Great location and great sized room. Close to lots of shops and right next to a bus stop and walking distance from tram. 10 minutes to the city and 15 minutes to Glenelg. Room is big enough for a queen sized bed and other furniture. I do not have pictures of the room because some of my stuff is in there at the moment but will move the stuff soon *Absolutely no couples*
Hi guys, i'm Marlee. I'll be looking to move to Adelaide in the next couple of months to go to University (UniSA If all goes to plan). I'm a very laid back, kind, bubbly person and enjoy live music, live sport (my absolute number one favourite), going on adventures and good food and coffee. I love watching sport, in particular, softball, baseball, football (Aussie Rules.... but could get into Soccer) and cricket. So if anyone is also a sport fan, I would be more then happy to have them tag along to games and events with me! I'm not looking to house with people that are interested in party drugs, i enjoy a couple of drinks on the weekend or after work with dinner, but I'll usually be the "sober sally"... but that's not to say that I can't have a good time when I DO have a few extra more then a couple... (you’ll know what I’m talking about when you see drunk Marls... but I’m a fun drunk!) I am a tidy person, I clean up after myself, so I am looking for someone/people that are also tidy, nothing frustrates me more then having to clean up after other people. I’m a hard worker and love to do little projects, I can be pretty handy when it comes to building things... especially flat packs, believe it or not!
Property was built this year. 4 bd room, 2 bathrooms with 3 toilets. Small backyard (private). Quiet street. Close to tram stop 8. Close to Froth and Fodder as well as being half way between the city and the bay! Bring on summer vibes! My house mate and I want to be your friend!
Hi, I am a 30 years old full time dental assistant currently looking for an all-female shared house closed to work. I am a tidy and quiet housemate. Enjoy meeting new friend and a drink or two occasionally on the weekend. If not working or hanging out, will prefer some quiet time and Netflix at home.
We are looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home in the new year! The bedroom has lots of natural light and a beautiful big window. It is super cosy and comfortable, and has plenty of room for a queen bed, clothes storage and a study desk. Additional storage is available in our living area if needed! You will also have a shared bathroom with one other housemate :) The house itself is lovely, with an open-plan kitchen and living room that opens out onto covered outdoor seating. The location is perfect – we are a 25 minute bus ride from Flinders University, close to the tram, and buses into the city take 20 minutes and run regularly! We are also only a 10 minute drive from the beach, and the tram is close enough to get you to Glenelg as well. A newly re-landscaped nature reserve runs along the front of our house and leads down to tennis courts, a soccer oval, and playgrounds, so it’s a perfect location for anyone who likes exercise. We are also within walking distance to supermarkets and takeaway. Also super important – we have incredible aircon in summer and heating in winter! The rent (including bills!) for the room is $129 per week, and we are renewing our lease for another year :) We can also be flexible on your start date (a little earlier or later), but ideally around the 25th of January works best for us! Our landlady is also lovely and we don’t have inspections, meaning the house truly does feel like your own space. If this sounds like the place for you, or if you’d like to know more, please send me a message!
Having lived around the globe in rented properties with housemates from a varied background I have developed my expertise in being adaptable, respecting personal space and timely payment of bills. Besides, My cleanliness standards are reasonably average (Not suffering from OCD) and hence I would be a perfect housemate to someone who possesses this attribute. There is a lot to me and it would take ages to draft it all in this box so it would be better if we could catch up for a cuppa and chat in order to ascertain if we could be housemates. I would prefer a place in close proximity to the city, public transport, supermarket, and a gym. Ideally on/close to ANZAC highway, between stop 3 to 10. I don't have any pets but I do love them, especially dogs and bunnies!
We live in a 2-bedroom apartment on the third floor, so we can see the hills from our apartment. The bathroom was completely renovated a couple of months ago. Furthermore, we have air conditioning, fridge, washing machine, gas stove top, oven, rice cooker, and WIFI. We are a 1-minute walk from Coles on Anzac highway. Also ideally located between the city and the beach. We are very close (within 200 meters) to lines 265, 263, 262, M44, 248, H20 which will take you to the city in 20 minutes. Or the tram (500 meters) will take you either to the city or to the beach in 20 minutes.
It's a ground level apartment. It's just across the road from Coles, walking distance from the dentist, petrol station, hairdresser, church, tram and bus stop. Parking: on street parking Lounge is furnished. and I am happy to share my cooking equipment. I have a washing machine and dryer. I am happy to give you the main bedroom. It has a built in wardrobe and mirror. It doesn't have a bed but can easily fit a double bed. There is a desk in the bedroom so it is useful if you are studying. internet: I connected the internet but there is something wrong with the line so getting it fixed at the moment. I will be converting to an nbn network soon though
I am currently studying at Flinders Uni doing a bachelor of archaeology, I have a 8 month old kitten, love cooking, eating, films, gardening and animals. I’m super easy going and always pay rent and bills on time (can provide references). My budget for a room is $150 p/w but willing to pay more for bigger rooms, places that have private bathroom, that include bills or entire properties.
