Hi, Annie here. I’m 35 and currently living on the northern beaches. I’m a positive happy and inclusive person who gets along with most others. While I am full of positive energy I’m also very considerate of others space and quiet around home as I have two little dogs so am busy with them from the minute I get home to the moment I leave again. I’m looking for a place where my dogs will be welcome and safe in an outdoor area during the days, and ok to be in the house when I’m home. They’re toy sized Italian greyhounds- they don’t malr or bark, are trained and are very cat like in temperament and size. Everybody that has lived with us has fallen in love with them and stays in touch with us, wanting to catch up with the dogs probably more than me. I’ve taken a break to study between work contracts and am hoping to move as soon as possible so I can get started with next project having the move already taken care of. I have a car but I rarely use it so street parking is fine. The most important thing to me is that my dogs will be safe and secure and welcome dogs by other people living with them.
Directly on stunning Sydney Harbour in Rose Bay. 50m from beach, marina, cafe, Regatta restaurant, fishing, playground, kayaks and bus. 5 minutes from shops, Double Bay boutiques, bars, restaurants and nightlife, golf-course and sea-planes. 10 minutes from Westfield, trains and Bondi. Fendi designer sofas, vintage four poster bed in spare room, down pillows, fine linen, fluffy towels, original artworks, 55" QLEDTV, G Home, Chromecast, fast wi-fi, Stan and Netflix. The photos don't do my place justice - you have panoramic views of stunning Sydney Harbour, which is literally a stone's throw away. My apartment is filled with art and furniture collected in Europe and even upgraded since the photos were taken, especially the artworks. I love my tech... NBN Wifi is lightning fast and streams to wall-mounted screen in the living room. Music is via new Yamaha Bluetooth soundbar in the living room, Google Home in the master bedroom and Google Home Mini in the kitchen for music and timers when cooking. A wi-fi repeater ensure fast access in the spare room, which is at the back of the apartment, well away from the living room and my bedroom for xtra privacy. I'm also a sleep fanatic the bedroom has block-out blinds then drapes. All towels and linen are hotel standard and will have been professionally laundered for your arrival. Lots of spares of everything so you'll never be cold, and there's a cozy open-flame gas fireplace in the living room to warm Winter nights. Separate set of beach towels, games and snorkel gear is provided. Kitchen also comes fully stocked with cooking ingredients and has a great gas stove, and dining table for two (in addition to the main 6-seater dining table in the living room). Parking right out front for one or two cars (first come fist served for the four spots) plus tons of unmetered on-street parking, bus and ferry stops. This is the quintessential Sydney harbourside pad for any time of year - cozy by the fireplace in winter, yet bright and breezy in Summer. You are literally 20m from Sydney Harbour, Regatta Restaurant & Bar, Rose Bay Marina, bus stops and Tide waterfront cafe! 50m from a hidden beach with kayak hire and playground. Location is amazing: 250m from Plumer Road Shopping Village and Rose Bay ferry stop. 500m from a public golf course, tennis courts, seaplane pier, Catalina Restaurant, Rose Bay shops including Woolworth's, dozens of restaurants and cafe, Double Bay shops, restaurants, bars and clubs, and Redleaf Pool, a free harbourside swimming pool set in stunning gardens with its own cafe. Bondi Beach, Westfield Bondi Junction, Centennial Park, Nielsen Park and Paddington are 10 minutes drive. The CBD is under 15 minutes drive or better yet hop on a ferry, while the airport is around 30 minutes drive.
Sunny apartment RIGHT on the beach with amazing harbour views and private steps to the sand.. perfect for Sydney living! It has a large balcony with BBQ, open-plan living and kitchen, super comfy sofa, TV, wifi and all the necessities. Bathroom with shower and bath, internal laundry. The room available has a double bed, bedside table and large fitted cupboards. Rose Bay is a great little community with everything you need on your doorstep: supermarket, chemist, cafes, hairdressers, yoga studio, etc. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Plus it's one of the few places in Sydney you get to see the sunset! Good public transport links: Fast ferry to CBD - best way to commute! Bus stop right outside to take you to Edgecliffe or Bondi Junction Station. 3km from Bondi Beach ($10 uber or a nice walk/run/cycle ride!)

Hey there, I'm an American traveling the world as a nanny, I've spent the last three years in New Zealand and plan on my next year or two spent here in Sydney. I love spending time working out, relaxing at the beach, and especially making new dishes in the kitchen. I'll be working full time in the week and am happy cozying up at home after work. I'm a very lively, clean, and respectable person to live with as I take pride in each and every place I call home. Looking for flatmates who can be friendly and show me around but also enjoy me time.
