Looking for one person to fufill our newly rented house in Richmond with 3 other roommates. The house is still in its original form so its not the most modern but its clean and homey. Theres a kitchen, bathroom with seperate toilet a huge backyard with a shed, 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces and a large laundry. The current room for rent is the third bedroom and is medium sized. it also has 2 doors, so you can access the house's space easily. it is just off bridge rd so is a minutes walk to trams and 15 minutes to the city.
I'm pretty chilled out. I'm clean and tidy and love to cook. I'm easy to get along with and I don't have noisy gatherings as I love my sleep and reasonably early nights although I do know how to party on the odd occasion I do go out. I'm into pretty much all things girly and have grown up with younger siblings so I know how to cohabitante and share spaces.
Humans of Richmond! Looking for a friendly, outgoing and reasonably clean housemate. Flat located between Bridge Road and Swan Street and close to public transport, shops, IKEA, bars, Dan Murphy' and all the good things. THE FLAT: 2 bedroom ,reverse cycle aircon/heater, modern, bath and balcony. Ive moved back from overseas and dont have a couch yet, so if you have one thats great, if not we can find one. Have everything else we need including a little record collection, ukulele and mini accordion. THE ROOM: Decent size, double mirror built in. Available from 24th June (can be a little flexi on this). Rent is payed monthly, bills not included, bond is 1162. there is an underground car space i dont use and a storage cage.
Close to Victoria street, Vic gardens and of course bridge road. The house is quite small but there is loads of light and a decent balcony off the second bedroom (my bedroom) the house is mostly furnished - the exiting housemate does have a couch she wishes to take with her so if you have a couch even better and small dinning table. Otherwise I will replace it next month. Internet is unlimited at $30 per month as well as bills/split monthly.
Hey pals, I work full-time managing a cafe in Armadale. while I study design, part-time in the CBD. I'm quite social and enjoy sharing beers and dinner with my housemates. Not interested in sharing a house with someone who sits on their laptop in their room all night. Most weekends are quiet but I do enjoy a night out when conditions are permitting. I work most weekends, unfortunately. I enjoy all things music (although never learning an instrument). Love going to gigs when I can. I do have some records that you're welcome to listen to anytime. I'm pretty laid back and easy-going. There'll be no passive aggressive notes on the fridge waiting for you when you get home! haha. I'm quite honest and compassionate in nature. Having grown up with a household filled predominantly by women, I'm quite considerate of others in all aspects of sharing a house. I clean up after myself and compromise where necessary. I'm ready to move in now with bond and rent money available to be handed over! Happy to go on the lease as well. Looking for a year or more in the one place. Please ask for references if you'd like.

Hi! I work full time as a Graphic Designer in Richmond. I gym in the mornings and tend to be quite chilled at nights during the week. On weekends I'm usually out and about and love to sharing brunch or a drink with friends. Looking for a house that love to chill together, sharing meals and vino. I'm tidy, always upbeat and can contribute to bills easily :)
Hello! I'm a student studying psychology, the human mind and the nature of consciousness greatly fascinate me and so I have decided pursue this path. I am also a photographer and a writer, I find it very fulfilling to share creative insights with other people and find it interesting that you can always see a piece of the artists personality through their work. I'm reliable and I've never missed a rent payment before and have always paid on time. I'm easy to live with since I'm really not the type of person to create any drama with the people around me.

