Hi I’m Olivia and I'm looking for one other person to team up and share a home with! Ideally a two bedroom apartment with nice views somewhere near the city. I'm very flexible with the move date. I’m an international business student from Finland and I work in cafes. I’m friendly, easygoing and tidy and like to live a healthy life style. I’ll be living in Brisbane at least till July 2019. Would be great to be friends with the roommate and be able to feel like home :) Feel free to message me if you'd like to change contact details and meet up!
LOCATION, LIFESTYLE, LAUGHS! We have an amazing room available in Petrie Terrace, available from mid July. Due to current housemate moving out with her partner, we will have a room available from mid July (fairly flexible with move-in date) for the right applicant! The bedroom available is located off the main living space with massive built-ins, high ceiling and ceiling fan. Beautiful wooden flooring. The available room has space for a queen bed and a slim desk. However, currently the room has a double bed, beside table, chair and a cube in it. (As shown in the pictures). The house is very bright and airy, and recently refurbished by the owners. The kitchen and lounge areas are - air-conditioned and open out to the front porch (an essential element of Petrie Terrace living), and flow through to the dining, bathroom and back bedrooms. (One housemate has a car, so it gets parked under there, but still room for another smaller car). There is a tidy laundry and clothes line underneath, and storage area underneath the house. There is also a small backyard. Speaking from living here the location is very convenient and very sought after since being so close to the city + public transport. You have Scout (delicious coffee) and Jessie’s girl (great food + drinks) 2min down the road. The barracks is also a 5min walk from the house, with a Coles, LiquorLand and other shops/places to eat. We've got most everything you will need (Washing machine, BBQ, large under house secure storage room, 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges, clotheslines, small paved backyard) with the exception of furnishings for your room. The location is amazing for students as it is close to UQ and QUT. We have a Coles and small shopping plaza with a cinema located at The Barracks; 200m walk from our house, situated adjacent to Caxton st, filled with bars and pubs, great sports/night precinct. Off street parking is available for four cars. It is possible to apply for a residential parking permit which will cost $25 and give you access to street parking on Sheriff St and one street nearby. For public transport, there is a bus station 4 minutes away by foot, and both Milton and Roma st train stations are a 10-minute walk. Neighbors are close but quiet and we have never had any problems with them. Lots of places within walking distance which could be a great opportunity for casual work.

We're a couple of 2 french backpackers (AGAIN SOME FRENCH? Yes, sorry ahah!) who're making a stop in Brisbane from start July until mid August. Outgoing, we enjoy to meet new different people and share about that. We like party but not too much, we prefer to chill (moreee than big party). Just looking for funny time! Should find a work in the city as waitress / labour / all opportunities possible so we would like to work. Soccer watching if possible for important matchs because of the worldcup haha! Would like to learn surf and/or guitare for Cloé, she loves good food (or just food!!!), great meat eater (barbecue and drink a beer at the end of the day!). Bertrand is IN LOVE with Brazilian jiu-jitsu practise and healthy food. Both of us can be talkative as be calm dependant of the time (OK maybe Cloé is more excited / talkative but I promess, not boring....... she will try at least!) or of the day. Here to visit everything as possible in Brisbane CBD or surround, as places, pub, beach, gallery, park.... but also to spend some time with new people. Perfect if we could match the 2 things together :) Also clean and tidy people (maybe too much for Cloé but she is working on this haha), and we have to improve our english! No problem at all with animals as flatmates, on the contrary we love them :D
Hi, My name is Kallum Robinson and I am a student at UQ starting this year, 2018. I am currently sharing an apartment and am looking to move, around late June of this year to somewhere a little more homey/comfortable and with roommate/s who treat the space with respect. I will not move out of the inner city suburbs as I need to stay close to the University for convenience sake, and covered parking is rather essential to keep my vintage 70's VW safe. I really value clean communal areas and keeping the place tidy [especially the kitchen!]. I enjoy a good chat and a laugh, a meal together or a few drinks, but do appreciate working through my routine and keeping to myself at times. I'm good with my hands and capable of fixing things around the house and using my head to solve a practical problem. I am not a party person and especially not the rowdy house party kind, I'd rather go out to meet friends and respect the space by not disturbing my roommate/s. I'm a fan of classic cars and motorsport, photography and cinema, fencing, the odd video game, good food and cooking it too! I don't have any pets, but if you do I absolutely love anything and everything :) I look forward to meeting up with you and hopefully I'm the roommate you've been looking for! K.
I am nice and respectful, I like a clean and tidy place to live, I like to hang out with the flatmates but also like my privacy, Generally, I'm easygoing
Hi everyone, So a little bit about me, I'm 19 years old, a first year uni student at QUT and I'm studying business/media and communication. I am a very neat and tidy person. I'm very respectful of others and their need for quiet. I'm always keen for a drunken night out clubbing but I do enjoy binging on Netflix too. I'm looking for a room in a share house with people who are uni students and around my age because I really want to become good friends with my house mates and hang out and go clubbing together. I'm hoping for a room that is unfurnished but is large enough for a queen sized bed and a desk (this past semester has showed me that studying on my bed doesn't work) and has a built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. I do have a car so a car park would be nice but if there's on street parking that's perfectly fine. I'm a bit of a social butterfly and really enjoy having people over for a bit of a pre sesh before going out but obviously this would't be every week but just every now and then when I'm not drowning in uni work. So if you think that I would be a good fit for your house please message me!

