Hi all, my name is Jer and I'm quite new to Sydney. I keep really busy at work as a facilities manager for a large business in Sydney's West usually taking up at least 55 hours a week of my time. I also travel internationally for work so there may be periods when I am not in the house/apartment. I'm clean, fun and adventurous so I generally won't be in the house a lot. Talk soon :)
I have a very quiet lifestyle, love a great chat but am totally fine to chill on my own. Looking for a home where everyone feels comfortable and on an equal footing. I always pay bills on time, am clean (but not a clean freak!) and easygoing. I enjoy travel, cooking, reading, netflix and catching up with friends and family.
I'm a young adult... I love making new friends, very talkative, loud and respectful of other. I just got back from overseas and I'm new to the Sydney, I'm looking for a place where I can feel like home, bring friends over, sleepovers, movie nights and coming home to friendly house mates and that could give me advice. Pros: I may not be experienced but I'm that person you can come to in the middle of the night and let things out and I'll listen. I'm very caring and lovable Cons: I'm still learning to get used to living with people around.

Nearing the end of the first year this apartment has even existed, we've enjoyed so much of our time in this new development! Although out of the way of the City, is only a very direct bus to the heart of it. Being so central to Sydney metro also is a plus as everywhere else appears to be only the same short distance away. The building has NBN, ducted air-con and a nearby aquatic centre to compensate for being a little further from the ocean than i'm used to.
Hi! I'm an 18 year old Vet Nurse looking for a place to move out into in about 3 months time. I'm a minimalist so you won't have to worry about me cluttering up your home. I'm very warm and open minded, but I am quiet. (You may think that's a good thing!) I enjoy drawing, hiking, camping, road tripping and all that good stuff. Currently working part time at Chatswood, and I'm just about to start a second job, I have an 11 year old cat who lives with me, and we won't be separated, so cat toleraters only, shes my bub. Born and raised Aussie girl, would love to meet up with any potential flatmates for coffee (or a bev).

Very well groomed :) Take bus 507 to Macquarie University, Meadowbank Station, Top Ryde Shopping Centre and Sydney CBD. 5 minutes easy walk to bus stops, cafes, restaurants, takeaways, IGA, news agency, post office, pharmacy, etc. Inspections welcome!
I am a Belgian student who will be studying English linguistics and literature at Macquarie University as an international student for one semester. I am used to living together with other flatmates, so I am aware that it involves a certain commitment and good communication. I like to cook or have a drink together from time to time, but I need my privacy as well. Apart from a student, I am also a passionate dancer. A lot of my spare time goes to dance training, mainly contemporary. Would be great to find someone who thinks we could match!
Hi. I'm a Brit working full time as a teacher in the Ku-ring-gai area and I need a place to stay for term three of the NSW school year. I'm looking in the North Shore (preferably lower). My budget would be around 220 for a private or 150 for shared (so lower end) The social aspect is important for me. I want to live with sociable people who like to spend time together. I like to go out and have fun but also keep noise and cleanness levels reasonable while in the house. The only absolute requirement is that there must be somewhere to park. If the building has a gym / pool or the house has a piano that's a massive bonus. Cheers, Mark
The room is approximately 3 x 3.5m featuring double glazing to block out the traffic noise with the main bathroom exclusively yours. Access to secure undercover parking and close to a public transport at Top Ryde with buses to the City, Macquarie Park, Parramatta or even Hurstville. The room is currently furnished, however the bed can be removed if you have your own furniture. The rest of the unit is spacious with combined living/dining area with balcony and is completely furnished. There is a split system air conditioner for those unbearable cold/hot days, but it doesn't seem to get too cold in winter or too hot in summer.
I must move on the 5th of August! Not earlier or too much later due to current lease. I'm pretty easy to live with. I am a nerd and love movies, tv shows, games and comics. I'm single, not particularly fussed about relationships. I'm religious but my thing is that it's to each their own so don't worry if you're not or a different faith, I don't care. I work full time in north Sydney. I love a good laugh and a good book. My current ambition is to learn Auslan. Want to know anything else, just ask!
I am an easy-going and fun loving international student, and also a part-time worker. I enjoy having a good time inside or outside the house whenever I am less busy. I love listening to music a lot (RnB, Hip-Hop, Rap, you name it). I also enjoy playing Badminton and Pool/Snooker. I seriously love watching and playing soccer. In fact, I am an avid supporter of the great Manchester United FC. I also love going for any exciting and interesting events available. I love honest people of good behaviour that will make the house enjoyable at all times and not causing chaos of any sort.
We are a couple who keep to ourselves but like to socialise sometimes. We don't party or have people over. I play drums but have an electric kit and would respect people's wishes about noise. We are tidy, have both lived on our own before and just need somewhere nice and respectful to live for about 6 months. Never had issues with rent payments and bills. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any more questions!

Hello! :) My name is Kelsey, and I am 23 years old and just graduated with a degree in Microbiology last year, and Mike is 25 and also just received his degree in Psychology. We're both from Canada and are currently here on a working holiday for a year. We're both really easy going and friendly, neither of us are smokers or huge partiers, but we do like to enjoy a few drinks on the weekend. Interests include going on road trips and adventures/hikes, movies, music, video games, and just general hanging out. We're both clean and respectful people, and are hoping to find some like-minded flatmates. We're currently living in Brisbane at the moment but need to move for work in Sydney for six months. Hoping to meet some great people during our stay!
