Spacious room in a 3 bed place. Its just myself in the property at the moment, you would have your own end of the house and private bathroom. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. The place is 4 years old, modern and super easy to keep clean with floorboards. I have ducted A/C, instantaneous gas and solar panels so the bills are generally quite cheap. Internet is available to split for $30 a month. 1km walk to the tram station.
Hey, I come from China and has been in SA for almost three years. I will graduate from University of Adelaide in 5 months. I have been living with an Aussie girl Hannah for more than 2 years. Her sister is coming to live with her so I am moving out. I identify myself as very Aussie in terms of life style. I don't smoke, I don't party, I am quiet and I always keep the public space clean. Sometimes I have a drink but it's never out of control. I play soccer on Saturdays and go to the church on Sundays. I watch every theatre play during the Adelaide Festival. I love living with pets, especially CATS. Cats are the best. I am looking for a room in a house or a granny flat. I don't want too many house mates so I would say a two or three bedroom house is the best.
I am a sociable person although respect other people privacy. Easy to get along with and clean, neat and tidy. I will always pay rent and bills on time and help out with the housework. I will be studying full time at Tafe this year. I like to catch up with friends and go to the beach in my spare time. I have previously owned my own house and would like to rent for at least twelve months. I like pets although I am a dog lover.
Neat and tidy, retired Police officer. Have been in share accommodation for past thirteen years with no complaints from anyone. Love sports and watching on TV. Easygoing but not a pushover. Last 2 years in a Homestay where I helped overseas students with their English when required. I help run a Tuesday morning basketball camp at Way ville and do tenpin bowling at Marion.
Hey :) I'm a laid back 23 yo Registered Nurse, about to go back to uni to study Midwifery. Interests include yoga, gym, being outdoors in nature, beach, music/music festivals, reading, hanging out with friends. I have a 1 and a half year old koolie x kelpie, Jax. Usually pretty busy and on the go most days. Considerate of other people and their personal space. Looking to live with people who are like-minded; genuine, down to earth and easy going. Who likes to live in a clean space, but not too fussy and picky about things. Doesn't take life too seriously and has a positive, warm energy about them
hi! I am a 25 year old Chinese girl. I am a second year master of social work student at flinders. I am currently doing a placement full time. I also am a part-time barista on Saturdays. I enjoy dancing, gym and meeting new people. I love pets but I don't have any. Personally, I can be quiet and social at different times depends on the contexts. I tend to keep the place tidy and have had made great friends over my previous stays.
Hello! I am a young professional transferring to Adelaide from Mackay in North Queensland for my career. I am employed full time as a reporter for Nine News. I am friendly, approachable and tidy - I like to keep to myself after a long day of work and wind down, but enjoy exploring and socialising in my free time. I am looking for a home for myself and my 2.5 year old black Labrador, who lives outside. She enjoys the company of other dogs and loves all humans. Hoping to move in from 25 March, willing to start paying rent before that.
Looking for a place to stay in Adelaide or nearing suburbs for me. I like things to be clean and organized. I understand the rule of sharing and privacy associated. I am an IT professional with 11+ years of experience and will be looking for my first Job in Australia, May 2019.
Hi all, I'm Nicole. I am 29, work full time and study part time in the education sector which does not leave much time for a social life! I am highly independent, ambitious and lover and nurturer of all things dear to me. I tend to keep to myself and enjoy a quiet night in on the couch with a nice glass of red on the rare occasion when my head is not buried in my books! I am clean, but not an obsessive neat freak, honest and reliable and am always willing to do my fair share of house duties - including the dreaded bathroom cleans! I have 2 beautiful King Charles Cavalier dogs who are 4 years old and come as part of the package so hopefully you love animals also. They are very well-behaved, de-sexed, micro-chipped, vaccinated, love people and other animals. Am a major sports fan, AFL and NBA in particular and always am up for a good game. Avid green tea drinker & have an extensive collection. While I have made some specifications around location - I am not too fussed about where, and more so looking for the right fit with both location and/or housemate. Closer to the city for work would however be ideal :) I am currently living in my own house so come with all furniture and white goods necessary to furnish an entire home - also meaning I am flexible with moving date. Not fussed about male or female housemates but wouldn’t want to have anymore than 3 in total.
Hi my name is Sebastian. I work part time in the airforce and is also studying at Flinders University. I enjoy going to the beach and hang out in nature in my free time. I also like having people around and getting along with them. I have my girlfriend (Amy) and a pet dog (Roxy) who are friendly and gets along with everyone. What I'm looking for is anybody who is respectful and fair within the house. My room is organised, I'm reliable and is very willing to share responsibilities. I respect the space and privacy of my roommates.
