I already have experience in shared flats, I lived in 2 shared flats in Germany without any problems and also without any problems for half a year in a shared flat in Denver in the USA, where I wrote for my bachelor thesis. I currently live in a shared flat in Sydney where everything works great. I am a very tidy, clean, reliable and uncomplicated person. I don't smoke and have no plans to get a pet. I always leave common areas like the kitchen clean and tidy, and can also be relied on for cleaning schedules and other arrangements. I wouldn't call myself a complete party person, but I have no problem living with party people :)
