Length of stay could be 3 months to 3 years lol. Just have to see how we get in on. I work two jobs. So regular 40 hours plus three nights a week to ten pm. I won't be home a lot. I like training, cinemas, quiet times. I'm an Irish born lad with a full time job (state government). I'm just about to start a second job so I'll be very busy Monday to Friday. I like my space and enjoy my own company. But at same time everyone like sharing a pizza and talking rubbish. Paying my bills on time as never been an issue. I don't mind if i share with guys or girls. I work near ravenhall and would like to live at least 30 mins or less to work. Just txt me or call me if you have a place you think I will like. Thanks

Hi there! We are two awesome people looking for somewhere to call home!! Very clean and respectful couple that know how to live with others. recently been kicked out of our share house, due to the girl we were renting off didn't inform her landlord that she was renting out a room. Myself & my partner are both working full time. Maddison first year spray painter apprentice at Preston Toyota. Jai second year mechanic apprentice at Footscray Alan Mance Suzuki & Mitsubishi. We both have our own transport and cars. we spend our free time working on our cars & always out cruising with friends and adventuring. We have a cat named Meg - only 1 year old. She's so loving and is the best cat ever! Very well house trained, is never a problem. Meg gets along with other dogs & rabbits. We have lived in share houses previously and can provide references also from previous landlords. We are very busy people and will rarely see us during the week days due to work!

Hi looking for a place in St. Albans as I start full time work there soon. Just need a place much closer to work as I'm currently in hoppers with a car that's out of action. So it would make my life so much easier. I'm pretty easy going and don't drink. Some trivia and dinner with the ladies is my idea of a night out these days. I like to maintain a clean house. Love a sleep in on a Saturday lol I'm pretty sociable but enjoy my private space as well. I would like an ensuite or somewhere where I get my own bathroom :) (Don't waste your time if you don't have it.) Not a fan of cats so I'm probably not the right housemate for you if you keep one indoors. I don't however mind dogs :) Would love a house share with either only one other person or 2 max otherwise it gets too crowded. No couples thanks. I'm pretty easy to get along with and would hate to make anyone feel like they had to be a room hermit in their own house. We can chill long as you're kickback 🙂✌🏽& finally yes I'm a smoker but that's restricted to outdoors. Sorry about the essay haha but tried to give u as much info as possible so you can decide if we'd be a good fit. Not keen on: - party houses - drug users - anyone with a new tinder date every night Please note: Just because it might be in my budget, don't mean I'll actually pay you that much for a box in the hood. Especially given the location I'm looking in and factoring in how many people live there. Trying to rip me off is an immediate turn off! So I'm in no rush and if it means having to just get a place on my own then so be it but thought I'd have a look on here first to take my chances on just finding even one decent and responsible person to houseshare with. ✌🏽
I am looking to team up with one person that has a job and paid bill's in time so we can find a place together.I am a student studying nursing I want a place I called home and the rent should include all bill's including internet cause I need that to do my studies. I want My freedome I hate people watching what I do. I will treat your house like mine I am very clean and decent and I am looking for something clean.
House with all the facilities. Pool table, tv, Netflix, BBQ, outdoor setting. Big enough house to socialise or have your own personal space. In the photo, the room is unfurnished, however I can provide bedroom furniture if you do not have your own. It has a large built in wardrobe. About a 10second walk to Keilor plains station which makes it an easy commute to the city. It is about a 10-15min walk to keilor downs plaza where I do my groceries, it has coles, aldi and a cheap fruit shop and butchers. About 15min walk to St Albans which has heaps of vietnamese restaurants if you like to eat out. Watergardens is one train stop away which is quite a large shopping centre to do some shopping. There is a big enough driveway for my car plus another car if you drive and would like off-street parking.
I’ve lived in a dorm previously so I’m familiar with living with others. I love to cook, not a party person. I take my studies seriously and will looking for a part-time job soon. I have no problem with pets if own them. Please contact me if you have a place within a walkable distance to Victoria University St albans. Thanks

Hey guys, I am Mabel and I am a Filipino moving to Melbourne in about early or mid 2018. I am easy to deal with. Shy at first but when we get to know each other, I am actually talkative and fun to be with. I like to explore around yet I love to stay at home.
I (Lily) grew up on a fruit farm in North West Victoria in a regional area and have decided to move to Melbourne to study at Victoria University to become a Dietician. I have worked mostly in the hospitality industry since the age of 14 and will be working as well as studying. My partner Thomas was originally from Tasmania moved to Melbourne some time ago and is currently working full time as an engineer in the metal fabrication industry and studying to improve his trade. Both my partner and I have a great appreciation for an array of music such as The Beatles, Drake, Fleetwood Mac, Beyoncé and PLENTY more. We both enjoy working out, cooking, outdoor activities, occasional drinks and are both 420 friendly Thomas is a very creative person who feels very passionate about bodybuilding- "its more of an art than a sport", cooking, building things, creating music, gaming and just chilling out. I appreciate the creative side as well such as dancing, music, make up, drag queens, cooking and napping. Naps are quite essential for me as I am a 20 year old Grandmother (not literally I have no kids) Looking for a modern home, not opposed to pets (I am a dog lady and Thomas is a cat guy) IDEALLY TWO ROOMS STUDY AND BEDROOM
