Hi there ! I moved from France over 4 years ago. Loving the life in Sydney. I'm half french half kiwi … ! Hopefully it won't turn you away .. ! :D I work for a French fashion brand. I have been working for this brand for over 7 years (in Paris, London and now Sydney) I'm currently living in Coogee and the lease is ending 15 May. I am available to move in around 26th April. I like exercising : yoga, running and also boxing ! I like to have my private space but also I like to spend some time with my friends/flatmates and chat around a glass of wine on the weekend or week days after work !
Hello! I am a young professional looking to either team up with other like-minded people, or find a friendly, clean, social flat/house, to call home. Ideally, I am looking for housemates who are in their mid-late twenties, working full time and like to hang out together, rather than just use the house as a place to sleep. Monday to Friday I keep pretty busy with work and pilates/the gym, on the weekend I like to be pretty social and catch up with friends, go out for a few drinks, head to the beach, brunch or just enjoy a few wines at home over pizza! I am moving out of my current apartment as I am hoping to live closer to the beach. I am clean, respectful of personal space and understand the key to house sharing is compromise and consideration. Let me know if I sound like a good fit and I'd love to come and inspect the house or grab a coffee sometime soon. Thanks!
I am a professional, female design engineer aged 42 and seeking a modern room preferably with own bathroom or one shared with another female. I am mature minded, humorous, warm hearted and respectful of others. I prefer to share with other mature-minded people, probably between 30 and 65 years old. I am a AAA rated engineer and take construction design contracts from agencies. Most of my work can be done on my own computer. I tend to rise at 7am, breakfast, make lunch sandwiches and then go to work. My workplace varies - sometimes a clients office, a library, a coffee shop or other social work space and sometimes from home. Contracts may be anywhere between a week and 2 years in length. I have confirmed work in Sydney until 8th May; thereafter my contracts may enable me to stay in Sydney or may require me to move. Its not predictable but I can say that my physical location does not matter for most of the work I do and that I shall endeavor to stay in Sydney. I am flexible on location - any suburb within the region roughly bounded by the north and east coasts of Sydney, Ashfield in the west and the airport in the south. I would be very pleased to talk with you about sharing. Kind regards, Kellie
Hi guys, Having lived in shared houses for a good number of years, I know what I'm looking for: a (fairly) tidy house where I can kick back & relax after work, hopefully with flatmates who wanna join me for a glass of wine or a gig. I like to think that I have a laidback attitude towards shared bills and friends stopping by for drinks. Likewise, I hope that you don't mind me inviting friends over for the occasional dinner, and that you are as keen on binging shows (Stranger Things anyone?) when hungover. I've lived in Melbourne for the past 1.5 years and loved it, but now it's time to get a taste of the Sydney lifestyle. Although I already know a good few people in Sydney, I'd love to get to meet new folks and see where you hang out. About myself: I love sports and great food, and try to let the one not exclude the other (aka no dieting). Sports: running (training for the Great Ocean half marathon), indoor soccer, Hit training. Other: brunch, movies, occasional museum, festivals.
Hi I'm Sally, I've just relocated to Sydney from Brisbane and looking for a nice homely flat share close to transport preferable in east Sydney. I would say I'm very easy going, I've lived with a couple previously and understand the need for keeping things social as well as private for it to work in a shared living environment. I have a good work/life balance and want to find a place with people I can eventually call my friends.
Love health and fitness, very clean and respectful of 'me' time. I work full time during the week so like to have a quiet place to come home to. On weekends tend to get out of the house and enjoy socialising.
Beautiful, furnished, bright and airy top floor (penthouse 😉) flat close to the water. Our building is quiet and super close to the water. We are right next to the Plumer Street shops, close to the Rose Bay ferry, the bay, Double Bay, the golf course, and a lovely 25 minute stroll down O'Sullivan to Bondi. Apartment is spacious and kitted out in a tasteful and design oriented way (and we will be redecorating when our master bedroom flatmate moves in with her hunny next month). Fully stocked kitchen (so lots of fun kitchen appliances to play with like Baymixes, gelato makers, popcorn makers, etc!), comfortable and light-filled living room and separate dining room, large foyer and walkway, with all three bedrooms located in separate areas of the house for maximum privacy. We have a a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Extra large master bedroom has own ensuite, and main bathroom has both a shower and bathtub. The apartment is in a brick, Art Deco building housing only 6 apartments, fully renovated, freshly painted, sealed and finished. The garage has extra storage space. Great window views from the apartment and close to parks and the bay walk. Our gorgeous flatmate is moving out to be with her hunny so if you come with some furniture and white goods, that would be nice! Transport: 4 min walk to the bus stop (324, 325, 326) that goes into the city 5 min walk to the ferry Edgecliff is the closest train station 30 min stroll to Bondi Beach

Hey Starting my job in Syd on 6 March - need a new place to live as I just transferred from Melbourne. I work in the property industry. Looking for my own room, need a carspace, prefer separate bathroom but not essential, close to city (and prefer close to train). Eastern suburbs preferred, and walking distance to beach is ideal! Two easy going and social girls from Sweden who's looking for a place with like-minded people! We're also very neat and clean and like to have a nice environment in the apartment. We both moved to Sydney to study full time but will be working part time as well, so we'll be looking on places were we kan have a peaceful environment to study but also somewhere were we can meet nice new people. Hi I'm Louise, I'm originally from Denmark but been living in Australia for nearly 12 years now. I'm very easy going, clean/tidy, non-smoker, quiet and respectful. I like to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day at work. I'm definitely not a party animal however I do like the occasional night out. I love travelling, meeting new people, going to the movies, hanging out on the beach, going for long walks, yoga etc. Ideally I would like my own room and to live with just one other female.
Hey, I am Val, I am 33 y/o male working as an Analyst in the Investment Management industry. I am originally from Colombia but have been living in Sydney for over 8 years now. I am clean, respectful and fairly easy going. I work Mon-Fri 8:00 am to ... well they pay me until 5:30 but usually I am not home on weekdays before 7:00pm. I like to hit the gym after work which means I am regularly home after 8:00 PM. On the weekends I like to go to the beach, catch up with friends or get on my Motorcyle and go for a spin to the Sydney outskirts... but I also like to chill and rest at home while sharing a conversation and a glass of wine with my flatmates as well as having a lazy sleepy sunday I am very respectful of other's privacy and if my current flatmate's opinion has any worth, his words were that I'm one of the easiest people he has ever lived with.