I'm the kind of person that can easily get along with other people; watching movies, play sports or go to the gym. I'd like to maintain cleanliness in my place all the time and love to help with the household chores. Open to meet new friends and respectful to others' privacy or culture.
Hi! I'm an Irish lady that has just moved to Melbourne for work in the Glen Waverly area. I'm fully house trained, pretty laid back, love socialising, movies, music and general mischief...! I also make a mean lemon meringue pie...
Hey there! My name is Tania, i'm 18 currently studying full time at university. I'm super friendly, energetic, clean and love to cook! I'm currently living in North Melbourne but need to move out by the 3rd of July as my lease ends then. Ideally looking for a place within my budget that includes bills & internet but open to anything! Reliable with paying rent/bills
Hi there, I'm originally from the beautiful sunny island of New Caledonia. I work full time in the technology startup space, which keeps me fairly busy during the week, and in my spare time love to spend time outdoors, travelling, hanging out with friends, having a glass of red whilst enjoying some live music, etc. I'm relocating from Sydney to Melbourne indefinitely for work so I'll be new in town. I'm looking for a home-like flat for the next 6 - 12 months with people who can help me discover and fall in love with Melbourne. I'm clean, respectful but also social and relaxed. If you think I might be a good fit for your home, please reach out, I'll be in Melbourne on the 29th-30th May and then from the 4th of June onwards so can come meet you/see the place then. I'm ideally looking to move in on the 1st of July (I have accommodation sorted for the first month) but can potentially move in earlier if I find the perfect home! Thanks, Audrey
I'm a fully house trained, chef/writer who sometimes works from home (in the kitchen testing recipes - so a good oven is essential but I always share the goodies) and spends a lot of time reading in my bedroom/on the couch and out with my pals. I've just relocated from Sydney and I'm not in permanent employment yet, but I do have contract work to tie me over so I'm good for rent and my bond. I want to be close to a tram and ideally not toooooo far from a train. I'm rainbow-friendly (extremely so - I'm probably the first person ever to have to come out as straight to my parents because all my friends are LGBTQIA, they assumed I was too - mum was actually a bit upset), easy going with tidiness (aside from the kitchen where I become a bit fussy) and all my former housemates will attest to the fact that I'm a really fun housemate. I love birthdays and other holidays and will celebrate them with you. I'm not looking for a best friend, but I definitely like being pals with my housemates. I grew up in Melbourne, so I semi-know the area (but I've not lived here in 17 years so it'll take a bit of time), I still may occasionally ask dumb questions. I am pro the following: -having a housemate 'thing' (for instance, my last housemate and I had a house song - Island in the Stream, we dueted tone-deafly often in the bathroom while brushing our teeth, the housemate before that and I had a show we always sat and watched together) -occasionally sharing a meal (I'll cook!) -the odd shindig or two (but let's not over do it) -dinner parties! -guests from interstate or overseas staying up to the maximum of a week (4 days is ideal) -boyfriends/girlfriends not staying over more than 2 nights a week (and always remembering that they're guests, not housemates) -hanging out but also having alone time -feminism! I'm anti the following: -crap ovens -backwards views of the world -unnecessary overuse of energy-sucking items (like dryers) that drive our bills sky high
Hi, Im 27 years old, persian/swede. Working within retail and hospitality. For the moment I live in a shared house in Windsor, but the lease is ending and I need to find a new place. I'm a person who likes my home tidy and clean. I don't spend much time at home but when I do I like it pretty quiet, and its important to respect each others privacy. When I don't work I enjoy quiet evenings with tv-series, as well as going out for dinner and drinks. Let me know If I can come by and check out the room. (I prefer furnished) Cheers! /zozo
We're looking for a room in the city temporarily till we can find our permanent place. We just moved back to Melbourne, Mik is working in Collins str long hrs, I'm full free at the moment:) We're tidy, clean, respectful couple, not party types, more like sport freaks:)
Located in the original part of the old Dimmey’s building, this apartment has a great sized living area and a beautifully appointed kitchen. The white stone island bench creates a fantastic centerpiece, there are beautiful stainless steel appliances and excellent storage spaces. Your bathroom has white stone benches with LED lighting, recessed storage shelves and mirror wall cabinets. Your bedroom has built in robes, split system heating and cooling. Storage facilities are available for you as I have very little to store if anything at all. There are fantastic open spaces within the development, facilities include an 8 seater Gold Class style cinema, gym, spa and billiards room. There is also a brand new Coles supermarket on the ground floor and Swan Street is just brimming with lifestyle choices and boasts some of melbourne's best restaurants and cafes. The tram leaves from the front door and Richmond train station is about 200 metres away. The Botanical gardens (tan running track) and Melbourne's sporting precinct (MCG, AAMI stadium, Tennis Centre etc) is about a 500 metre's down the road.

The room you will be having is the master bedroom with an ensuite which is sweet! We are the first people to move into this room so the apartment is currently unfurnished (literally not much furniture at all having to starting off from scratch) - but brand new stainless steel fridge and washing machine, dishwasher and dryer that is super handy This is a lease transfer for a year and the lease fee is 220 Bond - $1090 Rent will be paid one month in advance Bills shared Thanks!

NOTE: We are not a couple so looking for two separate rooms! Hey there guys! I'm Katelyn, thanks for checking out our listing! Myself and my friend Jacob are looking to team up with one lovely person or a couple in a three bedroom property, looking to move mid next month. We're super eager, laid back people who are excited about starting a new household with some like minded people. We're looking in some really beautiful places and would love to find someone to join us! Well, a bit about me! I'm 22, working full time as a chef. And I love what I do. I'm originally from down on the Surfcoast. I love the outdoors and will equally hang out like a hermit with a bucket of popcorn (caramel coated of course) and a solid 8 season Netflix marathon. I love being at home and in the kitchen or hanging in our own little sanctuary. I'm super easy going, respect others and will always lend a helping hand. I'm neat and organized and really don't like a messy space. Along with my super self I have two little munchkins that would love some new cuddles and laps to sleep on. I have two, 5 month old kittens. They're sisters and the most relaxed cats ever. They come with the utmost care by me so all they need is a scratch behind the ear and they'll melt by your feet. As for Jacob, I'll leave that introduction to him! Hey my name is Jacob. I'm a 21 year old contracted electrician but looking to get out of that industry and move into realestate. On weekdays I tend to spend my time either working, going to the gym or just kicking back and watching some tv. On weekends I usually just chill out and hang out with my housemates, go out and have a beer somewhere quiet and chill or go on an adventure. I am a non smoker, I don't own a pet and Im very considerate of other housemates space. Id also like to add that even though I am still young the party life is behind me but if there is a special occasion I will crack a beer and join in on the festivities, but I’d much rather be in the kitchen making an awesome as meal or going on an adventure and experiencing life. please feel free to contact me to find more about myself and my interests. looking forward to hearing from you, kind regards; Jacob
Hey guys, My name is Jan, I am a 23-years old graduate from Germany. I will be starting an internship in an Australian investment company starting end of may. I'm looking for a nice place to stay for this time, preferably in an apartment complex right in the city center that offers gym and a pool too (yes, I am one of the persons that really uses it:)). I have already lived in shared flats in Australia, Spain, Switzerland and Germany. I'm easy going and open-minded, I love to get to know new people and to discover new places but sometimes I need my rest too. Like my life, I like to keep my place simple, clean and organized. Looking forward to hear from you :)
