Hey, im looking for a place in the northern suburbs close to the city. I'm 25 years old and work full time in an accounting firm. Outside of work i like playing sport, cards, reading and relaxing with a couple of drinks. Looking to move ASAP
Please note: I'm only looking to move in March, around the 6th. Must be large room (roughly 3x4m). $160 is my maximum budget including bills. I'm super chilled, easy-going and friendly. I'm pretty clean, especially in common areas, but I'm not a neat freak. I don't drink much, I don't do drugs or smoke. I keep to myself and my birds mostly, but do enjoy a good chat in the kitchen. I have two birds (Cockatiels) who share a bedroom with me so we need a big room. Must fit double bed, large desk and their cage. They're pretty quiet most of the time, but my boy does like to whistle the Addams Family or some other random songs sometimes during the day. But they sleep when the sun goes down so are quiet at night (and so am I). I've lived in four rentals with them and never had a complaint about the noise or mess. I bring carpet with me to keep the floor clean and I clean up after them. I studying online and work part time. I'm also on Centrelink so my income is steady. I've been renting for 10 years and have always payed rent and bills on time. Look forward to meeting you!
I'm a Christian gal seeking someone to start a new house share with. I have couch, fridge, dining, kitchenware and my own bedroom furniture. I'm clean and will generally keep to myself but I am looking for roommates so that I have some conversation when home from work in the evenings. I love brunching, movies, music, the arts, wine and generally anything that gives a good atmosphere like a football game. Not a big cooker, but a girl's got to eat. Not likely available to move for another couple months but we can start friendships first.
I'm a super clean, friendly, social person to live with. I'm looking for room mates who have similar respect standards, and who I can hopefully become fast friends with. I study at ECU in Mount Lawley so I'd ideally like to find a place as close to there as I can get. Flick us a message if you have any other questions :)
Hey! My name is Lucinda, I'm a 23 year old female from Sydney, moving to Perth in February to study psychology at UWA. I'm looking to house share with easy going people around my age. As I'm studying I'm not looking for a party house, that being said I'd prefer to share a place with people that enjoy a good chat and glass of wine at the end of a long day. If you have any questions, I'd love to hear from you :)
Seeking a room for rent in Perth CBD or any south/north of the river suburbs within 15km. Young professional who enjoys a healthy social life, i am a tidy person (sometimes a little OCD) cooking is a hobby of mine and i have a Thai background so there will be lots of yummy food to go round! Looking to share with people of similar age. Not looking to share with more than 3 people in one house. Due to travel plans i won't be looking at moving until April. Should i find a great deal however i'm happy to pay for the room whilst i'm away :)
Hey :) My name is Vanessa and I am a 22 year old uni student studying full time while also working part time. I am neat, tidy and very respectful of others spaces but always willing to chill out, have a chat or glass of wine. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi, I'm easy going, down to earth and neat and tidy. Love the beach, travelling, keeping fit, healthy and cooking. I like to go latin dancing, enjoy a good movie and hanging out with friends. I have my own bedroom furniture so looking for an unfurnished room with my own bathroom. I'm a kindy and sport teacher in a primary school and currently studying a certificate in Children's Nutrition.
Hi so my mate and i are looking for a place close to uni (ecu), im a muso and hes doing software. we're not going to be to picky with a roommate just someone to help ease the financial burden of being students by splitting that rent. thanks!
I am student in ECU, studying Project Management. I am clean, tidy, responsible, easygoing and professional person. My keen interests are to meet with with new people, explore culture, nature and landscapes. By profession i am a business specialist having expertise in marketing, sales and finance. Currently working in city.
Hi there, I am looking for a place with someone nice. I work a lot (6 days a week) so I am not home for the most part but when I am I'm fairly quiet. At home I like to be able to relax, I also like cooking up new things when the mood strikes. At home I am quite social and enjoy meeting new people and catching up with my friends. I like to keep my space neat and tidy and have a respect for other people, their space and their things. I have my own bed and bedroom furniture so ideally i would like a place with an empty room. I am looking for a place to settle into and looking forward to meeting the person I am going to be sharing with.
