Ideally looking for a room to fit a king bed and a garage/undercover car spot. Easy to get along with, down to earth, incredibly considerate and responsible. Work in the healthcare industry on the Northern Beaches. Enjoy an active lifestyle where home is mostly a sanctuary. Love music, a nice meal out, the beach and time with family and friends!
Hi, My name is Ingrid and I am a 25 year old teacher currently living in St Ives. I am looking to share either an apartment, house or townhouse and am looking for a room with an ensuite/own bathroom. Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm easygoing and friendly, but I respect other's space and privacy. I'm tidy, quiet and clean - and happily do my share of the house and garden chores. I'm looking for a peaceful, friendly house, maybe sharing a glass of wine, even a meal every now and then, but I don't want to live in a party house. I like to socialise with my housemates, but also like my own space. I watch the odd program on TV, but I'm not glued to it. Also, I'm a non-smoker and my preference is to live in a non-smoking house. I have two beautiful pets - a 5yr old border collie called Mr Finn who is super friendly (everyone that meets him falls in love with him!), well behaved and I keep him clean and well groomed. I also walk him at least 2 hours a day and take him sheepherding now and then (!) so he's quiet and relaxed when he's home. I also have a 7yr old cat called Kitwe (named after a small town in Zambia) who pretty much sleeps and eats and has a playtime every now and then. They are inside/outside pets, so they need to be allowed into the house. I'm currently working part time (online from home as a VA) and studying part time, as well as building my own business, so I will spend a fair amount of time doing my own thing. I'm looking for either a share house with only one or two other housemates, or a garden cottage/studio. I also need a garden that is fenced so my pets can spend time out there safely. I have great references, both in Australia and overseas. I've lived in my current place for 18 months, and previously in my own place for 5 years (overseas) and in Australia before that. I have shared before (I'm sharing now) and I'm still great friends with some of my ex house mates. I'm originally from the UK (a long time ago!), but I emigrated to Australia nearly 30 years ago, after spending many years mostly in South Africa. If you want to ask me any questions - send me a message and I'll reply as soon as I see it! Thanks!

Hi, I'm an easy going guy working in the automotive industry. Originally from the Northern Beaches but moved away to focus on my career. Now looking for a change to sharing a place with some friendly like-minded people. I drink socially on occasion, do not smoke, and work long hours. During the week I enjoy a quiet meal and some Netflix, or to chill out and listen to music. I'll try to get some jogging or cycling in if I can. I often work long hours and also work interstate and overseas every now and then.
We are quiet, we clean up after ourselves and we tend to a low profile. I'm a support care worker and my husband works at Aldi. We like watching movies and English soccer, going out and spending time with family and friends.

Happy to have a student, local Aussie or overseas student, or full-time worker. We have a pool and a friendly dog and cat. Bus is at the door going to city or Gordon station or Macquarie Uni.

Our home is in leafy Davidson next door to Frenchs Forest, minutes from Glenrose Village shopping centre, Glen Street theatre, library and fitness centre . We have a furnished studio within the house with separate entrance. The room looks out to the front garden and has r/c air con. Your bathroom is next door and there is a kitchenette in our laundry at the end of the hallway, including microwave. The kitchen is functional now but there will be further improvements completed by end of February. There is a small courtyard with cafe table and chairs. Reasonable and responsible use of internet and utilities included. The bus at the corner can take you to the city, Chatswood and Warringah Mall and has connections for Macquarie uni and beaches. We are a family of four looking for a non-smoking, quiet, clean and tidy person. Prefer female but not exclusively. Students welcome. No pets or overnight guests.
I’m a tidy, considerate male in my 40s seeking a room in a house (or in a granny flat) to rent from the owner in Frenchs Forest, Belrose, Davidson, Narraweena or Dee Why. The house needs to be in a quiet location - far enough away from any main roads like Forest Way, Warringah Road or Pittwater Road. I want to rent from the owner instead of sharing a house with other renters so that I have some predictability and stability with the tenancy. The maximum rent that I want to pay is $200 per week including electricity. However, I’m happy to do chores such as weekly or fortnightly lawn mowing and edging (with the owner’s equipment) and garden clean-up to make up the shortfall in the rent that the owner is seeking for the room. The room needs to be unfurnished and rectangular in shape with vertical, non-sloping walls. The minimum size of the room that I’m looking for is 3 metres long and 2.5 metres wide. A room with this minimum size would need to have the door on one of the shorter walls. A room of this size would mean that I would need to store 20 plastic, stackable storage cartons containing belongings somewhere else in the house, which have a footprint that is 152cm long and 56cm wide when stacked in four columns of five cartons each. The room could also be larger. The ideal size of room for me would be 3.5 metres long and 3 metres wide with the door on one of the shorter walls. A room of this size would allow me to store these 20 plastic cartons inside the room. Whatever the size of the room, I have two steel toolboxes that would need to be stored outside. The footprint of each toolbox is 116cm long and 38cm wide. The room needs to have a minimum of two 240 volt power points. Four would be ideal. I would want to put a small fridge in the room on a wooden base to store my food. I cook very simple dinners - steamed vegetables and rice (with things like tomato cut up on top) - and I cook three nights' dinners in one go. I need internet access so it would be great if there's an opportunity to share the owner's internet access and pay an extra weekly or monthly amount. I don’t smoke or drink alcohol. I also don’t have any pets but I love animals - especially cats. If you have a suitable room, please let me know. Thanks a lot.

