Love to relax throughout the week with a wine and tv session. I am very respectful and courteous and am looking for some new friends not just roommates. I work Mon-Fri and am a school teacher, so always working hard but am also easy going and easy to be around.

I’m an easy going professional who works long hours. I’m quite sociable but I’m also private. I’m looking for a like-minded individual who enjoys the finer things and is neat and tidy. I like the idea of cooking and sharing a meal and a glass of wine on the odd occasion.
I'll start with the usual... --I'm easy going. --I respect people's privacy i.e. will not smother you, but can have a conversation. --Can clean up after myself --will not play Norwegian black metal at 2:00am Now, the less generic fluff. I'll get it out of the way; I mainly eat vegan, BUT, I'm not a ram it down your throat, conform-or-die, kind of guy. Eat what you want. (I loved and ate meat only a few months ago). Each to their own. Will be out of the house a lot with full time work/part time study. In down time I do the usual family/friends socialising. When not doing that, of late, I've been surfing and playing guitar....not at the same time...but that'd be cool... Recent ventures with friends include making beer and printing shirts. Not a big party/clubbing person. Doesn't mean I'm a wet blanket. Sooo yeah, let's live together.
On offer is the master bedroom, with built-in wardrobes across one side, its own mini balcony, as well as an undercover lock-up garage (for your car or for storage). The room will be unfurnished, and the living area will require some furniture as my current flatmate is taking his furniture with him. The floors outside are floorboard, while the rooms are carpeted. I also have a washer/dryer combo in the laundry. The flat has an amazing view of the Lane Cove river on the main balcony, perfect for having a cup of coffee or a drink. It is also on the 5th floor, so it gets a lot of fresh air (don’t worry, there is an elevator in the building). There are two amazing parks nearby for exercise and BBQ’s, and a bus terminus ensures that you always get a spot when catching the bus to the city since that’s where it starts. The Lane Cove shops are a 20 minute walk away, with great cafes such as the Birdwood Cafe or Pottery Green, as well as Coles and Woolies. The only bills required are internet (currently $32.50 a month each for hi-speed NBN), and electricity (paid quarterly).

Respectful, easy going, clean, considerate. I am a mature woman not a granny who is looking to share a home that is safe, friendly and clean. I am not a party animal and whilst at home I like to watch movies and documentaries on Netflix etc with wine in hand. I am a private person but always up for a chat and occasional meal together. I have a quirky sense of humour and I love a good laugh. I currently live and work on the Central Coast but want to move to Sydney to be of support to my parents who have just very recently moved into a nursing home. I will still commute to work until I find something closer. I am used to commuting. I have a beautiful cat called Valentina, Vali for short who is my baby. She is very shy but once she gets to know you she is fine. She has lived with a cat and a dog before and there were no issues, however if a dog was to start barking at her she would get very scared. She would need to be around calm pets. I have a reference from my current landlord who has had me since Sept 2009 with my cat Valentina. Available upon request. I have no issues with outside smokers. Will send photo of me privately if requested, that photo is obviously my cat lol. What else can I say? Any further questions please ask. Thank you
I'm quiet and to myself, very accommodating and easy to get along with. Clean, reliable, friendly. I'm studying at Macquarie University, and work for the campus magazine so I'll be at uni or work most days. If I'm not busy, I'm a homebody, so will be curled up in bed with a cup of tea and a book. I'm vegetarian and cook a lot, always happy to cook for others.
My name is Antoni. I am 34 year old male, living in Sydney now for 3 years (originally from Adelaide) but have spent the last 4 months in Singapore for work, so moved out of my last apartment and moved all my belongings into storage before relocating for work temporarily. I work full time in Lane Cove West with a little bit of interstate/overseas travel from time to time. I am looking to find somewhere to call home with someone who is relaxed & easy going. I would prefer somewhere furnished as I've been living in furnished apartments since moving here and with own bathroom. I am prompt with rent and all bills and am more than happy to share the workload with others to ensure a positive vibe and a clean household. I enjoy the good company of housemates over a wine/scotch and cheese platter, but at the same time enjoy space to myself. If you feel you have a place for me in your home then feel free to drop me a message. Thank you.
My name is Bec, I am looking for a like-minded person to share a place with. I am conscientious of other people's living space and hope for that in return. I moved here from Canberra about a year ago and still go back to Canberra on the weekends alot. I don't tend to spend much time at home (if ever) on the weekends so the place would be free. i think it is important to be open minded and respectful of everyone's lifestyle...but what's most important is to have a housemate that can also be more like a friend. I always try to be as considerate as possible and clean after myself - always. :)
Laid-back guy here moving to Sydney on the 6th of March for work and adventure. Born in London but raised in the island of Cyprus. Transferring with work (H&M) for a year, possibly two, and looking for a nice household. I'm a genuine person who can live and adapt with all sorts of people, provided they are also clean, tidy, respectful and open-minded as me. Basically, what you take, you give! I want to live with people where I don't feel awkward with and I can eventually call them my friends and not my flatmates. Hobbies include movies, travelling and exploring new things. Looking for a nice household that I can feel comfortable in while I enjoy my year down under :-)
We are a clean and organized couple! Frank is American and works as a personal trainer, and I am Australian and working as a performer. We both also own our own nutrition business that we run together. We are very healthy and live an active lifestyle!
Description of me - My names Sam, I'm an engineer and physics student, working full time until uni starts again in March. Hobbies - fishing / spearfishing / camping / chess / reading / guitar Cleanly, reliable, honest bloke Looking for a place anywhere within reasonable distance from the city with on or off street parking for my work vehicle
Me and my boyfriend are a really laid back and clean couple. We were meant to be travelling to Melbourne this weekend but I was offered a four week job and decided to stay for a little longer. We enjoy cooking and baking, having a drink with flatmates but respect everyone’s own space too! We are both working full time for the next four weeks.
My name is rosa, I am a health services and working at Royal North Shore Hospital. Im very responsible, clean, fit healthy and friendly. Looking for a room to be moving in a few weeks or months.
Hey. I'm a 33 yo high school teacher looking for a share house to call home. Looking for somewhere relatively modern and homey. Love chilling at home and having friends over every now and then. Would love some housemates that are happy to share a meal and a drink every now and then.
