Hey guys! My boyfriend Nicola and I are looking for accommodation until mid/end of July. We are very chill and easy going, I'm from Canada and Nicola is from Italy. Nic studies and we are both working. On our time off we enjoy wandering around the city/bush, finding delicious food (pizza..) or cooking a nice meal and socializing with friends. We are quiet, clean and respectful of others.
Hi, I'm an IT professional who works Mon-Fri 9-5 in the city. I'm quiet, tidy, do sports, don't smoke. Originally from Russia. I'm keen on watching movies, chatting from time to time, eating healthy food (I don't cook much). I'm easy going, open-minded, fancy board games. Arts, music and travelling are the things I'm passionate about.
26 yo full time on weekdays. Looking for a nice peaceful place to stay. Not a party person but does go out for drinks every now and then. Relaxed, open, tidy and like to share a meal and to have a chat most of the time.
Welcome to beautiful Kepos street! I'm looking for a housemate for a room which is available right now. I'd like to do interviews this week after 7pm. Please note, couples are welcome - the price for one person is $400/week and for two people is $500/week. That's all inclusive - rent, water, electricity, fast unlimited internet, plus you don't need to buy any of the bits and pieces you need in a home as it's fully furnished with kitchen stuff, a nice new fridge, laundry, TV, PS3, comfy couch, and a hammock for the courtyard. Did I mention - there's a courtyard! The room can come fully furnished if you wish, or you can bring your own bedroom furniture. The room is middle sized, at the front of the house, with a HUGE (4 doors wide) built-in wardrobe. There is lots of space for storage! If you want it furnished, then there you can also use the double bed, mattress, side tables, lamp and washing basket. The rest of the house is fully furnished, and it's a pretty small place so ideal would be someone who doesn't have much furniture of their own. My house is in a quiet, leafy street with a beautiful community. The location is incredible - it's 2 minutes from Aldi, a Coles that's open til midnight, a pharmacy, wine store, sushi shop, food and awesome coffee. There's a park at the end of our block. Ten minutes walk from Crown St Surry Hills where you can find every kind of bar, restaurant and icecream you could wish for. Plus within 10 minutes is another shopping centre with a post office, butcher, fishmonger, chicken shop, key cutters, chinese food... and in the other direction is an amazing Italian grocer on Danks street... plus probably 40 restaurants within walking distance... literally everything you could need is within 10 minutes walk! It's the perfect location for people without a car. Public transport options are Redfern station which is about 20 minutes walk, Central which is about 25 minutes walk, as well as buses within 2 minutes going towards the CBD and Coogee (as well as other places I'm sure). It takes me about 30 minutes to get to work in the CBD in the morning - and it's actually only about 45 minutes walk if you're feeling sprightly. Unfortunately my lease doesn't look like it allows pets. If you have a super cute cat I'm sure we could ask them about it though... If you're interested, tell me a little bit about yourself and we can organise a time to come and see the room and meet each other!
I`m very light, pleasant, neat and tidy

Hi, I'm Nicola. Currently studying - Diploma of Costume at Ultimo TAFE, i'm creative and fairly social, happy to have a glass of wine or a G&T and a chat, yet i definitely like my own downtime, and am happy in my own company. Not a big tv watcher so there'll never be a tussle over the remote! (although if you've a good movie up your sleeve, happy to keep you company!) I pretty much like all types of music except country and western but don't make a habit of turning the volume up, preferring to read a good book (SciFi is my go to - i have Asimov books i have been lugging around with me for the last 20 odd years, to get rid of them would be tandamount to sacrilege) or do a spot of painting/sewing/other creative stuff. I'm a clean up after myself as i go in the kitchen and tend to keep my stuff out of common areas (unless you like books, then i'm happy to add to the bookcase!). Easy going, open minded and like a good laugh. Ideally a room with either a mostly north west or west aspect is what i'm after, for the light - it's all about the light! Even a mostly north with bit of east will make me happy, as long as there's loads of light for my artistic pursuits. High ceilings would be great but not a "must have", prefer an unfurnished room but i can also work with furnished. If you like to have the odd impromptu party - not crazy kinda party (although i DO love a good costume party!), more the dinner party kinda thing, or mates over, that's fine by me - i may join in, invite a friend or two of my own along, or leave you all to it, either way, i have no problem with that sort of stuff if that's what you like to do. I don't have a pet, but if you have one that'd be awesome! Dog/Cat cuddles are the best!

