Hello! I'm Areena Erika. I'm currently studying in Curtin College taking Diploma in Commerce and this year would be my first year in college. I'm now staying under homestay since I'm still under 18 till September so I would actually like to move out to a place which is nearer to Curtin campus by then. The reason it would be great to live with me is that I am a very friendly and open person. Also a neat freak and I have a mild OCD meaning that you don't have to worry about me messing up the kitchen or house. I like my room organised and neat especially my wardrobe and study table. Besides that, I don't drink alcohol or do any of that sort. However, I enjoy going out wit friends once in awhile but of course, no drinks for me! I enjoy exploring and shopping out with my boyfriend and also my girlfriends. Other than that, I am always at home studying ahahahahaha...
Pursuing a career in creative Advertising and Graphics design Easy going and very social, love having a drink (or 10) Playing social sports, volleyball, netball and touch Gamer, dog lover, deodorant user Harry Potter head whats not to love: Occasionally forgets to replace toilet paper roll and raps eminem poorly in the shower
Geophysics PhD student at Curtin, looking for a room to move in around late June, when my current lease expires. I'm looking for somewhere nearby to Tech Park (slightly north of Curtin Bentley campus) with secure parking for a car, and motorcycle. I'm reasonably quiet, and keep my stuff clean and organised. I have my own furnishings and would like a reasonably sized room to accommodate queen-sized bed, computer, tallboy, etc. Thanks for your interest!
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Hi I'm Ashlee and 19 years old, I'm working full time as a dental nurse and am looking for a beautiful home with people I can hopefully make great friends with. After work I teach dancing to younger kids and also play netball so I'm pretty busy during the week. I'm a tidy person and always clean up after myself. I think myself as being quite social and do enjoy going out on some weekends but also like time to myself to binge watch a Netflix series in a day. looking to live with girls of similar lifestyle ages 19-25, Thanks
I possess some things that are lacking in many.....common sense and respect. Outstanding but not a freak. I'm looking for a safe environment and secure property, where courtesy and thoughtfulness are standard instinct and not just an option. Somewhere where the person I reside with won't become a righteous Lord of the Land, with their trusted n respected, title of Landlord. I come in peace x not pieces x
Im clean, fit guy, I smoke outside, have a quiet well behaved outdoor kelpie. I love gardening including veges and herbs. I like to socialise and im a great cook. I have my kids 1 night on the weekend and i look after them from thier mothers 3 days during the week. I am a carpenter by trade
Must be large room (roughly at least 3x4m) and ensuite/private bathroom. $180 is my maximum budget including bills. I'm genuine and reliable - have been renting for 10 years without any issues or money taken from my bond, and I always pay my rent and bills on time. I'm a super chilled, easy-going and friendly 27yo. I'm clean, quiet, and respectful of my environment. I don't drink much, I don't do drugs or smoke. I'm looking for a quiet house. At the moment I'm studying and working part time, but I finish in October and will be looking for full time work. Until then I'm on Centrelink for my studies and will transfer to JobSeeker until I find full time work. That along with my current employment means I have a steady income. In fact I just has my second interview for another job yesterday with more hours so fingers crossed that went well. I have two small-medium birds (Cockatiels aka Weiros) who live in a big cage in my bedroom but I do let out in my room when I'm home. I have been renting with them for over 3 years now in 3 different residents without any complaints or issues. I'm happy to pay a pet bond and have never had money taken out from the pet bond (or standard bond) in all my renting history. I supervise them 100% when they are out of the cage and they have plenty of their own toys to keep them busy. They're pretty quiet most of the time, but my boy does like to whistle the Addams Family or some other random songs sometimes during the day. But they sleep when the sun goes down so are quiet (and so am I) from around 6pm-8am. I bring carpet with me to keep the floor clean and I clean up after them. I studying online and work part time. I'm also on Centrelink so my income is steady. I've been renting for 10 years and have always payed rent and bills on time. Look forward to meeting you!

I enjoy going down south when I get opportunity because I'm from Pemberton. I have lived on campus at Curtin for 2.5 years now and I'm ready to move into a place that has a more home-like vibe than campus life. Frequent cleaning inspections occur on campus, so I always clean up after my self :) Feel free to text me