Hey here!! My name is María José, but you can call me María for a shorter version, or as my friends call me in my country, "Cote". I'm 25 (yo) from Chile and I'm about to start my second year in Sydney! and looking for a place that feels like home. What do I do for work? I'm working as a project coordinator for an IT company in the city and I really like it. The plan (long term) is to look for a job in HR (I'm a psychologist) and would love to gain some experience in this area while I'm living here. Things I love: Travel, Meet new people, a good book, be with my friends, watch series, a glass of wine and BQQ!. Things I hate... being cold, cinnamon and spicy stuff! As a person, I’m real easy going, friendly and while my room may alternate between whirlwind and organised, I totally respect the common areas and keep them fairly neat (for full disclosure, I may leave my jacket lying around occasionally if I’m in a rush). Also, I'm very clean and I will respect your stuff (ie, I won’t drink your last coke of eat your cereal). If you think that I could be a good fit, I would love to stop by sometime and chat! , and if you have other questions please feel free to ask. Cheers!
Beautiful penthouse room - Rose Bay - 50m from the beach - High end 3 bed 2 bath plus study penthouse - Luxury styled furnishings - Short or long term stay available Myself and my flatmate Steve have just moved in and are looking for a 3rd person to fill the last room. This place is beautiful with 4 seperate balconies, 3 toilets, shared study, air conditioning and heating, plenty of storage space, outdoor yard as well as outdoor furniture on all balconies allowing all indoor and outdoor space to be liveable. Your room comes furnished (or unfurnished if required) and sits upstairs away from the lounge, dining room and kitchen. You have your own private balcony and can use the study too. The bathroom is luxurious with separate bath and shower. The place is kept very tidy at all times. We're both laid back, love a good laugh and are well house trained. We keep the house tidy but are not absolute neat freaks. We enjoy cooking and a vino with my flatmates from time to time. It's great for entertaining so feel free to have friends over from time to time, however please have mutual respect for each other's space (This is not a party house). It's important to me that this place feels like home for everyone living here. Plenty of parking is available. No couples and no pets sorry. Please PM me to inspect
Hello! Im a kiwi girl who has been living in Australia for 3 years. Work full time in account management for a beverage company, so I can keep the fridge stocked ;) my cat and I are looking for a new home. Ideally want to live in a 2 bedroom apartment with another working professional. I keep busy during the week, and in the weekend like to be out and about. Love a good night out, but am not a party animal and never bring it home! Looking for a laid back individual who wants to create a home environment to relax in after a long day! I’m all the usual things. Clean, tidy, quiet! Love to cook and I’m very active!
23 y/o Dutch Cultural Studies student, looking for a place in the Eastern suburbs. I'm passionate about my studies, digging vinyl, thriftstore-treasure-hunts, finding gems in little, hidden bookshops, visiting museums and just enjoying everything nice that Sydney has to offer. I'll be doing my own research at UNSW, so I'll be a busy girl reading about history, philosophy and critical cultural theory. As for living, I'm looking for a shared house with calm and open minded people who have their shit together (or at least semi-together :-) ). I love a little creativity and social spirit around me, but at times I also need my own space, just reading a book or finding new recipes to try out in the kitchen.. PS: I make a mean Moroccan tagine and it's always best when it's shared ;-). PPS: I work at a bakery in Maroubra (yay for free bread!!)
What makes me great to live with? Well I've common sense ;) About me; I'm a bit quiet when I'm doing my things. I used to be focused when I have to get some stuff done. But I'm very friendly and happy to share a bottle of wine sometimes. I'm not a party person. hang out sometimes is ok. Working with hospitality every shift is kinda a hang out hahaha I'm vegetarian and I love read and talk about nutrition. But i love the most talk about life and interesting stuff to blowing minds. I'm into arts, healthy life style, well-being, startups, digital marketing, entrepreneur, etc. Hope find a place to call home asap.
Organized, Charismatic, Perfectionist, Active, Sociable. Right now i don't have a main job, I'm just helping my uncle with some stuff. As hobbies i like to go for walks, do exercises.
My name is Michaela and I'm a 28 yo german girl. In the middle of December started Working Holiday Year in Melbourne and since two months I live in Sydney. At the moment I work in a hostel as a receptionist minimum til the beginning of August! So I look for a room to call home. Here some informations about me: in Germany I worked fulll-time as a sales controller for a bank and I'm also studying part-time. I'm a clean, relaxed, respectful and funny person! I like it to have a chat with my flatmate but its also very important for me to have my own space. In Munich I had my own flat and sometimes I rent my living room ... so I know how it is to share a flat ;).
