Hi! My name’s Anna, I’m 24 years old, currently in my last year of Uni studying to be a teacher and I work casually at rebel Sport in Richmond. I am a reliable, clean, friendly and easy going person who loves to be around people but also enjoys time to myself. I love watching trashy TV, going out with friends (although I’m not much of a party animal!), reading and meeting new people. Ultimately I’m looking for a clean and friendly household with like minded people! :)
Hi guys, I’m a hard working and very tidy individual who enjoys both private time and socialising with others. I work weekends and nights on Chaple St bartending so I’ll be out of the house majority of the time! I enjoy having a laugh and hanging out but I understand personal space and the need for quiet now and again. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hi, my name is Rhi. My cat Vinny and I need to be out of our current house in September due to our existing housemates all growing up and pairing off so we’re looking for some new ones! I am 28, employed full-time, and have been living in share houses since I was 18 so I know the drill. Things get paid on time, communal areas get kept tidy, and my work schedule means I’ve never clashed with anyone for the bathroom. I’m a bit creative (I draw and paint and collect dumb eclectic things) so hopefully my housemates won’t mind the decorative mishmash of things I intend to hang on our walls! I have got a house worth of furniture (sofas, wall units, large TV, fridge, washing machine, etc.) which I can either sell or bring with me. I like my homes to be chill places where people are comfortable to be themselves. Whilst not expressly looking for a party house I believe that friends and lovers should always be welcome. I am invaluable at pub trivia nights. I am rainbow friendly and bigot unfriendly. An older character place full of music, blankets, fairy lights, plants, books and snacks and with at least a small yard is my dream. I’m open to starting up a new home as well as to joining a welcoming existing one. Vinny is a small ginger rescue boy with the sweetest face who is super skilled at sitting juuust out of reach and stealing food literally from your mouth. He is stupidly obsessed with a big plush Rastafarian banana that I have. He is plucky and I have seen him interact well with other animals. Looking forward to talking to you soon!
Originally from Ballarat now working in the CBD I’m the energy space, recently graduated with a Masters of Energy systems from Melbourne Uni. I love gaming and chilling on the couch watching movies on weekends . Also quite the coffee snob and bruncher on the weekends. I also Love chatting/debating politics and good philosophical discussions. I Always clean up after myself, defs not a party type or looking for a party house. Im quite introverted but I try and go out of my way to surround myself with extroverts who bring out the best in me. Very into health and fitness hitting the gym most days. Looking for flatmates who can be friends who lead independent lives outside the place too, bonus If you love watching Old Simpsons and Seinfeld episodes with or the newest fad on Netflix and open to getting a house cat at some point down the track. Cheers
Hi there, I’m Hayley. I’m 27 and work full time in advertising, based in the city. I love running, boxing and watching trash tv with my housemates. Please insert the usual stuff about being pretty quiet during the week but enjoying a wine on the weekend. I’m from Perth originally and have been in Melbourne for a year. I’d really love to live with 2 girls who are already friends and enjoy hanging out together - I’m the housemate that’s up for Saturday brunch, not ignoring each other completely!
Hello All! I am moving down to Melbourne at the end of October and I am looking to move into a new sharehouse. I am currently finishing off my degree in Psychology and will be moving down to hopefully get a job as a Researcher or Case Manager and be closer to my partner, who also lives there. I would say I am incredibly easy going, talkative and social, I really enjoy a good dinner, drinks and a boogey every now and then. I would prefer a house that is social with each other, yet of course respectful of each others space and privacy. As I love to spend a lot of time outside of the house if I can, gardening, cycling, hiking, gym and reading, I am always up to doing something I am a vegetarian, but care not for what you eat. I love music, gigs, op shopping, and thriftiness, and will continue to volunteer at Lifeline down in Melbourne. I am very tidy in all shared spaces, but like a room that is filled with my own things, like plants and books. So, I am looking for a house that all-in-all is just open, respectful and social, to welcome me into the new City. Hit me up if you think we'd be a good fit!
Hi, 27yo from Cork, Ireland. Staying in a sub let apt until the 5th of September so looking to move into a new place around that date or a bit before or after. Work in construction as a civil engineer. Spent the last 3 year's living in New York and Dubai an a bit of travelling in between places. Looking to live with people the same age bracket who are easy going, clean, a bit of craic (Irish term for been fun) and stay reasonably quiet during the week but who may like a drink the weekend.
this is a two bedroom apartment in Prahran, it's pretty much close to everything. There's a tram stop the other side of the road, and it's a 10-15 minute walk to Windsor station, which is a 10 minute train to Flinders Street. It's a 5 minute walk from High Street, which has lots of cafes, and about 10-15 minute walk to Chapel Street (otherwise the tram takes like four minutes). It's near a 7/11, and there's a woolworths like 10 minute walk away too. Looking for someone to fill the other room. It's a decent sized apartment, with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The living room is a good size, and there's a huge courtyard with decking that comes with the apartment. There's a split system airconditioning and intercom in the living room, washing machine, gas-top cooker/electric oven and fridge in kitchen. Built in wardrobes in the bedrooms, and huge windows with panel blinds. The apartment complex is fully fenced and secure. The apartment comes with an undercover offstreet parking spot behind remote electric gates. I get the tram everywhere, so I don't drive or have a car, but I don't mind if you do :) Pictures listed are from real estate. The spare room is unfurnished so can fill it with your own furniture. The living room, and kitchen is all furnished, so not space for anything. In the living room there's a couch, and tv cabinet with large flat screen tv. Apartment is $1950 per calendar month, so $975 each. Have got unlimited internet for $70, so $35 each. Gas, electricity and water bill will split in two as well. Bond is $1125. Looking for someone asap :) New tenant must have Australian rental agent reference, as per landlord requirement.
