My name is Maddy and I am 22. I work full time as a project engineer. I'm pretty easy going and am looking for a chilled place to live with people who are tidy and respectful. I work pretty long hours but am always down for a beer and a chat after a long day!
This is a beautiful 2 bedroom unit located 10mins from the Petersham Station. Bus to the city on your doorstep that goes 24/7. This is a perfect room for someone that is looking for a place to call home as this is not a party place. We love the occasional get together with friends but also are very considerative of others and their space. All bills are INCLUDED in rent (water, electricity, NBN internet (45mbs). The bond is 2 weeks + 1 week in advanced. Rent is paid fortnightly.
This is a place you can call home. Spacious, bright, luxury air-conditioned house that has everything. Open plan living with a huge lounge, dining area. Great outdoor area deck with BBQ & bar fridge for entertaining. Amazing kitchen with dishwasher and all appliances. Fully furnished or if you have your own bed that is great too. Large bedroom with built-in cupboards, desk, shelving and Queen sized bed. Awesome 2.5 bathrooms. New treadmill for fitness. Quiet street, a stroll to the bus, train station cafes, restaurants. There is a third toilet in the laundry.
Junior doctor, moving to Sydney for work at the beginning of February. I've lived in share houses for a couple of years and am independent, easy going and like to keep things clean. Outside of work I play a couple of sports and love food and travel.
I'm a 27 year old youthworker from Sydney's northern suburbs about to start postgrad medicine at the University of Sydney. I enjoy bushwalking, rock climbing, cooking and gardening. I'm looking for a place to call home that's close to USYD.
I'm a full-time software engineer currently based in Melbourne. I've recently accepted a great offer for a new position in Sydney CBD, and I'm looking for a place ideally under 35 minutes commute from the door to Town Hall Station that fits under my budget and listed requirements. I would describe myself as being very clean (unusual for a guy, I know) and need to live in a very clean environment. If your household has everyone taking their shoes off before they enter the house, that's a huge plus. I'm particularly fussy when it comes to bathroom cleanliness - so I'd prefer my own bathroom if possible, but I am flexible on that if you are clean yourself. I like to be sociable, so if you too like to have a chat in the evenings and so on, that'll be really awesome. Or not. :) I own my own home in Melbourne, so it's really weird (and distressing) to have to go back to renting again. At the same time, I know how much more you respect something once its yours - and you can trust me to keep your place impeccable like my own. Interests include: video games, board games, anime, karaoke, going exploring.
**Short term lease - available from mid-January to end of Feb/early-March** Beautiful 4 bedroom home in the heart of Sydney's Inner West. Located in Petersham just a short walk to local cafes, pubs and parks. Close transport links; 5 minute walk to train station, buses and light rail. This quirky cute house is not only a short distance from the city by bus or train (8 min walk) but located on the doorstep of lively Norton st of Leichhardt. Where you can find everything you need, shops, cafes, restaurant, movies, and more. The house comes with fast speed unlimited wifi, fully equipt kitchen (and the occasional yummy shared family dinner), lots of board games, a cute little fighting fish named Captain Jerry and speaker system for you can blast your tunes. Oh PS the room has a pole set up so you can work on your dancing skill you never knew you had
Hi! *LOOKING TO MOVE IN DURING MARCH/APRIL* My name is Lucy and I work in IT. I enjoy going to F45 / the gym, playing video games and boardgames, reading, watching movies (especially horror and action) and drinking the occasional Guinness. If you're geeky / nerdy then we will get on well. I am down to earth, clean / respectful, LGBT friendly, animal friendly and enjoy quiet nights in with a glass of wine / bottle of beer, some Netflix and video games. Not a party / clubbing person either. I currently live at home with my parents in Mosman, but I am looking to move out next year. I am considering getting a cat or a dog when I move, but if this causes an issue, I can wait until I live alone. I am a big animal lover and I currently own a dog which would stay with my parents, so it would be great to meet a fellow animal lover. I am easygoing and enjoy a laugh, and if we become friends while rooming together, then that is an ultra plus too! Always up for making friends, especially new video game / movie buddies. I'm looking mainly to have my own studio / granny flat, or to share with one other person, but if I meet the right people I am happy to extend this to a larger group. :)
I'm a friendly, easygoing and fun guy who's keen to help out around the house. I grew up in Annandale, Sydney and lived in a few share houses in Balmain/Chippendale. I'm studying full time at University of Sydney doing a Bachelor of Education (Primary), and working casually at a before/after school care in Glebe. I love coming home and being sociable, but also have study so know the importance of personal space and having time on your own. Lion King fanatic, Game of Thrones enthusiast.
Hey hey! My name is Zeel Patel and I’m 23 years old. I’m moving to Sydney (from Melbourne) towards the end of January (can move earlier for the right roommate/house). I am a laid-back girl who enjoyes company and a chat but also respects privacy and lone time. I like gym and outdoors but also love a good binge watch! I’m a vegetarian but don’t mind if you eat meat as long as you can clean after yourself. I am easy-going and would love to make some new friends! I’d prefer to stay with female roommates. My budget is 300-310 per week max including bills and WIFI. Let me know if you’d like any further information and if you have anything available that matches my description. I am also interested in meeting up and searching for a property together with one or two other girls at the below listed preferences. Looking forward to hearing from you! Thank you! (:
I will be moving to Sydney from the Gold Coast to complete my postgraduate degree in medicine at USYD. Hence I am seeking a place with close proximity to USYD and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. (Ideally I would like a room with an ensuite or own bathroom!) Apart from that, I will generally be out of the house during the day for uni and I will respect your privacy if need be. I do like my own quiet downtime but I'm an open, friendly person who wouldn't mind grabbing dinner or a drink occasionally - especially since I will be new to Sydney!
I'm a full-time PhD student at Sydney Uni looking for a place to call home. Born and bred in Brazil, and living in Sydney for 1 year now. I usually work long hours during weekdays, and am into a healthy lifestyle. 😊
Hello, I'm an italian girl with a degree in languages and I've just moved here!! I'm very friendly, I love Netflix and chill, books, travels, cats and I'm a huge foodie. Best of all I can teach you how to prepare the best italian dishes ✌

Hi! I am a 22 year old girl who has just finished a Bachelor of Science and is about to start working full-time as an environmental consultant (saving the world…not really but close enough). I'll be starting the 9-5 grind in March so am looking for a place to settle into before that! I'm pretty active and looooovee going to the footy (AFL…the purest kind of football) or the beach on the weekend. I'm always in favour of a meal out or a housemates dinner night and love to cook although there is still a question as to how good I am. I'm pretty clean and respectful of people's space but am always up for a chat at the end of a long day. I'm originally from Perth and am keen to continue my Sydney journey with some relaxed and fun housemates!
