Hey guys, im Lauren, 26 and looking for a house or unit to share with 1 or 2 others. I am only new to Melbourne but work fulltime 9 to 5 in Richmond. Friendly and trustworthy. I own my own place so im great at paying bills on time and respectful of other peoples property. Im bubbly and social, love to have a chat, but also know that personal space is important. I have some appliances and furniture, but happy to find alternatives if they cant fit.
Hello!! My current lease ends in early Jan and I am hoping to find some fun new housemates. I'm currently working in retail casually and studying full time. Which keeps me out of the house most of the week, I am clean, easygoing and love being social. Hoping to find housemates that are likeminded and enjoy a cheeky glass of wine or a movie night. Let me know if you have any questions, concerns, queries, or just wanna have a chat. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hey! It’s Tuana, 25yo. I am looking for a long-term room to stay and working full-time as a digital marketer at Richmond area. Lived with flatmates before in Madrid & States for a year, each. Just moved to Melbourne couple months ago and enjoying it. I am very easy going and would love to have chats with other mates around & privacy at the same time 🙂 Let me know if it fits you ! Cheers
Hey there! Looking for a place to live for the next 4-12months. I am keen on seeing different areas of Melbourne so don't mind if it is only a shorter-term lease. My selling points: often out of the house, will contribute indoor plants and wafts of delicious food down the hallway. Will happily keep to myself or have a chat. Have lived in many share houses around the world so know the drill. I am clean (very keen on the idea of a cleaning schedule) and considerate of space (will clean up my stuff when finished on the table and try to use the kitchen when no ones else is). Me: - I have just finished up a Sociological research project on dating apps (very interesting) and am currently seeking a social-science research position for 2019, considering a PhD for the year after. - I play field hockey and generally like to be active. - Typical millennial who likes travel and food. - Non-typical millennial who doesn't like social media. What I'm looking for in my housemates: Don't have too many expectations but definitely get along more with people who are open-minded and accepting folk. Regardless, I am keen on housemates who like to communicate when they have issues (I will do the same) so we can discuss, compromise and continue on with a happy and sustainable housemate relationship. What I'm looking for in my new dwelling: ~10min walk to a train station (or tram directly into the city) Anywhere in the South-East or Eastern suburbs. Medium to lots of natural light.
Hey guys I'm Aelia :) I'm 27 and working as a makeup artist full time in Chadstone so have pretty sporadic hours but when i'm home I love to cook and have a few wines. I have a very excitable personality and love to chat but in saying that am super happy chilling by myself most of the time. I'm very clean especially in the kitchen and would love someone who has the same mindset and I'm very organised with money so will always pay rent/bills on time. Looking to share with preferably one other person (no gender preferance) as have been living in a large share house so looking for a bit more space but would be happy in a 3bedroom with the right space/people ☺️ must be 420 friendly Would love to be out of my place by 15th January if possible so let me know if you have a room i can come check out and look forward to meeting you!
Hi, I am looking for someone to team up with me on an apartment around the end of December or beginning of Jan. I am currently searching along the Sandringham line, as I work in the city so need to be able to commute fairly easy. My budget is around $350 - $400 per week and would be looking for a 2 bed (potentially 3 so we can have a spare guest bedroom), 2 bathroom place, unfurnished or semi furnished as I have some house furniture that I will be bringing, sofa, coffee table, kitchen utensils etc. I've always lived with friends and really enjoyed it but recently have lived with someone I don't know and had a not so pleasant experience, so I'm quiet picky about the type of housemate I'm looking for now lol. I am quiet sociable, however I really like my own space. My current housemate treats the common area's like her personal space which makes things very awkward, she also hasn't helped clean since she moved in in July!. I am looking for someone who is clean/tidy, who respects others space, helps with the cleaning but also fun to be around. I want my next house to feel like a home, not just a place where I keep my stuff and sleep. I stay with my partner a few nights a week, so am not home all the time, I also work 9-5 Monday to Friday so I'm not one of those annoying housemates who is always around in your face lol. If you are interested in finding a similar house/ housemate id love to meet up with you and see if we get along. I need to move out of my current house by 29th December, so will be registering for inspections this week and next! :) If my profile is on early bird and you wish to contact me asap, you can text me on 041267428six

29 Year Old Canadian looking for a room rental for 6-months. In Melbourne on a working holiday before going back to Canada for law school. Easy-going, active, and very clean. Looking to explore the city, and meet great people along the way. LGBTQ+ friendly, Clean, Pet-free (or non-allergenic)
Hi guys, I'm originally from NZ, spent a few years living in the UK before moving to Melbourne late last year. I'm very relaxed, easy going and respectful of other housemates. Like to live in a clean and tidy home. I'm a professional working in the city full-time Mon-Fri and keep very busy outside of work. You'll find me at the gym or cricket training most evenings. Am very independent and prep my own meals etc but love to have a catch up and a chat most evenings. Definitely partial to watching a bit of sport and a few drinks. Enjoy the odd night out on the weekend but also happy having a night in making food and watching TV. Spend a bit of time at my girlfriends place most weekends. Would prefer another working professional around the same age with similar interests and also is clean and tidy. Ideal house/apartment would be a two bedroom place with two bathrooms and a car space in or around one of the suburbs I've listed. Move date is around mid December. Feel free to ask if there's anything else.