I'm chilled out AF just wanna live with easy going people who aren't too introverted but not all up in my grill either 😂, I'm clean and tidy, a hairdresser and work almost every day either in salon or mobile or out with friends so won't be home too often, but when I am i don't mind keeping to myself or having a chat / drink :) Looking for a place to stay until November 2018 if possible- not nessessary but at least 6-12 months, anywhere around Mt Hawthorne/Leederville/Tuart Hill area. I'm from Scotland and 20 in May been living out of home since I was 15 so used to paying rent and bills on time :) v mature but not a square always up for a laugh; oh I'm also a great cook 😉
I am studying at ECU WAAPA, just moved from Sydney, I love movies, bushwalks, camping, animals and the beach and as a roommate i am a vegetarian, i am considerate, great cook, team player and know how to clean.
I am a 25 year old female non smoker looking for a fairly quiet share house to call home. I work part time in a retail job as well as hospitality on the weekends. I like to relax when I can but am always up for joining in house activity's. I'm down to earth and would love to live with people who live a healthy lifestyle. I'm a very creative person and have my own clothing label that I enjoy working on. I'm not a messy person as I don't do a lot of cooking. I love to chill out in front of trashy t.v with a glass of wine and I love eating out at cafes that do all day breakfast. Ill occasionally go out and party but I'm definitely not a party gal. I'm currently moving from a house that was furnished with most of my belongings including a couch, washing machine and kitchen stuff, so ideally I would need to be able to shift these things with me to use or have somewhere I can store them as I'm not looking to get rid of any of it. I also have a 3 and a half year old female Labrador. She is happy to live outside and is one of those dogs that just wants to love everyone, she doesn't dig and very rarely barks. I've never had any complaints from my current landlord or neighbours. I am happy to pay a pet bond if necessary. My max budget is $150pw (looking for 6 months min) in areas such as Innaloo, Karringup, Joondanna ect but needs to be accessible to the free way as I work in Joondalup. Because I have a car I would prefer to be able to park in a driveway/garage for security reasons but if street parking is the only option available then its not a problem. I"m happy to move into a house looking for an extra person or team up with others to find a place.
Quirky, enviro-conscious lass, lover of life, lover of people looking for short term accommodation (potentially long term accom if we click). I like my own space as much as I like being social. I am a qualified high school teacher, returning to uni to advance my studies. I'm easy going, open minded, friendly, community minded and goal driven. I come with my little dog, Flocke. She shares the same character traits as me. 😜
Working professional in Subiaco. Curtin uni student. Peaceful//quiet. Unabashed introvert, with a dash of sarcastic extroversion. Easy going. Non-smoker. Book worm. Triple J fiend. Nap taker. Fitness dabbler. Food eater. Early riser. Early nighter. Doggo fan. Mild clean freak. Homebody/chiller. No party houses. Seeking a place to call home. ABOUT YOU Also a working professional. Student would be cool – but no bigs if not. Also peaceful//quiet. Either extro/intro-version. Open and warm. Also a food eater. Mild clean freak. Cool as a cucumber. No parties. Would like to share their home with me. ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Secure parking would be ideal but not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just on-street parking. I have all bedroom furnishings so looking for an unfurnished room. Would prefer to live with no more than 2 people :) Rent would be between $140, up to $155 inclusive of bills. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings – NOR would be preferred - absolute brownie points if you're near the beach! Also interested in teaming up with someone as well - flick me a message and we can T up a coffee to suss each other out! Feel free to stalk me on Facebook too, to make sure I have all two eyes, ears, a nose and mouth – but totally non-discriminant against anyone who does not possess those things.
Im easy going and quiet keep to self alot but also like to have a drink and laugh with right people. :)
I'm Rachel, 24, single, registered nurse. Super tidy and neat, friendly, non smoker, occasional social drinker, easygoing, and into fitness (although I love ice cream a little too much). Looking to rent with similar types of people, females preferred. Currently living at my parents house although it's definitely time to grow up and move out :) Ignore the move date, I'm flexible, I just want to find the right place and right people!
