Lots of natural light with a fully fenced outdoor area suitable for the doggos. A decent kitchen to show off my cooking skills and have kitchen chats. Close to public transport and parklands or a walking trail (We love Merri Creek). I really value an uncluttered and tidy house. Happy to have your friends and family over by not interested in a party house or hosting kick ons. We would share bills etc and maybe get a veggie patch going.
