I am friendly and easy-going, I work in HR in the CBD. I enjoy the outdoors and socialising, so am not at home very often, but would enjoy living with someone I could have an occasional glass of wine or meal with. Only looking in the above areas. A room with ensuite would be ideal. Parking is a big plus :)
I’m 25 and work full-time in business development at a global law firm. I’m originally from Melbourne and like go out for dinner, drinks, brunches and road trips. I also cook at home during the week and like to go to the gym and for walks. I’m pretty easy going and open to both exploring Sydney with my housemates and respecting each other’s space and keeping to ourselves.
Hi! I'm a 21 year old uni student studying piano full time at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music in the city. I'm from Bathurst in country NSW and I have been living in student accommodation on Sydney uni main campus for 3 years now. I'm looking for a place that is reasonably close to the city and has fast and direct transport as my hours are long and I'm at uni 6-7 days a week with classes plus practicing and rehearsing. I work as a piano teacher a few afternoons a week during the school term and also as a freelance accompanist for singers and instrumentalists for various performances/auditions/exams at the Conservatorium and around the city. In my down time I like to go to concerts, binge TV series (especially comedies), bake and hang out with friends. I'm a super clean person, sociable (always down for a chat) but respectful of peoples privacy when they need it. I try to get home for the weekend every 6 weeks or so as well, so I'm not around all the time. Wanting to live in a non-smoking household. Please feel free to contact me if you think you I would be well suited to your place!
Hi my name is Alex and I'm from London. I currently work full-time Monday-Friday and am looking for a clean place to live where I can relax after work. I'm very easy going and get on well with everyone I meet.

Hey guys! Friendly sandgroper from Western Australia is chasing a humble cosy shelter to call home :) The ideal location is surrounded by great cafes/bars/shops, a short trip to the beach, close walk to the supermarket and <20min train/bus/ferry to Barangaroo. Home for me is a quiet place to relax and enjoy some banter with my roommates, watch a movie, Nettie or Stan, share a cuppa, or put on some nice music, cook a dinner and have a beer or vino. I'm super easy going, clean/tidy and respectful, and would love to find a place filled with good vibes and friendly like-minded professionals to call home. A little interesting fact is that I once had a MasterChef audition and made it to the final stage of My Kitchen Rules auditions in W.A. with a high school mate. So I hope you're fine with trying some of my cooking - I've put a few pictures on instagram for you to have a peak. Interesting fact #2 is that I'm a physio and financial planner who works in data analytics and artificial intelligence. I also enjoy playing the piano, tennis, golf, hiking, snorkelling and occasionally a surf. I'm ready to make the move, so get in touch and let's catch-up for a chat! :D I'm also open to teaming-up with 1-2 like-minded professionals for a great place.
Hey I'm a 30yr old professional who has managed to make it to 30! So that's a.... plus! I have lived in Sydney for 10 years, originally from Brisbane so I'm almost a local! I'm looking for a room around the Eastern Suburbs. I've been in Point Piper for 2.5 years but my house mate is going back to Los Angeles so I'm looking for a new place to call home. I'm super chill during the week, but don't mind a cheeky vino with dinner now and then. Pretty social on the weekends and like to get out and about for a drive when I can as well. I'm clean, considerate and have a good decent Government job so bills are on time, as is rent! I come with lots of appliances too if that helps!?
Hey Everyone, We have a spacious private room with builtin wardrobes for rent. The room has a bed and mattress, however, can be removed on request. located in a great location, within a 4-minute walk to Red Leaf Beach, and across from a bus stop, that'll take you straight into a city!
Work in insurance, have lived in Sydney for a year. Ideally looking to move to the eastern suburbs early next year, however inner west is also cool. Very career driven so often doing extracurricular activities around work (TEDx etc). Work hours generally 8am -5.30/6pm. I work out a lot and like coffee, the beach and reading. Enjoy films, dogs, the outdoors, xbox/ps4. Always down to go to dinner or grab a drink or workout. Also very happy to give you your own space. Don't mind a big night out but also love a night in. Sociable and looking for someone who has a career and likes to live an active lifestyle. Tidy and very respectful.

