Hi I'm maddie, 27, single. Moving to Darwin from Melbourne at the start of November. I love Darwin and can't wait to make it my home. Looking for happy housemates - I have had amazing housemates in Melbourne who have become life long friends, and I would love to find the same in Darwin. Price and type of house/apartment don't worry me much, it's more important to me to find lovely people and a nice environment to live in. Im bubbly, happy, tidy and a great cook! Bonus if you have a dog that I can also love! I'm leaving my fluff ball in Melbourne and am a bit devastated!
My name's Holly, my friend and I are moving to Darwin for a bit of fun, change of location, the work and the scenery. Looking forward to meeting new people! :) We're searching for a place where each tenant pays no more than $160 a week. However this is based on current circumstance and our jobs in Victoria and this maximum could increase. (In Melbourne I have one part time job but in Darwin I am looking for full time work, or two part time jobs so maximum rent per week could increase) Looking for another 1 or 2 housemates, any gender is cool, that means we'd be looking for rental properties listed as $480p/week or $640p/week respectively ($480p/week = 3 bedroom. $640p/week = 4 bedroom). We're not looking to share a room (one room each), furnished is preferred but not a necessity. About Me: I currently work in hospitality but hoping for a call centre job when I get to Darwin, if that doesn't work out - more hospitality, haha. I'm 23 and enjoy gaming, TV, and having a few bevs with friends. I'm trying to eat healthier and eat less halal snack packs and maccas, I've recently finished studying two bachelors majoring in Enviro Science and International Relations. I am a consistent person, which means I don't fail on the rent and I don't flake on plans with other tenants (if any) I'm clean and tidy, I especially love a clean kitchen and like to keep my stuff neat to avoid undue stress in a household as the kitchen is the most shared place in a house. I love talking to people and hanging out but I also understand the need for space, and I myself enjoy my privacy and quiet time. I believe I'm a responsible housemate and encourage open communication between all tenants to make sure everybody is happy with living arrangements. And that's me! I'm open to more of a chat to see if I'm a good fit for you so hit me up :) About Teagan: - has well-behaved and friendly if a bit socially awkward dog. - two cats that mostly keep to themselves but one that is up for a hug most of the time - currently lives with hoarder mother so would love to live someplace with no clutter - very reliable with bills and rent, pays on time and never misses a payment - communication is key with all things and would love to live in a relaxed environment but still have boundaries -currently work in retail and has done for the past six years and looking to transfer up to darwin from eastern victoria before looking for a more permanent full-time position She owns a dog and two cats but is happy to look for places that don't accept pets and then will relocate the dog for inspections to make it easier. She's obviously going to be taking full responsibility for her pets. However her dog isn't suitable to be around other dogs.
Hi! I'm Mel, I'm a 20-year-old journalist new to Darwin. My work hours may be a little up and down (nights/weekends/early mornings occasionally etc.) I'm tidy, friendly and looking for somewhere to live asap!
Originally from Melbourne, moved up to Darwin 3 months ago. Down to earth chick who likes to relax during the week and have a drink/adventure on weekends. Quite a social person though also enjoy time alone every now and then. Just starting a new full time job at flight centre in the city. Love travelling, swimming, the beach and adventures. Clean up after myself and looking for some awesome housemates!
I've been living in Darwin since January and work full time. In my spare time I like to get out and explore Darwin, spend time at the markets, read and binge the occasional tv show. I like sharing the occasional meal or drink with housemates and a chat at the end of the day but also like to have my own space when needed. I've been living in share houses for years so am used to sharing cleaning, being respectful of others etc.
I'm just an all round top bloke. I'm either looking for a existing sharehouse, or open to starting a sharehouse with the right people. Would prefer a friendly social house to a private, living arrangement type place. Pat Burley - feel free to stalk me and hit me up P.s. Just realised this site doesn't let anyone message me without paying. Very average

Hi, I am a nurse who has moved to Darwin for full time employment. I am from Victoria. I am a friendly, clean and considerate housemate. I enjoy a healthy and fit lifestyle and an occasional wine with dinner. I like to spend my weekends outdoors exploring new places. I am looking for a fully furnished house.
Hi, I'm just scoping out the market at the moment, will be working at RDH for 12 months from January. I'm mature and easy going. I have a dog, Oscar who is a 11 year old schnoodle that I would like to bring to Darwin if that can work.
Hey guys, My partner Aaron and I have been living in Darwin for the past 2months and are loving it here! We are just about to housesit a colleague's place for 5 weeks until mid November and are looking for a place to jump into short term after that until Christmas. A little bit about me: I'm a lover of the outdoors, camping, hiking, sports, getting together for dinners with friends, love a good cook up, and chilling out. I'm in my late 20's and work as a physio. My partner is a crazy surf addict (not the best hobbie when living in Darwin). He loves playing all kinds of sports, eating good food and loves just chilling out too. He's works full time as a Mechanical fitter so is up early and home late. We both make an effort to keep a clean and tidy house and are super respectful of others space but also up for a good chat if others are up for it. If we sound like someone that might fit into your house and if the dates suit let me know. Thanks, Missy
Hi there, I am a profession female with full time employment seeking a shared space for a min of 6 months, this might potentially be more if required but I'm happy to settle for a 6 months lease. I understand and respect others need for space but I am also friendly and always up for a chat. Im positive by nature and very easy going. I love animals and enjoy a relaxed lifestyle and the outdoors.
I'm relocating to Darwin from Melbourne as I've visited Darwin many times and absolutely love everything about it! 'm 39, single, criminal lawyer, I enjoy living a heathy lifestyle, I like getting to know people and having adventures. I have quite a few friends already in Darwin who live around Fannie Bay and Parap, so ideally I'd like to live in the same area... Cindy
Hi, I'm Alice! I'm 29. I love bushwalking, swimming, boardgames, cooking, Terry Pratchett and Brooklyn Nine Nine. I'm looking for a quiet share house, preferably with just one or two other housemates. I'm headed to Darwin next week to start a new job with the NT Government, working in events development. I actually grew up in Darwin, but left in 2000, so I'm excited to see what's changed, and what's stayed the same :).
Hi, I am a friendly, clean and easygoing housemate, I have previously house-shared for the past five years, in both Nanjing and Adelaide (my home-town). I have recently graduated and will be commencing work with the Department of Chief Minister in January 2018. I enjoy having a good yarn over a coffee/wine and a bit of downtime reading a book. Also pretty active, mountain biking, and swimming in my free time. I am looking to preferably rent long term and am also interested in teaming up with someone like-minded.
30 year old working professional, currently working out at inpex. Been in Darwin 4 years and not looking to move any time soon. Not big on doing things week nights due to working longs hours and the early mornings but try to keep active after work. I like to be sociable and go out for a couple of drinks on the weekend. Also understand personal space and doing my share of keep the place clean.
Im friendly, considerate and easy to live with. I have lived out of home for 4 years in different share houses and understand how to be respectful to fellow housemates. Upon moving to Darwin I will be working full-time at the hospital and studying on top of that as well to become a registered pharmacist. I love getting out and about and exploring what there is to offer. I also love keeping active. Moving to Darwin December 30th and was hoping to move into a furnished room/ house.
