Hello, My name is Claudia and I'm currently working full-time as a Financial analyst in the city. I'm also studying part-time which keeps me very busy. I'm respectful, friendly and quite the perfectionist so cleanliness is a must. When I'm not at work I'll most likely be at home studying or just doing chores here and there, so quiet accommodation would be ideal. I am looking for a room-mate much like myself in a modern residence where I'll have my own room and private bathroom. Feel free to send me a message if you think your accommodation suits :)
I'm an easy going, tidy and respectful housemate who has recently moved back to Perth from London. I am a young professional working full time in Subiaco. I respect other people's space but am also more than happy to share a meal or have a drink or two. I am looking for a place that has parking and some outdoor space, whether it be a balcony or backyard. I generally enjoy an active lifestyle playing netball, going to the gym and making the most of the outdoors. I enjoy catching up with friends on the weekends but am not a big party animal. My move in date is flexible.

We are very tidy and considerate, with experience of house sharing in England. We are social, enjoy good food, good beer, and good company.

I'm returning to Perth after two years living in Melbourne. I've just completed a long six years of study and will (finally) be starting full time work in 2018. My work is in embryology (IVF etc.) so any housemates must feel comfortable with talk about sperm and embryos, because this is completely my life. I'm preferably looking to teamup with 1 to 2 others who would like to rent in the Western suburbs, ideally near public transport. Looking for relatively long-term accommodation and a house to make a home <3 I've lived in quite a lot of share houses and like to think I'm fairly easy to live with. I'm a very clean person, value my own space and not a huge party person but of course am always up for a glass of wine and a good chat!
Young professional working long hours in Subiaco as a chartered accountant. I am a happy, friendly, reliable, kind and a down to earth person. I am extremely passionate about food, cooking, music and health. Looking for a roommate that I can rely on to keep the place tidy and provide a positive environment.
I'm very sociable and easy-going with both people and animals. I enjoy the beach and spontaneous adventures during my free time. I am studying full-time and am from Melbourne looking to move to Perth to study. I am a tidy person who can only live in a clean environment.
I am moving to Perth next year as I play footy for East Perth Colts. I am hoping to do a course at tafe while I'm up there trying it out for the year and get a part time job as well. I am easygoing, can be quiet but enjoy doing stuff with friends. I don't smoke, I do enjoy a quiet drink but am not a regular heavy drinker. I love sport - football, basketball, cricket, motorbikes, running. I am willing to do my bit around the house and can keep things tidy. The reason I have put my girlfriend on as well is that wherever I end up, I need her to be able to come and stay some weekends - when she's free to come. Most of the time it would be just me though.
Hey Guys, I've just returned to Perth after spending a year in Antarctica working for the Australian Antarctica Division. After having some time off I'll be looking for work and a new home in Perth at the start of the 2018 year. I've flat-shared a couple of times now and can provide some references if required. Like most good flat mates, I really like contributing to all the good things about house sharing; I'm clean, like to have drinks on the weekend, but respect the everyone's privacy during the week. Qualification is an instrument electrician and possible jobs include FIFO work for me.
Hey guys, My name is Donatella, I’m 33 yo and I’m looking for a room in a quiet house, possibly with other girls. I’m studying at the Australian Institute of Fitness and I’m working in a hotel in West Perth. I will have to move from my current place before the 30th of December. I am looking for a room for at least 6 month stay. Please contact me only if you have a furnished room available in Woodlands, Doubleview, Innaloo or Scarborough with a car park/street park for my car, thanks 😊 Dona
Very relaxed and compassionate girls at risk of homelessness..not party animals, very quiet and hardworking students that study most days of the week. Amazing cooks (i have spanish background) and really easy to get along with.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
~Looking for a Teamup for late December~ Hi there! I'm a quiet and friendly graphic design graduate, currently working full time. I'm a lil bit of a neat freak who enjoys cooking, gardening (both with a ~75% success rate), and all things art & design. I come equipped with numerous houseplants, various kitchen appliances, and a collection of paraphernalia from whatever new hobby I have picked up that month (usually resulting in goods for consumption, yay!). Looking to share an unfurnished apartment or small house with one or two other friendly, laidback people. I've been living in sharehouses for the past four years and am no stranger to living respectfully with others.
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Only looking to live with one other person. No cats.
Hey, I'm Hannah. I've just finished my psychology honours year at Monash and I've decided to study my Masters at UWA next year, which leads me to looking for a room in the Perth area. As my study load is quite heavy, I'd be spending a lot of my time at uni/ studying. However, I'm never opposed to a good chat over a glass of wine after a long week! I'm tidy, respectful and reliable. I'm friendly and social, but as my studies are my main priority a party house won't work for me. I'm looking for housemates with similar values, and those who enjoy socialising with housemates but also respect/ enjoy personal space.
