I am a chilled out dude who respects personal space, like a quiet time but can hold a great conversation with a glass of wine at the end of day. I like making new friends and going on trips but unfortunately don’t have a car. Hmu if you think I ll be a good fit for your home :) Thanks
I work full time as an Inventory Controls Officer *no not a police officer*. I have 2 motorbikes, one is a Ducati Monster 696 and the other is a Ural Ranger (it has a sidecar). I'm frequently out camping, fishing, and motorbike riding during the weekends :) I am after a nice group of people who like to enjoy good banter, aren' t antisocial and like to have a couple of drinks and BBQ together every now and then :) I desire a master room and an off-street undercover area to park my motorbikes but can do without. due to my work location, I don't own a mobile phone so please message me on here. Check out my Instagram for more photos! *Please note* Unless you can provide me with clear proof that before and after that my bond will be going to the Rental Bond Board please do not request bond. Kind regards, J.Batman

I now work in luxury retail full time doing 38hours a week = 5 days a week shift work. I’m extremely clean and tidy. I’m very friendly and always up for a chat but also love my own space.

Hi, I’m a friendly, tidy business professional moving to Sydney from Brisbane to take up my new role in May at Macquaire Park. I’m looking to live in a quiet safe location with easy access to a bit of nightlife. I enjoy being healthy and active and am looking to share with someone who shares the same values. I look forward to hearing from you if you’d like to find out more.
Hi! I’m Eva, a 23 years old French girl studying hotel management in Sydney. I have been in Australia for almost 3 years now in between Perth and Sydney. I’m not really a party girl, I prefer a casual glass of wine with good company. I am always happy and I am all about good vibes. I’m super easy going, respectful, tidy and always up for anything. Even if I’m very outgoing I do need my own space and that’s why I’m looking for a private room in a shared flat. I am working in hospo, in hotels or bars. For me housemates are like family so it’s super important that we all get along and respect each other. Oh yeah; I can cook! 🥐 Cheers Eva
Hi, all. I'm Lou. I'm good natured and friendly. I have been described as fun and good company. I am equally happy being social or being by myself. I am very easy to live with. Yes, I am in fact, one of those annoying "morning people". I may even make you a cup of tea or coffee just because I'm so effing delightful. I am a great cook and clean up after myself. I am respectful of others privacy and property and would never eat any of your food...but leave open bottles of wine lying around unattended and well that's a "finders keepers" type situation in my book. Just kidding. I wouldn't do that until I got to know you better. I have raised kids to adulthood so am just looking to live in a clean, easy going, share house arrangement free of people expecting me to cook for them constantly, while I study and work my behind off and save up to travel basically. Oh, and I also pay my bills promptly and am very independent. I look forward to enjoying being your housemate.
Hi, I am on a working holiday looking for a place for at least 6 months to a year. I will be working in the fitness industry and already have a job lined up in Haberfield. My passions are cooking, working-out, traveling, and hiking and/or being outdoors. I am respectful and relaxed and I'm hoping to find someone with the same mentality. I do not plan to buy a car so I will need access to public transportation. I look forward to meeting you!
I am a cheerful person, calm and make friends with ease. The respect among my roommates is fundamental to good relationships. I am reserved in relation to my private life, but I also like to share daily experiences with my friends and family. My priorities are work and studies, and in the vacant hours I want to travel and enjoy this paradisiac place that is Australia.
Sunny and Airy house. Easy walk to the light rail and Victoria rd for transport into the City. short walk to Darling street Balmain for the pubs and restaurants. large bedroom with balcony opening up to great city views. Further advantage is,both bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house.
My name is Tom, I am 28 years old and from the Netherlands. At the moment I am living all over the world. The last 10 months I have been living in Sri Lanka and Nepal with a local family doing volunteering work in their orphanages. In both countries, this has been a great experience and made me realise how lucky I am where I have been born. I am a chill, really easy to hang out with, fun and curious person and being very busy with developing myself to a person with great physical and mental powers. I love to workout, listen to music, mixing music(I am a DJ), drinking good beers or wines with friends, going crazy at a festival, reading a good book, travelling, meeting new people and getting involved with other cultures and religions. Getting new experiences, getting out of the comfort zone and breaking habits. My current live missions: - Dreaming about starting a children's home - Help as many people as possible - Getting involved with as many cultures and religions as possible - Getting back onto the stage again for a bodybuilding competition I am looking for a room in a shared flat with some nice people. For me, it's important that I can have a private room for myself(doesn't need to be big) cook for myself and for my roommates, have some fun time together and being able to respectfully live together.
Hello there! The name's Timothy. Tim for short. Timot for medium. I'm a lawyer working full-time in the CBD. I'm looking for a place to live in the Inner West with good public transport access. I'm a bit of a clean freak - so you don't have to worry about me trashing the place. You won't see much of me on weekdays. I'm an early riser, and I usually spend my evenings working, reading, or listening to nerdy podcasts. Nevertheless, I try to get out of the house on weekends, and I always make and effort to be social with my housemates. I will not be bringing any pets (the horse will not be joining us), but I am an animal lover, so certainly don't mind if you have pets. If not, I will just befriend the resident Huntsman spider. I will single-handedly smash a cheeseboard.
Recently refurbished home, new carpet, clean and spacious. Large bedrooms, big fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious lounge, huge back yard including undercover area with BBQ. Big storage rooms available. It's a place you can call home. Quick ride by bus to the city. Walk to pubs, restaurants and cafes. Unlimited Wi-fi. Quiet Street.
*currently found a room - thank you and apologies for all un answered messages! Super friendly and easy going (seriously, anything goes) pretty dedicated my work / gym routine. I eat super clean, get up early for work so go to bed early as well. On the weekends I'll be at the beach, seeing mates or going for a motorbike ride. That said, I also dont mind the movie night in or having a good old chat in passing!! Looking around lane cove area and ideally under 300$
Note: photos are from original listing, current photos on request Internet and water included - huge living space with a deck and small garden (no gardening required) perfect for entertaining medium sized gatherings. One room is also air conditioned, and the place is quite spacious. Room itself is unfurnished, but common areas have a sofa bed, coffee table, TV unit (no TV), dining table, jacuzzi, deck table/seats, outdoor benches, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and dryer. 5 min walk to nearest bus stop to get you into the city or up to Birkenhead point. Woolworths a 5 minute drive away (another one opening this year that's 1 minute walk away), and a multitude of pubs nearby. To pair with those pubs, a kebab store is 100m away.
Hi, I'm Ash and I work at DeCosti's at the fish markets throughout the week and weekends as well as studying for my advanced diploma of music performance, which does require me to bring my keyboard with me. I enjoy being alone most of the time but I love sparking up conversations with anyone, from any of walk of life. I am looking mostly for just some privacy and warm friendly people to live with :))