I am an easy going, amicable and generally happy person. I don’t smoke and am a social drinker. I am clean and tidy to live with. I love cooking and spending time with my friends and family. I come from north Qld and have been living in Brisbane for almost 12months (and love it!) I can move in anytime from now happy to look at 6-12months lease 😊
Currently studying a Bachelor of Secondary Education (Geography/Science). Looking for long term residence in an affordable room, in a house with good people. I am old fashioned, quiet, casual. Enjoy cooking things from scratch, gardening, reading, drawing, binge watching Netflix, getting out and about, park life, gigs music, like to keep things clean. Currently enjoying natural sciences and study of society, urban planning etc but also philosophy. Art. Design. History. Lit. Comedy. I like pets but don't have any. Bike riding. Veggies. No car at the moment.
I'm Renae, I am 18 and from the Sunshine Coast. I have been in Brisbane for 5 months and I'm looking for somewhere new to move due to troubles in my current location. My lease ends on the 30th of July, so ideally I’m looking for somewhere I can move into on the 31st. I am a neat and tidy person, I like to keep shared spaces as clean as possible. Especially bathrooms and kitchens. I'm friendly and talkative when I’m out of my room, I'm a pretty big gamer so I do tend to keep myself locked up haha. I’m 100% ok with pets, I have a cat and dog up on the coast who I miss lots. Parking isn’t an issue for me as I don’t drive. I work at Big W in a night fill position, which means I work some afternoons from 4 and will home late. Currently studying technical production (Backstage tech for theatre) at QUT but may be deferring for a year to focus on myself and work as much as I can. I do have a partner who comes to visit every few weeks, so somewhere where it is ok for him to stay over occasionally would be great.
Currently on my year abroad in the UK, i move home in early July and am looking to organise a place for when i return home. I'm in my 3rd year at QUT, very social but also enjoy my own space. Looking for an unfurnished room (big enough to fit my king bed) in a social share house preferable South Brisbane area, Toowong, Milton, Paddington or Indooroopilly.

Hi, my name's Liv and I'm a 22 year old international student going to QUT for one semestre (looking for 4-5 months lease) . I'm super friendly, clean and always up for a chat and a laugh, but I'm also pretty studious when uni's in session. When I'm not studying, I'm usually at the gym or out with friends. I love playing football, so maybe I will find a team to join. I'd really like a roommate who respects my personal space but who also doesn't mind being social and going out for a drink and a dance every so often. Since I'm only here for a semester I want to travle and experience Australia. Would love to chat!
Hi there! I'm friendly and positive and looking for a warm and friendly home. I love the beach and bush walks, gigs and eating out. I've been house sharing for many years so I'm housetrained and considerate! I've made some dear friends over the years through house-sharing and I'm open to making more, but I'm more than happy to keep it functional if that's all you're after too. I have a washing machine, couch, some outdoor furniture & plants and all of my own bedroom furniture. I also have a gorgeous, small, toilet-trained, 1yr Cavalier x Terrier dog, named Maple. I'm a responsible pet owner and would ensure boundaries are respected and also hope that she could become part of the family. I work for a non for profit and during the day I'm either down in Logan, in our office in South Brisbane, meeting corporates in the city and sometimes I work from home, so I'm hoping their might be space somewhere for my desk. Would love to hear from anyone if you think we'd be a good fit! Please give me a text/call if you want to meet. Cheers!
Molly and I are two friends that met in Canada on a working holiday. We are super easy going, very social but also clean and respectful of others. Looking preferably for 1-2 people who would be interested in finding a place together. May be interested in a share house with two available rooms.
I’m Brazilian student and I’d like to live in a nice, friendly and cleaned house, with respectful housmates, looking for a single room close to my school and job, I like to chat with my friends and people, socialise and have a few beers, but not looking a party house. I’m tidy clean and like my privacity.