Jonny and I are both friendly and hard working people. We both like to keep busy working and looking after ourselves by going to gym and going cycling. We are also very sociable and love to meet new people. We have experience on living alone and with others and are very good at cleaning up after ourselves and keeping a tidy environment. We also respect others peoples privacy and feel that we would be great house mates for you.

Tend to stay to myself unless the ppls I live with wanna hang out then that's great too of course. I work from 8.30 till 5 mon to friday saturdays Sundays its just chill out do whatever i'm close with my whole family so hang out there often so won't always be around so it will give the person/s I live with space too . I am clean tidy and always like things in there place and no clutter or mess. Anything else you wanna know please don't hesitate to ask.
A little about me: I have a good sense of humour and can find the funny side in almost anything. I love cats and dogs and am clean and tidy. I study astrophysics (master of physics at UWA) so I can (hopefully) answer any space sciency questions you may have. In my free time I like to organise, listen to music, spend time with friends, learn Japanese and watch a good movie.
I'm easy to get along with and keep things tidy. I like having a social household and want to get along well with my other housemates. I'm a barista who makes a great coffee but is currently looking for work (I do have the means to support myself fully). Three months ago I adopted a gorgeous 10yr old cat named Jupiter and I'm looking to bring her along with me. I'm interested in LGBT friendly homes that are open and accepting! I love making art, listening to good music and if there's a garden then I'll happily water and care for the plants🌵 I'm on the hunt for some rad people that want to share their home with me. Places that are fairly central suit me best. Please send me a message if I seem like the right fit for you 🙂
We would like to have our own granny flat and if we like it we would like to rent it for a few years. But first we want to have one from end of April 2017 until 6th July 2017. We don't smoke, have no pets and like a fairly quiet peaceful lifestyle. I work six days a week.
Hey, Im Aaron! Im looking for a room close to the city, living with social, easy going people. I am clean, respectful, chill and easy to get along with. I enjoy having a few drinks and going to gigs on the weekend as much as I do binge watching the latest tv shows. Im currently working a part time hospitality job in the city but usually do full time hours, hoping to find a place that is close to public transport, although I do have a car. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Working in music and tv, looking for someone to team up with and grab a 2 bedroom/3 bedroom house or unit. Ideally would only like to share a place with one other person. Like minded creatives would be cool but open to anyone with a chilled vibe. As I'm a musician my downfall is that I come with lots of equipment. But the only thing that will be in communal spaces will be an upright piano which will probably have to go in the living room if my room isn't big enough. I'm only working on scores/making music during the day so you don't have to worry about noise at night.
Hey folks, am looking for a place anywhere between Karrinyup and Nollamara area to be in proximity to my work (i work for Silver Chain), as well as the beach, now that we're comin into that type of weather again (i surf/bodysurf regularly). Generally pretty fit and health conscious, and am vegetarian, so ideally would like to grow a few veges of my own. Also love animals, so possibly more open to a house where i can (maybe;) have a dog in the near future. Cheers, Brendan
I'm clean, organised, reliable and friendly guy. I love art music and literature but have a broad range of interests and can always find something to talk about with people. I like meeting new people and being sociable but I also have a deep appreciation for respecting personal space.
Hi I'm a reticulation technician during summer months and do a mix of landscaping and reticulation installations during the off season. I have lived in Perth since 1995 and love travelling, the beach, the bush, dogs (though I dont have a canine companion) and just relaxing and doing nothing once all the work and chores are done. Love my own company but dont mind others coming to share it too. I smoke but not inside and both around others unless invited.
I'm a hard working full time worker that loves a good social chat at the end of the day over a beer or glass of wine. Looking for a shared house that is like a family type friendship that we can all be social but also have a healthy share of alone time. Ive grown up in a house hold where cleaning up is was taught early. I would prefer house mates to be friends rather than strangers. I am a pretty respectful person and a lot of people think I'm older than I am. (mature for a Male my age apparently) I look forward to meeting you all.
