I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 50 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Currently looking at somewhere off the train line on the north shore on a quiet street. So I can walk+bus to a train station and then catch a train to Wynyard. Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and silence. Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My NUMBER ONE priority is a place to sleep that is QUIET. Not located near a noisy street/shop/neighbour and also internal quiet - living with people who also value quiet in the evening from 9pm onwards. I am quite sociable and would like to live with people who i can chat with but need quiet for rest/sleep. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a quiet room, laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) and good outdoor space, with professional people. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
Hey potential flatmates!! I'm a super down to Earth easy going guy from Cape Town South Africa. This will be my first trip to Sydney so I'm incredibly excited to share accommodation & meet new people. I'm a young professional, used to living a clean & tidy lifestyle in my own apartment since 2013. Prior to that I lived with friends and flatmates with no complaints! I believe in working hard and playing hard so having a good balance is key! My hobbies include: The beach, running, gym, hiking, site seeing, new people & places, night life, barbeque (Braai) & beers, friends, always a good laugh!! I'll be working as a Contracts Administrator (QS) on the NorthConnex project. I've travelled around South Africa but never abroad before. So this is a brand new opportunity/experience for me and I'll be looking for an interesting and awsome flatmate to help me kick off this new chapter!

Hi! My name is Olivia, I am a 3rd year nursing student studying at Avondale College. I also work as an assistant nurse at the SAN. I used to live in the nurses residence at the SAN but am now driving back and forth from my home in Newcastle. I have been doing a few house sitting jobs in Sydney until I can find a suitable house to move into. I am very reliable, tidy, organised and respectful of others. I tend to keep to myself but do enjoy socialising when I'm not at uni or work.
Hello, We have one bedroom available for rent in our family home. The room is a spacious 5x5m, already furnished with a queen size bed, built in wardrobe, lounge and coffee table. You will have your own bathroom (toilet/shower) but share a common vanity with my sister. We have a garden, a pool, a dog (whippet) and a ragdoll cat (when she decides to appear). Street parking is available, unlimited internet and bills are included. The shops are a 2 minute drive, Gordon station is a 10 minute drive/bus and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk.
Hi there, I am looking for a place for my boyfriend. Stjohn is 22, very introverted and loves his own privacy. He is by no means a party animal and would prefer to find a quite place to rent. Of course he would understand if you would like the occasional gathering and friends/family over and will respect you and your own wishes. He is looking to move out ASAP due to unforeseen circumstances at his current home. Stjohn moved here from South Africa around 10 years ago, he enjoys playing guitar and video games in his own time. He also likes to train in Mixed Martial Arts, attends University at AIM and works part time at Aldi (as well as teaching guitar on his days off). If you think you have the perfect home for his, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you :)
We have one room available , on the first floor of our place in St Ives. Ideally suited for long-term single, professional people who work nearby and want the luxury of a prestige home, without the associated expense. We offer furnished generous rooms with all utilities including wifi internet, shared bathroom and separate toilet upstairs used only by tenants, access to the main gourmet kitchen downstairs and to a family room downstairs. That room has a flat screen TV with great sound system, DVD player and Fetch TV with standard Fetch subscription and access to pay-per-view movies [your cost, of course]. Via Fetch there is a Netflix account as well as Stan. Street parking. Walking distance to St Ives Village, close to bus transport which leads to Gordon station for easy city access. The ground floor family room looks out over an in-ground pool which you may also use. We do have a cat, who is rather friendly, so if you are allergic - this is not for you. The room is actually two rooms, so it works well for someone who wants to have their sleeping area separate from their living area. The room comes with a desk, office chair, bar fridge, single bed with a set of linen to get started and a/c.
Centrally located, short walk to shopping centre, restaurants, buses to CBD, Gordon Station, Hornsby. One large unfurnished light filled room, with skylight and built-in robe $280 pw. One small unfurnished, light filled room without built-in robe.
I'm an easy going person who lives tge outdoors ! Looking for a place that's hospitable and friendly, I enjoy socialising and love getting to know people ! Currently studying nursing and midwifery and working as a nanny and tennis coach !
Pool, spa, sauna, views, bushwalks nearby. Post divorce house with up to three teenage daughters in residence. Understandably, GIRLS ONLY PLEASE. It's a rumpus room converted to self contained area which was going to be a teenagers' retreat. It has a kitchenette with oven, microwave, sink and fridge, but does not have a cooktop. It does has its own separate access. There are bus stops a short walk away that service Gordon station and also an express bus to the city. There is a spiral staircase up to the rest of the house, so it is not acoustically isolated in either direction! I can blank off that staircase if need be. Some facilities like laundry are shared with the other occupants. The tenant would want to be somewhat social and be happy to allow two teenagers to focus on the HSC by not partying all night. I'm looking for an individual, not a couple or a parent/child. The fit of the person to the environment is important. I would rather the space be left vacant than have a tenant who didn't suit our family's circumstances. That being said, as a single dad I now have a serious mortgage and I need the extra income to help pay it off. The room is currently fitted out as a rumpus room. I'm happy to let it furnished or unfurnished and make it more suitable as a private space by fitting curtains or making sensible easy changes like that. The needs of the tenant will dictate whether I strip it out for you, or leave much of the furniture there. You decide! There's also a terribly affectionate Cavoodle dog who is bound to become your new best friend. If you are anti-dog, you need to factor that in.