Hello, I'm a 27 year old with a 'Fur-Baby' named 'Pancakes'. We are looking to call a place home for 12month Plus. Unfortunately, we have to move from our place, as its being knocked down. Im flexible with the move in date ( for the right people/home) I’m currently the Director of 'ARTANDMEDICINE' -inside the mind of an artist. As the director of ‘ArtandMedicine’ - My official role is a ‘Personal Artist Advisor’ and ‘Researcher’. I will spend my time advising both men and women within the arts, on their personal goals to achieve the best to their ability - To manage the internal barriers and push past the external. On the flip side, spending half of my days meeting with women within the arts, performing arts and media - To document their stories, as well as, the way in which they manage their mental and emotional wellbeing. This keeps me super busy. Between study and work I really enjoy my personal space. At home I'm extremely introverted and socially an extrovert. Id love to share the same values with the people I live with. I'm not looking for a party home. I'd still enjoy drinking a bottle of wine and sharing a meal from time to time. I hope to hear from you soon. With love, T
Hey all! I'm a Melbourne girl moving to Sydney in December and I'm looking for a place to stay. I like to keep quite active so I enjoy going for weekly runs and I've ran a few half marathons in the past few years. I'm also known as a foodie so I love to try new restaurants and would never say no to a glass of wine! I'm a pretty bubbly and chilled person, love to socialise and meet new people, but also appreciate time to myself. I also like to keep clean and live in a tidy place.
Hi everyone, I'm looking to team up with a like minded individual (male or female, not fussed) in ideally Double Bay or Darling Point but happy for somewhere else in the Eastern suburbs if the place was right!! I have a cat who will be living with me although he is the most chilled, friendly & social wee man you'll ever meet. Previous flatties have wanted to steal him for their own, no doubt you'll fall in love with him too ;) I like to keep fit & active (morning runs + F45), go out with friends for dinners & drinks or a few glasses of wine at home relaxing, road trips / exploring new places (only moved to the country 5 weeks ago), all the usual stuff really. I like my own space and will respect yours too. I'm clean and tidy and just expect everyone to do their bit to ensure the place stays that way :-) I work full time and am looking to stay somewhere ideally long term (6 to 12+ months all going well!) and my budget is max $400 for rent (excl. expenses which would be separate obviously). Get in contact if you're after something similar :-) :-) Cheers!
I have been living in Newtown for the past six months in a pretty good house with pretty good flatmates but I'd love to get closer to the beach. I am pretty easy going and chilled guy. I really dig a social house but also appreciate people who need their own space. I'm into a whole range of music and I love football (soccer). I have full time 9-5 gig as an Account Manager in Redfern. If you have pets, especially a pooch, that's all good by me. If it's a house requirement, I can probably sneak in at least 3-5 Simpsons jokes per day. I also come with a PS4 including FIFA.
I own my own home in New Zealand and have done for the last 10 years so am extremely well “house trained”. Enjoy a drink and socialising after work and in the weekend. Not a party house type but not to fussed either way if you are. As long as it’s not all the time. Very open person. So please feel free to ask me anything you might want to know.
Hello ! I'm a Chilean girl with a work and holiday visa, I'm looking for a place to live between 1 to 3 months. I'm friendly, respectful, clean and I love cooking (and share ).
A large room (3.5 x3.5m) in a large (135sqm) 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with views down the main harbour, modern kitchen (with 2 dishwashers) which is great to cook in, timber floors, living and dining rooms. The apartment is quiet, has large windows and lots of natural light. There is a bus stop 50m from the front door and walking distance to Rose Bay Ferry Wharf. You are less than 5mins to Double Bay and Bondi Beach, and 20 minutes to the city. There is easy street parking. There is a private laundry with a washing machine, and dryer. All furniture was bought new when I moved in two years ago.
