I'm great to live with because I'm clean, respectful, im also a great cook, I make a mean potato bake :) I keep to myself and I'll probably be in my room watching Netflix or playing Xbox. I just really need a place to live, I need a home, I just loved over here from Adelaide and I've got a job but now I just need a home :)

Hi, I'm currently a full time member of the Royal Australian Air Force located in Wagga, NSW. In May 17, I will be leaving my job and relocating to Sydney, NSW to take on a full time undergraduate degree studying PDHPE Secondary Health and Education at the University of Western Sydney, whilst working a casual job. Which leads me to looking for accommodation. Throughout my Defence career I have lived in various styles of shared accommodation and I have experienced all kinds of 'room mates'. I know how to live with others respectfully. As a working professional myself, I do understand the needs of other professionals, such as being mindful of noise when living with shift workers. I am hugely conscious of using shared spaces like kitchens and bathrooms, tidying up after myself and not leaving things out and I'm all for sharing the house chores. I definitely can say you'll never have to worry about me throwing a house party, I'm going to be pretty flat out studying, working and training most hours of the day. I'm a friendly and approachable person but I also know when people just need some time out straight after work. Other things I know that are important to sharing accommodation involve, paying rent on time, respecting peoples privacy, communication and just being aware of the fact that I'm living with others so respect them like I'd want them to respect me. With that in mind, I hope you'll consider me as a room mate. Klaryse

NOT CURRENTLY LOOKING My name is Laura, I am 27, and I am an outgoing, friendly, and responsible person who is very clean, tidy and respective of others and their space. I work 5/6 days a week for 2 casual jobs between a coffee shop and in mental health policy in the city, which is about to become permanent part-time. While I am outgoing and like to meet new people, I would be a quiet housemate who always tidies up after themselves (I hate mess!). I'm also keen to make new friends and get out of my comfort zone. I am very organised and responsible, so bills would always be paid on time! I also have no outstanding debt (except for HECs, if that counts?! Haha). I have no pets (they'd stay at my parents) but I love animals if you have them (especially cats) and love people any age from all walks of life, other cultures and LGBTI individuals. In my off time I like to write, read like crazy, binge watch television shows, play soccer, and trying new things/going to new places. I am trying to move out of my dads, just because I am trying to be a bit more independent! I also have my own car. Contact via flatmates.com is preferred :)
Hi! I am Marieke and I am a Dutch Molecular Life Sciences student who will be in Sydney for a 5 month exchange program starting July. Mostly I am a pretty solitary person but I do love to hang out and chat, watch movies eat in company etc. I love kids and animals so neither of those would be a problem for me. As I will be pretty busy with university and am planning on getting a weekend job there is a good chance I will be out often.
Hey there. I am an ESL teacher, but recently I retrained (MA in Special Education) and have taken up a F/T post at a state school in South Penrith. Hi, I'm Calvin and I'm currently studying my last semester of master's at Monash Uni. I just moved back from Europe and would need a place to stay till mid-June. I'm tiny and keep things organised. I like to go out for food, movie, or just walking around if I'm not otherwise staying in (mostly a homebody type). I'm looking for a sharehouse somewhere along the Pakenham railway line as it's important for me to be able to commute to uni, yet also accessible to the city area. Cheers :)

American/Australian taking a gap year before going to uni in Aus, coming from the States, lifeguard, scubadiver, doing lots of hiking and activities, love animals, plan to work, volunteer, and study before uni, extremely respectful, understanding, super cool:)
Hi, I am a pretty chilled, grounded person, always up for house hold chatter, cackles and hangs. I am an OCD architect in training, which means I keep my spaces neat and tidy, but not to a length that would hinder another's way of living, always respectful of other people's space and household items. I am a food loving vegan. I love to cook and share meals, especially over a glass of vino. In saying that, I am not pedantic about pot and pan sharing. I love being in the garden; planting, composting, growing, yoga-cising, reading and simply just being. One last thing, I have a small black, adorable Bombay cat who gets on well wth most animals. She tends to adventure outside during the day, and is an extraordinary cuddle buddy in the evening.
Full time worker. Clean and tidy. Easy to get along with and enjoy socialising and having a chat with housemates. I also enjoy having my own quiet time and happy to give other housemates their space. Happy to share monthly communal dinners.
Im just me :) i am a clean tidy house mate i have lived in a house share for the past year i work all way around sydney west as a bricky so ideally looking to stay around my friends in the same area. I am polite and respectful. :)
Located near Windsor, this house is my home and I would like it to be your home too. It is a very spacious house, fully air conditioned and set in landscaped gardens on a small acreage. The bedroom is a double room with built in wardrobes. There is lots of living space so there is no need to be trapped in your bedroom. I have pets and a well behaved, cat friendly pet is welcome. For a keen gardener there is room to grow your own veggies if you want, alternatively you can enjoy the landscaped gardens without any responsibility for them. There is under cover parking.
21 McGrath Rd makes a great home for many reasons. The property includes a medium sized backyard with undercover entertainment area with fun lights and BBQ. There is a double garage, a shed out the back and enough driveway parking for 4 cars ( 3 of which are taken). The house has 2 shared bathrooms however you are welcome to claim the downstairs bathroom if you prefer privacy. Note you must be tolerant of Cats as we have 2 furry family members. Nearby: McGraths Hill is a great place to live as it is less than a kilometre away from the closest grocery store, fast food venders and train station.
Large open home, pool, workshop, well maintained home & good flat mates , very casual outlook from all in the home , room is ready now and furnished if req Looking for females or couples 30 to 45 years old - responsible & easy going people Call or txt Rod
Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including Opal card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. If this is something you would be interested in now or in the future, please feel free to contact me as we have around 20-30 chefs per month. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: Panania x 3 Plumpton x 1 Long Jetty x 1 Swansea x 1 Wilberforce x 1 Rose Bay x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Brisbane City x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Updated 22/03/17
