I'm an software engineer working fulltime in CDB. During the week I mostly disappear into my room after getting back from work. During weekends I mostly stay in my room with my computer coding, or go bush walking so won't bother anyone. I'm kind of an introvert but also easy going and friendly. One commute to Sydney CBD(George Street) is great. If your place has NBN that would be awesome.
2BD apartment perfectly located. Only 3min walk to Roseville station and 20min to the city. Easy access to Macquarie University. Easy access to Chatswood where you can get buses to all over the city. Buses straight to Manly, Dee Why and Bondi Jct interchange with loads of shops, Westfield, Cafes and supermarkets. The apartment is really big and sunny. The wardrobes are very big and you have plenty of space to keep your stuff too. The apt is very big and I'm not home much. I'm usually busy working and studying but I'm very easy going and clean. It's great if you want privacy and space.
Hi, My name is Elizabeth. I'm 24 and I'm just moving to Sydney to begin fulltime employment as a teacher. I am sporty and love running, netball and touch footy. I also enjoy watching sport, although I don't do it a lot. I'm pretty easy going, I like being social but also really appreciate down time and a sleep in every now and then. I will happily have a chat over a glass of wine (or not) if you like but also will respect your space too. I am moving to Sydney for the first time but I do have friends and family in Sydney so wouldn't expect you to babysit me. I am keen to find somewhere pretty quickly as I am starting work in a few days. Cheers! I hope we get along well!
I am very friendly, well organized and easy going female looking for a room to rent. The place should be pet and smoke free environment and clean as well. Walking distance from the train station. ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
My name is Zena and I work full time in health care. During the week I tend to keep a relatively low profile and go out on the weekends. I'm quite a friendly, open, honest and reliable person. I am looking for the same qualities in my future housemate(s). I prefer a place that's more of a home than a house, where we can share a drink or meal here and there, whilst also respecting privacy. I do have a car so a place that's offers parking, or plenty of street parking is ideal. My current lease ends on the 20th July so I'm looking to move around then.
I'm a clean, considerate, adaptive and sociable IT consultant who has lived in shared accommodation over the past 9 years and I've always gotten along well with my flatmates. I've spent the last 4 specifically in Chatswood! I'm looking for a room within a 2-3 BR apartment with only 1-2 flat mate(s) that's located within <15 mins walk from a train station, is on quiet street (away from main roads and highways) and has decent amount of storage space (I've got an electric drum kit). I enjoy hitting the tennis courts, working out, drumming, hiking, k-boxing (like most azns) and dancing. I'm always up for a chat and would be keen to meet like-minded people to team up with!
Trust worthy, respectful and clean mf couple. Looking to live somewhere chill. Need to move asap before july! Hi my name's Jess. I'm 26 and working full time in Chatswood. When I'm not working, I'm studying part-time and hanging out with friends and family. I like to think of myself as clean and tidy, and respectful of other people's space. Ideally I would like to find a social household with professional people around the same age. I have my own bed/bedroom furniture so would like an unfurnished room.

Hi! I'm a friendly, kind-hearted young adult looking for medium to long-term accomodation with 18-24 year olds. I can mesh with nearly any social circle I find myself in. I don't take up much space, mostly a bedroom and an external desk, and tidy up any messes I create as I go - you take care of yours, I'll take care of mine, and help with any shared chores necessary! I tend to cook when I'm bored, and am usually happy to help with dinner. You'll usually find me on my computer working, socialising or playing Overwatch, as I am a fairly introverted person, and the majority of my routine is accomplished on my work station. Unfortunately, this means I have the potential to be a drain on the wifi, so while I am willing to split the bill if it becomes too much, I would prefer it if internet is included in rent. Please contact me for details about my computer-using schedule, visitor schedule, AND pet related details, as one of my major goals after moving into private rental is to adopt a cat for future registration as an Emotional Support Animal. I listed a lot of areas that hug the T1 train line in my search as I am familiar with most locations along the Macquarie Uni line and frequent the Chatswood/St Leonards surrounds. I did list $150 pw as my preferred rent/bills/wifi amount, but I might be able to pay up to $180 pw in a pinch if it includes the above, because any more will cut into my month's food and transport. I am currently living in subsidised housing and plan to move out by the end of the year, but ideally as soon as possible. I understand that my conditions may not be ideal but I will strive to do the best I can to work with the situations around me, and I would rather be honest than cause issues down the line. Thank you!
Quiet and tidy 27 year-old who is also down to party and play! Seeking other similar age and stage life-lovers! Partial to wine, chocolate and TV nights, mini adventures to the national parks/beaches, nights out in the city or local hubs, dressing up, and also dressing like I'm homeless. Also happy chilling in my room on my own. Aiming to move to the Eastern Subs/airport area for a job change towards the end of the year!
Both Mark and I are easy going relaxed social people. We both work full time. Myself in the city as a travel agent and mark in Lane Cove in a body shop. After work I love to come home and chill out watch some tv. I'm English so you will always find a cup of tea in my hand! I'm chatty and social. I enjoy breakfast out on my days off. I have a small addiction to coffee. In the evenings I enjoy cooking dinners with others and sharing a glass of wine or two. I love going down to the beach and doing anything outside. Mark is active and friendly. General handy man with everything. We are ideally looking for a clean social house to be our home. If you are looking for someone that is just going to hide out in their room and never be seen then sorry we are not the ones for you.
Full-time professional working in the CBD. Looking to live with a 1-2 females only. I'm respectful, tidy and pull my weight in house work. Not looking for a party house, but would enjoy socialising with housemates :)
