Neat, Tidy, Quiet. Easy to get along with. Plenty of share house experience. Working as a Supported Living Facilitator (Disabilty Services) 30 hours a week. Looking for a clean living environment offering occasional socialising where I will be able to work on personal projects in my room during days off. Not adverse to housemates hosting guests providing everyone behaves in a friendly and respectful manner.
Hey! I'm looking for a place to call home while I complete my Masters (marine biology) at JCU. I live a pretty active lifestyle during the week but always up for drinks/chats/fun. I'm into sports, music and my latest hobby is diving. I have done the share house thing for the last 6 years so I am generally pretty clean, considerate and helpful! Hope to meet you :)
I'm a really chill human looking to do and see as much as I can while I'm in the area! I'll be traveling from the US and working at the Pimlico hospital as a Physician Assistant student. Interested in exploring Townsville and surrounding areas in my free time, looking to do anything outdoors or music related. When at home, I'm clean and quiet but also don't mind socializing and interacting with roommates. I'll want to cook at home but also interested in going out for meals and having a drink or two. I love animals/pets but won't be traveling with my own.
Hi all, my name is Ryan and I have just recently been accepted into JCU Townsville starting 2018. I am currently looking for places/rooms to rent for me to start uni this year. I would be moving in at the start of February next year. I have just finished high school in Mackay, QLD. I am a funny, trusting bloke and am always keen on hanging out with new people. I love animals, my social life and am always willing and ready for a couple brewskies when needed, or whenever. I am also really easy to get along with.
The house is a traditional raised Queenslander with plenty of charm and a large backyard. The house has a spacious kitchen, open plan living/dining area, a front veranda and back deck. Your room is currently furnished, but I can move the bed if you bring your own. There are air conditioning units in the living area and bedrooms. There is one bathroom to share between the two of us. There is also a third bedroom which I use as a store room, but can be set up as a spare room for guests, and possibly another living area if required. The house has NBN and I'm happy to share an internet plan and Netflix if you want. At the end of 2017 I built in underneath the house as a 2 bedroom self contained unit which I am renting through a realestate agent. If you are interested in that, or want to see photos send me a message. The house is in a great spot, only an 8 min drive to the city, and about 10 to the university and hospital. The Ross River creek is a 1 min walk away and a great spot for a walk or run.

I am respectable, clean and a hard working student. I love animals, my social life and my studies. I have quite a bubbly personality and am easy to get along with! I am currently from Mackay, QLD and will be moving up just before uni begins in Feb of next year. If you have anywhere available, a message would be appreciated, Thank you!
I am heading over to Townsville from Darwin as we are now into year six of our two year plan ???? I am a project manager and have secured work, so I am the lead party before the family follows in the coming months. my new job starts early Feb which will most likely involve travel probably 1 - 2 nights per week or more ? I like dogs , not really into cats but thats not a show stopper. I am easy going, love music of any type and a quiet beer and usually up for a chat!
I am a friendly person who is pretty easy going and respectful of others. I am in my final year of Speech Pathology and will be on placement for uni till the end of March so am not looking to move in till then. I like being social and enjoy being active. I am always willing to do my fare share around the house in order to keep the house clean and tidy. I have my own bed, so the room doesn't need to be furnished.
Hi I'm a full time student at JCU looking for either shared accommodation or teeming up to rent a place. I'm very easy going and clean. I'm always up for socialising whether it's over a drink/food/ binge watching shows, in saying that I do respect everyone's personal space.
Hi I'm Rafa, a 24 year old international student (postgrad psychology) from Germany. I'm about to start my semester abroad at JCU in February, thus looking for a furnished place to stay during the semester (4 1/2 to 5 months). I arrive in Townsville at 2 February. As far as I can say, I'm an openminded, friendly and honest person. I get along with most of the humans and animals and I enjoy meeting new people. As i grew up having 3 siblings, I like having people around me. Still, having some time for my self is important to me too. I'm a Non-Smoker, I like pets and I enjoy doing sports, preferably outside. My Hobbies include playing basketball, calisthenics and listening to live music. I love to be outside as much as possible, visiting beaches, getting to know the area and landscape. Feel free to ask me anything. I'm looking forward to hear from you.
I am a 28 year old male, currently at the end of my lease for my currently accommodation in Townsville and would like to contact or meet anyone to possibly have a look at sharing accommodation or in need of filling accommodation replacements for the new 2018 year. I am interested in any living arrangements and would like the opportunity to meet new people as well. I am currently studying and in my final year of my bachelor of science and I work on my holidays as a contract labourer and also when ever I have spare time from my studies. I am very relaxed, polite, tidy and friendly with anyone that is social and friendly in return and get along well with anyone. I like to occupy my spare time by exercising, fishing (although I am not very good), relax in front of the TV some days and others venture out and socialize with friends and family. I am open with everyone that would like to know abit more about me. I look forward to hearing from you guys and the opportunity to start a new outlook on living for the new year...happy New year! Sincere regards, Paul O'Neill
