Hello guys, we are Caro & Tobi, a German couple looking for a cozy place to stay in wonderful Brissie. I am starting a PhD position in Engineering at QUT by the end of July and Caro will be working full-time as a HR professional. We are looking forward to starting our little adventure in Down Under and who knows, maybe we will be flatmates soon! :-)
Full time working professional. Very neat and tidy. Easy to get along with, super chill. Spend my week working, at gym, cooking and on weekends I’m usually away. Pretty social person so happy to have a chat but also love my own space so I respect others.
Hello! I am an engineering student, first year. Previously worked as a marine tourism skipper for the last 7 years, with some travel in there as well. I enjoy pretty much all ball sports, playing or watching, anything on the water, pretty social but also like my own company occasionally. Looking for a clean and tidy place to call home for the next few years whilst studying. I have lived in many sharehouses before and have always had a great time meeting new people and friends :)
So a bit about me ... I keep busy working upwards of 20 hours a week & studying full time at QUT doing a Bachelor of Business. I’m hoping to find a place close to uni! I’m social & am preferably looking for a place with more of a homey vibe & to be friends with the people I live with but ultimately can keep to myself if necessary. In my spare time I’m usually spending time with friends or going to gigs & bars. I’m reliable, clean, outgoing & respectful! Would be happy to supply recent payslips or anything else to prove my income. Looking forward to finding a gorgeous place! 🌈
Hi there! I am an argentinian stage designer about to start a carpentry course, new in the city. I am looking for a nice place to stay and also get to know new people and new cultures, not looking for a party house but sure share a drink or a movie. About me, I like listening to music, specially live, I also love movies and nerd tv shows, and rollerskating is one of my hobbies. I love pets, so if you have a dog or a cat, that´s a plus! Looking forward to meet you, cheers

I currently live on the Sunshine Coast and am wanting to move to Brisbane for something new and exciting! I don't really know what I am doing with my life so I could either be working fulltime or studying/working part time. The options are limitless. I love meeting new people, being social and going out and about. But I also enjoy being a social hermit in my room watching netflix. I am super tidy and respectful of my living space/ the people I live with and I would love to live with people who are the same. I would love to become great friends with the people I live with and enjoy chilled nights in together, eating food and watching trash reality shows like love island (it's a weakness of mine, I apologise). Or just doing something fun!
I’m a very easy going guy. I will always respect your privacy. Get along with almost everyone. Just like to spend my evenings just chillin out as I work long hours Monday-Saturday. I am also Canadian!
Hi, I’m Caity, a 26 year old Brissy local, who has just moved back home (after 7years away) to start full-time work at Mater Hospital. I consider myself to be easy-going, quite sociable and bubbly, clean, tidy, respectful and generally pretty easy to get along with. I love cooking and baking sweet treats to share and am always up for a laugh, some good quality banter or just relaxing at home. I don’t smoke, I try to exercise regularly (emphasis on the word try) and I love all animals (especially cats), so it’s not a problem if you have a pet. Having lived out of home for 7 years already, I understand how to live harmoniously in shared environment, the importance of being considerate of everyone’s own personal space and cleaning up after yourself, especially in common/shared areas. Although I’m mostly happy and chatty, I’m often pretty exhausted when I get home from work and like a bit of quite time to myself to recuperate and also to do some study/work on my Diploma/certificate course this year, so I am respectful of others need to work/study as well and understand if you might be the same. I am social, but my crazy party days are behind me, more of a casual cocktail or wine & cheese platter kind of girl now. I enjoy the occasional dinner party, sipping ciders on a sunny arvo, the occasional weekend adventure, trying out local cafes or just watching some binge-worthy tv. I’m looking for a roomie who is fun, respectful and like minded when it comes to study and living together and having reasonable work-life balance, but who also enjoys an occasional bevy and night on the town, getting emotionally invested in trashy TV series and being a wannabe foodie or coffee/wine snob. I’m looking for a private (furnished or unfurnished) room with it’s own private/ensuite bathroom. I’d also like it to be somewhere close/walking distance of the train line or hospital, in a nice safe neighbourhood ideally with secure parking (or if not tons of free and safe street parking). A pool/gym would be an added bonus. I am looking to stay in a place from mid-late March for up to 6 months and my maximum budget is $250/week. I would prefer to live with 1-2 other females, but am open to living with anyone ☺. Please don't hesitate to contact me for further information :)
The house is an old Queenslander, a little rough around the edges but for $450/week in the city it's pretty darn great. The room is not overly large but can fit a queen sized bed and a set of drawers or two/a desk +. Can be partly furnished with a bed or unfurnished, whatever works :) Also has a ceiling fan and a window! We don't have a Tv, but you're more than welcome to bring your own. Unlimited internet so you can Netflix away to your hearts content. The location is fantastic in wonderful Petrie Terrace, basically the city but a little quieter and more pretty. Central to everything with lots of public transport nearby and street parking available. Cute little cafe at the end of the street, with the entertaining Caxton Street a short stroll away. Also the Barracks shops for grocery shopping/sushi/movies and other goodies just a 5 minute walk away.
My name is Alexandra from Colombia, I had almost 2 years living in Brisbane, I'm working as a Graphic designer and also in hospitality. Now I'm studying scuba diving so most of the time and unfortunately I'm not in the house :(. I love to meet new people and share with friends. I'm not a chef but I love to cook (vegetarian), I like to have my space clean and live in an environment with people who I can share a coffee, a cup of wine, food and good experiences.
Hello, I'm Jacinto from Argentina.I'm a software engineer who decided to take the next step, move abroad to develop my english and find new and interesting challenges and a better life. I'm very easy-going guy, I'm looking for a clean and respectful home where we can share and live in harmony. I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol and i don't use any drug, I try to eat clean and stay healthy and active. My hobbies are doing exercise, educate myself, use internet (a lot) and have a good time in general. Most of the time i prefer stay relax and don't go out, but, who can say no to a good party?
Hi, I'm a 21 year old Retail Assistant manager in the city and Exercise Physiologist in Toowong. I love socialising with my friends, going to the beach and out for food. I am clean, tidy, and a non-smoker, looking for housemates who are the same. I am looking for a place close to a train station. Ideally less than 12 mins walk from one. I’m trying to avoid being stuck in peak hour traffic. I love plants and so a place with a balcony or plenty of windows is ideal. I am very clean and tidy and respectful of people's spaces. I am currently working as a retail assistant manager, pilates instructor and exercise physiologist, trying to save up for a European getaway! - Move in date is very flexible as I'm housesitting at the moment. Prefer before end of March. Length of stay also flexible, but until sometime in July preferably. If it's cheap enough, I would like to stay longer until end of year. I have my own queen sized bed but otherwise, no big furniture. Built in wardrobe preferred as I have heaps of clothes. Thanks! Hope to hear from you soon.
