I am currently working as a waitress so I’m out during evening time. I am a positive and determined person and I like to socialize but also stay on my own. I respect my space and other people’s spaces.
Don't let my age put you off, it's just a number! I'm currently staying at a lovely social backpackers where I've been assured I fit in just fine with the crowd. I'm always planning my next holiday - I've travelled a lot in Australia this last year or so and keen to travel overseas next year. I've recently moved to Perth from Sydney, although I'm originally from the UK. I'm looking for an easy going, social share house - a friendly home is more important to me than having a flashy looking place. I'm looking for a share house atmosphere, not for lodgings / homestay. I'm an office worker in the CBD and I like to walk to work, so could live anywhere within about 45mins walk from the city. I've currently only got work guaranteed until the end of July, so looking for somewhere either for a couple of months or where I can start as a short term housemate and possibly end up staying longer.
Hey! Im a health professional working part time, i often work late so after a long busy day i like to crash in my room, but also happy to hang out and have a laugh, drink, meal if housemates are around. Im neat and easy to live with, non-smoker. On my days off i like to be out and about, but i do enjoy a good netflix binge or board games night. I love to take my (Mum’s) dogs to the beach and holiday a couple times a year when I can. Im flexible with most things like move in/out dates, length of stay, furnishings. Would love off street parking, and would be handy if a wardrobe and/or bed was already in the room, but they’re not a must. Was hoping for $150-170pw, but $200 is potentially ok if all bills included. If you think we’ll get along then please shoot me a message! :)
I have been living overseas as a ski instructor and I’m now home in Perth! I keep to myself but I love a good housemate chat and dinner with red wine. I’ve been living in staff accommodation for years so I am very tidy and respectful.
I am looking for a place to live with people who like to work hard at their jobs, but when they are not working also like to have fun :) I currently have two part-time jobs, one at the Comedy Lounge in the city and the other working at the retail store Kathmandu. The Comedy Lounge does require me to work from home for half the week doing their marketing. So I pretty much work full-time hours. I like to think of myself as a friendly person who likes to socialise, but does also like my alone time too. I love the outdoors and a little fun fact is that I will be hiking to Everest Base Camp in October, so I'll be training for that also!
Hi:), I’m Jacob I’m a student studying at uwa. Some say I'm funny to hung on with, responsible( not a party person). I’m usually busy studying or working on week days. Most my weekend are watching a movie or doing something. I love tennis and football. I am very quiet and easy going. Looking forward to hear from you. Jacob:)
IT Manager just came back to Perth May 2019, need somewhere to live for 6 months to a year minimum. Quiet, looks after self and home to a high level. Easy to speak to, bit of an introvert, early nights - go to gym in morning before work. Work is highly pressurised so like to come home to tranquility. Don't like to make a noise and co-operate well with people I live with. I've lived with a lovely family in North London for 1.5 years. Highly respect the house and family, happy to provide reference. Prior to that been in a military house for 5 years (high levels of expectations for inspections!) or my own property. Requirements: - MUST have own bathroom - Preferably no pets (allergic). - No transport so must be in good location to public transport and shops. I may get a car or motorbike if the time/opportunity arises but not for at least 3 months.
I am very easy going whom respects others and their privacy. I keep to myself but always keen to get to know others. I keep it low key and chill, non smoker and not a party animal. I like to be social and go out when I can, I won't say no to casual bevies and a good yarn. I work full-time in West Perth as a Dental Nurse.
Easy to live with, respectful of others space including hearing space. Clean and loves to cook. Love gardening and very social but like my peace and alone time. Ongoing study so would like an unfurnished room to bring my double futon bed and small desk and ergonomic chair.
I work as an ABA therapist with a 15 year old girl who has severe autism, I also occasionally coach kids gymnastics and enjoy keeping fit by attending my own gymnastics classes. I have one dog, Bean, she’s a boxer mix and although she’s a handful, she’s the light of my life! I’m very pedantic about cleaning, I’m a complete germaphobe... so if you’re someone who’s fine with letting the dishes pile up and never clean the toilet, please let me know because I get super anxious with that stuff!
