Hi I am a single, clean, fairly quiet, Australian male. I work in IT atm from home. I'm independent and like my downtime but would like to socialise on occasion. The essentials: 1) Cat-friendly. I need a home for 2 indoor cats.. If you have a dog it needs to be quiet and well-behaved. Needs to tolerate cats. 2) Quiet, peaceful location and bedroom has privacy. 3) Australian housemate(s). Non-smokers that includes visitors. Highly desirable : * Undercover area for a home gym - if you already have one huge + * The room needs to be at least 3x3.5m (bigger if no BIR) to fit queen bed and desk * Respectful, considerate, sensible housemates. * Available long-term - at least 1 year - to avoid the hassles of moving again. * Housemates not OCD about cleaning * I may need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is huge/has plenty of space (mainly freezer). Or we could negotiate on sharing certain foods to reduce space. * Fast, unlimited internet . My budget is including bills and internet. May consider a cleaner. I want a house or townhouse with a yard.

My wife and I (Tristan 32, financial adviser; Renee 34, social worker) are looking for a place to stay for 6 months with the option to extend. We have a gorgeous 18month old (Noëlle), Tristan runs his company (and nation-wide team) from his laptop and Renee works casually whilst primarily looking after Noelle. We’re exploring options to buy a home in 12-18 months, so we’re looking for a home base in the interim, hopefully near beautiful nature.

Hi! My name is Jasmine and I'm a 19 year old student studying full-time at Macquarie University. I currently have a part time job as a self-employed private tutor as well and work about 6 days a week. I love going out and hanging out with friends for fun but also appreciate chilling out at home with a good movie too! I'm looking for someone open-minded who is able to help me maintain a clean flat and also down for a good laugh every now and then.

Hi I am making a move to the big city (Melbourne or Sydney) so that I can study in the city full time, graphic design and illustration for next year...Or I would stay in the Mountains if I could find the right person..(then I will travel in to the city). I have 3 cats but I say I have two because they are all quite old now and spend most of their time asleep inside. They are clean and well behaved. We have moved overseas and back and all around Australia together, we are a cat bunch. So other cats or dogs would be too stressful for them. I am bit of a homebody. So a house with two living areas or a large bedroom for me or as a second living area would be ideal, as I will be doing art work and writing from home. I want a good balance of own space and independence with a shared meal here and there, Maybe we even have our TV's in our bedrooms? I have shared before but so used to do doing my own thing and living on my own, so I guess having someone who can relate to that would be good... I am non smoker and not drinker too, and into vegetarian almost vegan foods, and a bit of an animal activist too, so would love someone on the same page with me, or who can respect that. I would suit one female or one sensitive guy, a macho guy wouldn't suit. Thanks .......

Hey guys! I work 5 to 6 days a week as a barista. I'm super chill and easy going, love a good chat but I'm generally pretty quiet. Totally fine with friends/partners coming round occasionally. I have a well behaved indoor kitty named Mika who would love some extra cuddles and I own 1 car 😊

I'm fairly quiet. Not into parties. I might have someone or a few people over every so often. I enjoy getting to know my flatmates but i'm happy with my own company too. I'm ideally after one other flatmate or a place of my own. You may find that people me a bit odd at first but that'll probably remain most of the stay. I've been working in aged care then palliative and assisting people with disabilities to get the most out of life for the last couple of years. I wish to get the most out of life too. I'm into pop culture as in movies, music, TV, books and what have you. I'm really hoping to find something pet friendly. I miss having a dog around and I want to help train a dog to help others as I know how calming it can be with a canine companion. And I just really would like a dog in the house. I think that's everything. If you think of anything else please let me know. Thank you.
