Available from 7 October. I'm looking for a friendly working person to share my 3 bedroom semi-detached house in North Annandale. It is a renovated single storey Edwardian house with period charm and modern facilities. Fully furnished throughout with high ceilings, ornate fireplaces and fabulous hardwood floors. The weekly rent of $390 includes all bills (gas, electric, water, WiFi internet), own private sunny double room, a double bed, chair, bedside, large built-in type modern wardrobe, heater, and use of all the furnishings and amenities throughout the house. Share communal areas e.g large kitchen (with modern stainless steel appliances - dishwasher, microwave, cooker, large fridge, Barista coffee machine) bathroom, lounge and gardens with outdoor setting. The third bedroom is set up as as my study (not included). Essentially you get half a house, peace and quiet, with one other. I'm a working professional female and some of my work is from home on weekdays. It's my own house and I'm looking for someone who can be good housemates - a friend at home but who also has a life outside the house. We might have our own friends round occasionally but not loud parties. I'm quiet, humorous, like my own space but like to share occasional dinner or a chat or coffee. There's plenty of room to have your own space. House has a digital TV in lounge room, Wi-Fi Internet, internal laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen, bathtub and shower. The available room is the bedroom in the photo - the painting's not in there now - that's one of my hobbies. The house is situated in a fabulous elevated spot off the street on treelined pathway with treetop views at front, lush sunny yard with city views at rear, and rear lane access. Footsteps to light rail. Parking available in surrounding streets. Harbourside parks are on the doorstep. There's an iconic cafe a couple of minutes walk up the street and good cafes in Annandale village - 10 mins walk. Sunny garden front and rear. No heavy drinkers or drugs. References required.

The house is fully furnished, has 2.5 bathrooms, lots of indoor living space and in our completely unbiased point of view has lots of character. It is located on a quiet street convenient to buses, light rail, city and all the usual inner west attractions and amusements. The room is bright and can accommodate a queen size bed. Plenty of room for a bed side table or two, drawers, a small desk and other bedroom furniture. The floor is carpeted and has a window that outlooks onto the street, overlooking parkland that is down the way. Bills are divided equally amongst three flatmates. These include electricity, gas, internet, and water (water usage only which comes in at about $20 quarter each). The house has solar panels so we reduce bill cost by washing (clothes and dishes) and using other electrical appliances during the day. For household items such as cleaning stuff and loo paper, we do our best to share the load.
Oversized light-filled studio bedroom opens directly onto the courtyard and garden, super close to everything but feels really private :) the courtyard has a lovely green feel and herb garden, it's a great view to wake up to and a nice place to spend time - BBQ is there as well! Studio has bed, desk, armchair which is great for the morning sun, and hammock too, but bathroom is down in the main part of the house. The walk down to the bathroom takes about 15 seconds and isn't an issue if you don't mind a look at the stars on your way down :) Located in Rozelle, bus is 7 minutes to town hall and it's a 5 min walk to this stop, incredibly easy access to and from the city! Rozelle has plenty of parks, cafes, shops, markets and bars within a 10 min walk, from the bay walk to workers cottages there is always something new to find in these suburbs:) Looking for a sublet while I am in Griffith for a placement from 13th Oct - 17th Dec, end date slightly flexible. $350 single or $400 couple/week, bond is 2 weeks, all bills included! Please message if you'd like any more details, or if you'd like to come take a look :)

I’m from Sydney, and work as in software development. I love to travel, ski, and take photos. I’m good at keeping to myself and reasonably clean and tidy.
looking for something long term and somewhere to call home. Im easy going and like socialising but also enjoy my own space and respect others. I currently work as a full time motor mechanic in Marrickville. all in all just looking for a good house with good people to live with.
Hello! My name is Lyla, I'm studying Social Work. My current rental lease is about to run up but I’m heading to South Africa for allof October so looking to move around the 5th of November! I'd say I'm laid back, I'd consider myself open minded and easy to get along with. I'm tidy and respect where I'm living and I'm always keen to do my bit around the house. I can respect personal space but also love to get together. I paint a bit and am very into my music and try to get out and see as much as possible of Sydney's live music scene, would love to live with people who are as equally passionate about it. I bartend most nights and tend to go away most weekends so I would love a social and relaxed home! I moved to Australia 6 years ago from Ireland and before that I was in South Africa and if you have an outdoor area thats a major plus, I'm also keen to team up, so if you think we might be like minded people I'd love to grab a coffee with potential housemates and see if we get along! (Preferably no units/apartments as Im terrified of elevators) Thanks!!
