Hi im looking for accommodation - preferably share with one other person of similar age or older. I’m in my 50’s, easy going, trustworthy, respectful, environmentally conscious. Looking for a clean, quiet, safe, cool in Summer/warm in Winter environment to live in. My interests: music, reading, docos, markets, history, art, genealogy, nutrition/wellness. Non-smoker/Non-drinker. Diabetic and Gluten Free. Cat person. I keep to myself, will give you privacy but equally happy to chat too. Are you looking for someone mature to share your home with? need some basic help around the house or you go away regularly and want someone in the house to feed your cat or water your plants? or you just need a hand to help pay your mortgage then i might be what you are looking for. Double or larger room required. Ensuite or own bathroom a bonus. Furnished or unfurnished considered. Flexible length of stay required. Public transport links important.
