Hey! I am 24 and new to Sydney. I am looking for a flat to share with another person or two, however, I would prefer my own room. I would be happy to join or if you would like to team up to find an entirely new place I would be quite keen on that too. I am a friendly, clean, respectful and easygoing person. I enjoy creating a cosy and aesthetically beautiful living space. I would be busy pursuing a masters and possibly teaching part time, but would fancy good company to grab a drink with occasionally or a yummy brunch (which ever you prefer ...or both) :)
Flexible with the price range. I'm friendly and nice, I mind my own business, I'm really neat and organised and not noisy at all. Very easy going Only turned 16 couple of weeks ago and also recently found out I was "gifted" so I'm trying to get into a selective school for Year 12 this October so I can get a high ATAR to get into law after highschool (preferably fort street highschool or north Sydney girls). I actually dont mind where the apt/housing will be aslong as its not too far from central considering selective schools are unzoned. I have a grant and a sponsor so I'm pretty much set for rent and all that I would do casual shifts for extra income but I will most likely not work so I can focus on my studies Prefer to live in a modern looking place and might choose to have a roommate to share the rent with. I have some experience living in shared houses as I used to live in Singapore in condominiums shared with other people. I can speak English, Filipino and a bit of Italian.
I'm a clean, chill, easy-going person currently working and studying full time in urban planning. I'm generally a homebody that likes to chill out and watch Netflix/read/listen to music etc when at home. While I do like down time by myself, I also like to get to know my roommates. I feel that it's really important to get along. I would love to find somewhere I could stay long-term.
Young professional, working city, from London. Full of life, laid back and respectful. Mature and easy going. Love the ozzy life style, beach, diving etc. Looking for mature flatmates who have a similar lifestyle :).

Dear new flatmate, My name is Sander Looijen, I am all the way from The Netherlands to live with you! I am 19 years old and currently studying International Event Management, this is also the reason I came to Australia. I will be an intern in Sydney's EF for 7 months. So I will be staying 7 or 8 months. I am quite social and would love to explore Austalia (with you). I prefer a cleaned house and will try to keep everything neat. If you are interested and/or would like to know more about me, feel free to contact me. Kind Regards!
I'm 35 and work full time as a health professional for a charity. Fairly normal hours, though can be variable as I'm on the road alot for work. Need some kind of parking. Outside of this I may or may not be at home alot depending on my various hobbies at the time e.g drawing, sport, gym, cycling, socialising. When at home I enjoy cooking, good music, books and occasional TV program. I have my own bedroom furniture and a few items for the common areas I would like to bring with me - bookcase, kitchen ware, armchair. I'm chilled, clean and reliable (direct debit is our friend). Need to share in keeping common areas clean. As much as i would like to party during the week, good quality sleep is essential to my functioning. I like to have friends around for dinner now and then so its essential my potential flatties are ok with that as I will be with yours, within reason ofcourse.
Hi, I am Raj. I am a software engineer by profession. I like having a good convo or sharing a laugh or listening to music. I don't cook at home, On my free time I like to watch a movie, outdoor activities with friends or for sport. I always clean up after myself and I am a pretty sociable guy but occasionally I like to chill out in my room and have some alone time. I am easy to talk to and I like making new friends. I am pretty quiet and considerate at night. I make sure I don't wake anyone up.... If you have a place in a house, or want to team up to get one to share, let me know. I'm also happy to provide a reference from my previous landlord. Thanks

