Hi, my name is Ken. I'm a 49 years old from the usa (living in Australia over 8 years now as a permanent resident). Though I am not currently employed, that will change in the next month or even sooner. The reasons for this, well, I was a stay at home dad for about a year with 3 young kids. My wife and I have some disagreement about here parents living with us permanently. I guess I lost the battle. But I'm determined to get back on my feet and work through my issues with my wife, cause I DO still love her, and I love my kids. I know this is too much drama for you, but I felt compelled to explain my situation. Just want to be honest upfront. I have served 13 years in the military, so I'm really neat, tidy, disciplined, and organized. I consider myself easy going. I like movies, out-door activities, ten-pin bowling and going to the gym. I have worked as a mobile forklift mechanic for about 6 years while living here, and most likely will land a job in a similar role. Though I am considering other options too. I rarely cook (unless its in the microwave). When I do see my kids, I will not bring them over to the place. I usually take them out to eat or the movies. Thanks for your consideration and I will be available anytime for an interview.

Have been looking to move out for quite awhile and was waiting for a good enough paying job to do so which i have now found starting on the 6th of march, so i will be unable to move out until earliest end of march to get money together properly and organised moving etc. I clean up after myself and am quite independent. Will be working full time and have worked for last two years with other jobs I do have a girlfriend that tends to come over on weekends I am a very quiet person when in my room, big computer guy so usually on that use headphones all the time. I do like to socialize with others in the house to but there are times where i prefer to be alone
NOT CURRENTLY LOOKING My name is Laura, I am 27, and I am an outgoing, friendly, and responsible person who is very clean, tidy and respective of others and their space. I work 5/6 days a week for 2 casual jobs between a coffee shop and in mental health policy in the city, which is about to become permanent part-time. While I am outgoing and like to meet new people, I would be a quiet housemate who always tidies up after themselves (I hate mess!). I'm also keen to make new friends and get out of my comfort zone. I am very organised and responsible, so bills would always be paid on time! I also have no outstanding debt (except for HECs, if that counts?! Haha). I have no pets (they'd stay at my parents) but I love animals if you have them (especially cats) and love people any age from all walks of life, other cultures and LGBTI individuals. In my off time I like to write, read like crazy, binge watch television shows, play soccer, and trying new things/going to new places. I am trying to move out of my dads, just because I am trying to be a bit more independent! I also have my own car. Contact via flatmates.com is preferred :)
I am an Aussie sparky that works full time(all around the country) so I can offer you plenty of space or someone to have a drink/meal with when I'm home if you like. I enjoy getting outside and going for an adventure where possible.
It is located right near public transportation (buses and Quakers Hill train station) in a quiet living complex. The house is clean and garage is available to park in/store anything you may need. Extra toilet downstairs. Room has double mirrored built in wardrobe. Air conditioning downstairs. Large kitchen. Internet is included in rent. Water and electricity split evenly between all occupants.
I work full time for Workers Union, also a casual photographer and a student. I like going outdoors when I get a chance such as camping and photography trips. Do my best to stay healthy and go to the gym. I consider myself a responsible, clean person, and consider other/s' privacy.
I started a new job at the woolworths distrabusion centre Minchinbury as a mechanical technician and have a house on the central coast, I need a room to stay in as I'll be working a 4 on 4 off night shift roster. I mind my own bisiness and ceep to myself.
