The house is very spacious and it’s in a great location, it's a big house and a stone's throw away from the beach. Great in summer. The living room is massive with a large bay window that looks down on the eildon rd. It's a dead end st so it's pretty quiet. Looking for a potential flatmate long term. Holds permanent residency or sponsored through their work. The living room also has a walk out balcony and so does the kitchen. The room for rent is spacious , it will be unfurnished so you can move your own stuff in. It has a fantastic balcony that looks down onto he garden. Aircon for the hot summer nights. The balcony is a sun trap and its lovely in the evenings. The room also has built in robes. It's not a party house if you get me, into healthy living and we have respect for other flatmates. So if you looking for a chilled place to live and have good bit of space, maybe this is it? Cheers Dave
Hi! My name is Sam and i’m from England. I will be living In Melbourne for 3 months over summer whilst on a working holiday. I’m a very outgoing and friendly person. I really enjoy cooking, camping and hiking and am partial to some good wine. I’ve just finished travelling the East coast for a few months and am very much ready to leave the hostel life behind. Ideally looking for a furnished room in a house with some like minded people. Feel free to get in touch regarding any listings/ questions you may have
Hi there, I'm from Peru, I'm currently studying communication design at Monash. I’ve been in Australia for almost three years with the intention to stay two more years or more. I'm into photography, art, and music, I'm a tv shows binger, I like to keep the shared areas clean (I'm a bit of a neat freak I don’t mind if you’re not, just as long as we clean after Ourselves I’m fine with it ;) I'm looking for a place close to the Sandriham line, I would prefer to live with people around the same age, although people has told me I’m quite mature for my age, I’m a 60 yo women on a body of a 20 y/o any more questions don't hesitate to message me :) My moving date is flexible.
I'm a barber from the UK. I'm pretty chilled most of the time but I do like to go out for the odd drink and socialising although I tend to keep the partying out of the house. I love the outdoors, beaches, road trips, days out, hikes, you name it I'm usually down for it. But I'm also partial to a good Netflix binge too. I've just arrived in Melbourne after travelling the east coast for 2 months. Looking for a nice place to live, preferably furnished, with some cool housemates where I can have a bit of personal space (so done with the hostel life now ) but also hang out sometimes too :)
Hi, I am Ashleigh and I work full time in the CBD. Can be pretty flexible with length of stay, ideally 6-12+ months and move in dates. I am pretty chilled during the week, quite social so love to come home and have a chat/glass of wine after work. Not looking for a party house - I like to think I manage to balance down time with socialising with housemates well. I try to get to the gym before or after work as often as I can. Really just looking for like-minded people to share with - I'm clean and tidy, reliable, friendly, easy going and happy. I have been fortunate enough to remain good friends with previous flatmates which I think is important.

Two English guys, just settled in Melbourne after travelling up then down the east coast, hoping to meet some like-minded people. Very clean and tidy people and happy to spend time with housemates, binge watching netflix or going out for drinks!
I’m neat and tidy, looking for someone I don’t have to be a complete stranger with, someone who enjoys a chat and can hang out for a few wines with me sometimes. I work really hard I have 2 jobs 1 being a brow specialist and most weekends doing some waitressing. I don’t have any pets although if you have a dog or cat I’m happy with that! I have a ton of furniture and tvs if need be also! I do like my own space also so my own bathroom and preferably a bigger room is something I’d be interested in! :) I’m super super chilled out chick just looking for a place to call home for the next little while a place I can grow and make some New friends! Sw and lgbt friendly!!
