Hello, I have recently relocated to Perth from Melbourne and looking for a place to call home. Looking for a room (preferably furnished) in a house in the CBD fringes/ inner suburbs. I have a consistently good rental history and treat my place of living and surrounds with utmost care. I love peace and quiet.
