Hi I’m Mel! I’m a professional working full time in the city. I’m looking for somewhere nice and close to the city. I’m very neat and tidy and respectful of other people. I enjoy getting outdoors and exploring new places but also enjoy a quiet night in. I can be found baking, outdoors or hanging out at the gym in my spare time. I’m reliable and easy going and enjoy being around other people. I am looking for a private room somewhere near the city and close to a train line. I’m looking for fellow housemates that are clean and tidy and know how to clean up after themselves. I would prefer a quiet and respectful housemate that isn’t up at all hours of the night making loud noises. Always up for brunch or a wine and cheese night with my fellow housemates let’s not be strangers! (Please note that I am not a drug person and would best suit a drug-free household) If you think I would suit your household please message me :)
Moving to Melbourne on the 1st/2nd week of Nov. I'm a commencing postgrad Architecture student at Deakin Uni(Geelong) so I am looking for a nice place where it's both easy to take a train to Geelong or travel to the city center (since I'm also planning to work part time). I'm open-minded, friendly, considerate and respect others' privacy. I like to stay in and have my own time but I'm also occasionally down to travelling, movie nights or meals. Preferably looking for a female housemate of the same. Preferably looking for a month or two stay first to get used to the place and then to extend to long term lease, since my program is 2 years. :)
Very easy going and relaxed and honest and tidy . Respectful and clean . Vegetarian ( not religiously just by choice ) . From India working full time , Permanent Resident of Australia. Moving from Newcastle to Melbourne I'm still trying to find the perfect place to call home. I have cool fridge magnets I can bring to add to those homely #vibes.

I'm a homebody who likes the occasional night out or a wine at home with friends. Looking for a chill house with tidy organised people who like hanging out sometimes but also like doing their own thing like me.
Hi Im Mick, Im 36 years old and looking for accomodation close to the Yarraville area as Iv recently secured full time work in the area for the next couple of years. I work in the tunnelling industry and commence employment on the 29th of october. Im a father of 5 with a beautiful wife and kids from 10yrs old to my youngest Charlee who is 3 months old now. My partner and kids are all based on the gold coast, due to the nature of my work I move around every couple of years to suit contracts and work requirements for this reason I fly away from my family so as to keep them settled and this allows me to take on new projects as needed so I dont need to disturb the families routine which has worked well for us over the years. Due to my work roster Im able to fly home regulary. My work roster consists of 7 days on and 5 days off (over the weekend) then 7 nights on and 3 days off (through the week). Im looking for accomodation for the days Im rostered on with the intention of flying home each break period to see the family (yes I pay my share of rent even when away) although some times prices of flights or working extra shifts may affect If I get home every break period. Im very easy going I keep to myself as I usually work long shifts mostly 12-13 hours, this doesnt leave lots of spare time though this does not affect my abillity to clean up after myself or pitch in with chores around the house. I do have some obvious tattooes which seems to give some people the wrong impression of me at times but I am honestly quite friendly down to earth and a genuine family man looking to benefit my young family. Im not a heavy drinker but Im not shy to have a quiet drink and a chat and I dont smoke. I try eat as healthy as possible and do enjoy going to the gym although not as often as Id like. Happy to answer any questions and Ill be in melbourne from the 26th of this month to catch up and meet. Im happy to take either a furnished or un furnished room and I get along with just about anyone. Iv selected the 3 month stay option on this site to simple allow any potential house mates or landlords the chance for everyone to make sure there comfortable with any potential living arrangment and If all works out Id be happy to look at longer term as I will be work in melbourne for some time. Thanks for viewing my profile. Regards Mick Brown.
Hi there! Looking to team up with 1 or 2 other people (preferably non-identifying males) and find a cute lil unfurnished place. Looking for a place with a vintage/retro feel. I'm currently working at an Italian supermarket full time. Vegetarian, LGBTQ+ friendly, smoker and I'm relatively tidy. Like to have a casual beer or three and a laugh but also like to keep to myself sometimes. Super interested in fashion, vintage furniture and clothes as well as golden retrievers.
hi there I work in as a surveyor and will be working on a 7day roster . i am looking for a fairly new modern/luxurious place. i like a clean house and am fairly tidy, im considerate of others and respect their need for quiet times. im down to go do stuff together on weekends and go grab a meal and drinks after work or on the weekend and a quiet night in doesn't go a stray either. I’m open to a share house or starting a new sharehouse Prahran, St Kilda are ideal houses near the area of preference will be considered too
My name is Alexandre. Me and my girlfriend (Paula) are looking for a place to share for at least three months in Melbourne (it can be extended). We have been dating for a long time and we are friendly and tidy! We like our privacy but we also like to hang out sometimes, drink some good beer/wine listen to music, go to bars etc. We will be working full and part time/studying.

