Hey there! I'm Jack, 23 years old, fresh out of uni and currently working as a professional in the city looking for a new place to live that makes my commute to work more convenient. I'm a clean, easy going and fun loving person who loves the outdoors. I also love cooking, as well as playing guitar, fishing, kayaking, cycling and racing motorbikes in my spare time. I'm from the Central Coast originally, and have lived in Sydney for the last 4 years or-so in various places, so I'm pretty familiar with the city and would love to show any newcomers around if they liked. I'm looking for a friendly few people, preferably a mix of genders, ages, occupations, nationalities, interests etc. to make life a bit more interesting. Also people I can hang out with, cook with and have a few drinks with is always a bonus for me! I'm also pretty flexible on the timeframe of the stay, but it needs to be at least 3 months. Anything else I'm happy to talk about with you.
Hi there, my name's Maddie - great to e-meet you! I'm making the move to Sydney from near Byron Bay very soon (end of feb/early mar), and am now looking for some amazing new flatmates to move in with. I love Sydney and can't wait to get settled there! A little about me - I'm about to turn 24, working in advertising in the city, I've just gotten back from a few years living and working in London and can't wait to be back in the beautiful weather and outdoors again. A load of my friends live down in Syd now, so I can't wait to join in the fun. I love the beach and the city, love nights out and nights in, enjoy cooking, baking, running, reading, dancing, live music, shopping, galleries, festivals, paddleboarding, swimming, hiking, cactuses and exploring new areas. I'm neat and tidy, easy-going, love a big house cookup, don't have any horrific hand-me-down furniture in tow and am looking for flatmates (under 30 yrs, preferably professionals) who enjoy spending time together! Don't want to live in a closed-door house, would be brilliant to find some buddies in my new housemates. Hopefully I'll be a good fit for your place, let's chat if you think I would be! Xx
I'm a hardworking, compulsively clean, chilled guy looking for an inner-city room. I work as a bartender and actor as well as studying arts at USYD. I'm looking for an apartment to share with some equally creative and motivated people; somewhere I'm able to study hard, sleep well and share a laugh.
Lawyer. Moving to Sydney soon for my PhD so I will be studying and working full time. Easygoing and sociable. I don't organise parties at home but don't mind if you have dinner parties and the like. I got along really well with previous flatmates in London and Cambridge.
Hey there! My names Nikita, I'm a 28 year old female originally from NZ but have been here 11 years in February! I am a Nanny of 10 years and am starting work with a new family in Collaroy next week and hoping to start studying Childcare not long after. I am also looking for a second job in Hospitality so will be working now full time very soon to fill in my time before I commence study. I am looking for somewhere pet friendly as I have a beautiful little Japanese Spitz (Zoey) and 2 little cats (Trixie & Alexis.) They are all extremely well behaved animals, they get along and hardly ever congregate in the same area unless I'm feeding them all outside. The cats spend the majority of the day off adventuring and sleeping in the sunshine and Zoey is a happy, social dog who loves attention and rarely barks or makes a noise. I am a responsible pet owner and take good care of them and the property I live in daily. I enjoy the outdoors and exploring new places, the beach, travelling, cooking, good humour, good music and having a wine or beer at the end of the day and having a chat if you feel up to it. I love to learn about different cultures and countries and cuisines and am a huge foodie! I am very respectful of other people's privacy and space. I am clean, always tidy up after myself and more than happy to chip in with household chores. I'm am very easy going and looking for some down to earth, like minded housemates who are happy to live in a happy, relaxing, drama free home with myself and my fur babies. I'm looking for somewhere long term, have references and always pay my rent and bills on time. If you'd like to meet me, I'd love to meet you! :) Thanks heaps, Nikita.

