Hiya, Having recently offloaded the last of my offspring to the big wide world. Now it is time to have some me time. Where do I want to grow old? I am looking for a coastal retreat to eat up some of my long service leave before I float into retirement. Cooking, dining, swimming and cycling are my passions. Cheers Greg
If you can overlook the blue kitchen bench-tops and green floor tiles, a matching view from the patio overlooks the treetops of beach parks, and ocean waves from Peregian Beach up to Noosa. The master bedroom shares a similar view from it's new Queen size bed, and features a walk in wardrobe leading to its en-suite bathroom. The second room has a single bed, office desk and ocean view. The third room has a single bed with a view of my neighbors' deck. It features curtains.
Hi team I'm Jason. I'm a soon to be 3rd year medical student who won the lottery and will be based on the sunny coast next year. So I'm after a room, preferably close to the beach (I'll happily drive to the hospital) so I can make the most of the location. I'm 31 but a bit of a peter pan (going back to uni helped). I'm a fun and outgoing guy, keep a tidy ship and like a fun social house wherein the housemates all like to chat together while cooking/watching something interesting (or trashy) and go out etc. I also love my own space for reading a good book and so definitely appreciate privacy and keeping noise to a respectable level. I'm partial to a good wine and whisky and have gotten into brewing this last year with a fair deal of success, if I do say so myself. I'm into writing, photography, most sports, hiking, diving, will finally (hopefully) become half decent at surfing, play guitar, have a decent board game collection and generally have a new hobby on the go. That's me in a nutshell

Hi future room mate, I'm moving up to the Sunshine Coast from Brisbane because I've always wanted to move to my favourite Holiday spot. I will be moving with my best mate (my Australian Shepherd, Chloe) and am looking for a place with a yard and someone who likes dogs. I imagine myself working, spending a lot of time at the beach, buying a hammock, reading, installing a wind chime and maybe even becoming a shade slightly darker than the pasty look I'm currently rocking. Let me know if you are interested in finding a place together!
- great location right across from the beach (80 metres) - large home - hammocks to soak up the sunshine and feel the breeze - own room with ensuite and walk in robe - tv is display only if you what a tv then you’ll have to supply your own - bed can be moved should you want your own - own access into the room no need to go through the main part of the house - fridge in garage with laundry to store food/drinks as well as small fridge in the room - your own small patio outside - small dog on the property but loves people - bills included providing extended showers aren’t had consistently.
Hello, I'm a Colombian girl, I have been living in Brisbane for 4 years, and I'm starting in a new job in Noosa as an architect, my move in date would be the 13th February, and need a place to stay for the next 2 years hopefully, although wouldn't mind to find something shorter while I can locate myself properly once I'm there. My job is going to be only 4 days a week, so the rest of the days I want to dedicate time to my painting (So I need some space to set up my easel). I also would be going to immerse in nature in my spare time, and some weekends going back to Brisbane to visit friends. I also have a 1y/o white domestic cat named Florentina, she is very friendly, litter trained, and she loves to be outside in cat adventures, and then come home to snuggle and sleep. I'm hoping to find a place which is chilled, I'm tidy and respectful, friendly but not extra enthusiastic, I enjoy privacy, as well as hanging out. All with measure. and expect something similar. Send me a message if you think this sounds good. Thank you! ;)
This property is actually in Newport street Peregian Beach, near murdering creek road. But the estate is so new it wouldn’t find the address on google. But if you are interested, message me and I’ll let you know the number of the address. Plus bond is $550 It’s close distance to Main Street peregian and easy access to be on the road to noosa, Coolum and Maroochydore exits. You have a private room at one end of the house. Very cheap to afford. As for bills, we all go 4ths so genually the dearest bill is about $70 and that’s for electricity. There’s also internet, gas and water but always is around $20
G'day, I'm John. I'm 37 and I'm originally from the coast, but I have just come back from a 17 year stint in Melbourne to be closer to my parents. I'm a freelance designer and I am also starting part time work at a friend's sustainability business. When I'm not working I do a lot of design related stuff (mostly draw) and I'm trying to get my fitness back. Apparently there's side effects to a donut diet. Who knew?! I like a laugh and am a pretty positive bloke. If I sound like someone that you might be able to live with, send me a message.