Hello! My name is Kirill Sukhoverkov. I am a PhD student at the UWA and my work is connected with Life Science. Being a quiet, calm person who likes cleanness I am looking for same people. The main goal of my work is scientific research, therefore I will spend the great deal of my time at the university. I respect personal space of people and their need to relax, so I have not ever had conflicts with my roommates. I arrive to Australia on 15th of March. If you think that I might be your flatmate please write me when I can visit your house to meet you and look at the room. Regards, Kirill Sukhoverkov

I have minimal furniture such a bed and TV ect.I pay my bills on time. I'm looking to find somewhere in April 2017and look forward to any enquiries. Thankyou. Scott
*I've been getting a lot of messages for housing that is above my listed budget. While your interest is awesome and I appreciate it, it's a massive waste of my time to be trawling through ads that I can't afford, so please please please don't message me if your property is above 140 a week*. I work at ECU on the weekends, and I do bits and pieces of freelance illustration. I'm working on a few art projects and studying, so I have a tendency to be up at odd hours, but I'm very quiet and respectful of personal space and boundaries. I like knitting, drawing, reading and researching, so I'll usually be lumped up somewhere doing those things. I'm tidy, I don't smoke, have no pets, and don't require a parking space. Please let me know if there's anything you'd like to ask or if you have a room :) Looking forward to meeting you!

We are an Italian/German couple coming to Perth in mid-February for six months. Alex will be a full-time student at UWA and I (Sylvia) will work part time. We are looking for a double room in a shared house/Flat, which is within a suitable distance to reach UWA. We are reliable, clean and tidy and we love to socialize. At the same time we respect other people’s privacy. Both of us have experience in sharing accomodation in an international environment. We are quiet and are not looking for a party house – but we appreciate casual dinners or drinks with our housemates.
25 years old and working part time in retail, looking to move closer to the city and meet new people. Keen to get to know housemates and don't mind a drink or two on the weekends, and quiet nights in during the week.

Hi, I'm Hawa, me in a nutshell - I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UWA, and have just completed my Honours in Psych at Murdoch University. I'm pretty friendly, although quite shy to begin with, a huge fan of movies and am generally an easygoing person who spends most of her time reading or watching movies, when I'm not working or studying. I'm pretty reliable and pretty tidy and I love cats and occasionally window shops when I'm sad. I have a boyfriend who visits sometimes and I have an obsession with Game of Thrones. I'm looking to move in mid-February as I will (hopefully) be starting my Master of Industrial and Organisational course at UWA :) Please contact me by email if you have such a room ($130 including bills and Internet preferably) and I'd love to take a look. Hi my name is Amie, I'm 27 and born in Perth. I'm a Physiotherapist currently working in a private practice in Applecross. Hey guys, i'm a mechanical engineer studying my masters at UWA. I also work part-time from anywhere with an internet connection as well as occasionally driving for Uber. I'm easy going, clean, responsible and friendly. Happy to help out around the house and with any tech problems. Have sharehoused since i was 19 so know the drill with cleaning and am happy to share meals etc if thats the go. Smoking doesn't bother me aslong as its outside only. Enjoy hitting the gym, beach, and anything outdoorsy. Enjoy most types of music, always open to new things and a cold beverage! Less relatable/energetic hobbies would be finance (stock and futures trading) and the occasional computer game. Happy to move in anytime feb onwards, no rush.

I’m from Perth. I like health and fitness on the flip side I love going to watching live music and having a glass of wine with good friends. I try to be respectful of my housemates, be tidy and treat others as I would like to be treated. I'll be back in Perth in early March. I will respond to people around that time. If your room is still available we can talk about meeting and viewing the place.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I'm Rachael I'm 27 and I have just moved to Perth from the UK. I will be studying and working in the week and like to socialize on the weekend although I'm not a massive drinker!