I'm from Cairns, I have just graduated from school and I have deferred my course at Medical school for 12 months, so I have decided to move out from my family and just experience something new and different this year. I'm a pretty easy going guy and likes almost anything, I also can do chores and errands and know how to cook a little. I'm a non-smoker with no pets and looking for a quiet place to stay. I am still currently living in Cairns, but I am intending to find a place to move down in early April.
I am friendly, considerate, responsible, tidy, trustworthy and fun! I am a 2015 graduate geotechnical engineer from the University of Queensland, that has travelled Europe, Scandinavia and recently returned from working abroad in the UK. I have just secured an awesome permanent junior geotechnical engineer offer, which I am very greatful for, at Macquarie Park, Sydney which begins on the 20th March! Having to relocate to Sydney from Brisbane I am looking for shared housing, apartments, etc. Note: I am required to drive into work, so I will have a Kia Rio to park either off street or garaged. I love Salsa dancing, playing guitar in bands, volunteering at youth groups, keeping fit, engaging with new people and making friends. I am looking forward to settling long term into Sydney and sharing a new home locality with a great bunch of people.
My name is Emma, I am 18 and a qualified hairdresser working 6-7 days a week. I'm a hardworking, neat and highly organised person. Active and a Vegetarian, who's big on cooking. Friendly, easy going and reliable.
I'm currently living in Alexandria and looking to move further north for cheaper rents and to be closer to family and friends. I'm generally busy 5-6 days a week working and studying tourism in the city so I'm not around too often. I rely on public transport so I would ideally like to live within 15 mins walking distance of a train station and supermarket. I'm clean, tidy and considerate and not really up for house parties but happy to share the occasional dinner, daily catch up or beverage of an evening. That said, I also value my own space. I have all my own bedroom furniture but nothing extra however I'm happy to contribute to purchasing other furniture if needed. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, Netflix, reading the occasional book and hanging out with friends.
Qing and I are are both easy going, all accepting lovers of life. I am a skilled massage therapist of over 13 years and Qing is a highly attentive part-time Yoga teacher and full time translator. If there are any health concerns for our family and friends, one or both of us will have ways to help (if we are asked), that said, if anyone wants to live an unhealthy lifestyle, we support that too! Life is meant to be enjoyed, what ever that means to you (so long as your not hurting anyone else). I'm also a mild adrenaline junkee. I used to ride motorbikes but one too many accidents has lead to interventions by my family and friends. So, I'm banned from motorbikes. Fair enough i guess, I always say "enjoy life however you please, so long as your not hurting anyone else", and it sure does upset my mum and a few others when I get busted up. So, trampoline parks seem to be my most dangerous activity these days. Qing is a very active (and very small) young lady with a thirst for knowledge and always keen for a laugh, even at her own expense (or mine). She will try anything once, but usually doesn't give up until her skills have been honed. She is a terrible cook, but her determination is paying off as her skills are improving. Her family owns a tea farm in China, so she can tell you all kinds of amazing things about tea. she also enjoys studying with Coursea, so she know all kinds of stuff about all kinds of things. She is also a talented belly-dancer. Her father instilled a philosophy quite deeply in her to never show off or try to draw praise, so she is very humble and unassuming, only expressing her knowledge when its necessary or if asked.
I am an ex New Yorker whom works as project manager in a large bank in Sydney. My girlfriend is from Indonesia and works as a book keeper. We are both mature, fun and respect others privacy. If you require any further information, please feel free to drop me a line

Hi, i'm Maddie. I currently live at home but looking to move into a houseshare or to start up a new one. (I'm not interested in an apartment) My ideal place would be a very pet-friendly house with a fenced backyard as I have a 5 month old puppy! Other housemates would NEED to love dogs! I'm very easy going and friendly! I'm tidy and considerate, always cleaning up after myself and my dog. If i'm not at work or uni i'm usually taking my dog to the park/beach/friends house. I'm always friendly and up for a chat. I'm a little OCD so you don't have to worry about mess or cleaning up after me. I love all things music, I sing and play guitar - but if you need some quiet that's completely fine with me too
I'm a friendly, sociable and approachable person. I'm a high school English and history teacher. I have a great sense of humour, I am tidy, clean and organised. I love to cook, read and go for walks to unwind.
Hi, I'm from the Netherlands and I am coming to Australia for an internship of nursing. Because I'm working in shifts I like to live with someone who is considerate about this (of course I'll do the same for you!). I'm friendly, fun and good company! I love to eat and to socialize, so I will always be up for an nice evening of cooking and wine! But I'm also fine by watching some series in my room by my own. I've been to Sydney before but I would love to discover some new spots there!
Looking to move out of home, moving out for the first time but have boarded at school so I have a good understanding of sharing space. Studying psychology at the moment, working part time in retail and childcare in the Hornsby area. would also be able to support myself through centrelink's youth allowance as a student living out of home. Always happy to chill out and chat after work or uni, not a massive party animal but also don't mind meeting people if roommates like having people over. would prefer to be close to a train station or bus stop.
Hi there, my name is Jane, 25 year old and I am an ICU nurse working in a private hospital on the north shore. I am looking for a place to relax after work but also to have a chat and hang out. I don't smoke and I am always up for teamwork when it comes to cleaning. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
