I (Nina) am a first-year nursing student. I've lived in Mandurah all my life, and I'm happiest when I have a calm, private space to study, game, code, and unwind. A shorter public-transport commute to campus would be ideal. Zarina is on a gap year working part-time at Coles. In 2026 she'll begin her final year in electronic music & sound design at UWA. She's a creative soul who loves stories across a range of media—books, music, video games, movies, TV shows, and TTRPGs, to name a few. We have a six-month-old kitten named Blossom. She's desexed and up-to-date on her vaccinations. Blossom is an indoor kitty who's both playful and cuddly, and she loves giving kitty biscuits. We're seeking a tidy, cosy place within our budget, preferably closer to Perth. We’re thrilled to begin this next chapter together and look forward to making a new house feel like home.

Hi, I'm an international student studying at UWA looking to move out next year, will likely stay for minimum the whole year and consider moving out after depending on the situation. I am very okay with pets (in fact I love them) and I work part-time hospitality over the weekend. Not a party animal but will very occasionally invite 1 (or 2 friends max) over to hole up and study in my room, depending on the offer (e.g. price, location near places where I can find a cafe/library/room to do group study), I am okay with not inviting guests at all. Usual tidying habit is about once or twice a week. I don't drink or smoke so looking for similars as well as I'm pretty bad/intolerant with the smell. Schedule is usually busy so on days I'm free I'm usually resting/sleeping/studying but I'm down for a quick little chat if I run across someone in common areas.
