This house is located on a nice quiet street, which is roughly a 15 minute bus ride to the city. The bus stop is also right at the end of the street. Although the room is on the smaller side, the rest of the house is very spacious and open, with all furnishings provided. Bedroom comes with a built in wardrobe and can be furnished if requested. Bills and Wifi are not included in the rent but the house has a large solar system making bills very cheap. A new reverse cycle aircon was installed two months ago. There is a great undercover backyard area with a BBQ and garage for extra storage. The kitchen was also renovated last year. There is a seperate toilet to the bathroom and the house has a lot of storage space. Only rules of the house is you need to be a tidy, organised person.
Well, i'm currently unemployed but looking for a job, and i get youth allowance as i'm studying! Due to issues at home, i've decided i need to leave. My friend and I are both looking to find a place, (pet friendly as she has a cat). We're both laid back, humourous (i'm the sarcastic one) and we get along well with people! (the move date isn't legit, it just wouldn't let me leave it blank.)

Hi, my name is Hilary :) I've been living in Melbourne for the past few years for uni, and am excited to be moving to Adelaide for work in mid-October! I'm looking for a nice share-house within commutable distance from the city, preferably somewhere with a bit of a backyard/garden to hang out in :) One small proviso is that I'll be doing some long shifts at work, and occasionally overnight, so preferably not a big party house! I've previously been in share houses in Melbourne, and enjoy socialising and having a laugh. I also value keeping things nice and tidy and contributing to the household :) In my free time I like cooking, bike riding, yoga and getting outdoors. If you're looking for a new housemate I'd love to hear from you!
Im looking for female house mates and I have 2 chihuahuas that are very friendly. I'm easy going and enjoy having a laugh. I enjoy relaxing at home and cooking. I respect peoples boundaries
A little about me... I recently moved here from Darwin after selling my burger and coffee businesses there earlier this year. I had a previous life in the IT industry which meant I lived and worked in a number of capital cities. I moved here because Adelaide always grabbed me during my visits. I have a good friend base here too but could always expand on that. I am currently working full time as a postie while I get to know the lay of the land here. I am 44, house trained, a decent cook, very decent coffee maker, non-smoker, non-drug user, don't mind a beverage but not generally during the week due to early starts. I eat healthy most week nights. While I love animals I'd prefer to be in a place with no pets but am open on that one. Would prefer to share with no more than two other people.
I'm from Rockhampton and will be heading to Adelaide for work for 1 year in February 2018. I'm a 31 year old Doctor and will be working at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. I have a friendly, awesome, house-trained dog - a Staffy called Ruby. I'm seeking a friendly, sociable housemate, who loves dogs. I'd preferably like to live within a 20 minute drive of the of Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
So we're Daniel and Keaton! We are looking for a third person (or more) to find a decent house to share around the Adelaide CBD or surrounding suburbs. There are some alright looking 2 bed places around but sharing between 3 or more you can get some much nicer places for the same price per person. Looking to move in October time. - $200 per week or less is what we're aiming for (after bills ideally) - Happy teaming up with either males or females - Will divide up room rents fairly, given most places will have a master room or something - Looking for someone who wants to stick around for awhile (We'll both be here for several years) Daniel - British guy, just moved to Adelaide, works in physics research Keaton - Melburnian, newish to Adelaide too, works in advertising We're both pretty chilled out, but like keeping the place relatively tidy and organised, work full-time so don't really want a party house all the time. Both into gaming (We have a Switch, more consoles will be added no doubt), cooking, hanging out as a house, cycling, bouldering, checking out bars/cafes around the city. Up for adding anymore activities you might want to bring to the house.
I'm tidy, self-contained and respectful of others space and belongings. I am happy to pull my weight to get bills paid, and chores done. I like gaming (video and tabletop) and I enjoy getting out on my bike, too. I am also very non-PC.

I'm a friendly and respectful person who loves to cook and make spaces warm and inviting. I enjoy living with others, but appreciate time to myself. I'm a writer and musician who is nearing the end of a PhD and teaching at The University of Adelaide. I have a Chihuahua x Chinese Crested, Patti (Smith) who is tiny, hilarious, and well behaved. Living in the west or as close as possible to the city is a priority for me. I ride a bike everywhere and enjoy being near a park or the linear/torrens trail. I am looking for a place for anywhere between 6 months to a year.
I'm a 24 year old graphic designer from Perth and have recently got a job in Adelaide! Being from Perth, I'm into the beach lifestyle wholeheartedly and enjoy healthy living. I enjoy most sports, cooking, having a few wines, and are very tidy and clean.
I'm an easygoing and reliable flatmate. I've lived in share houses previously without any issues. I'm used to keeping my own tidy space as well as doing my share of the chores around the house. I'm friendly and outgoing but not invasive. I am usually busy 9-5pm as a full time student and working casually. In my spare time I like to be out and about or spending time with friends.
We are both really hard working and easy going, we would love to live with people that are clean and tidy. We do not entertain guests or drink a lot, we do love to go out for dinner every so often though!
Tash and I are both full-time students and are easy to get along with. We're both sociable and relaxed people, enjoying sport, cooking and hanging out with friends.
