Hi everyone! Our lovely housemate is leaving our house so we're looking for another fun and easy going male to replace him, preferably late twenties to 30(ish). You'll be living with one other guy and two girls - a good balance! We are looking for a long-term stay, with the move in date being on or around 30 June. The room is medium-sized, it's big enough to fit a queen bed and drawers, and also comes with a built in wardrobe - the upstairs bathroom is shared between 2 other people. You'll be sharing the house with an engineer (Kiwi), a lawyer (Aussie) and a recruiter (Brit) :) The house is a mix of old and new with a modern kitchen and bathrooms - there is also an option for you to use the current furniture in the bedroom. We have a great BBQ/entertaining area out the back with a table tennis table! We also have a garage for storage and room for bikes. A permit is required for street parking and can be arranged. This is a very comfortable, laid back, friendly house to live in. Great location on the city fringe and the heart of Richmond - you can't get closer to Swan Street. Close to all amenities, with Richmond's offerings right on our doorstep - running and cycling trails, parks, coffee shops, restaurants, great bars and the best Coles in Melbourne is just over the road ;) We’d love to hear from you if you are social, keen to hang, chat and get involved in Melbourne life. Also happy to help around the house - we try to all chip in with cooking/cleaning/UberEats when we're all around! We're all easy going and friendly; we like to be social and entertain at home occasionally or go out for the night down the Swan and/or other similarly terrible joints as well as exploring new bars/venues in neighboring suburbs. We enjoy socialising, red wine and general awesomeness whether that’s staying in or going out! Ultimately we're looking for someone who's after the same... If you are tidy, friendly, great at paying rent and keen to share a couple of bottles now and again we want to hear from you! Just send us a quick email and tell us why you'll be a great addition and we'll look to set up a viewing... Move in costs: $900 bond. Monthly rent including bills (expenses - power, gas, water, unlimited wifi, and flat essentials): $900. This includes our lovely Brazilian cleaners who come fortnightly to do all communal areas! Look forward to hearing from you! Lauren, Andrew and Jacqui
Hi, I'm Lisa. I'm an easy-going, friendly 23 yr old originally from Sydney but moving to Melbourne (of course). Graduated uni last year then spent 5 months in Japan doing a ski season/travelling, looking to start my next adventure in Melbourne and working full time in marketing (regular hours) until my next adventure in December. I love travel, socialising with friends, and finding fun restaurants and bars to explore in the city, but in my downtime do enjoy chilling at home, cooking and going to the gym.
Hi the photo on this profile is of me, Andrew, I’m currently in the master bedroom with en-suite here but due to a family illness in my family need to move out to assist them. I’ve copied Takahiros description of himself under the “about flatmate description”. He is the current flatmate of mine staying in the second bedroom. I would describe him as very quiet and polite, he doesn’t drink or smoke. The room available is described below and is in the photos. -Large bedroom with private en-suite bathroom -underground car spot allocated to the apartment with extra storage facilities -Apartment is only 4 years old -Large outdoor balcony -Brand new Coles supermarket literally at the front door The building facilities include open rooftop access, gymnasium, spa and sauna. Pool room and 8 seater cinema as pictured. Full kitchen and entertaining area that you can hire anytime for parties etc. -Tram stop at the front door. Richmond train station 200 metres away. Melbourne's sporting precinct (MCG, AAMI stadium, Tennis Centre etc) are about a 5min walk away. -A plethora of Melbourne's best cafes, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance.
Hi, I'm Elena. I'm a 26 year old research nurse and my partner Charles is a 26 year old environmental planner. We have recently moved from New Zealand to Melbourne earlier this year. We are both friendly, chilled out, love trying new food and drinks, and eating out. We have a 2 year old German Shepherd. She is super friendly, tidy, and well behaved. She is toilet trained, will never steal or chew your stuff and loves cuddles and attention. I'm currently working in Richmond for a 9-5 monday-friday research coordinator job, and Charlie is working remotely for a New Zealand company so is currently working from home until he finds a job in Melbourne. Please message us if you think we sound like a good fit :)

Hey y'all. 25. Civil construction engineer. I keep my head down during the week, but generally am a chatty type who loves to get amongst it on weekends. If you're looking to fill a room or want to team-up, shoot me a message! I can pay rent in money or shit-hot memes, it's up to you. If you're one of those that keeps their tomato sauce in the fridge, don't bother.
Hello, we're a driven and adventurous couple from Auckland. We're 30 and 34, one architect and one marketing consultant. We're looking for a place to call home. We are both super clean, tidy, respectful but also fun to be around :)
I’m quite but also sociable, working in finance from Mon to Fri. Originally from Japan. I’m looking for a place where I can relax:)
Hi! I’m Jubin, 29, single, easy going, very relaxed, tidy and clean and an IT professional working full-time for a reputed tech firm in CBD. I’m not a party person at home but do love a drink and socialising occasionally. I prefer to be with housemates who typically wouldn't isolate themselves and would treat fellow housemates as good friends/family. I love reading books. I always prefer clean environments maintaining it like that at the wherever I stay. I'm looking for my next place to stay for at least a year, or maybe more. Since I commute to CBD for work daily, I prefer areas with proximity to public transport. Once I move in, I would consider purchasing a standing work desk and a small bookshelf for storing work-related documents, if the room is unfurnished.
My name is Rosana, and I've moved to Melbourne to take a two year MBA course. I'm gonna be working part-time and my husband full-time. We're a friendly and cheerful couple that love meeting new people, discovering new places, sharing stories over a couple of beers and having pets around. We're originally from Brazil and have already lived in shared houses. We do have some cooking skills and know how to maintain our place clean and respect other people spaces. If you would like to know a bit more about us, feel free to contact me! We would love to visit some places to find out more about your home and our potential flatmates!
