The apartment has a decent-sized living area with a small balcony, a dining area just off the kitchen which includes a dishwasher, electric stove/oven and plenty of cupboard and pantry space. There is a 1 car garage used mostly as storage and a little workshop, but if parking is required we can work something out. The unit is located at the main strip of Lane Cove, a 2 minute walk to the main shops with buses to the Sydney CBD, St. Leonards, North Sydney, Chatswood, Longueville, Gladesville and Burwood right outside the premises.
