Hello there, I am from Indonesia, I will be attending TAFE NSW as an international student starting on July 2017. I will arrive in Sydney on the 11th of July. I will be studying and working part time. Personally... I am an easy going person, loves to have a great meaningful conversation. I have a "glass half full" personality. I really loves to play board & video games, i also loves cooking. When it comes to tasting foods i tend to be very curious and excited, great food is just amazing ^_^ Most importantly i am neat and tidy, and i respect personal space.
Hey, I'm a recently graduated full time climate and atmospheric scientist looking for a pad somewhere in Sydney (not a clue which part but I'm sure you can convince me as long as it's kind of close to Lidcomb). I'm originally from Orange, have lived in Wollongong for the last 4 years, pretty chill and always happy to have a beer with the gang or get outside and see the world. (I can also be kind of funny sometimes YAY!). I like to think I'm pretty environmentally friendly so you don't need to teach me how to recycle or turn off lights. I can bring to the house my sub par sense of humor, a swanky coffee machine and a 44" tv.
700m away from the Regents Park Station and other amenities. Near University of Sydney, (Lidcombe) Cumberland Campus and TAFE NSW-Southwestern Sydney Institute Lidcombe College. The rent is 180 for 1 person and 240 for couples. This granny flat has 2 rooms. You'll have one housemate and your room is about 3m x 3.5m. It includes: bed, bedside table, mattress and a brand new fabric wardrobe. You're welcome to add more furniture to your room if you feel it's necessary. Flat has its own laundry, premium cooking appliances, TV, Netflix and PS4. All the bills including Netflix are included in your rent. The rental term is flexible and can be up to 1 year. Any gender and couples are welcome to apply. The rent for couple will be slightly different though.
Quiet street. Convenient location. AC. Freshly renovated including new kitchen and bathrooms. Big backyard. New furniture and appliances. Room is decent size with large built-in wardrobe (2.4m). Furniture can be supplied or you can bring your own. Walking distance to the train station is around 20 minutes (plenty of nearby bus stops though). Smoking (cigarettes) is ok outside. I don't have any pets (I don't mind if you have any as long as they are outdoor). WiFi and Netflix. Couple price is 230$
Berala is quiet and tranquil. Not far from the station and with a bus stop 1 min from the house, transport is easy. Local shops are only a 10 mins walk away with a supermarket (Woolworths) nearby. The room has a double bed with closet space and a computer desk (computer and water jar not included). Foxtel, electricity, NBN internet (wifi) and telephone line all included in the rent. BBQ available, gym nearby and home cooked meals available. Prefer to share with a single male from British, European or American descent, but will be happy to interview anyone. We have a few house rules such as cleaning rosters, etc. This is a drug free environment, yet smoking cigarettes and a few drinks is allowed - alcoholic behaviour will not be accepted. We share our communal food (such as rice, salt, pasta, meats, etc), we also share our cleaning products and everyday products (such as toilet cleaners, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues).
It is a Town House very well located, 5 min away from train station by car, 3 min away walking to the bus stops and 10 min away walking to Sydney Uni and Tafe (Lidcombe). Bedroom is private and you need to occasionally share your bathroom with visitors and my little nephew as he is very playful :) The area is very quiet , there are green areas and a park with in the residential area.
I work full time in Parramatta and am looking for somewhere that will improve my commute time. I'm a relatively quiet person, I spend a lot of time messing about on my laptop, I'm an introvert, but a friendly introvert! I really value and respect others privacy, space and belongings. I don't drink often, don't party, though have been known to stay up half the night watching YouTube and researching things. I'm a wash-my-dishes as I go kind of person but leaves it all to dry before bothering to put it away (who has time for hand drying dishes anyway) Happy to hang out/share a meal but I do tend to keep to myself and enjoy spending time alone. I wouldn't mind potentially finding a room mate and then looking for a potential flat. Otherwise preference is for an unfurnished room Open minded, easy-going
Fully furnished house, homey feel with yard. Nice quiet cul-du-sac with good neighbours. 7 min walk to station, Woolworths, restaurants, parks, bus. 5 mins bus or drive to shopping centres Lidcombe, Auburn or 10 mins to Parramatta. House is fully furnished, shared common areas lounge, kitchen, yard and bathroom. It has 2nd toilet in laundry. Person will have their own room - Mostly at work so you will have your own personal space but I'm up for chilling and a chat
Hi there I have a clean and huge master bedroom becoming available from 16 June 2017. The room is furnished and it has its own ensuite, walk-in-robe and even own storage room. I'm friendly, practical person, currently working as a Database administrator at Bangalore, India and looking to move to Sydney with my wife by mid of May'17. We're looking for a private non shared one bedroom house/granny flat/ apartment unit in a quiet but safe neighborhood with decent connectivity to CBD.
Hi, I am Jasper from India, a software professional(currently), moving to Sydney on PR looking for a job there. I am a teetotaler and cricket lover.
- Easy going, low maintenance guy who is moving out of parent's home for the first time. Main reason being closer to work at Bankstown as currently I live like an hour away driving from Bella Vista. - Originally from India, been in Australia for the last 10 years. I was at Newcastle before when I came and been in Sydney for about 5-6 years now. - Like to chill around with friends, which includes eating out during the weekends or go out to clubs. - Pretty standard otherwise during the week, I like to go the gym and love playing tennis. - I have stayed over at my friends' places before and am very respectful of keeping the place clean especially if that's important to them. In regards to exploring my options further for accomodation, I expect to be respectful of people by having clear communication with how they like things to be done, and work out a plan which we are all happy with.
I am an easy-going and fun loving international student, and also a part-time worker. I enjoy having a good time inside or outside the house whenever I am less busy. I love listening to music a lot (RnB, Hip-Hop, Rap, you name it). I also enjoy playing Badminton and Pool/Snooker. I seriously love watching and playing soccer. In fact, I am an avid supporter of the great Manchester United FC. I also love going for any exciting and interesting events available. I love honest people of good behaviour that will make the house enjoyable at all times and not causing chaos of any sort.
