For the first 4 weeks I am moving in with my girlfriend who is helping me settle in. I am looking for a 1 year stay starting from August 17th.

I'm a quiet, non-smoking, friendly French teacher looking to find accommodation closer to the school I will be working in in terms 3 and 4, 2019. I will be away during the spring school holidays. During my spare moments I like to do walks and visit friends. I’m looking for a quiet light room ideally with double bed and inbuilt storing facilities with a rent of around $300 to 350 /week where I could put my belongings with possibility to do laundry and perhaps some quick cooking. Being close to the school I wouldn’t need a parking spot ..
Certified Nazi Free. It’s a great home in an awesome part of queanbeyan with pubs, pools, parks, shops and a fire station in spitting distance. The street is quiet with a mix of residents from young tradies, to families to nursing home candidates. But absolutely no nazis.
Hi I'm an experienced middle aged ICT professional moving from Melbourne to Canberra for a fixed term assignment. I prefer quiet and decent room or studio near by Canberra CBD ($300 week) or Queanbeyan NSW (upto $250 week). I am quiet person enjoy serenity and quiet environment. I'm vegetarian, teetotaler and loves to go for run and outdoor in summers. I'm really not a party/ social event person.
It is a beautiful apartment of the first floor. 1. The bedrooms are spacious - bedroom 2 is 2.7m x 3.0m and bedroom 3 is 3.0m x 3.6m. Both rooms are fully furnished with single beds, tall boys, built in wardrobes, mirrors, blinds, sheet curtains and thermal curtains (so it nice and warm during the Queanbeyan winter) - (bed linen not included). 2. There is one secure underground car parking space available. This is a huge benefit as it keeps your car safe and protects it from the Queanbeyan winter frost. 3. Electricity, gas, water and NBN wifi and water included in the rent! The apartment is in the most convenient place in Queanbeyan - 1 minute walk to Aldi and Woolworths - 2 minute walk to the bus station (for buses to Canberra) - 3 minute walk to Riverside Plaza (all the main shops are there) - 5 minute walk to the Queanbeyan Main Street with restaurants, pubs, bars and shops in abundance 5. I've listed the room as females only, as I will be leaving the apartment in August 2019 for a year; then it will become a female-only apartment.
I am a pole dance instructor at the brass room and a dancer. I have a little jug named Lucy that needs a home! 🤗❤️ I am a diploma qualified beauty therapist/lash technician so I can do all your beauty needs! Haha I’m also a musician in a local duo called ‘red music’ so I will be out most weekends rather dancing or playing gigs around town. I am a very level headed, focused person with a good routine. I never bring friends to the house or party I like to keep things social and outside the house. 😊
Hi! I have a fully furnished room (QS bed; cupboard; etc) for 1 person that is AVAILABLE from July 20 for SHORT-TERM (a min 1 week stay) of UP TO 1 (ONE) MONTH or so. Enquiries welcome anytime. NB: This is a non-smoking house and property. The house is fully furnished and well equipped. More furniture CANNOT be brought into the house. I am really happy to have SHORT-TERM STAYS i.e. you might be looking for somewhere more suitable that will take your furniture but you need to move out of where you are staying. The house is a RENOVATED WEATHERBOARD close to Queanbeyan CBD. There is a lovely garden and back deck. Gas heating and cooking and solar hot water (with booster). Unlimited, well lit, on-street parking is available. Bus transport to Canberra City is a short walk into town (less than 10 mins) and Queanbeyan railway station is a 15 min walk (or 25 mins with a heavy backpack!). If you are into cycling there is a bicycle path into Canberra. Do not hesitate to give me a hoy if you are in any way interested. Any references would be helpful but aren't essential. And I really do not care whether you are a 'professional' or not - used alone, I find the term pretentious :-) I am much happier knowing about your interests :-) rather than how you earn a living (and yes, I know they could be one and the same...). Queanbeyan is a well kept secret and a great place to live - this is from a born and bred Canberran. The house is an easy, short walk to town which has nice pubs and eateries and all the essential shops including a couple of excellent op-shops.