Hey! I'm working full time for a bit while finishing my masters at UWA and looking for a place that has some good company around. I tend to like spending evenings watching tv shows, playing or watching basketball and having a few drinks. Pet friendly and like to keep clean and tidy in shared spaces. I work in software development north of perth, so parking will be ideal but public transport is fine too 🙂
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december. So im still semi-new to perth and what there is to do! Im a very fit and active person, yet I too have my lazy days where you'll find me in my bedroom watching a movie and ordering a pizza. If you like the movie choice I'll be happy to share my pizza! I train at the gym 6 days a week and work in sales for Toshiba, I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person if all females can handle me.. I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane in December i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around
I'm a 25 year old law graduate, returning to Perth after 6 months travel. I'll be working full time in the city next year. I would love to find a share house for a year or more, but am open to renting for a shorter term. I'm easy to chat to, clean and reliable. I'm social but generally have pretty quiet weeknights. I like café-hunting, attempting to cook, running and spending time with friends.
Hey I'm Amy, I'm 20 years old and work full time monday to friday and usually spend the weekends with my boyfriend. I am quiet and shy when I first meet people but open up in time. I am a clean living person who is willing to help when needed. I enjoy going sight seeing and having days where I can relax either at home or on the beach. A bonus with me is that I have a beautiful little kitty cat named Macey who is also joining me in looking for a new place to live. She is a friendly and loving cat who is kept indoors but she has a cheeky nature and likes to try and sneak outside :) Due to me working throughout the day, I don't usually get a chance to answer my phone, so its easier to text me or message me on here I am hoping to find somewhere north but a place that is roughly 30 minutes away from where I work which is in Cannington.
Hello hello everyone! Nice meeting you ;) My name is Jorge ('George'). I came from Spain 6 years ago and I quit my career as an engineer to build myself a better life. I'm currently working in an organic grocery shop and setting up an online business on the side. I also work as a freelance stripper on the weekends (no, I'm not joking, haha). I live a sporty, healthy life and I've always been into self-improvement. I love camping and nature, and my biggest passion is windsurfing, which is why I'm looking for a house close to the beach. My housemates said I'm easy to live with (self-tap on the shoulder). I'm clean and organized, but have a laid back personality. I like socialising and I'm preferably looking for a mixed gender house (ideally 2 and 2, but flexible on this). Oh! And... I respect people's sleep! Talk soon! Cheers!
I'm a 26 year old final year medical student looking for central, city-living accomodation. I'm a clean and quiet individual, but love evening chats and a glass of wine over crappy tv! I will be at the hospital full-time so won't be home a lot during the day. It'd be really great to end up living with a friend, and not just a housemate!
Hi, I'm pretty well-travelled - just returned from doing summer in the UK and now working on my own business in WA. Pretty chilled out person - spare time is often spent at yoga, catching up with friends, at beach or outdoors.
In November I will arrive with my girlfriend for an interchange at Language Links School for a period of 7 months. We are searching for a home (near the school is an important requirement) that we can call our own. A cozy place, do you understand? =D We are a cool brazilian couple. I'm 26 and she's 29. I'm an mechanic engineer and she's a journalist. We are friendly, socially and clean. We like to cook, make a new friends and drink a some beers while we discuss about the universe secrets.
Hey! I'm from Finland and I'm moving back to Perth in December. I do digital marketing and wellness coaching. I enjoy healthy and active lifestyle but also a glass of wine every now and then. I'm clean, quiet and easy-going housemate.
Hello, my name is Giri and I am a technology professional. I am very easygoing and tidy. I enjoy playing tennis and also travel the world. I am a social person who enjoys meeting new people and having a drink or 2 every now and again.
Hi there, Looking for a room to rent in the city or close. Mature above my year with lots of worldy travel experience. We are clean, tidy, respectful and considerate. As much as I love a good night in with netflix, wine and cheese i enjoy early mornings and a outdoos lifestyle. Need a 1 car bay. full time real estate sales rep, message me :) Happy to go for a coffee!
Hi we are couple looking for a room in a shared house (22 & 23). One is studying full time and working part time. The other is working full time. We like to be quite social, but also enjoy our downtime. We are looking for people a similar age who like to have a glass or two on the weekend, perhaps the occasional dinner and like going to the beach.
