A large room (3.5 x3.5m) in a large (135sqm) 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with views down the main harbour, modern kitchen (with 2 dishwashers) which is great to cook in, timber floors, living and dining rooms. The apartment is quiet, has large windows and lots of natural light. There is a bus stop 50m from the front door and walking distance to Rose Bay Ferry Wharf. You are less than 5mins to Double Bay and Bondi Beach, and 20 minutes to the city. There is easy street parking. There is a private laundry with a washing machine, and dryer. All furniture was bought new when I moved in two years ago. We are two girls, mid/late 20s who work in professional jobs and keep busy particularly during the week, but we're fun, enjoy going out on the weekends, keeping fit and active. Open to living with males or females
I'm from New York City and have been living in Sydney for a year now. I'm looking to jump into a beach living situation for the rest of my stay here. I'm in finance and work a decent amount of hours and am in the gym 5 days a week so not a ton of home time. Definitely enjoy the weekends and am down for whatever. Looking to get into an adult living situation but ito a fun house close to the beach.
Professional with a full time job. I'm loyal, clean and tidy and very easy to get along with, as well as a good cook thanks to my Italian mother! I love to travel and get outside my comfort zone. Some of my hobbies are hiking and bush walking, learning languages or reIaxing with a good book. I dabble in painting occasionally, and like just getting outdoors and making the most of the weekends. The only thing that is a must have for me is off street parking.
The apartment is on the top floor North facing with lots of sunshine. You can just see the top of the city so it is ideal for watching fireworks. 2 min walk to the bus stop just on the border of North Bondi and Rose Bay. This is a residential street on the quieter side which I love but also a short distance to the beach. The apartment gets a lovely breeze in summer and warm from the sun in winter.

Hello ladies and gents, I'm Matt. An 31 year old Englishman who's living and working in Sydney. I work in The Rocks as a strategist for an ad agency (who sponsor me). They people there are awesome, and I'm really happy with my job. I'm technically an introvert, so both yours and my privacy and space are massively important, but when I'm with people whose company I enjoy my extraverted will show, and I'll be super keen to go places and do things with you. I have lived in 4 different countries, travelled extensively around Europe, walked 2,000km across Canada in the heart of winter, trained as an infantry soldier in the military—so I have plenty of stories. Right now, my time outside of work is spent physical training, buying my first motorbike, taking singing lessons, and playing guitar. As for food and drink, I'm a huge foodie and eat out way too much. I'm also a massive gin fan and make gin and tonics like a boss. My love for good gin is only surpassed by my love for fantastic wine. That's all folks. Get in touch and fire away with any questions :)
I'm an Italian/Brazilian engineer, good cook, clean, easygoing, tidy and like a good talk an appreciate a good wine/beer. I speak Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and a little of German. I'm looking for a private bedroom with good house mates that enjoy some parties and people in the house but respect silence and privacy in working days.

Hi there! I've recently moved from Melbourne to take on a new job in Sydney, and am looking for a place to call home. I work in the Fashion Industry, love my sport (real sports like AFL) Golf, and spending time on Sydney's unreal beaches. I'm a tidy person, keep to myself but enjoy a chat after work and a beer or two on a friday night. I'm handy with a paint brush or a hammer, and have been known to change many a lightbulb. I look forward to chatting with you about your space!
Hello, My name is Felipe and I am looking for a place. I have been in Sydney for more than 2 years and living in Bondi Junction for long. At the moment my landlord is finishing the leasing of the building and I need to move. I am very clean and organised person. Cheers, Felipe
Small double room available in the beautiful Rose Bay. Available for singles only. Minimum 3 month stay. The room has a double bed and built in wardrobes. The bathroom and kitchen are original. There is communal laundry on site. Strong WIFI gas and electric all included in the weekly rent of $240. You will be sharing with a friendly but pretty low key couple in our early thirties. We both work full time and enjoy relaxing when at home. We enjoy sharing with friendly considerate housemates who enjoy a chat and socialising at times, but also respect thier own space and time. This apartment is located in between two patches of greenery and has a beautiful peaceful feel about it. The balcony and lounge get the morning sun and looks out over an oval. We have trees surrounding us and have parakeet friends that visit us on the balcony from time to time We are over the road from the ferry terminal that gets you into the city in 15 minutes, there is also bus stops at the end of the road that take 20 minutes into the city. Walk to Bondi Beach in 15 minutes or Rose bay beach in 5. What better way to combine beach and city life.
I'm a law graduate from USYD. I will be working and studying at the college of law starting in August. I am very easy going, responsible and clean. I respect my flatmates' privacy but also like to socialise on occasion. I am really looking for a place to call home! Hope to meet you soon 😊
