Hi everyone I just got in Brisbane few days ago, I'm currently staying in school dorm, I'd like to find a new place to stay around first week of January, I'm easygoing and not a party person, my life style is pretty simple, work school and gym, and I'm tidy, like to keep everything organized, washing dishes immediately after used, now I'm studying and soon will be working part time meanwhile, and love to find a comfy place to stay if everything fits perfectly, I have no problems to stay more than years till my study finishes, because my school and the gym locate in city and I am not going to buy a car as transportation in short time, only the places not too far from city would be considered! Please contact me if you think I am the right one for you, thanks for your time!

This unit complex is a refurbished factory with heaps of character with its exposed brick walls and fixtures. It is centrally located, across the road from The Barracks Shopping Centre, minutes from Coles, Cinema, swimming pool, Caxton Street, bus stops and Roma Street Station. It is walking distance to the CBD (25mins), State Library (10mins) and South Bank (20mins), with access to bike tracks. The flat has an air conditioned spacious lounge room, balcony and kitchen, with plenty of room for additional furniture. We don't currently have a TV, you are welcome to bring one! The bathroom will be shared with one other housemate. There are two vacant rooms available. Room 1 is the bigger room, with a built in wardrobe. Room 2 is quite small, with a detached wardrobe. The rooms are unfurnished, however my current housemates are looking to sell their furniture if you are interested. The unit complex has a security door and is well lit up at night ensuring a safe environment if you come home late. I love living here, it is safe, convenient and has a vibrant atmosphere. This is the perfect place for students and young professionals and great value for its location. Sorry, no pets.
Greetings new friends. My names Renae I’m a down to earth 23 year old female, I work up to 120hrs a fortnight regularly at a government facility plus part time university finishing up my post grad in forensic mental health followed on from my bachelors of criminology and criminal justice. So I’m strapped for time and will be out of the house mostly. In my down time I enjoy lazy days binge watching Netflix and catching up with girlfriends. I’m looking for professional working flat mates who are interesting, intelligent, welcoming, relaxed, clean, down to earth, indoor plant obsessed people who love and respect their homes and flat family. I’m happy to pay for my own bathroom but also happy for shared situation. Separating from my 10year relationship and looking for a flexible arrangement to begin with and the hope to find people who I’m comfortable with signing a lease with if needed. Otherwise happy to for cash arrangement. Need yard for Moodle and dachshund doggies, they love endless cuddles and spooning. Require access to a parking spot. I will bring my own furniture or need some storage for a couple pieces. Let me know if you’d like to speak further and I’ll be happy to meet up for a tea. Best wishes, ren.
This property is very central to the City, Caxton Street and Roma Street Station. It is a renovated Queenslander with air conditioning, a front yard, back yard, big kitchen area, TV with Netflix and Stan and fully furnished. For a central property, it's very quiet, located at the bottom of a dead end street. We love it. Oh... the chickens are pretty great too! We are after someone from the 19th December (When I leave for holidays - need to organise before then and can move in earlier) until late Feb (Jo is away so can swap rooms into hers). Must take care of chickens (feed and water and a once a week clean of their coop) and water the indoor plants, keep the house clean and be be respectable.
PLEASE NOTE: I'm not planning on moving until January 2020. I'm very neat, tidy and tend to keep to myself. I work six days a week so I'm not home a lot. During the week, I work in Brisbane City at an insurance underwriting agency and every Saturday I work at a real estate agency. In my spare time, I like to hang out at home or catch up with friends. Since I work in the city, I'm looking for a place to live that is closer to work to cut down on travel time/costs. I'm always happy to have a chat to and spend time with my housemates, but I also respect when people want their own space. I also have a car, so would need space to park (whether it's on or off street).
Recently graduated from the QUT BFA Drama, vegan, loves rollerskating and vintage aesthetics. I am the busiest bee in Brisbane and you will probably hardly see me at home. Currently working out at Woodford Folk Festival and looking for somewhere near QUT or the city (Petrie Terrace or Paddington ideal) to move into mid January - got divorced a few months ago and all my things are currently in an expensive storage shed. Would LOVE to live somewhere with artsy young people like me.
Hi there! About me: I’m an easy going housemate, who is very tidy/cleans up after myself, enjoys either time alone or cooking together/wines after work. I work full time in accounting. I do overtime quite a bit, but in my spare time I like to read, gym, cook, drink (ha) or see friends out and about. I’ve recently just finished post graduate study. I get along well with others, and have lived in a number of share houses over the years and have experience in being respectful of others. I currently own a lot of furniture, so can either contribute goods to the shared areas or put my things in storage. What I’m looking for: I’m currently looking for a sharehouse arrangement from now. For around a 6-12mth lease (12mth preferred), around $160-$250 per week price range. I’m flexible on number of housemates, but would prefer own bathroom if available. I’d love to live with social professionals or students too / like minded individuals. Let me know if any of the above suits what you’re looking for.

We are interested in areas including kelvin grove, Petrie terrace, Paddington, Newmarket, Ashgrove and surrounding suburbs. We both have some furniture of our own and cooking utensils to share. Hi I'm Josh. I'm a 23 year old professional engineer that is moving to Brisbane from Auckland, New Zealand. I'm starting full time work at the end of January and looking for a room to rent in the more central suburbs, preferably near/around South Bank. I'm quiet, extremely tidy and clean. I enjoy having a chat and a drink at the end of the day, but also enjoy my own company. I don't smoke. If required, I have plenty of references!
