Hi there,
My friend and I are both from New Zealand and are looking to share a room, ideally moving in around mid-August. We're not a couple - just good mates.
We'll be working 6 days a week in Marsden Park, so we'll be out for most of the day. We both live a clean, healthy lifestyle - we don't smoke or drink, and we spend our free time at the gym or playing basketball.
We have a car, so parking is a bonus, and we're ideally looking for a modern and clean place to come home to after work.

(Preferably we don't want to be held down to any contracts and pay rent cash in hand and don't want a busy shared house)
