Hi! We are looking for a new housemate to join our sharehouse in North Richmond. Our house is located on a quiet street and in a great location. Victoria Street is less than 5 minutes walk away (for 109 and 12 trams, North Richmond train station, Hive shopping centre and lots of restaurants) and Bridge Road is about a 10 minute walk away (for 48 and 75 trams and more cafes/restaurants). We are also a short walk from the MCG, Gleadell Street for Saturday morning markets and Citizen Park. Your room is spacious, bright and has an ornamental fireplace. It also has a generous built in wardrobe. At the moment I can fit a double bed, desk, side table and chest of draws. The house has floorboards throughout. It was renovated in 2015 so the bathroom and our appliances (including a dishwasher) are relatively new. We have reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living area which is nice throughout the year. We also have a veggie-garden in the backyard (needing some TLC) if that’s your thing. We have a cleaner once a month ($30 each). Sorry no pets allowed.
*Looking to rent a furnished room for 3 months only!!* Hello, my name is Sinead. I’m moving to Melbourne from Ireland the second week of September. I’m a Primary school teacher so will be out of the house Monday to Friday until about 5pm. I’m easy going, tidy, respect other people and their space but also like to chill watching tv or catching up in the evening! My hobbies include traveling, reading, horse riding, playing with dogs, attempting to surf, yoga and people watching (not a real hobby but i do enjoy watching passers by while I’m at a window seat of a cafe!) I’m looking to move in with females or couples just because I’ve a boyfriend who is staying in Ireland and I wouldn’t like to live with single men (nor would he , lol) I don’t smoke and I don’t have any pets but have no problem if you have a dog or cat in the house I love animals! I will be going home to Ireland for Christmas so will be moving out the first half of December but am flexible with the date I move out can be early or mid December.

Firstly I am a pretty good cook and love cooking for others. I am clean and really social but also respect other peoples space. I'm pretty flexible about who I'm looking to live with and the house environment. I'm just as happy to live in a quiet place as I am a more social share house. The only thing I'm really looking for is a queer-friendly space. I don't spend a lot of time at home as I am pretty busy with work, hobbies and socialising. I am a really friendly person though so expect a big smile when you see me.
This is a 2 bedroom, very large apartment fully renovated throughout. Beautiful natural light, hardwood floors, huge kitchen with new AEG appliances, generous living area, dining area, cute plants, separate laundry with AEG washer and dryer, AC in bedrooms and living area. The bedroom has built in robes, heaps of room for a bed plus more furniture and storage. A couple currently occupy the room. In a great location on Bridge road. Secure entry on the lane, 5 second walk to tram 75 & 48 which go to CBD and Docklands. Coles, cafes and restaurants all super duper close. Richmond Rec Center across the road, Citizen park a short walk away (heaps of doggos) and parking permit available. Most of the furniture is going with the outgoing housemates so yours is welcome. However, I do plan on buying a new (bigger) TV and fridge in the next week or two. Happy to buy other furniture as we need it as I really take pride in this space and want it to be nice and comfy for everyone in the house. Single $1242/month Couple $1460/month Bond $1080 per tenant Bills split evenly, good rates. Doggo pictured is a non-resident however a regular visitor.
Currently studying Nursing at Holmesglen Tafe. I love meeting new and interesting people whilst hanging out, having a good time with my friends. I'm looking for places to live as I want to be my own independent person
I’m a working professional doing part time postgrad study. I enjoy having brunch with friends on the weekend and play badminton. I’m clean, quiet, friendly and considerate of others. I’m prompt and punctual with rental and bill payments.
Talented cook, loves to dance, a good listener friend and always has good stories to tell! Working full time as civil engineer and volunteer for an animal shelter. Also loves to have a drink with friends and always keen to share his playlists on Spotify. Basically I want a good looking, cozy place but also some good friends around to share the place I can call home. Stay length, dates, rent, bond, bills and everything else is just a detail and I'm very flexible with most of them. Please drop a message if you're interested!
26, Male, Single, HR professional moving to Melbourne on secondment for 12 months from 1st of Sep, working on Collins St. -Did some sharehousing for about 9 months in 2018 with a 2 girls and a dude, so happy living with men or women -Standard 9-5 work week, usually pretty low key during the week. Might get to a gig if there's one on during the week, or pick up some social basketball. -I’m considerate, neat and respectful of boundaries. I like to make people laugh and I like to think I'm good company. -Was in a long-term live-in relationship for a while, so am responsible and financially literate regarding things such as rent, bills, living with other adults, housework, lease etc -I cook pretty much all my meals for the week, and eat out a bit on the weekends -Outside of work I enjoy watching the NBA, checking out cool new bars and eateries, and devouring burgers and going to concerts, playing social basketball and other fun stuff -Currently doing a diploma online and try to do that during the week outside of work -Guilty pleasures include Love Island UK, The Bachelor and 90s Eurodance. **Please don't message me about student accommodation or places with upwards of 4 people. I'd like to live somewhere for at least the next 12 months that I can call home, not just a place to sleep. I'm looking for other people in a similar stage in life as me - mid-late twenties, young professional, sociable. Cheers :)
