Hi, I am a recent marketing graduate from the University of Liverpool. I am clean and tidy, love sports (football/soccer, tennis), and i'm interested in current events, culture and all that good stuff.
3 bdrm spacious art deco style apartment with high ceilings, polished wooden floor boards and the available bedroom is set away from the main road in a private, leafy setting. The room comes fully furnished room, including double bed, clothes rack, chest of drawers and a 32' Samsung plasma. We are just 8kms from Sydney's CBD. Conveniently located with bus at door and Rose Bay ferry wharf a short stroll away. Handy to shops and cafes too.
Rob and I are relocating to NZ from the UK on the 2nd of August and are hoping to secure a room for ourselves soon after arriving in NZ. We are a young, fun, easy-going couple who love getting out n about and making the most of our days. We are both very clean and tidy and would like to live with people who are similar in that way. We love going out, being social and adventurous, but also enjoy lazy days at home with pizza, beer and movies.
Hi! My names Emily, I just moved from Brisbane to Sydney for modelling. Looking for a place to rent for 3months or longer. I’m easy going, love to cook, meet new people and have fun in general!
Room available in a specious 3 bedroom apartment in Rose Bay. The apartment has a large kitchen, balcony, living area, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The entire apartment is furnished except the available bedroom. It is a great location, we are 1 minute walk from a bus stop with busses to Bondi Junction, and an approximate 8 minute walk to a bus stop to the city and a 10 minute walk to the Rose Bay ferry wharf with ferries direct to Circular Quay, Milsons Point, Balmain East and Barangaroo. There are plenty of shops within a comfortable walking distance, including 2 supermarkets. There is also plenty of on street parking.
I am looking for my own bright, large room with double bed and a writing desk. I need stable, reliable and fast Internet ( WiFi) so I can work on Skype. I teach Languages online on Skype ! Occasionally I meet private students out and about. I don't have a 9-5 Job, my schedule is flexible every week. I am looking for a room with bathroom ( ideally my own but happy to share if it's kept clean!) and I 'm looking to share the apartment with max 1 other female. If you have an apartment or house you are renting a large bedroom in please let me know. It doesn't need to be large, but bright and comfy as I want to feel comfy and be able to work and think in there when sitting on the desk. :) As I need to be often per day in the city and at circular quay, also at SYdney Uni where I each occasionally I am looking for a place that has great train connection or a bus ride that isn't longer than 20 min. I am not looking for a place where there isn't a good connection. I am very active and live a healthy LIfestyle. I am vegetarian. I love dance, yoga, I meditate and I like Pilates. I love long walks and hikes and nature. I am spending more time evenings outside as I can't deal with the sun. I get sunburned:( I am sporty and love coffee and chats. I am not interested in a Backpacker, student or party place. I am in my late 30's and I have goals and visions and like also spending time on my own. However I am social and really love chats and picnics and cooking and so on:) I want to live at a safe place and with a girl that is would be interested to share with me and is similar. I think it's most important to have a positive energy in the house where every day feels light and fun. I am German/ Australian, super tidy and responsible. I don't smoke. I am in Germany atm and looking for a place where I can rent flexible with giving 2 weeks notice if I want to. I do prefer short term and extending to longer term if the atmosphere is great. It's all about feeling home and well:) Hope you agree. Text me if you have a room to rent:) Let's chat on SKype then. Looking forward hearing from you! Susanne
Location location ! In the middle of Rose Bay, close to everything you need… The apartment is in perfect condition, freshly painted & a new carpet has been placed. It comes with all standard things as well as … a washing machine, Netflix & chromecast, high speed internet,… Also there is a large kitchen if you’d like to cook :-) The room is currently unfurnished, but flexible to add furniture in the room. Regarding costs, all of these are included (water, electricity, internet, netflix) just to keep it easy. Might consider getting a cleaner over fortnightly? How to get around? Close to everything within walking distance (supermarket, restaurants,…). If you have to travel walk 1 min to the bus stop, 8 min to the ferry or get a GoGet (there are 2 cars within… yes, 1 min of walking :-) What do to in the area? If you like sports & outdoors, this is the place to be. Public tennis courts, golf course, sailing club, beach,…. Get around to Bondi beach ! Or if you prefer something more relaxed you can visit Nielsen park. In the weekend you can go kayaking to Shark Island, enjoy the sensational sunrise & sunset (Rose bay gets both ! ) Or get a ferry into town or off to Manly ! All nearby.
I work full time in the city in marketing and I am about to start studying online full time. I can be very mature which usually winds up in people mistaking me for being much older than I actually am. Just up until a few weeks ago, a lady who i had been working with for 18 months thought I was 28. I'm not a massive partier, I like to think of myself as very friendly, but very respectful of others. I am tidy and do like coming home and hanging out in my room watching Netflix sometimes. I am looking for a home, not just a house share and i want something long term. I love animals also!
