Outdoors guy, love shooting photography (if this is something you've wanted to learn, I'd love to show you the ropes!), international travel, snowboarding, NFL, cooking and gym/powerlifting training. Having Travelled extensively, I know how to live with others and always very respectful of others space. Very responsible, laid back, fun, clean, tidy. Working 9-5 in Sydney. Will be overseas or travelling for periods for work (including working overseas from mid August for a month) so you might not see me all the time. Looking for a place with on or off street parking available :) Thanks, Talk soon!

Hey I'm Josh. I'm 28 and just moved up from Melbourne. I work at a gym and a pub in Balmain and am looking for a place that is pretty easygoing. I pay rent on time and have lived in share houses before.
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
I am clean, tidy, love to cook and socialise, but I mostly enjoy having my own space and spend a lot of time reading and writing. I don't have any animals with me, but am an animal lover and an ethical vegan. I don't smoke, I work full time, am from England originally but have been living in perth for the past ten years and just moved to Sydney for work. I ideally would like to live within 30 minutes of Petersham
The room is downstairs on its own and it has two access points, from the verandah at the front of the home and of course the everyday normal entry we all use. There is a great air conditioner in the room and it has plantation shutters that keep the room dark when needed. There is also 2 lots of storage areas. The room would comfortably fit a double bed or queen. There is a toilet downstairs with basin and mirror but our main bathroom is upstairs and has a view of the whole city. Don't worry, no one can see in. We are walking distance to several great pubs such as 3 Weeds and Ruby Lo'tel and the bus is 8 minutes walk and 10 mins into the centre of the city. There is also the light rail if you prefer that mode of transport. I walk to work which is in Town Hall and it takes me 35 minutes. The main street of Rozelle and Balmain are also close by and have awesome markets, cafes and more pubs! At the end of our street is a a sports park which is really nice to go for a run around. Queen bed and side table included in rent cost. If you want to bring your own furniture please let us know

Hello out there! We're a cute dashing Danish couple on our way to experience wonderful Australia, from the vantage point of lovely Sydney. We're looking for a room in a flatshare, with some nice flatmates. Nothing fancy, to partying or the like - just people willing to share a cup of tea or a beer and hang out with us. Tom will be working in an architect studio as an urban designer and Mal will be studying anthropology at Macquarie University. We love board games, swing dancing and having a good time. Please contact us if we sound like your new flatmates! :)
Large bedroom with own balcony overlooking a quiet tree lined street in heart of Rozelle. The House is a three story terrace that has been recently renovated to a high standard. It is fully furnished house with three bedrooms, split over the two upper levels and open plan dining, lounge and kitchen on the ground floor. The backyard is a good size and includes BBQ, garden and outdoor dining areas. There is also a rooftop deck to watch the NYE fireworks over the city. The location is in the centre of Rozelle with the main shops, markets and cafes at the top of the street and a great local pub at the bottom. The street is one way so there is plenty of parking available and a resident pass is included. Transport to city is perfect with buses on Darling st or Victoria Rd every few minutes and 5-10min travel time to most of the city. Alternatively a walk to the ferry wharf is always a nice way to travel. The room is a large size, renovated and is currently fully furnished though unfurnished including wardrobe is preferred. The attached private balcony has outdoor furniture and relaxing outlook.
Hi! I'm a 36 y.o. originally from Sydney (I grew up in Randwick) but have just returned after a long stint living and working in the UK. My Scottish girlfriend will be joining me here soon and we need a 1 BEDROOM flat (NOT A FLAT SHARE) to stay for approx. 6 months from the end of July/early August. We are both easy going, low key and tidy non-smoking people with no pets. If you think there may be a fit, please let me know when suits best for a viewing. Damien and Pam
Fun, energetic, responsible, clean and sociable Dane searching for a place to live while studying at USYD and experiencing beautiful Sydney! Coming from the people that have been ranked the happiest worldwide, I am very positive and keen to create a good atmosphere. In my sparetime I enjoy wine and running - rarely combined though. I am going to study at USYD from July, and currently also searching for a part-time job. I always pay on time, are very organized, and used to live with other people. What's not to like? Let me know if you are interested in getting a new Danish flatmate - you wont regret it!
Hi there! I am a European, from Spain. I am a student who work, as a Spanish and Catalan teacher, and study very hard in this amazing country but I love hanging out with my flatmates and friends when I have free time. What am I doing here? I'm looking for a miracle! As I said I am a teacher and I need a single room, not very small, cause I need enough space to put all my material, tools, toys and others (sounds horrible but I don't have too many things). Why did I say I was looking for a miracle? I said that cause I work but with my student visa I can't work more than 20h so I need a single room which cost, maximum, 250 with bills included. Where would I like to find this miracle? I'm open mind so I would be available to move around the city (Glebe, Ultimo, Stanmore, Ashfield, Erskinville, St. Peters, Sydenham, Marrickville, Rozelle, Balmain or another place where I could feel like if I was at home) So if you want an active, talkative, tidy, clean - and I'll stop cause this list could be so long - I am for you. Don't hesitate to message me of you think you are my miracle! Cheers!!
Hi. I am Italian and I have been living in Sydney for 5 years. I work in an Italian Restaurant in the CBD. I have a Permanent resident visa and I am looking for a single room long term. I am very tidy and very respectful of others. I love going to the gym, reading books and socialize with others.
I am a 27 year old full time professional and part time student. Gay. Work rotating rosters , shift work and most weekends. Very easy going and social. Clean and tidy. Love to cook. Up for a drink and a yarn, though respect privacy of everyone I live with. Hoping to find a decent sized room with a built in. Some kind of view would be a plus. And off street parking would be brilliant. My plans are quite up in the air at the moment, I don't need to move from my current place until mid September so my 'Move in' date is quite vague and flexible.
I'm looking for a short term furnished rental between 17 August and 14 September (my current housemates are having overseas guests so I'm doing them a favour by freeing up more of the house). I'm a professional working at a trading company - one of those ones where we shave microseconds off so we can do slightly better trades. It's the best job I've ever had, which I honestly wasn't expecting! I like cycling, bushwalking, singing (not at home, don't worry), and art. I also play the piano so if you have one that'd be awesome.