Hey I'm Tenaiya, I'm an easygoing 23 year old studying law full-time and working in a cafe part-time.I enjoy good conversation and/or an occasional games night but I also like to have my own space to study and I respect boundaries. I'm looking for a friendly household that doesn't mind socialising in or outside of the house (I'd love to be good friends with my potential roomie/s) but also respects personal space and privacy. Also, kind of obvious that your house would need to be lgbt+ friendly. It's also cool if you're quiet and prefer to keep to yourself. Pretty easy to get along with as I'm out of the house a lot of the time between work, uni and I'm currently doing a full-time (paid) internship in the city over the summer. If you like crime dramas, comedies, brooklyn nine-nine, netflix docos and sitcoms and lame memes then we'll get along great. I love all pets so if you have pets that's a huge plus! I also have a kitten who's a few months old now (house-trained and super adorable) so must be willing to consider pets. If you're reading this and think that I'll be a good fit to your household, send me a message and tell me a bit about yourself :) also pretty flexible with a move date so feel free to ask me any questions etc
My name's Ben, I'm 25 and I'm a geoscientist working full time in West Perth. Arrived in Perth a couple of months ago from Melbourne, loving it so far. My current place is fine but I would ideally like to maybe find a place that is potentially a little cheaper. I must give a month's notice for my current place, and if that works for you that'd be great! A little about me: I'm easy to get along with, pretty chilled, not looking for anywhere that parties too much, but also don't wanna live in a place where no one talks to one another and spends 99% of their time in their rooms. I am well house trained, been living in share houses for about 6+ years now. I clean up after myself, am respectful of other people's personal space and such. I'm Half Kiwi, Half british, so my accent is a little confusing to some. I'm a former ski instructor, avid SCUBA diver and part-time cyclist. I occasionally dabble in rebuilding old motorcycles and scooters if funds allow it! Message me back if you feel like I'd be a good fit in your share house! I'm free whenever for viewings during the evenings or on weekends. Bonus flat mate points: I can teach you to ski if you ever happen to need to learn how to ski. Can make pasta from scratch. Have a scooter and can pick up food we order in a flash! Haha. Cheers and looking forward to hearing from you soon. Ben
I’m Jess a 29yo education professional, working full time and studying on the side. I’m looking to move out of my current apartment in Jan 2018. Ideally I’m looking for: A house with enough space (so I don’t feel like I’m squished into a cardboard box...) 1 other housemate (female). Maybe 2. Space to park my car. Private bathroom would be great but isn’t necessary. A housemate who, like me, enjoys keeping the house clean. So, if that sounds good to you and you’re looking for a housie in Jan let me know. :)
*Not available until end of January* Hello! I'm 21 years old (22 in April) and have just graduated from a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Bond University in Queensland. I start full-time work in February with a commercial city law firm. I've been out of my parents' place since 2014, and am well 'house-trained'. I would be moving in at the end of January (20rd - 30th), and staying for the foreseeable future. I'm looking for something walking-distance to a train station and relatively close to the city, as I have a car but don't particularly want to pay for parking at the station every day. I'm super organised and like to keep my space and the house tidy - my usual practice is to meal prep once a week or so and freeze so I don't have to cook during the week. I'm vegetarian but not strict, and have no worries about housemates eating or prepping meat in the kitchen etc. In terms of other things, I'm bisexual, although I don't make a big thing out of it. Further, I don't usually bring people home (I'm leaving a boyfriend in the Gold Coast), and am not interested in a party house, although a wine and cheese night or a few bevs is always appreciated. I am very social, but sometimes need downtime (and will respect your space) and usually am a very bubbly and energetic person. I like to keep fit (spent most of my university career working part-time in a gym) and am a bit of a movie buff, specifically zombie movies! I look forward to meeting you! P.s. Unfortunately, to maximise my 'break time' between university and full-time work, I'm staying in the Gold Coast until early January so am unavailable for coffee or house viewings until then.
Hi 👋 My partner and I have our own place in Perth but would like to live somewhere a bit closer to the beach (and/or train line) for a few months during summer. We’re very flexible on weekly budget and length of stay. Colli works full-time in the CBD and has been in Perth for 20 years now. I’ve been coming and going a lot in the past two years while getting my visa sorted and am currently working on a Freo-based startup and also doing research for my Master Thesis (Blockchain/Sustainability). We’re an active, tidy couple and easy to get along with. Non smokers. If you’re looking for someone to take over a room/flat/house for 2 weeks - 3 months please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Happy to provide heaps of references too🙂
Hola! I've just moved to the Wild West from QLD for work. I'm a busy gal, working full time, studying full time all whilst trying not to enjoy too much hydration on weekends. I'm relaxed, appreciate personal space but am social and also don't mind a weekend tv series binge. I'm looking forward to seeing what Perth has to offer. Ideally would prefer own bathroom but not essential. Let me know if you think I'm the roomie for you :)