Hi, I'm 24 years old and just moved here from Queensland earlier this year. I work full time as an engineer and am new to Sydney, so it would be great to move into a house with a fun group of people around my age. I enjoy meeting new people, going out for drinks, training at the gym, and your standard movies, TV shows and video games.
Clean/tidy and responsible 23 y.o. female with a one year old (indoor) cat, looking for share accomodation in Sydney. I currently work as a typist and assistant for a psychologist - much of my work is done from home, which involves quietly typing in my room. In my spare time I enjoy walking, going out to cafes, and reading or watching movies. I'm easy-going, friendly, and would very happily get along with other nationalities and/or LGBT+ housemates. I love animals so other pets are not an issue. I don't drive so nearby access to public transport would be ideal. Move in date is flexible - I'm hoping to move by the end of May.
Hi, we're a couple from New Zealand, although we've been in Sydney for a couple of years now. I work for a bank and Hamish also works in finance but our hours are pretty standard. We've both been living in share houses for 7 years now so we know the drill and are very considerate, tidy and reliable. In my spare time I like to read, travel, try out new bars and restaurants, and I'm also into improv & comedy and a big TV nerd. Hamish likes sport, movies, skiing, fishing, boating...anything outdoors really. We are both easygoing people who are social and looking for some fun and friendly flatmates. We have our own bed and a washing machine and some other furniture, cutlery, kitchen stuff etc. but we can flexible about that if you already have stuff. We'd prefer somewhere longterm so put in 6 months but can be flexible.
We are a portuguese couple that will be arriving in Sydney in mid May, to study and work. We are tidy, easy going and make the best lasagna!
I am working fulltime in a media agency and I love what I do. I was living in North Sydney before but now I'd like to live on the other side of the bridge as I work at The Rocks and most of my friends live on this side. I love going out over weekends and exploring news places but I also like some alone time during the week. I lived for about 8 years in Melbourne before I moved to Sydney last year. Sydney has grown on me over the past year and I'm sure moving in with the right kind of people will make this experience all the more fun.
Hi there, so this is me :) - I am a morning person, like to be up early and go to bed at around 9:30pm during the week as I love my sleep - I dont watch much TV but read heaps and love listening to podcasts - I cook every night (paleo mostly but I also love a good brownie) and find it kinda meditative, even better with some good music to listen to - I walk a lot, like to go to the gym, do yoga and meditate in the mornings - I filter my drinking water and recently bought a really good shower filter as well (I am just not a fan of fluoride or chlorine :) - I am only using 100% biodegradable cleaning products without any toxins and love essential oils to make sure my room smells nice - Am I chatty? I'd say 50% of the time. For sure in the mornings, but sometimes just like to come home to unwind and read. - I love to watch comedy and am pretty good at dad jokes :) - I am an optimist and seek opportunities - I like to constantly learn and try out new things What I am looking for in a flatmate: - someone friendly and nice to not just share bills with but is also fun to be around with - someone funny, smiley and positive - someone with similar interests in health and exercise - Honesty - If you also love coffee and would like to go for breakfast on weekends, then I am sure we'll love each other Must have apartment features: - loads of natural sunlight - mould free - windows should shut properly - heating system - aircon or similar - balcony - my room should fit a queen, a chest of drawers and have a build in closet - internal laundry
Easy going, very clean and tidy. I work full time, study commercial cookery part time and on my free time I enjoy going for an outdoor gig or have nice drinks and food. I dont stay much at home, but when I come back tired from work I just want relax and recover for next day, so I am looking for flatmates with same intention.