I have a large, really well renovated, three bedroom apartment in Darling Point. Parquetry floor, beautiful high ceilings, stylish light fittings and curtains. Great new kitchen and bathrooms, two balconies. I am going to move out for a year (unemployed!), but I want to keep the apartment. The landlord is fine with me sub-letting. I am looking for two people to take two rooms. The apartment will be unfurnished. I will keep the third room as a locked storage space, but will not need access very often if at all. It will be your apartment, but with me paying the rent to the landlord. We will enter a side agreement. The total rent is $1,250pw for the apartment. I am looking for two people at $475pw each (the first person can choose their own flatmate, of course), or an individual or couple at $950pw. Both bedrooms are large. The slightly smaller one has an ensuite. The slightly larger one has a bathroom with freestanding bath directly across the hall. It includes a security car space in a nearby building. Hi single male looking to share with one or two others in the Eastern suburbs . Interests include heath, fitness, travel, skiing, beach, eating out and occasional clubbing.
I am from Brazil. I am organized, calm, quiet and I like cleaning. I have graduated in oceanography. I like hanging out with friends on weekends and go to the beach. I will be in Sydney to study and work. I like to play sports, take a good coffee and occasionally drink a good beer.
I am very considerate and easy-going person. I am an architect who enjoys surfing, and now am moving to Sydney from Melbourne. I am super easy to live with, unless you are a total mess and do never clean up after yourself. Im looking for a place either close to my work (CBD) with off or on-street parking or at the beach, but close to a train or ferry.
Hello! I’m Rosalie and I’m a 25 year old flight attendant. I am looking for a longterm and private room to rent as I am barely home due to traveling a lot for both work and leisure, as well as spending a few nights a week at my boyfriend’s place. I spend a lot of time outdoors, at the beach and occasionally attend ballet classes- would love to meet someone that would be keen join me too! I’m looking for people that make a house feel like a home. I like cleanliness and housemates that share the household work. I would love to find a housemate that enjoys the outdoors as much as me so that we can do coastal walks and outdoor lunches together, but I am also happy to spend my downtime at home relaxing. I am trying to save money to eventually buy my own apartment and it would be great to live with others that have a similar goal. I like to go out and socialise with friends, but I am not interested in living in a party house. My hours are very irregular so on the rare occasion I have 5am starts on a weekend, however I mainly only do afternoon shifts and finish work around 10:30pm I have all my own bedroom furniture, so I would prefer to find an unfurnished room. *Off-street Parking is a must *Internet is a must *NO share room *please only contact me if you have a listing & photos of the room available
We are 2 girls from Chile and Spain. We work in hospitality so our days off are always during the week. We are looking a quiet but nice and fun place to live in. Looking forward to meet new people and share!
Started my own business last year and now looking to upgrade my living situation (need a dishwasher!) I'm very into my work and fitness is a big part of that for me. If I'm not out for dinner with mates you'll often find me on the couch after work. I'm all about the balance of hanging out with a flat mate and having personal space. I'm also very happy just watching tv/movies with good food and glass of whiskey or wine. Home is my recharge station so want someone who is relaxed but not a sloth. I'm only in my room to sleep so I like a clean living room and I cook every morning and most nights so I'm obsessed with a clean kitchen! The rest I'll happily pay a cleaner for!
Hello! I've just moved back to Sydney from a 4.5 year stint in London. Looking to move out mid-late January. Will be starting a new job in Marketing Recruitment in North Sydney. I've lived with flatmates before in London, preference would be living with 1 other person in a clean flat. About me; I'm really easy going, clean, chatty flattie! Love a bit trashy tv and cosy nights in and equally enjoy a spontaneous night out! Not a big drinker but enjoy a social drink every so often. I like the outdoors when the weather permits - something I am most definitely am looking forward too since coming back to Sydney. Looking for a double room with wardrobe space. Any questions please get in touch!
Hey! I'm about to become an immigrant and am moving down under. I've lived and worked in London for the last couple of years and my company has offered to relocate me to Sydney in February. I'll have about a month to find a place, so am open to moving any time between 23rd February and 20th March. I'm a generally clean person and apparently am easy to live with. I live and breathe sarcasm, so if you're not a fan of that we probably won't get along that well. I love to cook for others and so if you're looking for a culinary expansion, I'm your guy! I also play field hockey and go bouldering every week. I wouldn't say I'm a fitness freak (I wish..) but being outdoors is important to me. Not quite as important as food, but almost. Anyway, overall I'm pretty decent I think, and I'd really like to find someone cool to live with. My main hopes are that you're not a serial killer, like food, and enjoy the odd glass of wine or 3. Owning an animal & speaking a second language that you'd be willing to teach me would be welcome bonuses. Let me know if you have any questions, and I hope one help me not be homeless!