We are a couple looking for somewhere nice clean and friendly to live! Both are students who work part time (full time hours) in hospitality meaning we are rarely home to get in anyone’s way
I'm considerate and tidy. Not usually home too much, work shift work and study so a busy gal. When i am home i enjoy a few bevs in the sun with a good book. Looking for a clean and relaxed household, with friendly easy going people. I love being social but don't mind alone time also. Would prefer a yard and also pets are a plus.
Hi! I'm a final year Irish student studying nutrition and dietetics. My friend and I are coming to Adelaide for 4 months to do our final year research project at UniSA. I'm a great person to share a place with- clean and tidy, very easy-going and social . Always up for a few drinks but not here just to party. Interested in doing lots of weekend adventures around the area. Love the beach and interested in sports, especially tennis!
Hi my friend Liam and I are looking for a 3rd and possibly 4th person to move in with us in January/February. We are both students working part time very easy going but do like a clean and tidy house. We enjoy hanging out with friends and going out on the occasional weekend off. Liam works in hospitality and I’m in healthcare. We are looking for someone who is easy to be around with a good sense of humour and likes to have a bit of fun but also wanting to have own space and is generally pretty clean around the house!
We are a family from Brazil; Juliana, Victor and Ravi (one year old baby boy). We are moving to Adelaide cause Victor will start his PHD at University of South Australia on February. We are searching for a place to stay temporarily until we find an apartment to rent.
I’m a responsible, organised and tidy person, who will be studying education at uni next year. I’m hoping to find a place with convenient access to public transport I enjoy reading and binge watching Netflix. Mitchell will be working full time next year and he enjoys playing video games and loves animals. We’re from a small country town, so a roommate who knows the city would be great!
This townhouse is in the perfect location. It is right in between the city and the beach and is directly across the road from a Coles supermarket, chemist, post office and other shops. There is a bus stop directly across the road the goes right into the city and is a 2 minute walk from the tram. The house it’sself is modern and has a great courtyard to chill out in. It comes with everything you need including a brand new fresh set of bed sheets provided. Internet is provided and the television is a smart tv to watch Netflix etc. The rooms have ducted heating and cooling. The bedroom is spacious and comes with a built in wardrobe. There is a parking space available however is the perfect spot too if you don’t have a car. Internet is provided. Electricity and water are split 3 ways so is pretty cheap. Happy to show you the property and for you to meet the current tenants. Please note it’s not available until mid to late January. Thanks :)

Hi There, I'm Danual and I'm 20 years old. I'm currently studying a Certificate 3 in business, working towards having my own landscaping or gardening business in the future. I have employment history and am currently looking for work but I do have a stable centrelink income and am very budget conscious, so paying rent on time is not a problem. I'm an avid gamer, however I also have interests in gardening and exploring the outdoors, such as going out for hikes. I am looking for a place to call home for around 6 months, possibly longer while i complete studies and look for work. I love pets and am very easy to get along with, love a laugh and a chat but also respecting others privacy. I am also open to all kinds of people and cultures. Thank you for your time, I hope to hear from you soon. Cheers Danual
Current full-time university student, working part time in the city. I am pretty laid back and enjoy relaxing at home or going out for good food. I am studying a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics and will graduate mid year 2022. So I would prefer to have a long term lease where i can finish my studies and decide where to go and what to do from there. I have lived away from home for about 8 months, on my own, before i started my studies, that said this is my first time that i will be sharing accommodation with anyone outside family. I work in hospitality, at a 5 star hotel, mostly in the evenings on the weekend, home by latest 00:00. I do get the occasional week where I'll be on mornings where I'll be up early, about 05:30ish but i am very considerate of this an can try my best to be a ninja when I leave or arrive home. I've always been a very tidy person and grew up in a household were you earn your keep by contributing to house work, so I am no stranger to chores in and around the house. Prefer organisation to chaos, so I am more than happy to work to any cooking and/or cleaning roster/schedule. I personally don't have any pets, but i have grown up with a family dog and fish tank, that said I do love both dogs and cats, and am more than happy to live with any sort of pets and help look after them. I have my own car and thoroughly maintain it, so either parking on the property or off street parking would be greatly advantageous and preferred. I have traveled/immigrated a bit through my teens, thanks to my fathers career, and am no stranger to meeting new people. I was born in South Africa, lived in New Zealand and finally settled here in Australia with my mother and brother. I speak fluent English, although i still do have a slight South African accent remaining, but that shouldn't hinder communication in anyway. I usually get along very well with everyone i meet and am quite friendly and polite, in general I am a quiet person and highly respect and appreciate my own as well as others privacy and space. However, i am more than happy to sit around a dinner table or lounge room engaging in good conversation, watching TV or eating food. I spend most of my time studying, playing video games, watching Netflix or Youtube and working out at a gym or playing sport when in season. Not sure what else i can say about myself besides that i look forward to meeting and getting to know my new house mates and hopefully lifetime friends :)
