Looking for a fun friendly environment to live in, first time moving out of home I'm a really chilled, friendly guy who is easy to get along with, love a good laugh Easy going bloke Full time worker, quiet, tidy, fun loving, bit of a gamer but also very sociable. Love a quiet night in but also enjoy a drink or two. If you have a room that would suit feel free to contact me..
The property is amazing, three stories, three bedrooms and each has its own ensuite. The room available is a decent size. The property is located in a gated community, there is a small gym and pool. Here are some further details; - The spacious living area with beautiful timber floors opens onto a large, private balcony - The kitchen has stone bench tops, a double sink, all stainless appliances, lots of drawers and is a true chef's delight. - There is an extra powder room on the middle level. - Plenty of cupboard space, a separate laundry area and a backyard complete the package. - Ducted air conditioning. - Built in vacuum system. - Energy efficient hot water heating. - Water charges & yard maintenance included. This beautifully landscaped, boutique gated complex offers privacy, peace & quiet, yet is only a short drive to all the attractions of Robina, four minute drive from Bond University. The complex includes a great pool, gym and BBQ area. Please be aware, whilst we live in a gated community we only have two car parks, you will have to park outside and walk in. That being said we are right near the entrance (the community isn't that large) so it's not a long walk at all. I have a video walk through I can send you if you are interested
I'm a 29 year old South African Male (but been in country 10 years). VERY clean and quiet. Not looking for a party house, as I work weird and long hours. Pilot by trade, but currently am working as a Bookie for a Gambling company on the Southern Gold Coast. Looking for somewhere at the moment, currently staying with family. I would need a room with Aircon (as I work nights and need to sleep some days), and a view wouldn't go astray either! Prefer a townhouse or modern house, but open to all offers and suggestions. Would prefer to share with females, or a mixed house. Ideal suburbs: Varsity Lakes, Burleigh, Robina, Currumbin and Tugun (and surrounding areas)
We are an active, happily married Couple who have just returned from a year travelling overseas. We are home owners (currently waiting for our home to be vacant) so we respect where we live, are clean and tidy and enjoy the company of others as well as the outdoors. We would love to find a space that we can share with like minded people who are not into the party scene but may enjoy a glass of wine from time to time.
Hi my name is Sarah, I am 36 and currently live in Merrimac. I am looking for somewhere to live with my staffy. I am a teacher and also work nights doing nightfill. I am social and active but also enjoy relaxing at home. I'm hoping to find somewhere that has a secure fence for my dog and that he be allowed inside when I'm home. He is very placid, loves people and doesn't need a big yard. I'm tidy, and considerate of others. I have lived in share house situations for a few years.
Hi there! I am from Tasmania and moved up here 4 years ago. I am looking for a place to move to as soon as possible and have two small dogs (May or may not be living with me) so I would prefer a place that allows them to at least visit (or live). I am working full time in Social Media Marketing as well as studying Business at Griffith. I am pretty quiet and easy to get along with, I love the beach, Netflix and exploring the Gold Coast but am often busy working/studying.
Our house is a suburban paradise overlooking the water of West Lake, Robina. It's a big house with tonnes of storage, a sprawling undercover deck and BBQ area for as many sausage sizzles as your heart desires! The bedroom in question is large - big enough for a king bed and has a built in wardrobe. It can be furnished if you need it. We also have another bedroom available if you'd prefer something a little smaller - again with a built in wardrobe but will only fit a double bed. The house has literally every amenity you could want, a weekly cleaner, gardener and enough kitchenware to feed thousands. Bills are: Internet - $11/ month Power/gas - $150/quarter Cleaner - $15/ week

I'm Canadian, so I say sorry a lot...sorry about that. I'm doing a PhD and teach, so I'm at uni quite a bit. Because of that, I have very little time to make friends... would like to go home saying I made at least one. So, I'm looking for a friendly/social environment (not a party house).