Hello, I'm looking to live with one other person in a respectful, quiet and clean place. Even though I'm social and do not shy away from a glass of wine, I do like my downtime at home. I work in tech and am into trail running, spin, good food & wine, and cultural events. I am back in Melbourne after living in London for two years.
Two Scottish girls looking for somewhere to stay for around 6 months! Both working full time. We’re nice, easy going and easy to live with. We’re looking for two rooms in a house share or an entire apartment with 2 rooms. Thanks!
Hi I'm a really easy going person, originally from the UK but have been living in Dubai and travelling and have recently moved to Melbourne. I enjoy socialising with friends, meeting new people and can get on with anyone! I'm flexible when it comes to what I'm looking for so if you have anything available ASAP then please let me know. Thanks!
I'm in my final year of law school and working in a retail store in Moonee Ponds. I like to go out throughout the week but prefer a quiet home to come home to. I'm hoping for a social house where we can chill out together and have the occasional gathering but respect each others space etc. I am used to living alone but would like to experience the shared house living before I leave university! My bad habit is how much I hate doing dishes so I am hoping to find a space with a dish washer. I am lgbt+ friendly, love animals (but don't have any I will be bringing with me), and am a generally tidy person aside from the dishes thing. I like to keep shared spaces clear despite my wardrobe potentially spilling out into my room. Happy to create a new share house or jump in on an already established one. I will be organising this while I am overseas on holiday as I do not have a place lined up to live in when I return to Australia.
Hey guys, I am a 21 year old guy from England looking for a place as soon as possible. Been in Melbourne for the last year and absolutely love it here. I am looking to find flat mates that can ultimately turn into good friends but also look to keep it low key during the week. I work full time in Insurance sales so weekdays for me are laid back after work. On weekends I do enjoy a drink with my mates, love most sports but also a good Netflix series does it for me too. Hope to meet some of you guys soon. Cheers, James
I will be a student at Swinburne University of Technology in Hawthorn, but I should spend some days also in Prahran ( Windsor ). I need a flat linked to these locations. I'm funny, quiet, nerd, italian, moderately social (sometimes I need to stay by myself), a good flatmate (I'm not messy, I am available to complete all the tasks that needs to be done in the flat in order to have everything in order). For fun I play videogames, do some sport (tennis), coding, travel. I love cats, I would be available to be in a flat with one or more cats. I don't smoke, I drink moderately and I never get drunk. I want a single room for me but I may stay in the same apartment with other people (friendly, no smoking, no drugs, no party). Being in the same flat with other nerds would be great, but it's ok even if they are not (Minimum requirement it's that they are good people and that let me study when I have to).
Hi there, This is Doortje and Anne, two girls from Germany who are looking for a room. We are clean, friendly and reliable. When we are not at work we like cooking and doing some sports. In our free time we also like to go for walks, eat good food and chill in parks. If you are interested in sharing a flat with us, we would love to hear from you!
26 years old just moved from London to Melbourne. I work in the city and hours are generally 9-6. I like to go to a gym class / for a run in the evenings after work. Otherwise enjoy socialising, going for dinner and going for drinks. I also love music, travel, brunches etc