We are all first/second year university students who are looking for a place with 3 bedrooms to move into as of December-January. We will all be studying full time, at UNSW, Macquarie, and USYD, as well as working. We are quiet, tidy, all non smokers, and we don't own any pets. Our max budget is $650 per week for all 3 bedrooms, and having the bills/internet included in the price would be really great! Somewhere with basic furnishings such as a fridge and a washing machine would also be ideal. Please don't hesitate to contact me for any information, or if you would like to look at our social media accounts to check us out! :)
Looking for 2 bedrooms to downsize from our current place. We are both easy going, fun, professionals who are clean and tidy. Enjoy all sports, heading out for drinks and exploring all that Sydney has to offer.
Hey! I'm a 25 yo bloke working full-time as a carpenter as well as studying my Cert IV in building, and I do a fair bit of volunteer time in the entertainment industry. I've been out of home for a while, done the share house thing for a bit so I know the drill, happy to take the lead with housework etc etc. I'm a bit of a workaholic, so I like having my own space to crash, but I'm totally up for social times as well. Board game nights or movie marathons could be a thing! I'm looking for a home, not just a room. When I'm home I tend to be more an artsy person, I listen to good tunes, I design sets for theater, or watch movies (yes Disney and Marvel, I'm looking at you). So I'm keen to live with similar minded people! I have a cat, he's an adorable 6yo ginger short hair, very affectionate! As far as I know good with other animals, he definitely makes friends wherever he goes (just like me)! I'm looking for some humans to share a house. Non-smokers preferred, mainly for the kitty's sake. Other pets cool, if you're keen shoot me a message and we can go from there! Also looking at joining someone else's share house if possible. Keen for people about my age, guys girls couples, wherever you're at in life is totally cool! Looking to move towards the end of Sept, and looking for until January for now as I'm studying for the year, but not sure whats happening next year just yet. Any other questions let me know!
I’m a full-time therapist working in a hospital. I’m super clean and neat. I’ve have a bubbly personality and very down to earth. I love meeting new people but also absolutely respect people’s boundaries, space, and personal life. I’d prefer to have only one roommate.
Moving from the Gong to Sydney to start a full time job. Clean and respectful person. I am fairly social but can also get behind spending my nights watching way too much bad reality TV in a row. I love getting outdoors to the beach or hiking. Rainy weekends are normally spent baking - which could definitely work in your favour. Looking for like-minded and friendly flatmates.
I'm pretty clean & tidy and tend to be quite chilled out about things. Respectful of other people's space. Also come with a very friendly Swiss White Shepherd so if you're a dog lover we'll get along fine
Hey everyone, My name is Jordan Ennor and I am from Christchurch, NZ. I work full time in marketing in the CBD. I am super clean, social and respecting of your space. I am looking for a private room/studio, preferably close to a station. From the 15th of September for a minimum of 3 months. Cheers
Hi! I'm currently studying at UTS and looking to move to the inner-west while I complete my studies. I've lived by myself for three years on and off so I am more than house trained and more than excited to start having people around to chat to, have a drink with and share the load of housework! I'm very good with pets and always down to cook massive dinners (as long as you can tolerate my music taste). However, I'm not a homebody and will rarely be found in a house longer than a few hours before and after getting some shut-eye. Currently, I'm working in Rozelle and plan to spend my first Australian summer in three years (I've been traveling every recent summer) working two jobs and building up a decent career resume. Always around for a coffee, a game of soccer or a board game, or a beer in the evenings -- even wine if that's how you go. Cheers!
Hi ! My name is Laure. I'm French. I'm 20 years old. I arrive in Australia the 27th September. I want to discover Australia and meet people from all cultures. In first I want to improve my English, so I'm going to take lessons in school during 3 months. After I don't know, I want to enjoy my days, the future will tell me what I would do ! :)
Socialised introvert describes me well, as I like to chat and be social but I definitely like some time on my own too. I like to keep where I live functionally clean and have almost 20 years of house sharing experience. I'm reliable when it comes to paying the rent & bills on time. I'm happy to live with pets and can be relied on to look after them if you need to go away. I'm a public servant in the arts sector and do pretty standard hours Monday-Friday, along the lines of 9.30-6.00. I occasionally travel for work. I grew up in Sydney, but have lived in a few different places. I moved back to Sydney at the end of last year & I am enjoying rediscovering this city.
