Great apartment in the centre of Rose Bay - close to everything you need - transport + lifestyle! The apartment is light filled and feels like your surrounded by nature without compromising on location from the city and beaches. Would suit a professional working in the CBD or surrounds as the apartment is a 10 min walk to the Rose Bay ferry (10 min ferry to Circular Quay) with buses, shops, gyms, cafes and local beaches at your doorstep and a 10 min drive / 20 min walk into Bondi Beach. If you enjoy an active lifestyle, there’s plenty to do – paddle boarding/kayaking on Rose Bay, harbour foreshore walks, golf course, tennis courts, gyms, swimming at Redleaf pool or one of the many harbour beaches, yoga and surfing at Bondi. There’s also foodie options galore between Rose Bay, Double Bay and Bondi, weekly local farmers markets and a new kick ass local library. I’m looking for a happy and responsible flatmate to share with. Someone who is sociable and independent, clean and considerate. 6 month commitment and prefer a non-smoker.
Hi, Looking for a place to settle for up to a year. Holly and myself are both working in Sydney having moved from London, currently living in Bondi Junction. Looking for nice, private room with good transport links!
Hi! I am a 23 y/o female looking for a room in Sydney, preferably within walking distance to Surry Hills (though if you think we would get on, feel free to message me regardless!). I work full time as a designer and am looking for a relaxed, but tidy atmosphere to call home. I'd really like to live with people around the same age, but this isn't an absolute. I'm friendly, love getting to know new people, and tend to enjoy laid back bar scenes, getting outdoors, or a lovely night in vs a night out clubbing. I'm neat, respectful, and reliable - you won't have to get on my case over bills! I'm looking for a long term place that's a good fit, and would be open to a slightly earlier start date. Please reach out - I'd be happy to connect over social media!
Hello future friends! I'm a respectful, social and active person who thrives on laughter and happiness. I work full time as a network technician in Watson's Bay the hope of moving closer to the east as wasting 2 hours of my day driving is not okay. I am required to travel throughout the year, which will be to your advantage of course. I try to be as active as possible and in general just love being outdoors, especially in the summer. I'm always up for trying something new (anything is fun in good company). Although I cant cook yet, coming from a family of cooks its hidden deep down i'm sure. Until that time comes, i'll always help out as best as I can. Ideally I would like to live in an environment where we could hang out on occasions and enjoy a glass of wine or beer and play board games or just chat about life or share travel stories. If you have any other questions please ask. Thanks for reading. Giancarlo

Send us a message we want to get a place as soon as we can!

Alice, a family friend is arriving from NZ and we are both 24 year old working professionals - Alice is in banking and I am in consulting. Hi I'm Jade, 26 and I'm ideally looking for a room in the eastern kind of area although I am pretty open as long as public transport is easily available. I'm originally from Essex, UK and here on a working holiday visa. I have not long completed my regional work (it was awful) and need a cute and comfy place to call home to enjoy my second year while I try to figure out a way to stay here forever. I will be looking to move in ay sap if possible! I'm currently working full-time in the CBD in administration and pretty much every day will meet with friends or attempt the gym straight from work. I'm a clean and organised (some might say a little obsessive) non smoker, part time drinker here to make friends as well as house mates. Peace. ✌🏼️

Hi , My name is Brooke, I am a yoga teacher. I teach people privately in their own home. I have a very independent 13 year old girl who is mature for her age. We are very clean and tidy and like to cook healthy food. We used to live in Rose Bay a number of years ago, but had to move back to Melbourne. We are very excited to move back to Sydney. We have a great dog called Roxy, she is a Staffordshire Cross who is the perfect watch dog, and who also likes company and people. We have faith that we will find the perfect home to share. Ultimately we would prefer a home that is unusual or quirky, something with character or unusual eg. A private boat shed or something basic and rustic. A granny flat on someone's property would be great too. I love to teach yoga, Going for long walks with my dog, go to beautiful beaches, spend time with my daughter, playing tennis, cooking fresh health food, being in touch with nature and the environment. I love to make my home beautiful and inviting. I have lived in NYC for 7 years, and travelled quite a bit. I have lived in Milan, San Francisco, and Hong Kong too. Spent 3 months in South Africa and 1 month in East Africa. I love people as well as love spending time with me. Namaste, Brooke

She is litter trained and does not ruin furniture, also kid friendly and loves other animals. I do not smoke or do drugs nor party. I'm clean and tidy- always willing to help out around the house. Hi, I'm Eva, 29 years old and recently moved (for long term) from the Netherlands to Sydney. I work full-time within an international Consulting firm. I have an active lifestyle and after working hours I love to be outside, socialise and exercise. I love exercising in general but mainly run, go to the gym and try to improve my surfing skills. I also really enjoy discovering the best soy cappuccinos and lunch places in Sydney, drinking a glass of wine with friends and watching a good movie. As a housemate I would describe myself as friendly, tidy, clean and respectful. I like to have a chat and a good laugh but I am also respectful of personal space. I'm looking for a place to call home.
Hello potential flat mate :) My name is Colby, I'm 24, really laid back, love to just chill out, go to the gym daily, beach is a must. I work in the city Monday to Friday in HR, always down for a having a glass of wine . I'm really in to live music and being outdoors. I adore my current flat mate but I've outgrown my tiny room and he isn't to fussed with moving. That's about it. If ya think it could be a good fit feel free to message me.
Hi I am looking to share or team up with another who is in their 30s or 40s. I work in North Sydney full time. I love animals but don't have any. I am currently living in a 1 bdr at the moment , but hoping to save money as well as socialise with a new housemate. I am social but also enjoy my own quiet time. I do have my own furniture, but happy to put my stuff in storage, if I find the right place, that is fully furnished. I love a nice wine in the afternoon, and hopefully enjoy one with good company. I am not much of a cook, but when I do I am respectful and clean. Would really love to find some housemates that areally friendly, social, respectful and clean. I have listed a number of areas that would suit where I prefer to live, but as long as the area is easy and not far by transport to North Sydney, another area could also suit.
Local easy going couple (27 &33yo) seeking suitable like- minded accomodation. Generally up for a vino & a chat though we are tidy and respectful of communal areas. Both keen on fitness, outdoors lifestyle & work/ life balance.