Easy-going, respectful, and clean person who is looking for the same in a roommate! I am definitely not a party person (I work full time), and respect your privacy and space. I socialise outside of home, but I’m also happy with watching a movie or having dinner with roommates. I really like video games, tv shows, movies, and reading. I prefer to Team Up with one other person and start a new sharehouse, however I am willing to go to an existing house if it's the right fit. I have rented in the Eastern Suburbs for the past five years; and have gotten a job in Frenchs Forest, so I’d like to move to the Northern Beaches. I’d like to pay less than $300 per week, and I am happy to share a bathroom. I currently live with a wonderful girl who is moving overseas, which means I have an apartment full of furniture and appliances to bring with me (I am good at the boring stuff like bills). She is also leaving her bed, bedside table, and desk. However, if you’d like to bring your own bedroom furniture, that’s cool too! I am a non-smoker who is also allergic to furry pets (my hayfever is very entertaining to watch in the spring). I'd prefer to live with just one other person (female preferred, but I’m happy to live with a male if it’s a good fit). I’d like to move in September/October, however I’m pretty flexible with the dates. Send me a message if you’d like to know more or meet up :)

Hi, My boyfriend, Nick and I are looking for a team up to get a 2 bedroom for $450-$550. We currently live on the northern beaches, but am looking to be closer to a train line to lessen the commute. We are not home during the week very often due to work and usually leave the house around 7 and get home at 8. However, when we are home, we're usually pretty relaxed, however like the house to be clean and tidy. Happy to spend a night at the movies or watch a season on Netflix with you. Nick cooks a lot of meals, and we usually go out on the weekends, but are respectful of others. I also have heaps of furniture from my past apartment and would be happy to help out where needed. I would love you to get in contact with me if you think we would be a good match. Kind regards, Georgia Rose Andersen
I am a peaceful tidy & chilled professional looking for a modern accommodation to share with one other female. I am not looking for shared rooms.
Love good conversation, quite intellectual, enjoy sharing a meal and some heady discussion, mature minded, LGBTI friendly, clean up after myself. I have a cat as well, and am an animal lover. Work part-time in mental health, but will happily work elsewhere if someone's prepared to pay me for my time (lol!). Keen to move in as soon as possible.
Hi! I am a responsible, clean and friendly non smoking 24 year old teacher. I have some of my own furniture, a car and a one year old friendly cat. I am looking for a long term lease (with a formal rental agreement) on the Upper North Shore of Sydney or in Norwest somewhere that will fit a queen sized bed, is a smoke free home and has a large outdoor space for my cat to explore. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, doing yoga, playing board games, reading and exploring Sydney. I look forward to hearing from you! :)
Hi there :) My name is Jordyn and I am a 22 year old female. I am an absolute animal lover, whoever I end up with needs to be willing to accept my two rabbits and snake alongside me. I am studying to be a vet nurse and currently work at a well known dog rescue in Sydney. I am looking to move out in mid November this year. I do have a long term boyfriend who will also be hanging around (he is nice though, you'll like him). I am not fussed about the location as I am used to driving. I am social but I also do like my own space.
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
Fit, healthy, from a large family and understand the flexibility required to live in a group situation. Generally quiet but like to have a chat and am happy to help out around the house. A morning person, I like to be outdoors, ride my bike and enjoy the sunshine.