Hi Future flatmate, I'm Varun and 26 yr old. I'm super easy going, understanding and social. Relocating from melbourne by the end of February. Ready to move-in. Loves cooking (at least i try) and cleaning is something is my top most priority. I'd like to move in or teamup with the people who are responsible, reliable and keeps the house clean. i respect privacy and expect the same from my flatmates. Not a party boy but occasional outing is always on the calendar. I would never say no to Wine, cheese and a friendly banter. Apart from paying rent and bills on time, i am house trained (been sharing apartments since 6 years) . See yas !
Fun, friendly, respectful guy looking for a new home. Ideally I'd like to find a relaxed, social house with great people. I am Ex navy (so, quite clean, and a few interesting stories). I spend quite a bit of time at work, but when I am free I like to ski, and keep fit. I am also quite technically savvy however I can't figure out how to stop my photo looking like someone has taken some extreme zoom to it.
My name's Tom and I'm 22 years old. I work full-time in the CBD and try to get at least 5-6 days of work in each week, but due to the nature of my work, I'm unable to work in adverse weather which makes my schedule a bit unpredictable. I like cooking, so expect to see me in the kitchen! I'm definitely no chef, but I enjoy sharing food and dinner with the people around. I keep things clean, and I'm pretty easy-going and friendly. I'm commencing studies at UNSW mid February, which is why I'm looking to move over towards the Eastern side of the city. I've always lived in the Ryde area, but I'm keen to explore different parts of Sydney!
I’m a 21 year old dual student from Germany. This year I’m going to do a full time internship for a three month period at the Goethe Institute in Sydney. I'd consider myself to be clean, organized, easy going and friendly. Hoping to find some like minded people to make the three months in Australia awesome :) I would like to find a nice friendly house to be a part of as I explore all that Sydney has to offer. I'm really into running and anything outdoors in general, as well as cooking (I LOVE to bake!), music, movies, travel and generally having a good time. I have been in shared houses before and I like to spend time with various people but also I'm respectful of people's space. Thanks, Julia
I'm a solicitor moving back to Aus from London. Looking for house with pref 1x other professional male/chilled neat and tidy people. Neat and tidy. Laid back. Like keeping fit and healthy and don't mind a beer on the weekend.
My name is Ele and I am 34 years old, young professional looking for a place to call home. I am looking for something long term. I am easy going, considerate, respectful clean and tidy (not a clean freak) and enjoy a glass of wine after work but also respect my flatmate's privacy and space. I would like to share with a like-minded person. Looking forward to hearing from you soon :)
The boring stuff - Friendly, clean, respectful of other people's space and belongings, reliable, mature, stable job, never missed a weeks rent in my life, The more interesting stuff - free wine is in abundance (work for a wine company), social drinker but prefer going elsewhere than having people over, won't be in your way in the kitchen as I have my food pre-prepared (special diet), fun and up for a chat anytime! Sense of humour is key, my moderately paced wit will have you in stitches! Active lifestyle during the week, more relaxed on weekends - beach, rugby, tennis, beers, pub etc.
To Whom It May Concern, First of all, I am a very humble person, easy-going, and I am a very tidy person. I consider myself as a friendly person as well. I also respect other's space and privacy. Then, I like to cook, and I don't mind to do the housework. I am student in Business and I work full time. I am from Switzerland, and I speak many language as French, Vietnamese, German, and English. I am looking for a place for the 23rd of FEB. Don't hesitate to contact me. :) Sincerely, Anh
I am an International student and I am working part time as a nurse and carer. I am an outgoing person and easy to get along with. I love going to the beach on my free times and hanging out for shopping. I am neat and very tidy at home .
