Woden Central - large 2 bedroom Townhouse all female flat. I am looking for one clean and tidy (must) considerate female (only) to share a large furnished 2 bedroom townhouse with another female. Your bedroom will be furnished with built in wardrobe. The main bathroom and kitchen is shared. Light cooking is fine but not food with heavy odor. No smokers, no pets. The townhouse is centrally located, only a few minutes’ walk to Westfield Woden. There is a bus stop conveniently located right outside the house. Rent: $240 per week, 4 weeks in advance with 4 weeks bond. Utility bills are shared equally in half. Free parking available onsite. The room will be available from 18 May 2019 (or earlier if required).
I spend Monday-Wednesday in Batemans Bay and would spend the rest of the week in Canberra for work. I work at a tutoring company, play sports and I'm from Batemans Bay. I do like to go out and have fun but I'm also very respectful of the people I live with regarding noise etc.
Clean, convenient and close to amenities. Since the property is currently on sale, inspections will need to occur from time to time. The sale is likely to be next year given the lack of interest. 6 weeks minimum notification will be provided. 1 room has been taken by a female.
I am 32 and from the UK and working in early childhood. I am potentially transferring from my Brisbane centre down to Canberra within the next few weeks. I will be studying my Bachelor of Education at UC from next year. Friendly and outgoing, clean and tidy person. Love my formula 1 and V8 Supercars. Easy to get on with. I love animals and if possible I would be looking at getting a cat, however, if the right place comes up that doesn't allow pets, I will still consider.
I'm a public servant looking for a place to call home for me and my cat. I'm a non-smoker and would like to share with someone who doesn't smoke. This includes outdoor smokers, smokers who are quitting, 420ers and social smokers who smoke with friends when they visit. This is very important to me. Please do not contact me if you smoke. I'm looking for somewhere in the ACT that's no more than 45 mins to the city on the bus or Tram. I'm hoping to find somewhere warm for the winter months ahead. Some good stuff: I'm not a party person and tend to keep quiet and friendly around the home. I'm a second-hand book store and tea-chat kind of person. I also like walks, baking cakes and overgrown gardens. I'm tidy and will keep the house fresh and clean. On the weekends I do my best to get out of the house to catch up on some studies, find a quite space to read and check out Canberra's music and art scene. My household pet peeves are food and dirty dishes left in sinks overnight and grimy, dirty or dusty floors. I like my pad dust, ( human and pet) hair and crawlie free. I am a Queensland ring-in so this chilly weather is keeping me on my toes! I haven't used the heater yet- yeah! But let's chat about heating and wot-nots before we to come those really cold days :D. George, my cat is cool. He's chill and friendly. He's not great with other pets, which makes this process a lot more difficult, but he settles in easily. He's indoor / outdoor but he's only outdoors for a few hours a day. Houses, townhouses, first floor or ground floor apartments would be ok with us! ( Although we might grow accustomed to something higher. Apologies but I'm not keen on living with a large family or with young children. And, no smokers... Cheers, Rose
Hi, I'm moving to Canberra in July for work (I'm an engineer) and am looking for somewhere to live for me and my (very well behaved) kelpie Lenny :) I work full time and like to do things like cycling and rock climbing in my time off. I also enjoy a good movie or Netflix binge, having a drink or two with friends, board games etc. My dog is awesome, well behaved and very friendly, he will be your new best friend if you want one. I'm pretty flexible with location and am open to moving into an established sharehouse or looking for a new rental with someone. Feel free to contact me if you think I might be a good fit!

Hi :) I have moved to Canberra 6 months ago from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and have been renting an apartment by myself in Phillip. As renting by myself has become a touch too expensive I have decided to try Flatmates to share the load. I work Full-time in Fyshwick as a Business Analyst and spend my Tuesday and Thursday nights training an under 16 boys soccer team along with playing for a team on Saturday's. When I do have down time I like to spend it watching tv and having a few drinks with friends in the civic area. If I sound like the kind of roommate for you please get in contact. Thank you
I am a young working professional looking to rent a room in a share house. I am clean, tidy and considerate/respectful of others. I am new to Canberra and would love to meet new people. I am fairly quiet and keep to myself for the most part, but I do enjoy having a chat and getting to know the people I live with. I have experience living in share accommodation and have done so for many years throughout my time at university.