Brand new house with huge room that includes built ins and ceiling fan. Close to shops, beach and pubs! NBN available for an additional $20 p/m. Electricity, gas & water will be spilt amongst everybody when the bill comes. Applicant must be tidy and pay rent on time. Please note Property is new so it is not showing up on google maps.
I love the outdoors, surfing, being active and living a healthy lifestyle. I work fulltime and am only home mornings and evenings. I'm organised and very clean, looking for roommates with these same values. Looking for a clean, spacious place to live preferably close to the beach and with my own bathroom. Looking for people to share with, aged 23 or older, who have a good routine and enjoy a relaxed, happy home environment :)
Easy going, open minded single gay guy. In the process of relocating from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast and need a place for a couple of months until I find somewhere permanent. Who knows, the temporary could term into permanent 😊 I’m clean, tidy, non smoker who now prefers dinners over late nights out and not adverse to the ‘occasional wine’.
I'm looking for a chilled share house, possibly make a few friends who I can go to the beach or gym with or have a few drinks and hang out! I'm clean and tidy and enjoy having my own space and privacy as well as socialising and hanging out with room mates. Working in coolum but not really fussed where I live on the coast, don't mind driving 10/20mintues!
Hi! We're Peder and Linnea from Norway and Sweden. At the moment we're living in Noosaville, but are looking for a new place by the date of December 15th in the Noosa area. We both work at restaurants in Noosa. We're outgoing persons and won't mind getting to know our new housemate(s)! Besides work we enjoy going to the beach, work out, or just spend some time outside when the weather is nice. We like to meet new people and go out with friends for a couple of drinks, but we're not party animals. All in all we're easy going people. Thanks!
ROOM AVAILABLE FOR SUMMER SEASON (3-6mths): It's a peaceful/beachy house setting not far from the beach, Peregian village cafes/restaurants and Noosa Heads. A great place for the Summer season. The vibe is happy and relaxed. The house is sunny, clean and easy to maintain. There is plenty of natural light and a big deck with sunset views and a natural bush/beach garden. The street backs on to the National Park.
Hello, I am a 19 year old Noosa local. I am a keen surfer and yoga teacher. I work part time at a surf shop and study at USC. I like to think of home as a place to relax and chill out. Im easy going but really value a clean and organised house. Would love to find a place to share with some other like minded room mates.
Hi Guys, My name is Tom and I am looking for some accommodation. Very easy going, tidy, and organized...currently I am working full time and also studying Nutritional Medicine. I like to keep busy and enjoy my free time at the beach, socializing with friends or training :)
Hey! (I am mainly interested in a new lease set up) I work 5-6 days a week as a barista at a cafe in Coolum beach. When I am not working I am either chilling out, going to the beach, exercising, or doing yoga. I am currently doing my yoga teacher training before I start back studying next year which is every second or third weekend. I am a happy bubbly person. Up for a chat but also love alone time! 😊 It would be ideal to find a room that has its own ensuit! I am looking for a bright open home, maybe near the beach and not a long drive to Coolum or ninderry which is where I spend most of my time! Feel free to contact me if you have any suggestions.
Hi there, my name is Cheresse, I'm a 26 year old single female with no kids. I'm after a nice place with one other like-minded person that I can call my home. I'm looking to move in with someone who is also single to ideally become good friends with, but to also avoid those uncomfortable moments of coming home and being the third wheel :) I work full time, and train most mornings before work. On the weekends I love being outside and at the beach. I'm super tidy, respectful and love a good laugh. I like to try and stay healthy most of the time, although I won't say no to an occasional cheeky beer after work :) I'm looking for a stable home with someone like minded who is past the party days. If you would like to know anything else or if you would be keen to meet up and have a chat then let me know :)
