world but I always clean up after myself. I'm also currently studying Creative Industries at UON
Hi! We're a easy going couple from Tamworth who currently study Secondary Teaching and Computer Science and are living at the University of Newcastle. Our lease here runs out in December so we're getting in early to try and find somewhere to live nearby as we both have casual jobs. We're independent, tidy and warm-hearted people who love nothing more than staying at home with a good movie and Chicken Schnitzel. We aren't very big party goers, but we love socialising over a few drinks and some good humour. I enjoy art and nature while Mat enjoys computers and all things tech. We both adore animals and currently have 2 fish, but we would LOVE to adopt a dog, so a place we can stay long term would be brilliant! If you think that we'd be a good fit, let us know!
Hi I'm Tarni, 19 years old from Sydney and looking for accommodation close to the university for 6 weeks (2 months maximum) from the 1st of October to mid November. I am a Nuclear Medicine student at UON, go to the gym regularly and work part time as a gymnastics coach. I'm clean, easy going and social but also like time to myself to study. Feel free to send me a message if you have a room available and would like me to move in. Thanks!
Hey prospective housemate, I am a current PhD student at the University of Newcastle. Originally from India and am looking for a place to shift to by the end of the year when my current contract ends. Shy at first but very easy to get along with. I also keep to myself every now and then so I wont be one of those pestering housemates :-p. I love to travel, watch movies / tv shows (any GOT fans?), cooking, enjoying a couple of drinks and spontaneous plans! I'm looking for a room to rent around $200-$250 with potentially all bills and WiFi (high speed) included. I like to keep things/house very clean hence would be willing to help out with the keep up of the house as and when required. Hope to find someone and of similar like and interests. Feel free to drop me a message and we can organize a time to catch up and discuss further! Cheers!! Anish
Hi, my name is Chris! I will be 18 in three weeks and I believe that I would be great to live with because I'm quiet, clean and like my own space. A bit about myself; I like going to the beach, computers, music and going for walks. I have my own bike for transport and am currently learning to drive. I have a great deal of interest in Information Technology and I am hoping to enrol in Uni next year. I have previously studied at Tafe in the Great Lakes and currently trying to relocate these studies to Newcastle. I have worked part time at Mcdonalds Forster and recently got some work at Hungry Jacks in Broadmeadow. I am living out of home as my Mum passed away 6 years ago and it is unreasonable to live with my Dad. I am currently staying on my sister's lounge in Newcastle and need to move out as soon as possible. I find myself to be honest, reliable and a good person to live with. I don't smoke and don't have any pets which I guess is good too. However, I don't have a problem with either. Please let me know if you would like any further details. Look forward to hearing from you soon, ultimately I hope you find the right flatmate.
My name is Thomas and I am looking for somewhere that people are clean to within reason. I hope to move in somewhere that I can get along with people who are easy going and a good laugh from time to time. I am a casual Gamer and I like to read Books like G.o.T and other Medieval stuff. I like it when the person I am living with (or persons) understand that everyone needs to chip in to keep the place neat and tidy as well as giving each other personal space and being conscious and respectful of each others lifestyles. I am also a very social person and love to get out and experience the world. I like going to the gym to work out, mostly focusing on building muscle more than anything else. If you like that kind of activity maybe we can train together. Though I don't go much on the cardio... I am currently studying at UON.
I am a 22 year old student, studying accounting at The University of Newcastle. I am a very friendly and nice person who is very open minded and always up to to try new stuff. Similarly, I am pretty tidy and in many cases organised although I like going with the flow as well. I like cooking and spending time with good people as well as just relaxing in a park, enjoying the summer while reading a book and listening to music. I am looking for fun people to share a house with. Moreover, I am easy going, laid back and love to be part of the house rather than just live. Looking to move in this week, if interested, please send me a message :)
I am originally from Brazil but have been living in Eleebana now for 1 year. I am 31yo and work full-time in this area, some times weird shifts. I like to be active and socialize but appreciate time to study as well. I am relaxed, easy going and love to make new friends. I am clean and tidy. Allergic to cigarettes and cats so prefer to avoid them.
Carer for elderly grandparents, my Grandfather (91) is very sick and has constant appointments throughout the day, he doesn't drive nor does my Grandmother (86). My Grandmother was recently diagnosed with severe osteoporosis and neither of them are fully capable of taking full care of themselves but they do not want me to live in with them as it takes away the last type independence they have. 😊
Hi. My name is Tayla Brankley and I'm a 20 year old student studying a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Newcastle university. I work as a bartender on Darby St therefore have consistent hours, with majority of those hours being on the weekends. I'm looking for a clean, laid back person/people to move in with, who also occasionally like to go out and socialise. Moving date is flexible.
Hey guys :) I have only been living in Newton the last 5 months, having moved up here earlier this year for uni! I am a very social person, always happy to have a chat over some good food and drink, having said that as I have been renting with a very intimate couple for the last 5 months I am very aware of people's personal space! I am quite happy to live within any housing arrangement! And will get along with almost anyone :) Feel free to contact me Kind regards, Michael

I'll arrive in Newcastle on September 1st and I'm actually searching for a room for the period September 1st- February 28th. Only furnished accommodations with internet connection. I don't have pets with me and I don't smoke, but animals or smokers presence in the apartment is not a problem for me. What else...I think to be a good cooker!

Hello! I'm Jess, 19 years old and currently looking for a place for my husky puppy and I, as we are relocating to Newcastle. Ellie, my husky, is an active and friendly 8 month old husky who loves a cuddle and adores attention. I'm looking to get a transfer with work as soon as possible and moving up at the start of next month. I often keep to myself. I'm not a big drinker and when I'm not working, I'm often out of the house with friends. I'm very friendly and respectful towards others space and belongings.
I have just relocated from Adelaide to Newcastle to start a new job. I would describe myself as being friendly, easy going, neat and tidy. I am considerate of privacy and respectful of others. My health and fitness is important to me; I am a non-smoker and a vegan. I enjoy walking and a bit of yoga. As a musician, I enjoy playing acoustic guitar in my spare time. I love the ocean, so spending some time at the beach is high on my list of things to do. Looking forward to finding a share housing with likeminded, friendly and easy going house mate(s) to enjoy beautiful Newcastle with. Cheers : )
I care about my flatmate's feelings so I always try to minimise noises and keep the place hygienic, I also put great amount of effort into getting along with my flatmates.
I'm a PhD student from India at the John Hunter Hospital. Prior to this I was based in Scotland for a couple of years. I'm quite neat and tidy. I enjoy running, and other outdoor and/or fitness related activities. I also enjoy cooking, although at times it turns out to be a wee disaster. I am social without being a party animal. I enjoy a good chat over a drink or two. However I do respect personal space and will leave you alone if you'd prefer that. I am ready to move in at short notice over the weekend or next week, if I like the place and everything goes to plan. Cheers!