Hey my name is Rachel. I’m a high school teacher in Brizzy, but moving down to Sydney early MARCH 2019 to study pastry at Le Cordon Bleu. I’m easy going and like to keep my space tidy. I enjoy surfing, baking, reading, and exercising (yoga & Pilates). Would really love to find a great place with great people during my stay in Sydney.
Grad architect looking for own room team ups. Mature, friendly and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. If you can read this, then I'm still looking! Have big items such as a car, a mattress, and a big cork table so preferably not furnished, and a flat driveway for my car. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Career driven, I'm always busy with something work related, but don't mind the occasional hang outs or drinks. I'm also flexible with the location, as long as it is not too far away from public transport.
Hi all. I am a friendly, tidy Japanese girl with working holiday visa and respectable of personal space. I’m looking for own room that close to a station or located inner city. Staying in Living room might be ok for me. Hope to hear from you soon, thank you.
Hey! My name is Tereza and I’m soon moving to study and work in Sydney from Czech Republic. I already studied in Canada, where I have been in homestay. So I do have previous experience with living abroad and sharing a place to live with people of multiple nationalities and all walks of life. Experience suggests respect and honesty are essential, so let me tell a bit about my preferences. Overall I like my personal space clean and organized (little bit of OCD, haha), so I tend to get best along with people of similar preference. I’m fun but an introvert (INTJ), never party and don’t smoke/have pets/have children. I don’t get along well with loud, party loving, unorganized people I lead healthy, minimalistic lifestyle, and like open spaces, my own personal space and dislike clutter Own (semi)furnished room would be preferred, the closer to center and train the better. My budget is $300/w (including bills). Fast internet is a big plus for me! Happy to answer any questions! :)
I'd like to find someone to "START A NEW" flat/house share with and happy to wait it out till I find that lovely place I'm looking for with that great person I'm yet to meet! I'd like to team up with someone who wants to be close to the water i.e. Rose Bay, Vauclause or somewhere similar in the Eastern Suburbs. I'm looking for a 2 bed, 2 bath, LUG and a decent balcony or outdoor area that has a NORTHERLY aspect. In other words, I'm really looking for a NICE place to call home for the Long-Term but you don't have to be, minimum 6 months for you would be fine with me too. While I'm looking to team-up in a new place, I am open to sharing an existing place if you've just started one and need a bit of furniture to get started that would be cool too!!! I work quietly from home on the computer during the day and dance the night away 3 or 4 or 5 nights a week :) I like to take a break during the day and go for a walk or a swim so I'm looking for somewhere I can do that. When I'm not working or dancing I love to get to the beach, I love to swim laps in the ocean baths and take walks in the beautiful national parks in and around Sydney. Some of my other interests are Sailing, Music (I'm a frustrated musician) I love anything to do with the water so snorkeling, kayaking, etc etc are all things I love to do. I love all things Latin and have a passion for Latin music and dance. I'm well travelled, a bit of an adventurer, my last decent trip was backpacking my way solo through 6 countries in South America for 3 months, I love a good laugh and enjoy the company of people from all over the world. My Ideal flatmate would be someone who's not too serious or a complete recluse. It'd be nice to enjoy the occasional coffee or a vino and a chat from time to time as friends or even go out and do "stuff" together if we have some similar interests but I'm also happy and independent and enjoy getting out and about and doing my own thing too. Male or Female, young or old, it doesn't matter to me, I'm gregarious, open minded, non judgemental, and just seem to naturally get on with everyone. Just looking for someone with an upbeat and friendly personality to have a friendly and nice vibe at home where we would both be socially aware, sensitive to and respectful of each others need for privacy and down time and comfortable enough with each other to really feel completely at ease and really feel 'AT HOME'. I'm not full blown OCD but I do like to keep the place neat and tidy and clean. I leave the place clean and tidy after I've used things and I particularly like to leave the bathroom, living area and especially the kitchen clean for the next person to use and would like to team up with someone who does the same. Weekends I like to get out and about as much as possible especially when the weather is gorgeous outside. I'm out several nights a week dancing so there'd be plenty of opportunity to have the place all to yourself to relax, unwind and enjoy when you get home from work and I often take trips away to visit my family on the mid north coast or over in Perth for a week or two at a time. I'm really looking for a place that offers lifestyle, that could be the Eastern Suburbs or anywhere that is close to the beach and or ocean baths suitable for swimming laps (must be walkable distance) I'm also open to other beachy suburbs that are not too far away i.e. Manly Ideally the apartment would be light and bright and open with a northerly aspect, two bathrooms, main with a separate bath tub, built in robes, storage space, LUG and a decent sized balcony or outside area for relaxing. It'd be wonderful to find someone looking for the same things in the same area and I'm really excited to meet you!
