Hi if you are looking for a chill flatmate, you have found me. A full-time student studying economics and finance (double masters), and full time working (work for an IT company) and fitness enthusiast. Previously lived in England and other parts of the world, I am well-trained house mate. If you are looking for someone who respects your privacy and at the same time would not mind binge-watching Netflix (yes, I have Netflix), have a couple of beers over the weekend or want to have an intellectual and chill conversation at the same time, you probably have found the right match. I am clean and love hygeine. Let's make the house a liveable home. :D Cheers.
Hey! I'm moving to Sydney the first week in November, originally from London, U.K. One of the main reasons I'm coming over is to explore Australia and see what it has to offer. I love trying new activities, photography, eating out, finding cool bars and keeping fit. Socialising with my house mates is somewhat important to me, but I totally love my own space and doing my own thing. I am a nurse for a living and will be working generally throughout the week. So a place with great transport links would be fab! I am looking for a clean, private, furnished room which is a must! If you have any questions about me please get in touch!
Hello, I have recently moved to Sydney for work and I am looking for accommodation. I am a laid back guy in my mid 20s that keeps fairly busy and am comfortable living with everyone. Hit me up if you think I would fit in with your house. Cheers,

30 year old professional looking for a place that feels like home. i'm pretty busy during the week with work and gym but like to go out on the weekends and looking for a flatmate i can hopefully share a few wines and hang out with. hoping to find a place where i can do what i want (respectfully of course) - just want to find someone relaxed and laid back to share with
I'm sociable, tidy and helpful. I respect personal space. I work during the day and I run a startup so I'm hardly at home and when I'm there I'm mostly working. I speak English, Spanish and a little italian & Japanese. I'm always looking forward to make new friends. I enjoy going to the beach, cultural events, good food & beer, movies & short trips.
I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 45 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Currently looking at somewhere off the train line on the north shore on a quiet street. So I can walk+bus to a train station and then catch a train to Wynyard. Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening. Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends/go to gym. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My NUMBER ONE priority is a place to sleep that is QUIET. Not located near a noisy street/shop/neighbour and also internal quiet - living with people who also value quiet in the evening from 9:30pm onwards. I am quite sociable and would like to live with people who i can chat with but need quiet for rest/sleep. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a quiet room, laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) and good outdoor space, with professional people. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
The home is conveniently located only a short walk to Redfern Station, approx. 3 min. and Sydney University :) Walking distance to all of King Street's restaurants. This extremely cool renovated dual level terrace features an attic conversion that will suit either a home office or study, if you want that extra room we could work something out there, I am not using it, so for this extra space would be $45 to your rent. Separate living and dining rooms, modern kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. Modern bathroom, there is only one bathroom, sorry your room does not come with its own sorry. Large rear sunlit entertaining courtyard that is about to have the most beautiful plants and outdoor furniture put in. Freshly pained and newly carpeted throughout bedrooms. I am away for 2 days but as soon as I get back will take pics of those rooms and post them on Friday :) The rooms are available from this Saturday the 22nd July. Just text or call me with any questions and we can arrange to chat etc :) You're not just renting a rental, hopefully you're renting a home and a beautiful lifestyle with friendly, respectful roommates. You must be a dog lover as I have a beautiful little dog that does not bark but just brings happiness into this beautiful large home. Please no one on drugs, no wild parties etc. The room does not come furnished. We have high speed broadband with unlimited dated that is a fixed cost this is an extra $16.25 each per month, electricity is divided equally..... its not a big bill. The bond will be 4 weeks rent. I prefer to live with people over 25 who are employed full time. Thank you. I look forward to meeting you. Rod.

You must be a dog lover as I have a beautiful dog that does not bark but just brings happiness into this nice large home. Hello, I'm a 29-yo female who's currently looking for a full-time position in digital marketing in or around the city. I am 24 and moved down from Brisbane for a job here in Sydney. I am a qualified lawyer and working within the legal profession but not currently practising. I am a relaxed, friendly and outgoing person. I enjoy being active when I can and getting out and about on the weekends. I work full time in the city during the week so enjoy peace and quiet on week nights.
Hello hello! Chasing a private room in a shared house. I study Journalism at UTS and when I am not annoying the public with that, I enjoy watching art house films, touching everything and anything at markets, surfing, and having a groove at small music gigs. I have lived in a plethora of shared houses so I know how to respect people's space and plants; and lucky for you I am quite the avid cleaner!! See you soon! Thankssss
Tivoli House is a fully restored heritage listed sandstone building ten minutes walk from Central Station, all rooms have fridge, flat screen T.V. shared bathrooms. There is a large communal kitchen and coin-op laundry. Call to inspect, Clive.
My name is Burhan. Im 27 years old. Studying at University of Sydney. Im looking for Furnished One Bedroom within walking distance or short bus ride to University of Sydney main campus. From Oct 23 to Dec 18.
This town house has a great location, central to public transport and feels like a home. The house is approx 15 minutes walk to Central and Redfern train stations and with buses easily accessible from Cleveland St (the end our our st). There is a Coles/shopping village round the corner and it's a short walk to many cafes, bars and restaurants. We are very much on the Redfern/Surry Hills border so very close to the nightlife of Surry Hills. We are also a 20 minute bus ride to Coogee Beach. The house includes a kitchen, backyard, living room and two bathrooms (one outside including shower). Most of us tend to cook dinners so the house often feels quite homely.
Hello future flatties! Hello! My name is Megan :) I'm a 26 year old Scottish girl who has been in Australia since March 2017 and I've been in Sydney since the start of September. Back home I was a Web Content Editor for a footwear head office but here I'm doing full-time admin work to keep the dream alive. I'm bubbly, outgoing, friendly and love a chat with a glass of wine (or 6) but I'm also respectful, professional and love some chill time. Other things I enjoy are; keeping fit, checking out new music, going to gigs, attending a few art galleries/ exhibitions, hitting the pub, making new friends and exploring. I reckon I make a pretty decent flatmate because of all of the former plus I'm not shy of cleaning or whipping up a nice meal for us to enjoy. If I sound like someone you'd get along with, then please get in touch :)