A room has become available in Rose Bay. The property is in a building of flats directly on Rose Bay with great views across eastern Sydney. The building has a great atmosphere of younger working types, ideal for a young professionals or backpackers looking to make the move into their own room. When the sun's out, the living room is bathed in sunlight thanks to how many windows there are and turns into a lovely place to chill throughout the day. Rose Bay and Double Bay are both 10 minutes away on 323/324/325 buses that run outside the door, or fifteen minutes walking. Rose Bay is your closest district with lovely bakeries, cafes and bars. The apartment is ideal for those looking to make the most of the east's proximity to beaches. There is a small beach just opposite the apartment, Rose Bay beach is about a ten minute walk away and Nielsen Park Beach (which remains my favourite beach in Sydney) is about 20 minutes away. I moved into an unfurnished room a couple of months back and spent around $300/400 on furniture for the room. As you can see, I haven't quite finished it but you can have everything in that room for free (or throw it out!). The room is available for $260/wk.
The apartment is a very spacious 2 bedrooms in a small block in quiet Bellevue Hill. Your bedroom is unfurnished and quiet large (Biggest in the area!!) although does not have built-ins yet can easy accommodate a queen bed and huge wardrobe. A shared bathroom. Decent sized kitchen with plenty of bench and storage space. A partly unfurnished living/dining room as I have only just this week moved in but will furniture in the coming week... you are welcome to help in this regard esp if you already have a few choice items!
My partner and I would like to share our large attractive apartment with a single or a couple. This is a security building and the apartment is on the 4th floor, serviced by a lift. Large attractive two bedrooms apartment and each of the two bedrooms has it's own bathroom. The apartment is double brick, so is very quite from traffic, and the actual two bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment, to allow complete silence. The apartment is fully furnished. Wifi and unlimited Internet supplied. The weekly rent is $375 for a single, and $395 for a double. There is a sun-drenched balcony that overlooks beautiful Sydney Harbour. We encourage our flatmates to have guests. Restaurants, bars, shops and the library are all within 3 minutes walking distance. Additionally Edgecliff station is 10 minutes, or a short bus journey up the road, and we have a bus stop opposite us. If a ferry ride is your method of transport a Ferry to Circular Quay is 5 minutes away. Please give me two hours notice to view. Murray Rose Pool and Harbourside beach is a 5 minute walk! Grace

Hi Everyone! My name is Joseph and am currently living in North Bondi, but my housemate is returning to the United States at the end of our Lease so now is the best time to try something different. Work in the property industry and do the standard hours 8-6 Monday to Friday. Enjoy getting out and about exploring the city, I love the water and far prefer Summer over Winter. I have lived in share style accommodation, college and share housing, since I was 19 and as such am very much share-house trained. Looking to live with like minded people who are chilled out, enjoy each others company but do not need to live in one another's pockets either. Look forward to hearing from you!
Grew up in the eastern suburbs/went to school here. I work in retail in Double bay Wednesday-Saturday and tend to spend time hanging out with my friends or working out. Im typically very quiet (socially) during the week and on the weekend i usually go for nice dinners/drinks with friends. I love coming home and having a chat and a glass of wine/movie night but also enjoy my personal space! I'm super big on cleanliness and always picking up after yourself but i'm also very easy going and relaxed I just finished my 2nd year of Uni at UTS so i'm at home a bit more for the next couple months until i start again in march. Feel free to contact me if your interested!
I am Sara, 24yo graphic designer an photographer. I will need a new place where to stay in Sydney from the 11-12th of January 2019 onwards. I am looking for a single room in the city (or somewhere close, easy to reach by bike) preferrably with a queen size or double bed, but if the place is nice and well-located I can easily overlook this aspect. I am planning on staying at least for 6 months, but short term listings are also ok for me. I have lived in shared houses before - I am quiet and I respect everybody's own space, but I am also really sociable and always up for fun activities or a chat over a beer!
26 year old family lawyer who works quite a bit but has a work life balance. Single, moving from the Gold Coast. I do have a beautiful mini dachshund but understand that he probably can’t come with me so I can find him a home but if anyone is open to having a furry little house guest let me know :) I’m a really tidy guy, love interior design and am very friendly and social. I respect people’s privacy but am also happy to have a wine with you and chat. As I don’t really know anyone in Sydney I figure moving into a share house would be a good idea. I’m allergic to cats so a house without cats would be ideal.
