I don't mind if you're quiet or keep to yourself, but I want to live with people who enjoy at least having a chat/dinner/few drinks.
I am a friendly and outgoing flatmate with excellent references, and the proud owner of a well behaved cat, whom I can also provide references for upon request. I enjoy the occasional chat from time to time, other wise am a very quite and private individual, who enjoys relaxing in my spare time. I am clean, tidy, respectful and always pay rent on time, if not in advance. I am looking to relocate for employment purposes. So please don't hesitate to contact me should you wish to discuss my profile further.

Hi all, I'm a 26 year old Investments Professional currently working and living in Melbourne. However I will be relocating for work to Sydney in mid to late May, depending on when I can find a place to stay, guess that's where you come in! I will also be in Sydney next week from 03/04 to 08/04, and am hoping to look at a few places then. I am looking for a place within 40 minutes commute to the CBD, ideally also under 15km distance as if possible I would like to cycle to work. My budget is between $200 to $300 dollars per week. No pets please and fully furnished would be optimal. I'm a clean, friendly person who is well accustomed to living in share houses over the past 5 years. I enjoy good food and music, cycling, and reading.

I'm a carer for my mother. I'm living with her in Ryde. I'm Armenian from ex-USSR. I'm single. By profession I am a doctor-psychotherapist but not working here. I could to snore when sleeping)*. Sometimes I could stay at my mother's place as well*...
A civil engineer, looking for a flat ideally with only one roommate, located as close as possible to CBD. I am interested in outdoors activities, biking and other sports. I do know lots of recipes to cook, and normally they taste good ;-)
Hey there! Working as a full time high school teacher in Sydney's west. Looking for a room with an ensuite. I keep to myself as the wonderful world of education consumes my life until I shut off at 3. I'm a relaxed and sociable person that keeps my place clean and tidy. Non-smoker/non-drinker.
Hi, I am a structural team leader with Persian background. My new job is in Silverwater. Previously I was living in Chatswood but I need to move to a place closer to my work place (Somewhere in Newington, Ermington, Meadowbank, Rydalmere, Wentworth Point, Rhodes, Ryde and West Ryde). I prefer to be close to my office to be able to run or ride to the office. I love sport and hate smoke! Generally I don't drink, except in very special occasions. I need a quite place to live and a work/study in weekends so a very small bedroom doesn't work for me as I need a desk in my room. I need a furnished bedroom with a desk (happy to buy a desk if the rent fee is reasonable). I have some good references (either the owner or flatmates). I'd rather find a share house with the owner than living with quite few flatmates. I am clean and quite. I need the room from 1st of April.
Hi, I'm Jarrod, a medical student at Western Sydney University. During my final year I will be placed at Concord Hospital, and as such I will need to relocate somewhere around there. (It is also likely that I will be working near here in 2018-onwards, so I will be hoping to stay in the house longer). Over the past 4 years I have lived in share houses in Campbelltown with a few different people and enjoyed the time I have spent with them, but it is unfeasible for them to move with me or for me to commute every day. I already receive the full youth allowance amount, which is my main source of income, along with 3 scholarships, and my bulk of savings. I'm pretty clean and quiet (med student) but I am all for people coming and chilling at our house. I have my own fridge, washing machine, lounges, TV cabinet, 2 TVs, study furniture, and my own bedroom furnishings. So, buying common furniture for the house isn't a worry; I'm all set! The main concern for me is my dog. I have a German Shepherd X (DOB: 1/7/15). He is a lovely dog and so friendly with people and other animals, but I know pets can be a major drawback for some people. I can't move without him. If there is anything else you need to know please get in touch with me. Warm regards, Jarrod
The house has polished wooden floors, high ceilings and fresh paint. It is located close to public transport and a police station for extra security. There is a huge backyard with a clotheslines and what seems to be a lemon tree as well as a large back patio. The rooms are spacious and clean and the house has a large hedge which provides privacy from the front. The whole house gets a lot of natural light and is very clean and we plan to keep it that way :)