Hey Guys :-) Easy going mid 30s guy here (although I don't look it or feel it) my current lease is ending and I am Looking to relocate to the Gold Coast as I scored a job down here and the travel to and from Brisbane is getting a bit much so looking to move closer. I work two jobs in hospitality and I have a fairly quiet easy going lifestyle. When I'm busy I'm very rarely around (probably a quick hello and sleep and back at work). I do a bit of acting/extra work on the side so living on the GC would be a big advantage When I'm not busy I like to Netflix and chill with a good glass of wine. I am also a keen traveler and sometimes go away weekends. I also work for a pop convention so i travel interstate a bit. I'm friendly, easy going and would like to share a house with someone of a similar nature! Hopefully i'll find something suitable soon :)

Hi everyone! We are looking for a room to rent or a couple of people to team-up with to rent a place together. We are a fun and easy going young international couple from Italy and California, USA. Mattia is a future physiotherapy student at Bond Uni. Andrea will be working and hopefully attending a physio program in 2018. Ideally accommodation should be within 10-15 minutes walking distance from the uni. We would like to have a room with a double/queen bed and our own bathroom. We are clean, neat and love adventuring outdoors, sports/fitness and traveling. Any housemates are welcome although we are aiming for someone around our age who would share some common interests as we would love to make friends! Move-in date and length of stay flexible. If u have any other questions or could be interested in a team-up with us or renting us a room in an existing house pls send a message. Looking forward to hearing from some of you! Cheers
I am a genuine, nice person, trustworthy, clean and tidy, respectful of others, quiet but appreciate good company, cook well and like to share a meal. I would respect and look after your place as if it was my own. I work full time in the tourism sector and expected to go off on frequent short business trips during the summer season. I live with my partner in Samford Valley, but it is too far to commute daily to my new job, hence the need for accommodation there. I start on a new position on 20th March in Robina and am looking to rent in a sharehouse in the region for at least 6 months to 1 year. I am interested in a furnished bedroom with own bathroom in a good nice safe house with decent people, hopefully of similar age and interests, I would be feeling comfortable with. I smoke, but mostly outdoors as I don't much like having the smoke in the house and I have a little adored pet as a companion for these last 9 years, a Yorkie terrier, Jolly, who I d like to have with me most of the time as my work schedule allows, so my potential housemates should be comfortable with and loving dogs.
My name is Kurt and I'm 26 years old (turning 27 in May, 2017). I was born in the north of England, but moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in California when I was 5 years old, and have resided in California ever since. I earned my bachelors degree in kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California in 2014. I am moving to the Gold Coast in order to pursue my doctorate degree in physiotherapy at Bond University. The earliest I will be available to move in will be mid to late April, and I want to move in by the 1st of May at the latest. Some of the things I enjoy most in life are exercise and wellness, watching sports (favorites are rugby, american football, and basketball) traveling, outdoor activities (everything from playing competitive sports to relaxing on the beach), music (just about every genre), trying new things, getting outside of my comfort zone, and meeting new people. I would describe myself as an extroverted introvert; I thrive in social settings and love to get out and explore new places with new people, however, at times I like to keep to myself. I enjoy cooking so I am definitely looking for a living situation with a full kitchen that I would be welcomed to use. I clean up after myself, and I'm very easy going and can get along with almost any personality type when it comes to living situations. My ideal living situation would be one that is conducive to the rigorous demands of studying for an intensive post-graduate degree, with people who know how to have a good time and enjoy socializing when it is appropriate. I am looking to rent for at least 4-6 months at the minimum, and if I really like the living situation, I am open to renting for longer. I'm looking forward to finding my new home in the Gold Coast, and meeting some new, amazing people!
I am looking at moving out at the end of this year but if anything comes available sooner that's too good to pass up I will happily jump on it! I am looking at moving into a place where i have my own bathroom and car space. I am very respectful of privacy and property. I am tidy and always clean up after myself. I have been working at a law firm in Southport for the last 4 years. I enjoy hanging out with friends and keeping fit by going to the gym, going for swims and going for walks. I tend to keep to myself but I'm always happy to chat.
Hi! Need to find a place to stay by the 13th of March. I work part time and I also study at Griffith University. I am clean and I am respectful of others privacy. Not really a party animal, although I like a wine every now and then. Future housemates must be LGBT friendly. Feel free to message me if this suits you.
