23 years old, moving up from Brisbane for work. I've lived in both Australia and Texas. Friendly and easygoing, doesn't party and prefers quieter weekends. I'll keep the apartment clean and I'll only be in Townsville three days a week so most of the time the apartment will be pretty quiet. I like to read and dance and explore cities. I've lived in apartments with others before in Uni and know how to share space. Only looking to room with other girls.
Hi guys! I have just moved over to Australia by myself from the UK on a permanent residency. I'm an occupational therapist. I am looking to be based fairly central eg West End, North Ward, Belgian Gardens. I originally came out to Australia in 2008 on a WHV and fell in love with the country so vowed to get back here one day- and I made it- yay me! I'm well travelled having spent approx 5 years working and living in NZ, Aus, SE Asia, Canada and Central America. I love keeping fit- it's very important to me. I go to the gym regularly, prefer to cycle most places rather than drive and practice ashtanga yoga. I'm very excited that there is an ashtanga studio in Townsville as its been hard to find one out of major cities in Australia! I lovveeee my food so totally keen on being shown some fine eateries in the area. Jen pro's :I'm fully house trained, clean, quiet, respectful and super approachable. I'm pretty hilarious if I do say so myself so that'll be fun for you, I am generally up for anything so any activities you've been meaning to do but no one to go with- I'm there, I'll introduce you to some awesome English music, I make really good overnight oats and healthy muffins which I might share. Jen con's: Well, I'm English so I am a whinger sometimes but its just in my blood, I will argue that "soccer" is called FOOTBALL- we created it guys, I'm not a morning person, I love vegging out watching love island and providing a commentary throughout, I probably wont be able to keep up with you Aussies drinking as I'm a lightweight. Please get in touch if I sound like your cup of tea.... Cheers for reading :)
Hi there my name is Frank and I am a very down to earth genuine and easy to get on with. I work full-time and am financially stable..I am a non drinker and non smoker but don't mind the social outings from time to time when I am not working. I live a clean lifestyle. My down time away from work is spent with my camera as photography is a hobby I am very passionate about. I live a reasonably active lifestyle and enjoy the great outdoors walking and biking etc. I spend time away from the Ville usually back on the Gold Coast where I will eventually return to live pending where my work opportunities takes me. Please don't hesitate to touch base to ask any further questions.
I’m a 23 year old Occupational Therapist, looking for a new place to call home in Townsville. I’m tidy, respectful and pay my bills on time. I enjoy being social but don’t mind some quite time too! Happy to live with either males or females. Looking for a unit or townhouse around the City or North Ward.
Hey, my names Angie. I'm an English, I moved to Townsville for work in the youth sector and looking at somewhere to stay. I do work shift work so some nights I wouldn't be there due to sleep over shifts. I'd say I'm quite an easy going lass and can generally get on well with everyone. I don't mind a night out, a few friends over for a bottle of wine or just a night in reading a book. Interests: fitness, rock music, gaming, cooking and baking, arts and crafts, adventures, hikes, castle hill etc Looking at finding a nice, modern place with a good view from the balcony and a pool.
I am a young girl who usually spends her time working, at the gym and will usually go out to the town on weekends. I do like some privacy, but I would love to meet some new people and share good energy with everyone. The only times I am home is usually the night and also weekends, I am a childcare worker so I spend a lot of late nights at work. I am looking for a room to rent, I definitely am not picky with anyone I’m very flexible.
I've just made the leap back across the pond from London and I'm looking for a new place to call home. I work in the city in Law Admin during the week and like to spend weekends exploring the Townsville surroundings. I like to keep school nights rather tame and will talk about doing the hill or keeping fit more than I will. Have been in share houses for years and respect the balance of house dinners with a wine or two and wanting your own space
I am moving back to Townsville in December after 3 years in Brisbane. Prior to that, I rented out the rooms in my home to between 3 and 5 International Uni Students for 8 years from 2007 to 2015. I lived with them also and it was the most amazing experience. I am looking for accomodation in North Ward, Annandale or Douglas. I work full time in Aged Care and in the Disability Sector. I am an artist, quite, non smoker, am into fitness and swimming.
I work full-time, Monday to Friday and also study part time at uni. I'm a pretty relaxed go with the flow kinda person. Would prefer a place with people who are happy to have chat every so often. I do not have any pets.
I work a fairly demanding corporate job so am always out of the house between 8am and 8pm. Love to run, swim and enjoy a coffee. I'm not home a lot, but prefer to listen to music and read a book when I am. I come with a Netflix and Stan subscription and a pretty relaxed attitude to life. Looking for fellow young professionals who get that sometimes a career focus means that Fridays can be drinks at the brewery, or can just as easily be editing spreadsheets until midnight...
Hi there! I recently quit my full-time HR job to go traveling and am now moving up to Townsville to pursue the Marine Science dream at JCU in 2019. I will be studying full time, working part-time and like to keep myself busy with diving, gym, photography etc. I'm fairly social but also like my own space. I'm looking to live with some people that I might eventually call friends. Love animals! Bringing a car too.
Clean, respectful, happy to have a chat and hang out but also happy to be a bit of a recluse. Interests in music, art, travel and hiking. In my spare time I'll be going for walks, watching netflix or doing pilates. I counteract the positive effects of exercise with red wine and chocolate - got to keep the balance. I'll be working full time as an Audiologist so will be busy during the week, and on weekends I'm hoping to explore Townsville and its surrounds when I have the energy. My partner will also come up from Brisbane every couple of months to visit.
Ive been working FIFO in the NT but over the wet season it slows down, so I need a place to live for a while. Im pretty casual, I keep my room clean and I'll keep to myself most of the time. I try to keep myself busy by learning new things and going places. I'd rather keep my food to myself but I'd be happy to cook a BBQ up and have a couple beers with anyone who's keen.
Very friendly and easy going, like to have a few bevs of a weekend, love fitness and hitting the gym regularly, work full time so wont be home much during the weekdays. Very kept to myself, but always up to hangout and go adventuring. Clean and tidy as well, will be very respectful of privacy :)
Hi I'm Lydia I'm a 27 year old health professional originally from the UK. I am moving to Townsville in a few weeks for a new job so I'm looking for a place that I can call home, that is not too far from the strand (as I'm a beach bum ) with like minded people who are sociable and enjoy a drink or dinner occasionally. If that's you feel free to contact me Lydia x
Hey I'm Joe, I'm a doctor working at Townsville Hospital. I have been working really in small towns across Qld the last 12 months but am in Townsville all of 2019 and am looking for a place fairly close to the hospital. Ideally living by myself (have done sharehouses for about 9 years now) but am happy to share with someone if they are a good fit.
Hi, I am about to start uni at James Cook doing Marine Biology, I plan on working as well. I'm looking for a home not just a share house, and looking for friendly housemates the like the occasional meal or drink together.
Hi, looking for somewhere to move out for the first time, so gonna be a bit lost for a while but give me some time and I'll be right as rain, I am a quiet girl but can join in on the party when I want to, I am tidy and more than happy to cook. I am currently working part time, and cant afford much now but am looking for a better paying job now.
I'm looking for a place or someone to team up with to find one. I'm a nursing student at JCU and work part-time. In my spare time I'm either at the gym or binging on netflix. I am clean and tidy and will respect your privacy but I am also happy to socialise. I'd prefer to team up with someone/people and find an apartment or something along those lines
