The house is pretty much furnished with essentials but there's a few gaps to fill if you have furniture and bits and pieces. The bedroom itself isn't huge but will fit a queen size bed, drawers & other bits & pieces still & comes with built ins.

We live in a beautiful modern home very close to all facilities, train, bus, supermarkets, cafes, GP medical services, fabulous beaches [10 min walk] and the McLaren Vale tourist wine region. You will have your own furnished private room equipped with built in mirrored wardrobe, double ensemble bed, desk and chair. You will have use of second bathroom that includes a spa bath [shared with other tenant], reverse cycle aircon, NBN wifi internet. Use of shared second large home theatre living area and shared use of beautiful outdoor living area. Use of modern gourmet kitchen with Euro appliances and butlers pantry. Use of shared laundry and laundry appliances [washer/dryer/iron]. We also have a cleaner in fortnightly, vacuuming and dusting of rooms can be included if desired. Ample on street parking available. This area is well serviced with public transport, handy to UNI SA Adelaide, FMC, Flinders UNI and Noarlunga TAFE. **Please note: the room rate is for single occupancy, we will however consider a couple in the remaining room but it will be at a slightly higher rate of $230 /week.** **Please note: Minimum three (3) current written verifiable references required: 1x Employer, 1x previous landlord, 1x personal/character. **Current police check also required.
Our beautiful new house (completed in October 2016) is walking distance to shops, 5 mins drive to Seaford train line (35 min express to the city), 5 mins from the beach, unlimited internet, and located in a lovely new area with lots of parks close by.
Lovely large fully furnished 3 Bedroom house/2 Bathrooms/open plan living room, kitchen and dining area which is in a quiet neighborhood. The large bedroom currently available has a large tallboy with 5 drawers, another set of low lying drawers with 7 drawers in total and a small bar fridge for your convenience (if wanted). The large bedroom has an antenna port for if you are wanting to have a TV in your room. Can quite easily fit a queen size bed and another cupboard if need be or a desk. The house has the NBN internet connected for an additional cost per month and has foxtel connected in the main lounge room additional cost if wanting to use it). If you're wanting an additional foxtel box for your room, this would be at your expense. The house has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and heating for all year round comfort and gas water/cooking. Electricity and gas are charged extra per quarterly bill as it varies from season to season. House is close to public transport and the Noarlunga railway station. We are not far from Colonnades Shopping Centre and the Hickingbotham oval for the footy lovers!! The house is conveniently located not far from beautiful beaches, such as Port Noarlunga, Christies beach and other coastal spots. The bathroom would be shared with just 1 other person as the other housemate has the main bedroom with an ensuite. The kitchen has a pantry and all amenities such as cooking gear, cups, plates, cutlery, etc. Inside the house is non smoking but the house has a spacious courtyard with a table and chairs. Must be an animal lover as there are 2 cats who share the living space! But they are outside by day and inside at night. Water costs are charged extra per quarter (every 3 months). Can include electricity/nbn(?)/gas/foxtel(?)/water in with the rent (negotiable per month), but if works out to be more/less than what is actually billed per quarter this will have to be payable by you or refunded by the main householder (mainly for water/electricity/gas charges). Cleaning is done on a roster system as I can't do it all myself or by a cleaner (at extra cost of course) as the house is rented and has 3 monthly routine inspections done by real estate. There is not much of a garden, but of course the weeds and outdoor areas need to be maintained by all. The house has a roller shutter single garage which is only used for storage space.
