Hi! My name is Lachlan and I'm advertising this flat for my grandmother named Doris. The address is 12/86-88 Alfred Street. She is very lovely and welcoming and the place is in a 55 and over village (although you do not need to be retired to rent out the flat). It is directly opposite Ramsgate beach and only a minute walk to Ramsgate shops including a pharmacy, Coles, cafes, and a medical centre. Just outside the village is the bus stop with a 20 minute ride into the city, such as the 303 bus, along with buses to Hurstville, Rockdale, Kogarah, and the Airport. My grandmother is ideally looking for a female who is reliable and nonchalant. This modern living flat is ideal for you if you want somewhere convenient, yet in an perfect location by the sea. A cleaner also comes in fortnightly to clean the house free of charge, along with this there are no additional charges such as bills to pay. My grandmother is retired but previously worked as a nurse and housekeeper. She spends most the day at the shops, and is someone who enjoys cleanliness and tidiness. Thanks!Cleaning provided freeIn-built wardrobe and cupboard

I am originally from Sydney but have been living abroad for over 20 years and want to return to visit Sydney to see if I would consider returning to live. I have been living in sunny Barcelona for over 12 years now although have lived in quite a few countries so speak a number of languages (French, Spanish, Japanese). I haven´t booked my flights out yet but am looking to be in Sydney from mid Jan to early March. So I am looking for short term accommodation 1-2 weeks in different suburbs so that I can get a feel for different areas of Sydney. I remember loving Balmain, Glebe etc...curious about Sans Souci and others too. My student living days are long past me, I am a home owner so a super respectful of other properties but it also means I don´t want to live in "sub-standard" accommodation. Happy to provide more info about myself, you will see I am totally normal, totally respectful etc and of course am looking for the same in the landlord...nothing strange, odd, offensive etc please. I would be using the room as a sort of "launch pad" to be rediscovering Sydney. As I don´t drive, access to good public transport is important.
I'm a medical student studying at UNSW and will be placed at Sutherland hospital for the next 2 years. I'm outgoing, friendly, clean and respectful. I cook a fair bit at home, but nothing spectacular. I'm a dancer, and a hobby photographer. I love music and play my speakers regularly, but not too loud :) I'm originally from Newcastle and go home monthly. I do not like to be disturbed when studying, but will always be up for a chill-sesh with my flatmates! Next year will be my barrier exam year so I would like a quiet, but friendly house - one that feels comfortable and like home.
Im currently working full time in the retail industry, naturally i have a very bubbly personality, I usually work long hours and love to attend social events but in my spare time I enjoy reading and quiet activities. I also like to keep an organised and clean home and respect those with the same values.

As a writer, I work from home and when there's a book due, it means long hours BUT when I get time off I love to cook BBQs and socialise. My books are on many topics and the most popular is cleaning without using those harsh chemicals so I'm NO stranger to helping out with the chores! ****Scroll to the bottom if you want to join forces and create a REAL home, not just another 6 month rental**** My kids visit every 2nd weekend and like me they love helping out although we are usually out and about making the most of our time together. I know everyone says their kids are well behaved but I'm a lucky Dad indeed! I've been in a GREAT place but they are preparing the house for sale so it's time to find a place I can call home again. I'm VERY easy going and enjoy just about any music short of death metal :)) *-* It's TEAM UP time! I've found a couple of housemates here and we're looking to start a real PIRATE crew in the Shire Renting a room where everyone else is established is tricky and from experience, you're at the mercy of the mood of the lease holder :o Not cool! We want a HOME that smells of fresh coffee in the morning, where we join forces to make the cleaning fun and then be as social or as private as each of us want to be. A house big enough so there are secret spots we can claim for our chill-out time and a kitchen that is inviting Plus a literal LIBRARY of books to read from and escape to another world You will get: - YOUR NAME on the lease so you have the same rights as everyone else - YOUR SAY in which house we choose (be quick please ;) ) - YOUR CHANCE to join our whacky pirate crew in the SHIRE! Why are you still reading? Message me - let's make our multicultural pirate crew a reality ;)

I have just recently moved back from Canberra after working for the government. I love cooking and adventure sports (eg. canyoning, caving, hiking and kayaking). Most importantly, I am a guy who is looking to make a place home and looking for people who can be part of my new family. Ideally to live in the house for longer than a year. My reasons for leaving my current residence is due to the fact that I share a room with a mate and was hoping to change that for some privacy. I'm very friendly and sociable. Easy to approach. Very easy going I hope I tick the boxes and hope to hear from you soon. Thank you and have a good day.
