I'm a full time worker with the Federal Government moving to a new position in the Gosford CBD and looking to move from Brisbane, QLD. Have been boarding for a number of year so looking for someone who is happy with character references, proof of income and employment. I'm clean, quiet and easy to get along with. Enjoy going to the movies, watching Netflix or playing Board games. Also enjoy long walks / nature walks. Don't really know anyone in the area and am not moving much stuff down (enough for a 1 bedroom). Will need room for Queen Size Bed, computer, a couple of bookcases and a table (table can be easily stored in a storage area)
My name is Sarth, 20 years old male Australian citizen from Brisbane. I have been offered a place in University of Newcastle (central coast) studying and starting end of Feb. I am in looking for a place or to team up with somebody. About me: I am non smoker, social drink (not a party boy), clean and have previous experience of sharing a house where I was studying pharmacology. If you are still looking for flatmate or sounds like we can team up, I would be happy to start conversation to know more about each other or sort out formalities/questions about renting a place.
I am a 24year old female. Looking for a room in a share house. I work fulltime as an aged care nurse. I am easy going and friendly. Have lived in a share house before. Message me if you have a room you think is suitable or want to start a new sharehouse with me :)
Pretty relaxed individual, I work full time on a professional role within the health system. I love to cook, listen to music, super easy to live with. Happy to do my own thing or to interact with housemates. Will be out and about a bit exploring the outdoors once I move to the coast, will be getting a kayak and will be just enjoying the coast lifestyle. Looking to rent a place myself and happy to take a flatmate on. Also happy to get a place with someone if the right person contacts me. Happy to negotiate on expenses and room costs etc. Feel free to message if you want any further details. Will be looking for a place anywhere from the start of April.
Financial Services Manager - from Sydney / works for major local corporate / away travelling every 2nd - 3rd week / fairly private person - non smoker / regularly works daytime from home when there / looking for minimum commitment of 3 months with option to extend if needed
I am an easy going, laid back individual with a great sense of humour. I am honest, clean, tidy, and a non-smoker. I am sporty and love AFL and soccer. I am looking for a place in or near Gosford because I have been offered a role there as my organisation has opened a new office there. Thanks
I'm a friendly, down to earth person. Home carer for elderly and disabled clients on the Central Coast. I love animals, but I don't have any. I like binge watching good T.V shows, I have two kids who live with their father, and I visit them often. I don't party hard, and I enjoy good food and wine.
I’m a casual disability support worker. I have shifts based all around the Central Coast each day of the week, so chances are I’ll hardly be home throughout the day to disturb you even if I tried. I’m friendly and always make sure I clean up after myself. I’ve grown up on the Central Coast and would love some temporary accomodation until July/August before I move to the Gold Coast where I plan to study.
Just moved back to the Central Coast NSW from Alice Springs NT. Was working as a cook at a place called Monte's, also worked 3 years at Ayers Rock Resort doing various jobs. Good personality, Clean, Good helper with chores, loves cooking, easy to get along with. Working Full-time at Woolworths. Love watching some sports, movies and TV series.
I’m quiet but drink socially with others, I’m clean, respectful and well mannered. I work in Sydney so most of the time I’ll be busy with that. I’m easy to get along with and I’m not afraid to pitch in and help with chores too well that’s pretty much standard with being room mates lol
Hey! I'm a 19 year old student studying Certificate 4 in Veterinary Nursing at Gosford Tafe so I need to move somewhere close by. I am tidy and considerate, but I also like to have fun and socialise. I am a respectful house mate who can clean up after myself, chip in with house work and I am very easy going. I love to have fun and make the most out of life and i have a huge passion for animals. As long as you have a decent sense of humour then we will get along just fine. :)
I’m very easy going, easy to get along with and communicate with. Quiet person to live with. Very clean person. Don’t drink or do drugs. I have just started my Cert IV in community services, so I’ll be pretty busy with studying and also looking for a part time job.
Have just relocated from Melbourne after 35 years I am easy going & like to socialise but also enjoy my chill out time. I need accommodation urgently as the person who I'm sharing with has only just told me he's not renewing the lease.
Hi my names Channelle, I am looking for urgent accomidation. I keep to myself, Quiet but do enjoy a social coffee and chat on my days free. Previous business owner and exotic dancer was my profession. I am looking to seek work in the area I recently just recovered for a damaged ligament on my right knee so I was unable to walk for 2 months. I am friendly and easy going and ideally would like a private room in a house with housemates that I can consider friends. I like to drink socially but am by no means a party animal, I also like baking and exploring snowboarding and modelling.
I am a quiet fitness oriented person. I’d love to live in a modern unit with off street parking and would love a pool on the property. I’m relaxed easy going and love people. I work as a qualified Physiotherapist and work 4 days. I will be away up to three nights a week as well. I’m house trained, kind, and respectful and I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi, I'm Hannah, and I'm looking for somewhere to live while on placement in Gosford this February-March. I'm a 4th year speech pathology student at UON, so I'd also be happy to stay somewhere around Newcastle and would happily consider a longer-term stay (up to about 9 months-ish). I'm a quiet but friendly person who likes to focus hard on her studies and spends most of my free time reading and Netflixing. I'm definitely not looking for a party house, and don't really drink, but would happy to be a deso sometimes :) I'm pretty chill and easy to get along with, and would love to meet some new people although I also love my time to myself. I'm hoping to live with someone around my own age. Please feel free to get in touch with me if you think we'd get along :)
Easy to get along with, always up for hitting the beach, a horror movie or a drink (plural). I enjoy being social, although I can quite happily hide away and read or nap for days. I’m relatively ocd when it comes to cleaning however my room is not always subject to this. I am a hard worker with lazy tendencies. I am a wildlife presenter/ educator working casually for Australian Wildlife Displays usually weekends, as well as currently helping out at a bakery in umina during the week. Graduated with a Bach of Zoology in 2016, and currently studying at Tafe through work. Interested in team ups!! Ideally 3-4 flatmates. I have oodles of furniture and applicances; 3 seater chaise lounge, tv unit, 2 TVs, fridge (but may upgrade soon), microwave, dining table w 4 chairs, cube shelving, book stand, spare single mattress and bed frame. At this stage have no pets but hoping to get a wittle snake soon.
Hey there, I'm a British dude who has been living and working in Townsville for the last 6 months. Soon to start my PhD based at the University of Newcastle Ourimbah campus, studying Coral Biology. Between my studies and working for some extra dough, I'll be pretty busy during the week but I like my weekends free and often go out on little adventures in my spare time. Really into SCUBA diving, rock climbing and hiking, as well as general exercise. Always keen for a few beers at the end of the day to unwind and have a nice chat about something other than work. I don't mind a good party every now and again; I don't smoke (ex-smoker) but it doesn't bother me if you do. Consider myself a clean and respectful housemate - I've been house sharing for almost five years now so I'm sensitive towards people's personal space and more than happy to do my part in keep the home a tidy and comfy place to hang out in. Ideally would like to live near some reliable public transport for commuting purposes. Any other questions just let me know :) Cheers Gus