Wanted: Teamups to start a decent 2 bedroom unit. Also interested in share apartments but only those who have a stable income. I have lived in Sydney for 28 years. I am a "physically small", easy-going, kind and considerate person. I weight approx. 55Kg and my height is 164cm. I would almost consider myself as a "Metrosexual Male". I am a non-alcoholic, I don't drink or smoke but I don't mind having flatmates who do. I am a vegetarian except for fish (I am happy to live with non-vegetarian flatmates). I live a "less sociable" lifestyle and it is very unlikely that I will intefere with other people's private/social life. However I would love to have some friends to have a chat with, and go out shopping at the supermarkets every so often. I am very respectful of other's privacy and belongings. To prove that I have a good rental history of paying rent on time, I have kept all the rent payment invoices from my (Licenced) Real Estate Agent over the past 11 months. At the moment my weekly budget for rent is $250-$280/wk. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, I put down my preferred length of stay as 6 months, but I want a place that I can stay at for 1 year or more. I will consider paying more than $280/wk, even though it is outside my comfort zone. If you send me a message via the website, please be prepared to wait until the evening for a reply (since I cannot get to a PC during business hours.) At times I may no logon to the flatmates website daily due to a busy lifestyle. Thank you for your understanding. Cheers..
Hi! I'm Kristy and I have just moved to Sydney from Brisbane to start my dream job working in the music industry. I am staying with a friend for a couple of weeks but am available to view properties and can move in to the right place straight away. I am a tidy and considerate housemate and would be looking for a room with an ensuite or own bathroom preferably in inner West Sydney. I am friendly and generally pretty quiet but am happy to have a chat over dinner/drinks. I've lived in my current apartment with housemates for nearly 7 years so would like to find a place I can call home. I like to cook/bake, read, listen to music and go to gigs. I will be looking to explore Sydney on weekends so would love any recommendations for adventures :)
Hi there, I'm Demi :) I'm a cleaning enthusiast (usually makes people happy!) I work full time for a pet sitting company and I'm studying to be a vet nurse so my life is very animal oriented! I'm a sociable person but I also enjoy my own space. I am very respectful, tidy and friendly :)
Hi I'm Nick, I'm a native of Western Sydney and I'm seeking a move in closer to Sydney Uni to begin to setup for a crack at a second degree in 2018. I am health oriented, enjoy outdoor activities and social settings. I can cook, I can sport and I can service a car. Also enjoy spending quality time relaxing and/or engaging in stimulating conversation on a variety of topics. Length of stay is potentially variable depending on lease arrangements and personal preferences.
Hey guys, I'm Mark. Own my own business and also work a second job so I'm always on the move. At times I'm away more than I'm at home, and when I'm home I'm usually working anyway, catching up with friends and/or keeping fit (motivation dependent ;p ). Looking for a base in Brisbane in a tidy share house with easy going housemates. I'm easy to get along with and respectful of others.
Hi guys!I'm Brazilian, 28 years old, working with sales and studying a Master in Business. I'm leaving my apartment on 13 August and I'm looking for a room to rent your someone to rent an apartment with me. I'm very friendly and easygoing who loves to spend time doing outdoor activities with friends or having a beer on the weekend. I would love to live with a good vibe flatmate who respects each other's privacy but doesn't mind a little bit of socializing. I'm very trustworthy, honest, clean and tidy, and am happy to clean and contribute to all household chores. I would prefer a room that has enough room for a queen bed and small desk.
I'm a gentleman from Perth, been in Sydney for 6 months. I run a pretty intense business which keeps me quite busy and at work mostly, although am always up for a friendly chat when I'm around. Love sharing stories and experiences over dinner and wine/beer, but also love quiet time and can certainly respect others wishes of peace and no banter. Can cook some delicious food, like toasted sandwiches (the best ever) and am a fond lover of Mexican cuisine. I'm very clean and considerate.

Two Males that are clean and tidy and very chilled out We are both full time students one studying Environmental Biology at UTS, the other mechatronic engineering at the University of Sydney. We love the outdoors and spend most of our time hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. We're both from Bellingen (Near Coffs Harbour) but are currently living in the Blue Mountains. We like to help out cooking dinner and are very handy with any gardening required. Ideally we are after a place within an hour out on the train from central station, preferably within 30 min, that has two rooms. Our budget it $200 max (bills included), preferably something cheaper around $150 each. Saying that, as we haven't found a place to live yet it is also a possibility for us to share a large room with two beds. If worst comes to worst and we don't find a place I will be looking for one on my own, so don't hesitate on contacting me.
Im currently working as a pastry chef in the city. Looking for something within 40mins from the CBD. Love cooking, reading and listening to music. I don't like being holed up in my room on my own, so someone i can chill with would be good. Someone to share meals with would be ideal, as I haven't quite got the hang of cooking for one yet. Happy to team-up with someone and look for properties. Flexible with move date and length of stay.
