Hey there! I landed a new job (IT consultant) at Macquaire park, NSW and am moving by end of Feb. I am looking for accommodation from 1st March onwards. I am friendly, responsible and tidy person, who likes to star gaze and watch movies when I am not working.
Looking for 2 rooms and secure parking for my ute and tools. I'm a self-employed carpenter. I live very clean and tidy. I keep fit, healthy and love to surf when I get the time. I'm divorced and have my 2 kids (8 and 12) stay over every second weekend. I've lived the last 2.5 years in a 3-bedroom townhouse in Wahroonga and can continue to stay there, however I would like to live closer to the city or beaches. I come with some furniture so a house would be better.
Full time employee in Luxury fashion. PC gamer. Prefer to do own meals then eat takeout. Always up for a chat but perfectly happy left to own devices. Weekends should see me skateboarding or seeing family so shouldn't be in anyone's way. OCD for cleanliness. A bit of mess I can survive but if it passes a point I reserve the right to clean everything without notice.

Hey there! I'm a recent computer science graduate from Newcastle with a full time job lined up in North Sydney who is looking to move a little closer. I'm generally quiet and relaxed, i value my privacy and respect other peoples space. Not looking for much, just a cozy place to sleep at night.
Our Flat is located 100m from Pymble station, cafes and a 24/7 gym. We are an easy going couple that are tidy and considerate. Our flat has a large kitchen and living areas with hardwood floors throughout. It is fully furnished, except for the bedroom and is in a very quite yet convenient location. We like a chat but also respect your privacy. We will have Telstra unlimited internet and air conditioning/ heating. The flat is full furnished except your room.
Note: My Admission process is still going on. Once my date of moving to Sydney is fixed, I might be able to fix the inspection date as well. Thank you for your patience. Hi. I will start my PhD at Macquarie university from February/March. So I will arrive in Sydney around end of February or the beginning of March, 2019. I would like to have my own room and own bathroom. I can share other parts of the house e.g. kitchen , living room etc with my house/flat mates. However, I would like privacy for my studies and hobbies. I will need a living place which is near to the Macquarie University. I am also okay with places which are near to the public transport facilities. About me : I am a friendly person but keep to myself most of the times. I like and prefer privacy. But I also like to enjoy a party every now and then. I am very particular about cleanliness and prefer a room which is easy to clean even in busy days of the week. I like trekking, hiking and traveling. I love eating good and healthy food. I am learning to cook, so I do a lot of cooking experiments when I am at home. Some of them are successful. :) I am also fond of gardens. I would like a place where I can grow a small garden. Do you already have a garden? This will definitely be an added bonus to the search for my room. Apart from all these, I love reading. So, I would definitely love to share a house with people who also like reading and can discuss about the books they read about. P.S. Please note that if the rent per week is approaching to AUD 300, I would definitely prefer and expect my own bathroom. Thank you. :) Hope to see some of you soon! Let's see how it goes. I would contact some of you later in this month(Feb) or in March for the availability of a private room in a house share and see if I can inspect the place once I arrive in Sydney. Thank you, Sidneysiders! :)

Friendly, open minded, clean and tidy guy. Shared house trained.

Hi, name's Kye. I work part time and I'm looking for a place to stay, preferably for over a year. I'm no party animal but I'm not fussed if you are, I keep tidy and I keep to my bedroom, as I usually spend all day in it making music (headphones, not speakers, don't worry it's electronic music). Looking for a place to stay around Gordon or it's surrounding suburbs and near public transport of some kind.
I’m a student studying astrophysics and have a small, friendly, older dog! I work part time as a math tutor. I enjoy being around people, but also enjoy having time to myself, so I’m happy to sit and chat or to have a night to myself watching Netflix! I’m looking for an all-female place for myself and my dog, preferably something long term as I’m only due to graduate uni at the end of next year. If you think you have something suitable, please let me know!
Relaxed and Calm. Gives people there space and privacy. I like to have fun of course. I need the basics like a washer, dryer and fridge. Please not coin operated. Interests: Woodworking/ volleyball/ exploring Sydney. Need to be reasonably close to public transport. A place that feels safe, prefer to not be on the ground floor. I can't live with smokers or drug takers. Age open. I would like to have a friend visit a few times a month, which can be discussed. I've had a couple of places where i've had to use public rubbish bins instead of one from a property, eg when living above a shop, I don't want to do that anymore.
Hi! I'm a Colombian girl doing a semester abroad on computer science. I'm very organized and respectful. I love helping whenever I can! And that's why I'm a math tutor on my free time. I'm very friendly and loyal, and I'm looking for a nice place near Macquarie University.
Hi, I am from India. I have done my bachelors in Law from India and I am gonna do my Master in Intelligence from Macquarie University. I am a peace loving person who likes to party occasionally. I like to make new friends. I don't mind smoking to the point that its not inside the room. I have traveled internationally to few destinations so would like to meet people from different backgrounds. I am totally against racial or gender discrimination.
Hey there, I will be relocating to Sydney mid-February to start a new role as a teacher/trainer in Engineering Design related technologies. I will also be finishing off an old degree in Industrial Design part-time over the next 2 years. I don't smoke, enjoy regular exercise ranging from going to the gym and cycling. I enjoy a social tipple on the weekends, going to sporting events, and getting out of town for camping and a bit of fishing to chill out. Recently separated I am looking for a place to chill out between working and studying. I like to take pride in where I live keeping things clean and tidy within reason of course. I believe in respecting others and their freedoms and appreciate those who do the same. I am currently looking from Pymble outwards for the proximity of my employer. Partying hard and really late nights are pretty much behind me now, so others with a professional lifestyle would probably be more suitable. So if all of this speel sounds okay please feel free to contact me. CYA Greg
