Im a 32 yr old builder/Carpenter. I have the best behaved and most human female Staffie who goes to work with me everyday. I am ideally looking for a share house with space to store my boat on the street out the front, a motorbike somewhere off the street and some sort of undercover storage for some portable shelves I’ve got to keep work stuff organised.. I understand this is a lot to hope for so obviously I am flexible, and would really appreciate you giving it some thought. As far as the room/house goes, I am really easy. I will take the cheaper option of any available because I am saving for an investment. As far as housemates go, I’m not looking to move into a party-every-weekend kind of sharehouse, however I have no problem with the occasional party or friends over. I am social myself and would much rather a happy and relaxed environment than a sterile one. As far as my interests go, well obviously I’m into boating and riding motorbikes. I’m also into recreational aviation and try to fly when I can afford to. Otherwise I enjoy hanging with mates having a few beers. Large, 2 storey double-brick house backing on to the bushland of Tennyson Park. Carpeted upstairs and bedrooms with timber floorboards downstairs. Downstairs is used as a large study/office and there's plenty of storage available. There's heaps of room to sprawl out or find a quiet bit of the house to chill. Backyard has an undercover bbq area and a split-level lawn. Garden maintenance is handled professionally and we've got that sorted already. The house is about 10 minutes' walk from the major Lane Cove bus interchange, and there's closer stops to the house for various routes. In case you've never been here, the interchange has buses going to city-bound and epping-bound (mac uni etc.) every few minutes. This also means we're 10 minutes walk from the shops, pub, aquatic center etc. We've got reverse-cycle aircon, gas hot water and cooking, dishwasher, and 100mbit cable internet. The house is wired for Foxtel if that's your thing. The driveway is large enough to fit 3 cars abreast (4-5 total), so parking is easy.
