Hi, my name is Ellen and I am a 20 year old girl from Denmark. I am looking for a place to live in Melbourne, as I am here on a working holiday visa. I'm a clean person with good manners, who respects other peoples privacy. Since I recently moved here, I don't know a lot of people and would therefore prefer a living situation with roomies who are keen to go out or do stuff together occasionally. I am looking for a furnished room, where I can stay until July.
I probably won't be home that much, and will be studying - mostly - when I am. Recently graduated from a coding bootcamp and about to start my tech career as a web developer. I'm a non-smoker, occasional social drinker (some weekends). Respectful of others; avoid making noise at night and clean up after myself straight away. I'm laid-back and upbeat, with a cheeky sense of humour and easy conversationalist. I'm new to Vic and have a car. Keen to explore/hike/adventure on the weekends.
Howdy! I am recently arrived in Melbourne from Texas and am seeking a clean, relaxed place to stay for the next 3-6 months. I work full-time in the CBD, and help run a small Houston-based vinyl records business on the side. When not working I enjoy training in jiu jitsu and building electric vehicles.
My name’s Millie and I’m 28 years old, just finished my postgrad studies. Currently jumping from my first job to my second (for professionally-related work). I work casually for events mostly weddings, start work late and comes home 3am, please don’t mind me I’ll be quiet as I’m more than likely to be dead. I’m an introvert and super shy in front of strangers but once you get to know me I’ll start acting like I’m your best friend(lol) and happy to talk a lot. I’m super chill with things, born in Hong Kong, spent some time of my childhood in Brisbane, some time of my adeolesence in the UK, and now 3 years in Melbourne :) I do speak with a mixed accent that also changes every morning I wake up but don’t let that confuse you - I’m very stable a person, very open-minded and happy to cook you food with love in case you need a boost in life x
3 Canadian package deal who moved across the world to try out life in Oz! Two teachers and one waitress looking for a space to live while we work and live our adventurous and healthy lifestyles! :) Our budget is flexible and is to be split between the three of us!
Hi, my name's Hudson and I work in Supply Chain and Logistics for Australia’s biggest supplier of Cement, utilising my background in Law and International Business. I'm currently in Melbourne for work. I'm employed full-time and working out of two offices - West Footscray and Port Melbourne. When I'm not working Mon-Fri, I'm either outdoors riding mountain bikes or road bikes, at the gym or reading/kicking back. I'm clean, organised and easy going. I like to chase some good food with friends on the weekend or head out of town and explore. I'm basically looking for a clean apartment or house in a central, central-west location to be near work. Feel free to get in touch!
EDIT Hi my name is Stu, I am a 37 years old and single. I work as a Mechanical Technician making me a technically proficient type cat. I work day shift with the odd weekend and have been at the same job for 7 years. I am a colossal nerd in my down time and get out into the sticks as often as possible. I am friendly, housetrained, respectful and quite chill. I have friends in the area that I like to hang with and can go from being a hermit to being apart of the flat crew seamlessly. In the right circumstances I can talk bollocks for hours :)
I am 27, work full time as a clinical dietitian (won't food police you too much). Very easy-going, love a chat but also respect having personal space too. Love spending time outdoors, enjoy a pretty healthy lifestyle and have a soft spot for succulents!
I'm a Backpacker from Germany that is looking for a flat in the greater Melbourne area until the end of April. I'm really tidy and love meeting new people. I'm a healthy person and I love to run. I don't mind helping with cleaning the house/ flat. I'm looking for an alternative to the crowded hostel lifestyle but I don't want to loose the opportunity to meet new people.
Hey I'm Adrian! Laid back down to earth kinda guy who is always up for a drink after work, dinner out, or a quiet night in. I’m have moved home to Melbourne from Brisbane after accepting an Enterprise Business Development Manager role within Telstra (can’t get cheap internet sorry guys!) Ideally would love housemates who aren't strangers and you can have a good chat with. I will be working 9-5 Monday to Friday so when coming home it would be time to kick back and relax (or go for a run/bike ride to unwind). I'm far from a boring person, I do like to have a beer after work or head off for some drinks at the footy or pub, but my hard party days are over. So hoping to find somewhere where you can chill out and not have to worry about your housemates up partying. I'm a tidy person in all common areas and also not pedantic when it comes to a few things out of place. I don't mind sharing dinners from time to time but I'm very self sufficient in this area! if you want a chilled out housemate who won't wear you down... i'm your guy!
New Graduate physiotherapist working in the western suburbs. Moved over from Perth at the start of 2019 for a hospital role! Very clean and organized and enjoy cooking and baking! I enjoy sport and socializing but also love staying home to nap and watch movies :)
Hi there. I'm a friendly 27 year old full-time teacher looking for a private place to call home. I'm looking for a place that is either self-contained or quite private/separate from other rooms. Ideally a bungalow, granny flat, 1-bed flat, or even a townhouse that has a bedroom/bathroom on it's own floor. I would also like a large room as I need to fit my study desk. If there's some type of backyard/ patio/ balcony, that would be awesome. I have travelled extensively and experienced many a dorm room and share house, which was always a great way to meet people. I'm now at the stage of my life where I do require privacy due to high work demand. However I am always up for a chat, sharing a meal or having a drink after work. I love music, cooking, having a laugh, and attending gigs. I am extremely clean! Definitely always cleaning up after myself and keeping my own spaces neat and tidy. Not down for a party house. Look forward to meeting you!
