Hi guys, I’m looking for a female housemate for our lovely home. My beloved housemate is moving in with her boyfriend so I’m looking for a new housemate per the of 1st of January but could be sooner if you need, happy to discuss! It is an amazing Art Deco 2 bedroom apartment on a prime location in the most beautiful street in Prahran: Greville St. On the corner of Punt road. Super close to Chapel st, Prahran train station is just meters away, shops, bars and restaurant walking distance. Beautiful wooden floors all through the apartment, build in wardrobes (massive ones with lots of space for all your clothes and shoes and other stuff), an amazing Parisian looking balcony and a little courtyard. There is a lot of light in the apartment. Netflix, Stan and Foxtel (yes that includes E! and all the music and movie channels:)). Your room is a very cute room in the back of the house so no street noises, comfortably fits a double bed and bedside table and you have a build in that covers the entire wall so you won’t be short for storage. What I’m looking for in a housemate: A female between the age of 25-33, easy going, friendly and up for a meal or movie together every now and then, not a stranger that comes and goes (although I’m obviously very respectful of your privacy). This is not a party house but Revolver is around the corner if you want to go on a bender, just don’t bring the party home, I’ve left those days behind;). I’m super easy going and social and would love for us to be great roomie friends. I have a beautiful 3 legged border collie puppy so you must be okay with that. She’s a sweetheart and loves everyone. Obviously I’ll make sure she won’t bother you unless you want to (cuddles are included in rent, hehe). Responsible with rent and bills is a must so preferably you have a full time job but I’d consider a student if you’re financially stable enough. Looking forward to meeting you!! Ps: these photos are the real estate agent photos so the house isn’t exactly furnished like this but I promise you it’s pretty! Fully furnished so you you’ll just need your bed. IMPORTANT: Bond (4 weeks rent) needs to be paid before moving in Rent is paid monthly on the 15th. Bills are paid as they come but so far we’ve been paying around $95 a month each. This is gas/electricity/internet/tv. Depending on how much we use though obviously!
Moving to Melbourne from London at the end of December 2019. Looking for a room in a shared flat. I play lacrosse, love music, very chilled and will be working full time in Melbourne.
Hi there future housemate! Come join me in a cute little house in Prahran! Ideally looking for someone who is... - A busy working professional - Responsible with money and pays bills and rent on time - Values a clean and tidy home - Not a hermit and keen to be part of a home, not a house - Has good communication skills - Up for friendship and a bit of fun but respectful of downtime - Keen to have some chats and food and wine My house is my sanctuary (and yours too) so I'm looking for someone with the same house-sharing values and happy vibes. It’s nice to have friends over occasionally and I’m all for people having partners but I’m not looking to live with a couple and tend to go out to hang and enjoy the many drinking venues close by around Chapel Street. Preference female in their late-20s mid-30s but I'm open to anyone with the above profile. Need previous references for house application. Move in date is late Jan (TBA) for minimum 12 months lease. The place A cute two-bedroom house on a quiet street, with open-plan living room and kitchen, laundry, bathroom, second toilet (in laundry), and front/backyard. High ceilings keep things cool in summer and living room heater is the best during winter. Gas stove/hot water, good shower pressure. It’s an older place but everything works, the location is great, rent is sweet and there’s a backyard with lemon tree, ready for your gardening skills! The room is approx. 4 x 4 with built in robe. Pictures are showing a double-bed, but a queen size would fit in there as well. There is some additional storage space in other parts of the house. The house is furnished (except the bedroom) but there’s room for your things too. Location Prahran. Walking distance to Hawksburn Village (where your nearest shops and cafes can be found) and the hustle and bustle of Chapel Street. Heaps of public transport options, including Hawksburn station, trams on Malvern and High St. On-street parking permit available if you drive.
I'm Kei from Japan. I'm friendly, outgoing, tidy. I enjoy travelling, yoga, coffee, photo shooting, playing guitar and MEETING GREAT PEOPLE. I am after a nice homey place with awesome people :)
Hi! I’m a clean, kind and considerate housemate, looking for a place to live SHORT TERM for three months. I start a course in early Feb, so ideally would like to move in the last week of January. This course will finish at the end of April, and I will be looking to move interstate thereafter. During my stay - I will be on campus two days of the week, working approx three days and studying otherwise. I do enjoy socialising with friends, love the outdoors and going for an adventure. In a household, I am down to have a beer at the end of day and yarn. Cooking together could be fun. But I do love my alone time and respect your space. I like to be clean. And if you have plants or dogs, that's a bonus! I'm great with both. I will be moving from the Byron Hinterlands so it may be hard to meet before I move in. But if you are open to Skype or FaceTime I'd be happy to do that. I can give you references and pay a portion of my rent beforehand if that helps secure it as well. I have lived in Melbourne for 4 years previously, so I am super familiar with the area and have loads of support networks there :) Hoping to find out open and like minded humans who are full of love. Drop me a message if you think we’d be a good fit :) thank you!

Hey I'm Allana, I'm 26 and originally from the UK! I come from an art/creative background, I've been a freelance makeup artist for several years working on music videos and London Fashion Week. I came to Melbourne for a short trip in 2015 and ended up staying for almost two years. This will be my third time back in Australia, so I now call it my second home. I'm a very outgoing, laid back and a socialable person. I'm always up for a glass of wine, checking out live music, galleries, exhibitions, having a few drinks, heading to the beach and going on spontaneous road trips. I'm looking for an apartment, ideally sharing with another person /up to 3 others who I can call friends as well as roomies. Would be cool to live with other creatives and/or sociable housemates. I'm looking in Prahan, South Yarra area. Would love to hear from you! x
I'm Ale, I'm a part time Community Services student with a part time job as well I'm 24 yo, from South America, super friendly easy going, clean and respectful. I'm into cooking, reading (crime and mystery) and traveling 😊 I've been in Melbourne for the last 3 years so I know how is to live in a shared house. I'm looking for a place to call home for the next (at least) 6 months, where the vibes are cool and where housemates are up for a chat, drinks or even watch a movie. Be more like a family than just housemates! Flick a message if you think I would be a good fit in your house 😊
Hi, I'm Jimmy, i'm 25 originally from Albury NSW. I consider myself an easy going person with a relaxed demeanour, I'm moving to Melbourne to study in 2020. In the past I've travelled a lot and worked full time as a Boilermaker. My main interests/passions are music, sustainability and Jiu jitsu. I'm looking forward to finding some fun like minded people to live with.
Hey! We’re used to living in shared accommodations and pretty easy going. We usually work during the week but enjoy being social and having a few drinks on the weekends. We’re pretty clean and respectful of others too.
