I am currently living in a share house in Paddington and would love to stay in the same area, I basically live in a shoe box so I would love a room that’s a decent size with windows!! In my spare time I like to hangout with friends, head to the beach, or just kick back and watch Netflix. I’m very respectful and tidy, love to cook and am super laid back, love to go out for a bevy and boogie on occasions. I value having friendships with people I'm living with, having a wine or two and a chat but also having our personal space. I’m currently backpacking in Thailand but will be back in a week and am keen to move out not long after I get back. We have a room available in Petrie Terrace 10 minutes walk to city and 1 minute from Caxton Street and Suncorp Stadium. Although we are very close to the stadium the street is quiet and doesn't see much traffic. Both garage spots are taken by myself and Mark but if you need parking we have residents permits and parking is available on the street. The house itself is a queenslander with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a self contained granny flat downstairs. We have unlimited internet as an additional cost and netflix as well should you want it. The room will be unfurnished and is the one with the cat in the photos

I'm looking for somewhere large for me and my dog/terrariums. Me: I'm an introvert who works full time in construction so I'm gone from around 5:30am-3:30pm. I like live music, video/board games, TV series, acoustic guitar, terrariums, art, plants etc. I have hobbies, exercise and I'm out and about quite often. I clean as I cook and don't leave common areas dirty and I don't invade other's privacy. Dan Dog: I adopted him 3 years ago and he's my bud. Dan is obedient, house trained and has never had an accident inside as long as I've had him; as much as he loves other dogs he is too energetic for tiny dogs during playtime so other medium dog friends only. Has lived with birds and kittens/cats. Can also be an outside dog. Doesn't bark excessively and is a great friend to all. I'm looking for a large room preferably private bathroom and a little storage space.
