The house itself is a six bedroom, three bathroom federation style house that is fully restored in Federation period style. It's handy to shops, public transport, pool, pubs, cycleways and being close to both the city and uni campuses it's a great place to live. Four weeks bond is payable prior to moving in as well as 100 points of ID and your UoN student number. We rarely have any problems filling the rooms and give the tenants ownership of the place which usually includes the students themselves interviewing all the potential housemates to see who would be the best fit in the case of a vacancy at the end of the year.
