First of all the property is really close to Macquarie University.Which makes is great for macquarie students. It is only a 6 minutes distance from here to macquarie university and macquarie centre. Also the bus stop is just in front of the apartment. This apartment is fully furnished and a really nice place to live in. It has a fully furnished kitchen with everything a person needs. The dining room has a very nice balcony with the nicest view. The room we are renting is a living room. The dining room and the living room is separate rooms. So any person living on the drawing will have full privacy. It also has a divider. The room is fully furnished. Comes with a single bed, pillows, bedsheets and cushions. It has a bedside table and a table lamp. It also has two wardrobes. The best thing is,it also comes with a heater. We also have all time accessible laundry room with washing machine and dryer .Basically it has everything that is needed to live comfortably. Above all, the rent is really cheap. Only 110$ per week and it is no secret that how expensive properties are in this area. All together it is a really great place to live in at the cheapest price and the nicest flatmates ever!