Hi all! We are currently looking for a new housemate to move in with us ASAP after the 6th of April. From our house (depending on traffic), its about a 15/20 minute drive to the city, 15 minutes to Flinders University and Marion, 10 minutes to Glenelg and 5 minutes to Castle Plaza. Close to all forms of public transport too. Very convenient if you're a student! The house is fully furnished aside from the vacant bedroom. The room has a built in robe and floor boards. Air conditioning and unlimited internet is available and included in the rent price. The whole house is modern and very spacious. We're within walking distances to Forbes Shopping complex, a Dominoes, an OTR with a Subway, a park and a gym. Pharmacies, post office, a doctors clinic and more are all nearby. We have two driveway parking spaces which we share depending on who gets home first. Otherwise, street parking is available. We're also trying to be as much of an environmentally-conscious household as possible, so be prepared to adapt to good recycling practices! Also it's important to mention that you will need to pay a total of $705 bond upon arrival (flatmates didn't have an option to put this in properly sorry!). This is because we split the bond 4 ways initially, and need to give our departing housemate her share back when we swap your names on our lease. Not pet friendly sorry - we're upset too!!
2 minute walk to bus stop on Marion Road. 15 minute walk to train stop Close to shops (foodland across the road), fuel station, doctor clinic and restaurants Short trip to Marion shopping center, Glenelg, or city The room includes a queen bed & small built in cupboard The house has a bath, a tonne of mirrors, I'm working on the veggie/herb garden, and all windows have roller shutters. Only basic things i don't have is a kitchen table or microwave..

Hey I'm Jasmin, I am in my final year of Law at UniSA and work part time. When my head is not in a text book or at work I enjoy relaxing with friends and getting out of the city for the weekend camping, diving or both.
Working most of the week so I play games and sleep a lot at home! I don’t mind the friendly chats but you’ll probably find me sticking to myself or finding something elaborate to cook! Rcently taken up golf so spending a lot of time trying to improve there 😅Looking for a place with my own bathroom and ideally sharing a place with just one other. Dude on the left by the way!
Hello everyone! I am moving to Adelaide for 4 months for a semester abroad. I am a law student from Canada looking to find a roommate or two to share a house with (females only). I am very active and always up for an adventure. I would like to live close to the beach and not too far from public transport to the University of Adelaide. I enjoy playing sports, biking, swimming, surfing and cooking. I am very easy to get along with, like to have a fun time but also value personal space. It would be great to live with other students but not a requirement. I am flexible on the rent price and rental locations and possibly the rent term (if it makes financial sense). Please send me a message if you are interested!
Hi, my name's Ally and I'm currently a first year student at Flinders University. I'm looking for a great place to live while I complete my degree and work my two jobs. Although it sounds like I'm constantly busy I'm quite often spending weekends at home watching Netflix and re-binging the same three shows: Brooklyn Nine-Nine, How I Met Your Mother and That 70s Show. While I love Netflix movie nights and pizza, I also like to get out of the house and hang out at the beach. I'm really friendly and tidy and I hope to make a great addition to your household!
This well-maintained fully furnished home is within walking distance of prestigious schools such as Immanuel College while being just 5 minutes drive to Glenelg, 10 minutes to the City and offering public transport on your doorstep. All you need to do is furnish your room.
Bright, fresh and happy homette seeks short- term companion! ☀️🌷🌈🏡 Hi, I’m Abby and after many years of living in a sharehouse and saving my pennies, I’ve bought my first little home. The real estate agent called it a homette, smaller than a house, bigger than a unit. Cute, right? I’ve got a spare room and have really enjoyed living by myself for a while. But I like adventure and meeting new people, so why not turn the everyday into something memorable 💫 I’m looking for a short-term female housemate, you might be travelling or in between rentals. Ideally you’ll be looking for a home for 6 months or less, with 2 weeks being the minimum. I work long days and tend to be out some evenings of the week teaching dance I’m typically home on the weekends relaxing amongst seeing friends. Ideally you’ll be working or have a lot of soulsearching/sightseeing planned so that we aren’t in each other’s space too much. Otherwise we can hang out on the couch and chat, go for walks, go for bike rides, cook dinners and explore together. What’s Included: 🌷 $220 a week including bills. Note I don’t have consisitent internet at the moment (i use my phone and an extra prepaid dongle) however this is flexible and happy to look at at this if you are staying more than 3 months. 🌻 brand new queen size bed with mattress, can provide all linen/towels but I think most gals prefer their own 🌻 big built in wardrobe with hanging and plenty of shelf space 🌻 room has ceiling fan and vent to air conditioning (house is cool so hardly need this) 🌻 shared bathroom with own drawer and shelf 🌻 kitchen/laundry with all the things, including your own pantry and fridge shelf 🌻 street parking 🌻 bus stop in front of neighbours house that goes direct to city in 20mins, otherwise 10min walk to tram stop which takes you to city or beach 🌻 can lend you my old bike, you only need to bring your own lock and helmet Homette Rules: 🐚 Treat my space and belongings with care and like your own. A lot of hard work and heart has gone into creating this haven, please respect it. 🐚 No pets 🐚 Keep common areas clean 🐚 No drugs/parties 🐚 Positive vibes ✌🏼 If this all sounds fab and think you would be a great fit, message me and let’s catch up for a ☕️, 🍷, or 🍦. Thanks, Abby ✉️
