Busy person who loves life and takes care of himself. Going through a separation, looking for a place to live. I work full time and have a part time job as well.
My name is Vee and I am a 37 year old female from Melbourne seeking a new place to move into by late August. Ideally im looking for a place of my own or to rent out a room which is very spacious with ensuite/own bathroom. I work full time as i have my own cleaning business specialising in private home cleans and end of lease cleaning. I work 6 days a week with occasional night shifts where i clean businesses out side office hours. I am usually busy most nights visiting family and friends when im not working. I enjoy cooking so a nice spacious kitchen would be great. I am tidy and clean up after myself so you wouldn’t need to worry in those areas. My cleaning business does require some late-night shift work so as long as you don’t mind me doing my thing and not getting disturbed by my early morning starts or sometimes late night finishes would be ideal. I am a smoker but would never smoke inside as long as im able to smoke outside in backyard would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for a light filled house that is relatively new and please do not send me images anything dark and gloomy is not what im after. I would prefer a large spacious room with ensuite or own bathroom and good wardrobe space. I also have a car so off-street car park would be great also. Looking for a 1-2 bedroom townhouse to occupy on my own but open to any other options that tick all the boxes.

Struggling to find a decent rental property on my own for around $250 -280 so exploring the idea of teaming up with another suitable person to half the cost. ideally with another person we could get a 3 or 4 bedroom place for around $500 if you are interested in catching up and meeting my daughter and i give me a call and we can go from there. or alternatively if you have a propery you would rent out to us, also feel free to contact me. have a lovely day :)

Hlos, I am Rahul, a super friendly and relaxed IT person from India, who is looking for a new/ share room in the suburbs of Melbourne. Ideally, I am a borderline health freak with a desire to experience many more adventures as hobby. But it is equally true that I am also occasionally a foodie. I love watching Netflix with chips after a long day and cooking or going out during the weekends. As such I am looking for a new place to stay from last week of June and would love to have a face to face chat for a more personal understanding. As I had previously lived in both hostel and share houses I was fortunate enough to make many friends across the globe & also hope to make many new friends in future as well. I would prefer a relaxed and cool house as even though I like to hang out over a glass of wine but I am not a crazy party owl. If you find me good enough as a potential housemate, then please do reply back so that we can chat further Thanks, Rahul
I’m a full-time teaching student at university, working as a waitress and integration aide in my spare time. I’m a musician and photographer, I enjoy movies, tv, reading, and time with family and friends. I’m considerate, responsible and fun. I love to have a laugh and be involved. I have with me my 8 year-old exclusively indoor cat Shadow. She is placid and extremely affectionate.
I am Sri Lankan and a full time PhD student at RMIT. Easy to live with and friendly. Clean and tidy. I love watching movies, cricket and also travelling. *Non-smoker
Hi, my name is Leif. I am a tidy and considerate person who enjoys socialising but also enjoy my quiet time at home. I spend most weekends out of the house and study full time. I am respectful and conscious of keeping communal spaces neat and tidy. I play video games in my spare time and hang with my mates. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss further.
Preferably max 1 other housemate, might consider living with couple. Must be clean!! I work full time and work different shifts so quiet house not a party house.
Hi I’m Debra! I’m very easy to live with, I keep to myself and know not to cross boundaries. I’m what some call a “clean freak” it’s a blessing and a curse at the same time, in other words I always clean up after myself and respect other peoples properties/spaces. I am looking for a place that’s conveniently close to public transport. I’m currently unemployed and actively seeking new employment, I’ll be commencing full time studies in the near future to support my new career path. I’m a homebody most days when my to do list isn’t full and my idea of fun is watching Netflix in my room and relaxing (I’m kinda boring 😬) Most importantly I’m looking for a genuinely welcoming housemate/housemates who is neat and clean, emphasising mostly on the “welcoming” part 😊 Please note I’m not interested in shared rooms or shared bathrooms.
My name is Haroon Ali, in short most of the people call me Ali. I am 28 year old and university student as well as working part time. I am a tidy and clean guy and like to live in a easy going and tidy environment.
Full time employed in IT. Non smoker. Looking for a single room with a good connection to Moonee Ponds, Craigieburn train line or tram route 59. From September to May 2019 with the possibility of extension.
Someone who loves to keep the place clean and neat. Also, enjoy a good talk but respect everyone's privacy and expect the same in return. Mainly looking for private properties without sharing.
Hello, I'm 50 years old male drama tutor - director Celal Perk. who is tidy, neat, friendly and respectful professional. I am looking for a rent room at quiet and peaceful house and flatmates same me for to stay long term.
Hi Guys, me and my friend are looking for a place to move into by 19/08/2018. My friend is a 9 week old French Mastiff (Dogue De Bordeaux) who has received her vaccination and worming. She is very smart and well mannered (for real...more than some humans). As for me, I'm a full time worker in the city and I am very chill. I like to be part of the crowd but I also like to be on my own at times. I don't complain about noise, I don't complain about dishes, but I will clean after myself and I'll help if I can with whatever I can offer. I'm a pretty chill 36 year old with a 20's spirit...I also like to watch movies and play Play station in addition to studying my MBA at my own pace.
I am from Point Cook, I hope to move somewhere closer to the city for more job opportunities. I am quiet, independent easy going and respectful, bit of a neat freak and am looking to become a light vehicle mechanic. I am not sure how long i would like to stay at this point, hopefully if i find the right fit it can be something permanent.
Quick summary for you guys, I know you don't have time to waste eh. - Born and raised in Paris - 29 year old Mech. Engineer - Lived in London for 2 years before moving to Melbourne last year. London must be the European capital of flatshares and some of my ex flatmates have become great friends. So I'm used to share an apartment. I have 3 rules in a flatshare : -Be social -Be respectful -Be clean Personality wise, I'm very social and friendly but I respect private space so I won't intrude on others' personal space. I'm looking for a room in the northern part of Melbourne (Brunswick, Coburg, Preston, Thornbury). Feel free to contact me!
We are quiet, tidy and friendly people. We are students looking for accommodation for a longer period of time as we have 1 more year of Uni to go. We are usually out of the house due to work or Uni and on holidays we like to stay in and watch movies or go out on trips (if time permits). That way you will have the house mostly to yourself. We're looking for 2 single rooms preferably or a double room.
Hello everyone. My name is Jay. I recently moved back to Melbourne after staying with my parents in Country Vic. The house I'm currently in is up for sale and I am looking to move again. I need to move by the 6th of September. I'm on Centrelink and have a part-time paid volunteer role so there's no need to worry about rent or bills. I'm currently looking for another part-time or full-time job and preparing to study. Before I moved back with the parents I was living in Pakenham (on a lease) for 2 years while I was working as a firefighter and a security officer. I am quiet and keep to myself often. My partner and I mostly just watch movies in the bedroom. I will come out for food, movies or drinks if invited. I'm quirky like that. :) I'm perfectly house trained and don't make much of a mess anyway. I'm not too fussed about the room so long as I can fit a queen bed, a desk and somewhere for my clothes. I'm not allergic to any animals and if your dog needs a walk I'm happy to do it. I do smoke but only outside and not very often. I mostly smoke at work. so that's me in a nutshell. Hope to hear from you soon!