Hi guys, my name's Greg, and I'm an American journalist. I visited Melbourne in April and fell in love, so I'm moving from Brooklyn to Melbourne this September to work for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. I've had roommates since college, so I'm clean, but also pretty relaxed about things. I like to go out and socialize on the weekends with friends, and sometimes during the week if I'm up for it. Every now and then I'll travel for work or to see a bit more of the country, and I'll be in Melbourne for at least a year.
Hello, I'm Samantha, Italian, 29 years old, currently working in hospitality. I love languages and cultures, running, psychology, music gigs, good food and wine. I'm also very clean and tidy. I like to socialise but also to enjoy my own space. I'm looking for a place not only where to sleep but also to call home.
Have been living in my home town Echuca for the last 6 months and am missing Melbourne far too much. I have just found a job within a skin clinic in Malvern! :) so I am in need of suitable accommodation ASAP! I’m full of good vibes and energy! I think I’m funny 😂
Hi!! I am an engineering student that just moved to Melbourne to do an internship! I come from Spain and i am looking for a private room in a shared house and since i am new in the city it will be amazing to share with sociable people that are up to doing stuff together. I've already shared a house for 4 years in Valencia while doing my bachelor and 2 years in the Netherlands where i did my masters. So i know how to live with others and i am always up for going to grab some drinks or do some sports! If you have anything that suits me, please let me know!
After 4 years, our housemate is moving out. We have a comfortable room available in a quiet area of Prahran, a 10-minute walk to Chapel Street, a tram stop is a 2-minute walk, and 4 different train stations within a 15 min walk. Whilst the room itself is on the smaller side, it has plenty of space for a queen bed & a few other pieces of furniture. Additionally, the room also comes with a massive built-in wardrobe situated in the hallway outside your door. Our home feels like a home, it's very cosy and we are a pretty chilled house. The house itself has two living areas, big kitchen, one bathroom and two toilets. There is also a decent outside space with a small garden area where we can grow a few veggies etc. We all keep on top of the housework, get household items when they are needed and split bills between 3 when they come in, which is roughly every few months. We also have Wifi which is $20 per month. You will be sharing with Jess & Nic. The photos don't really do the place justice, its a homely house with lots of character. Our house is already furnished, apart from the bedroom, but if you had furniture you would like to bring that is fine too. Moving date can be slightly flexible for the right person.
Hi! I am relocating to Melbourne from Canberra for a full time job that i start on the 10th of September! I am clean, tidy, and respectful. I am always up for chat but also aware we all need our own space sometimes. :)
Hello!, My name is Roberto, I'm a student at Monash Caulfield, arrived to Melbourne from Mexico 6 months ago to study a Master of Business, I'd found Australia a really nice place to live and I'm planning to stay here for a long time, currently I'm living in Carnegie and everything has been great but I'm looking for a change but still not to far away from Caulfield. Had great references from my landlord and friends, I'm very easy to live with so anything you would like to know just ask..
Hi, I'm a very easy going male with a passion for travelling. I enjoy going out and having a few drinks (don't mind a session) but happy to lay low and chill if that's what I'm feeling. I'm a professional with steady job in Flemington. I have lived in and around Melbourne in the past and I'm very keen to enjoy the Melbourne lifestyle once more ☺ I am into my sports and enjoy having a bit of a social life throughout the week, I'm looking forward to meeting new people who are up to have a good time....if you are after any more info just ask! Peace
Beautiful furnished apartment with all amenities close by. Just two blocks to Chapel street on one side and Armadale high street on the other. Tram no. 6 stops right out the front and Toorak station is a 5 minute walk away. Miele kitchen and laundry appliances included. The bedroom is a lovely sunny double with modern en suite with huge shower. We absolutely love calling this place home!
The place itself… is a three-bedroom home with spacious living and dining room areas. The house bodes all the classic qualities with heaps of character, nice wooden floors and high ceilings. We are incredibly lucky to have a courtyard and a generous sized kitchen as well. Both of the (unfurnished) bedrooms are generously sized and easily fit a queen bed + bedside table + other furnishings and have built-in wardrobes with lots of space! There are two on-street parking permits available too! Keeping all common areas nice and tidy is something that we have valued pretty highly in our house – so we would love to find someone who is like-minded in this sense to replace us.

Hi I'm Rhys. I work full time in Port Melbourne as a graphic designer. I am also a professional runner and spend much of my spare time (mostly week nights straight after work) either at training or the gym. I am also an illustrator and have heaps of great art (and nice furniture) that I can bring with me. I'm gentle natured, totally sorted, clean, easy to get a long with and fully respect other people's privacy. I'd make a great housemate :)
Hi, my name is Raphael :). I moved to Melbourne to study Psychology and French. I like travelling, cooking, swimming and music. I also play piano. Looking for a nice place to stay for the next 6-12 months. Those that know me well, know I am always smiling :). I am also quite a clean person, so as long as the kitchen and bathrooms are reasonably clean, we won't have a problem. Happy to keep to myself, but also groovy to have a chill Friday night with a couple of drinks. Send me a message :P
