I'm an introvert so I tend to keep to myself. But I love to show off my cat, Elizabeth. She's 13yo and snoozes most of the day. She loves to be around people and can't get enough cuddles. Having housemates would be really good for her happiness.
I’ll be working full time at a library, so you can guess I like reading! I’m neat and tidy, and have been doing most of the jobs around the house. I like hanging out with other people and having my own space too. I’ve lived out of home before. I also like walking, listening to triple j, going to the movies and going out to dinner. I’m from Lake Macquarie in NSW and will be moving to Canberra for work from before the 5th of November until June 30th 2019

I’ve been living in share houses for 3 years now so I know how to respectfully live with others and I always pay my rent on time.
My name is Elliot, and I am a 22yr old male. I am from Sydney but have been offered a full time job in Canberra. I plan to move in with my friends in mid January/early February but I am looking for a place to stay for now till then. I am currently on centerlink but I have no loans/bills to pay other then my current rent. I am someone who is happy to keep to myself and occasionally socialize as well. Party's aren't something that interest me, but a nice night with Netflix and some friends is good so I would like to have the freedom to have friends over occasionally.
My name’s Emma and I’m looking for a home for my 16 month old daughter, Naomi and I. I’m a full time student working towards my year 12 and business certificate as well as looking for part time work. Would love to be able to share with another mum if possible 😊

The townhouse is located in central Queanbeyan and is only a short walk to the shops and bus stop just outside! I'm alway busy with work, going to the gym and out of the house regularly, so you really have a good space to yourself the majority of the time! The room is available from the 10th November :)
Hi I'm Tom I currently live in Karabar, I moved here last year from North QLD due to work. I am a IT contractor for Fujitsu and work shift so I work long hours both day and night. I'm a quiet guy I generally keep to myself mostly cause i'm either studying or catching up on sleep. Great to have a chat with and down to earth person who doesn't make a lot of noise. I can do my part when it comes cleaning and gardening.
I’m a quiet, tidy, respectful tenant looking to move in ASAP and I am flexible with my length of stay (6+ months is preferable though). I work full time Monday to Friday and spend most of my free time with my horse, Ellie. I love animals so I’m fine with any pets. I appreciate my time alone at home to binge watch lame tv and nap, but I’m also up for a chat/movie/dinner etc if it’s available. I don’t eat meat but I can cook pretty well so it makes up for it!
We are a couple of Mexicans, we love food, movies, and traveling. We cook, work, try to achieve our goals, we have been together for 18 years (very established) no dramas, and love different cultures.
I work full time in Childcare while I am finishing my Diploma in Early Childhood Education online. I also work casually as a bartender. I love to cook and eat food, I attend a fitness studio 5 days a week as well so I am pretty healthy. For fun I like to listen to music, go out with friends to dinner, have some drinks and even go out once in a while.
The house is a little run down but has the basic essentials. Cheap rent and no locked in contract so you can stay as little or as long as you like. Close proximity to CBD, train station, airport, Canberra city, Canberra Outlet Centre, etc. Enjoy country living with city benefits.

Oaks Estate is a beautiful semi rural suburb on the outskirts of Canberra and Queanbeyan. We are on the edge of the Molongalo and Queanbeyan rivers, close to shops and pubs and an easy drive to Canberra. The house is a lovely, light filled, airy, spacious, 1960's Canberra double brick style. It is a fully equiped family home with a huge back yard with lots of large trees, veggie patch and chooks. The house works well and is very comfortable. It has a modern feel as well as many retro features including the original bathroom with it's lovely big bath. Although there is only one bathroom there are two toilets. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and very friendly and the street is lovely with a small park, large gum trees and a great walk around the river.
Unlimited 50mb/s nbn included quiet safe street and area. Shared bathroom with 1 other. own pantry to keep food, shared fridge with one other, gas cook top, electric oven, barbecue. Rest of house is furnished, wood fire used for heating in winter, and ducted aircon for summer. There is storage under the house for what ever.
Great house only 15 minute drive to Barton. A huge room and your own bathroom very well maintained and clean. Large backyard with great mountain views and two minute drive to the shops. The house is very clean, has modern furniture, well maintained and has both cooling for summer and gas heating. It also had a massive new solar system for green energy and to help reduce electricity bills.
I'm moving to Canberra from North Queensland for an Engineering graduate position starting in March. I'm a very easygoing and quiet person who doesn't like to make a fuss. I have experienced living with flatmates for the past 2 years and lived on college for 3 years prior. I'm very clean and like to spend my downtime watching videos and playing games, however I'm always up for doing something and having a chat. I prefer to cook my own meals but up for the occasional communal dinner (I'm good at making lots of pasta). I've never been to Canberra before so I'm definitely interested in exploring what Canberra has to offer with company always welcome.
Clean and tidy. Love our food. I’m into keeping fit. Do enjoy a few social drinks over weekend and hang around with friends. Respect personal space. Please shoot a message for any questions. Thanks
I'm a full time professional looking for a tidy share with friendly housemate(s), preferably a master/large bedroom. I drive, gym, cook, read, movie nights, socialize etc. I'm considerate to live with and easy going. I have a bed, desk etc to bring, Happy to share a meal and drink or chat.

Hi :) I am moving to chilly Canberra from Brisbane in the next few weeks to start a new full-time job. I am looking for a place that is relatively close to my new job in Fyshwick. When I'm not working I love to play sport and get outdoors, but sometimes I like to just spend a quiet day/night watching Netflix at home. Always clean up after myself, although most of the time I never leave a mess to begin with. Please get in touch if you think I would be a good fit for you :)
I am a 29 yr old vet, who has recently moved to Canberra from Sydney. I love cooking and baking and sharing whatever I've made. I am always happy to sit and have a chat, but also respect the need for space. I clean up after myself and not opposed to doing whatever dishes there are in the sink. :)
Hi I'm Kyle - Just moved to Canberra for work, from Christchurch (NZ). I work full-time in Fyshwick at a technology/engineering company, and often head to the gym or mountain biking outside of work. I enjoy meeting new people and I enjoy most things fitness/sports. Although being a kiwi I still have know idea what is going on during an AFL game (give me a few months...). I'm tidy, clean, and respectful of people I'm living with. I think I have a pretty good sense of humour and am always up for a laugh. I'm looking at short-term accom from the end of October through to roughly when my partner moves over from NZ (January sometime) and we move on to a 2-bd + place.

**I have found a place, thank you everyone!! ** Hi, my name is Sam, my 11 yr old Spoodle dog and I are looking for a room in inner north or inner south Canberra. My dog is a very friendly poodle mix, so non shedding and house trained. He is a funny boy who will make you laugh. He loves other dogs so if there is already a dog in the house that would be great. I run a creative small business (internet and markets based) and work part time in retail as well. I am from Canberra so already know the community well and have missed it! I am a quiet home body type, young at heart, fun, considerate and reliable. I like a calm, homey house, that is comfortable and clean. I like to invite friends over for coffee, dinner, now and then, but am mostly quiet. I love film, arts, coffee, more coffee, good chats, laughing and being creative. I don’t have to live with any particular ages, I have shared with people of all ages. I’m a non drinker and non smoker, don’t mind if you are a light drinker, but am not after a party house. Am happy to team up and rent a house with 1-2 others.
I am studying computer science and maths, and will be doing an internship with the Australian Signals Directorate. I am a really easy going and easy to get along well with. My hobbies include listening to music, gymming and boxing. I'm am a social person so I wouldn't mind finding some flatmates I can hang out with.
