Firstly, even though I have the 11th May 2026 as the date that I am looking at relocating to Adelaide, I am even looking at early to March or even April 2026 AT THE LATEST. Yes, I realise that most landlords and (possibly) housemates would like an earlier date(s) that I have on my profile, but I thought I would be upfront and honest about the whole thing. And now onto my intro... Those who will have me as a tenant, will find me as a happy, go lucky type of person, who is approachable, friendly and will get along with others regardless of background. I am also looking to get involved with a local sporting club/organisation be it Cricket, Rowing, (Australian Rules) Football or even Rugby Union. Hi I am seeking an accommodation to move into as soon as possible, near or not too far from Adelaide CBD. I’d like to stay for few months to start with, longer if I like the place. My budget is $200 a week. Please read on for more about me - I’m a clean and friendly person. I would prefer some privacy but am happy to socialise with flat mates every now and then, I prefer a place with just one other flat mate than myself and the flat mate should be clean and tidy. I like to do quite a bit of cooking and hence use the kitchen quite a bit, but always clean up after myself. I also do spend quite a bit of my time at home and so prefer respectful flatmates that aren’t too noisy. A studio or a room in an apartment with modern facilities and also close to good transportation would be most ideal. I’m looking for a place with my own bath and toilet, but happy to share with one other person if kept really clean. Also an all bills inclusive property would be preferred.
