Given that I'm currently living alone in a one-bedroom apartment, I do have my own furniture and appliances. Would be great if I'm able to find someone to share a house with. I can be flexible with the rent amount and duration, although would prefer the rent duration to be at least 12 months. Parking is a must as I do own a car.
