I am a clean, honest, respectful person looking for a long term living arrangement. I am sociable and easy going with steady full time work in the area. My ideal house mates would enjoy a bit of a chat and maybe share a beer or wine on occasion but happy to have some space too.
My name is Rita and I'm 23 years old. I am a full time uni student getting my degree in primary and secondary inclusive education as well as working on a full part time basis in a school which requires to be out early in the morning and home again in the mid to late afternoon. I'm currently residing in croydon and hoping to stay in the area for uni and work purposes. I own one therapy cat who is lovely and is house trained, who will need to come with me for emotional support reasons - am happy to discuss with possible landlords/flatmates. I'm an avid reader and enjoy nothing better then curling up with a good book and a pot of herbal tea. I'm not a smoker, drinker or especially loud person and am very content both socialising and staying in.
I am 20 years old boy working as a part time chef in American restaurant. I am international student as well. Very conscious about health and cleaning. Very easy going person. I am looking for one room for myself in eastern suburb.
I work full time Monday to Friday and like to do Pilates regularly during the week. Most weekends I’m out or away down the beach :) Im socialable but appreciate having some down time to myself. I like to keep a tidy space, I love to read, get outdoors and I have an affectionate indoor cat named Oshi.
I am single, clean, neat and quiet living. I do not have pets. I like to go visit my family, go walking most days and generally live a quiet life, spending a lot of home time reading. I've retired and recently moved back to Australia after living overseas for 7 years. I am contemplating going back to work, maybe only part time. I'm looking for short term accommodation while I wait for my permanent accommodation to become available. I'd consider a room, bungalow, Grannie flat etc. I'm waiting for the sale of my house overseas and then will buy a house here when that happens. So with settlement times there, and house hunting times and settlement periods here, I am unsure exactly how long I will need accommodation. It would likely be 6 months. But could go over, or below that.
I’m very organised, tidy and considerate of others. I want to be able to rely on my housemates just as they will rely on me. I’m a very happy person and always willing to help with anything. I am a wedding organiser and love it! I have an amazing partner of four years who will be around a bit but is basically me. I do had a rabbit (he’s super cute) he’s very domesticated but will live outside. I’d like to move out soon, I live too far away from my partner and work and just want an easier commute and freedom! Help a sis out
I’m a very clean kind tidy hard worker! I keep to myself but also love to have dinner and make friends! I work full time as a apprentice in the lift company so I’m out most days and I do not party very much so always cleaning around the house and making food!
Hi, I'm Vered, 25 from Israel, working full time. I'm probably cleaner than what's good for me. I'm easy going, I like music, dogs, meeting new people, traveling and drinking too much coffee😜 I'd like to come for inspection, please feel free if you have any questions for me...
I'm a 53-year-old calm & gentle Pom that has Arthritis in both knees so stairs are very difficult. I work part-time in Childcare and have my own Business in Men's Work that I started last year, so Internet is very important as I use Social Media extensively. I have my gorgeous 7 -year-old Daughter stay twice per week.
I am generally an easy fellow to get on with and have a positive approach to life. I love cooking given the time over the weekend. I have a physical job as a landscape gardener and like to relax around the house most of the week. My weekend is spent occasionally catching up with family and socialising with friends. My active leisure is riding my mountain bike along the trails of the Yarra Ranges and play golf with friends in the hills (weather permitted). I love the great outdoors with the occasional visits waterfalls and watching our wildlife. Ideally I would like to move closer to work and family. I have a friendly and trustworthy cat who is easy to deal with. I was brought up to respect and treat strangers with kindness.
I'm a 21 year old female who is very neat and is capable of cooking my own food and paying bills on time as I am contracted part-time to Woolworths 5 days a week. I'm looking in areas around Ringwood, however am not too fussed about a little bit of a drive to and from work. I'm a non-smoker but don't mind others smoking around me. Definitely a pet person so I'll gladly help take care of any animals if needed. I keep to myself a fair amount but am always up for a chat and am easy to get along with. I try to be out and about as much as I can and very rarely will have anybody over.
Hi there, My name is Callum, I’m a 41 year old Melbourne local. I’ve been currently residing in Hawthorn East and am looking to branch out into the outer eastern suburbs. I’m a friendly, clean and tidy housemate looking for someone similar. I enjoy playing guitar and writing my own songs, so sharing a house with someone interested in music and doesn’t mind the occasional guitar playing would be a huge plus. I attend church on a regular basis and enjoy having philosophical and religious discussions over a coffee or beer. I’m currently on the look to get back into the workforce after some time off. That being said I’m receiving a steady income therefore have will have no issues paying rent in a timely manner. Kind regards, Cal
I love getting into the garden so that's great for others they don't have to take up that responcibility if they don't want to. I have always recieved great feedback on former rentals that I have been at in the past and always got my bond back. I am from Queensland too I need to get cultured I was from a very small regional town ha-ha! I'm not bothered by gender I look beyond that. I work in Bayswater North, standard day hours. I have a dog, border collie, he's such a beautiful boy and has never show aggression. Very submissive to commands. I work away sometimes and require someone to feed my dog while I am away and hopefully give him love and a little attention, he loves to play but never demands it. He is a very quiet dog too. If you don't have a job probably don't bother asking to team up with me I have had experience with living with someone who stays at home all the time and it doesn't fair well.
Hi flatmates, My name is Renae and i am almost 6 months pregnant. I a ideally looking fora granny flat/self contained unit or to share with only one other person for myself. I generally keep to myself most of the time but i'm always up for a chat and sharing a meal. The length of my stay is negotiable, depending on what you are happy with. I like a good laugh and a good movie and i'm always listening to music. My intention is to find a place of my own shortly after i have my baby on May 25th. Therefore i would have my newborn baby with me also until such time as i am able to get a place of my own. I expect this to take approx 6 to 10 weeks after i have my baby. So I'm looking for a place for at least 6 months but may be longer depending on the situation and what the flatmate is happy with.