Recently moved to Melbourne for work and would like to live close to work in the Footscray area. I'm clean, responsible, considerate and have my own vehicle. I'm a shift worker who likes to chill out during the week and have a few beers on the weekend. Keen to get out and explore Melbourne when I get a chance Happy to stay at least 6 months or longer all going well. Wanting a private room roughly 200/wk. Will consider other prices.
We're a friendly young couple who have both lived individually with flat mates before. Were currently in an Airbnb ending on 1st Nov and looking to move to something a little more long term and affordable. We're tidy, respectful and friendly. Lucy is a midwife from the UK whilst Marco is originally from Holland and then lived in the UK he’s currently looking for the right job in sales.
*need a cat friendly home I'm a naturopath student at endeavour college of natural health, I'm at uni 2-3 days a week. I like to keep to myself and prefer quiet, peaceful environments but don't mind socializing or helping out around the house. I have my own bed, bookshelf, draws and some kitchenware. I have a tortishell cat, violet, who I recently adopted and like me, likes to keep to herself and is no hassle.
Moving to Melbourne in Early/Mid February 2019 to pursue a manufacturing engineering career. I will be working in Spotswood Mon-Fri, but I may disappear from time to time for work travel. Non-negotiables: - Private bedroom - Parking option for large 4wd (Can be in a garage or on kerb) - Not a (frequent) party house Easy going engineering professional. I love all cats, and like dogs, so long as they don't sit on my belongings. I don't drink much or often, however I was a cocktail bartender for 2+ years so I know my way around a bar and would gladly show my wares for pre-drinks or special occasions. I keep clean shared spaces and would expect the same from my housemates. While I am often up for a chat after work over dinner, I don't force the issue and respect the privacy of others.
I am going to be working at the new Hoyts Docklands site come November and looking at moving closer into the city! Is it bribing if I say there may or may not be free tickets available? I have rocked the boarding school life in the past so I know how to live with others and keep the peace. I respect your personal space but would also love to hang out, share a feast together from time to time and share some bevvies. I'm 22, study part-time and Shrek on VHS is my greatest possession, so that makes us a package deal. I'll often pull the car over to pat a dog and I've rewatched the US office too many times to count. I make a mean espresso martini, love to keep active and am generally a pretty laid back guy. I am trustworthy, clean and very capable of paying bills on time like a functioning adult. Hit me up if I seem like someone you'd be interested in living with or starting up a new place.
I’m 23 and I work as a physio. I absolutely love my job and work for a great little practice in Footscray. I usually work long days so am only really home weeknights and weekends. When I’m not working I love to exercise! Mainly so I can indulge in baked goods - usually the chocolate kind, without feeling guilty. I also love to bake said goods. On weekends I like to mix it up either go out for a coffee with friends or go to the beach. I've recently moved down from QLD and I'm really excited to explore Melbourne and surrounds! And every once in a while, I love a good wine and cheese night! 🥂 I like to live in a clean and tidy space and am more than willing to contribute to a cleaning schedule. I am currently living on my own and have an apartment full of furniture, so I can bring anything the household needs and will sell anything that's not needed. Talk soon, Mo

I'm in my final year of post grad studies and looking to move into a new home for next year. I have a full-time job lined up in Footscray and would like to move into a 2-3 bedroom home in the surrounding suburbs. I've been living in share houses for 5 years. I enjoy socialising with my housemates, but appreciate and respect each other's down time. I'm a clean and tidy person. I like to stay active and hang out with friends on the weekend. Please send me a message if you're interested in teaming up to look for a house or have a place to move into.
Hi Melbourne folks! My name is Ellen Ryan, I'm 24, American/Australian, and I'm looking for a nice lil place to live, ideally within 20-30mins of the city on PT 🌸 I’m pretty well share-house-trained, know how to do my own thing, somehow always have a sneaky bottle of red on hand if you’re in the mood, and I’ll learn how to cook more than pasta if its a dealbreaker. I work 4 days a week for an entertainment group in the CBD, and study part-time at RMIT. Please let me know if you think we'd live well together!
