If you're looking in Cottesloe, Mosman Park or North Fremantle, check out our place. We have a beautiful home, centrally located, close to buses, trains, restaurants, cafes, shops, the river and the beach, all within walking distance. Our lovely large character home is quite like an old English manor and set in gorgeous surrounds, with a swimming pool and large garden. We have been happily sharing our beautiful home with others for a couple of years now and have (mostly!) enjoyed the dynamics. Two of my 3 children live with me - they're 14 and 12. My 16 year old is at boarding school overseas and it is his upstairs bedroom that is on offer. There is more than enough room within the house to do your own thing. Our home is very safe, beautifully presented and full of character. Off street car parking is negotiable on a first come first served basis and there is possibly the option to park a car in my lock up garage for an additional fee. ABOUT THE ROOM: $400/week single $440/week double - LARGE ROOM with ENSUITE Fully Furnished with QUEEN SIZE BED, wardrobe, desk and bedsides. This room is in the front section of the house. You will also have access to our communal areas such as the kitchen, laundry, family room, sitting room and large lounge room as well as outside areas - swimming pool, BBQ, outdoor kitchen etc We just ask you to use common sense and respect when using our shared spaces. Our home is a 1-2 minute walk to the bus stops, which take you to either Fremantle or the city, via UWA and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Subiaco. We are a 5-10 minute walk to Cottesloe Train Station. Short walk to Coles, Woolworths, IGA. Lovely restaurants and bars are a short walk away: Rodney's, Samson's Paddock, Freshwaters, Lamont's, Nasi Lemak Korner, Tsunami, Van's, Cimbalino, Elba etc. We are also a 10 minute walk to the beach or the river. Perfect location, on the border of both Cottesloe and Mosman Park. The location is great for anyone working in the city, Fremantle or anywhere in between. * Short bus ride to UWA so also perfect for a mature uni student

Location, Location, Location. Nestled in the heart of Cottesloe just two blocks from the beach and shops with just a stroll to the train station. The house is a character terrace house with a lot of charm. Remodelled, well stocked kitchen with a farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and a massive stove. Tastefully decorated with a leather furnishing and projector TV. The bathroom is remodelled with a shower and clawfoot tub to enjoy your favourite bath balm or relax after a hard days work or surf. The court yard is furnished with an outdoor patio set and bbq for entertaining. Outdoor shower in the backyard to wash away the sand after a fun day at the beach. You won't be disappointed with this house and its location!
Hey!! Three guys in our early 30s live here. We are emergency doctors and do some shift work. The beach is 300m away. We have a boat & actively use it. We all love diving, have a freezer full of crayfish, surfing, kiteboarding, camping trips ... and the list of outdoor activities goes on. The lucky housemate will hopefully join us on the boat & get involved in afternoon beers and table tennis hitouts. Happy for a guy or girl! House is fully furnished, except your room. We have a gardener that takes care of the outdoors (don't worry you don't have to chip in for this)We generally organise a cleaner fortnightly, but keep the place pretty damm clean anyway.

I’m a 26yr old female who works full time as a dog groomer. I’m clean, friendly, enjoy going to the gym, beach and a few wines. Looking to preferably rent an unfurnished room in a furnished house. Flexible with move dates just hoping to find somewhere by December. I have a very easy going, friendly dog who spends most of her time outside but I do like to let her in when I get home from work so wanting somewhere with some form of yard for her to hang in.

Hey everybody! My name's Megan and I'm a 19 year old American traveling Australia on a work and holiday visa! Hobbies include almost anything creative. I love photography, graphic design, film, writing, and music. If I'm not doing something creative I'm most likely at the beach swimming in the ocean.
Running an online business and also studying website design, sales and marketing. Electrician by trade so handy around the house and used to work as a dive instructor. I Like the gym, bike rides, occasional wakeboard should practice more, bbqs, few drinks on the weekends, looking to get back into kitesurfing this summer. I’m social, but also like my own space sometimes. Love a bit of banter, so looking for fun people. Also clean up after myself, I never leave a mess. Room has to be big enough for a desk, wardrobe, chest of draws. Also a little storage for camping equipment, somewhere in the house.
I'm a French women loving travel and meet new people. I like cooking (as I am pastry chef looking for such a job in Perth) practice sports (yoga, running, kitesurfing, martial arts etc), photography, reading and just chill out with friends. Easy going, tidy and clean at home. I've already lived in shared house in France and Canada and it was great! So I would love to continue this experience during my 6 to 12 months stay in Perth. Contact me so we can meet!!!
I grew up on the East Coast, on the surf coast, just outside of Geelong. I moved to Perth 6 years ago for work, but have spent much of this time living out of suitcases, working FIFO (as a Mechanical Engineer) and travelling the world. The FIFO party has come to an end and I'm starting work in the Perth Office. I like to be active, gym, cycling/mtb, beach, hiking, snowboarding, music etc. Any training/cycling buddies would be a bonus or house mates up for the occasional casual drink or cook up after work. I'm looking forward to being in Perth for the summer, could be time to give kite surfing a serious crack.
Hey there, I'm a full time primary teacher, avid traveller and a lover of the outdoors. I've been working pretty long hours because I just started at a new school, but I am looking forward to finding some down time this term. I just went on a trip for a month in America and I've got my eyes on Southern Europe for the next one! In the meantime, I'll be focusing on my health, fitness and kitesurfing. I have lived in four different share houses so far. Had a couple short term stays due to some unlucky circumstances with tenants and landlords, but this last one I've been in for over 2 years. I'm tidy, respectful and considerate, and always happy to pitch in with household chores and cleaning. I generally prefer a household that is social but not party central. Family dinners and casual sunset drinks are more my style. I'm looking for like-minded, sporty people who are easy going and friendly. If you have pets, even better. If I've missed anything, just ask :)
Canadian here. I've recently moved to Perth after living in Sydney for a year where I graduated from university. Now I'm beginning work here in Perth and I'm planning to stay for a year (maybe longer). In my free time I enjoy going to the beach, hiking, reading, going to the gym, going out for drinks, listening to music and watching Netflix. I'm very clean, social, and a good cook. I'd love to find a place to live that's clean, accessible by transit, and a place with a fun and social atmosphere. Looking forward to meeting you!
Im a happy and cheerful student who works part time. I have a strong interest in fashion and fitness, and am easy going. I am neat and quiet, but always up for a chat! :)
