Hi I'm a full time uni student looking for a quiet and cheap place, to move out from my parent's home. preferably near Milperra where my campus is. I live in Campsie at the moment. my budget is $130pw. I'm also available to team up.
Hi everybody :) My partner Jared and I are looking for a room to rent or a couple of people to team up with to start our own share house. I work full time as a vet nurse and Jared is studying mental health. We are friendly, quiet people who usually keep to ourselves. We always clean up after ourselves and pay rent on time. Our only pet is an axolotl but sometimes I have little native animals I take care of temporarily (through WIRES). If you'd like to know more or to meet us, send us a message :)
I am a 36yr old Primary school teacher looking for a place to live. I am neat and tidy, can cook and clean. I am vegetarian but don't mind if you eat meat. I am a quiet and respectful person that is happy to have a chat about any topic you desire. I am well past the party scene of drinking to the point of vomitting. In fact, i hardly drink at all anymore. I am an animal lover so if you have pets, expect that they will gain a new friend.
Clean, quiet, keep to myself but very friendly. I work as an Archaeologist 5 days a week. Have my own car so will need off street parking if possible. Looking for at least 6 months or longer to stay. I do have 2 cockatiels, but if no pets allowed, I will find alternative. Would love to keep them with me though.
Hey there. I am an ESL teacher, but recently I retrained (MA in Special Education) and have taken up a F/T post at a state school in South Penrith. I have enjoyed fruitful experiences in shared houses in Australia, England, Brazil, Japan, Colombia & Afghanistan, so I am a fully domesticated (can cook & clean), sociable, and enjoy reading, rugby (union) & riding my bike.
I'm a very kind hearted and clean trans guy who loves cooking- and I cook well, who doesn't love a great cook? I have a cute cat, I don't smoke or party, and usually I pass the time I'm not at TAFE by reading, sketching, gaming writing, watching horror movies and studying. I get $400+ a fortnight and I'm in search of a part time job as well as volunteer work at a domestic Violence shelter hopefully to gain work experience as I'm studying community services. A few months ago I moved back from WA to NSW to escape from some personal issues and so I'm a bit of a jumpy keep to myself guy, but I open up very fast if you're kind and joke around. If you keep to yourself, I respect that and keep to myself too, especially if you have people around.
I am very quiet, and don't like parties. I'm also quite clean, and don't mind doing communal chores. I spend most of my time away from the property, either at uni, work or at other's houses. I work part-time at the university also, and I don't have a license yet, so I prefer to stay close to the station and the uni. I don't have any pets, though if willing, might get a cat sometime in the future.
Quite street house. Room looks over yard sunny Close to shops train park tafe uni can walk to these. You have access to bbq there is ducted air. I would like rent to be in advance also a clean tidy considerate person.

Ngalga Cottage is a fledgling suburban permaculture homestead in the stunning Hawkesbury. Things will be growing (edibles in the garden and yogurt, ferments, preserves and maybe even beer in the kitchen). Flat mates will be expected to live sustainably, avoiding waste as much as possible. Two boisterous, but lovable dogs currently live on the property and hopefully soon there will be an addition of chickens. Flat mates interested in learning about permaculture or generally helping out with related tasks would be much appreciated.
