I'm Alberto and i'm looking for a place to stay at least 6 months. I have a working holiday visa and i want to find a job in hospitality. I'm friendly and with previous experience in sharing a house, so no problems about housekeeping and bills. I like to play tennis, to swim and go to the gym. Also if there is a chance to go out and have some fun why not. I'm going to arrive in Melbourne the 28th of october and i will stay in a hostel until the 3rd of november, so it will be a pleasure to find something for that date. Thank you very much. Alberto
My name's Jacob but I usually just go by Jake, I'm 22 and into technology, art, music and cycling - I relocated to Melbourne from Perth in October because Melbourne is awesome and have secured full time work here whilst continuing to work remotely part-time for an information security consulting firm in WA. I've been staying with a friend in Melbourne and am looking for more permanent accomodation to call my own for a minimum of around 6 months, I like to keep my living space neat, happy to split household costs fairly and would prefer somewhere with modern kitchen/bathroom and decent internet, convenience of getting to the CBD for work is also a plus (nearby public transport etc) Always keen for a bit of household banter/to make dinner and watch a movie or something from time to time but I work hard and like to chill outside of that (AKA I'm not going to be inviting handfuls of people over) also if you have any tech issues it's pretty much certain I can resolve them. I have good rental references from real estate in Perth (have held leases in my own name previously) as well as any professional or personal references that are necessary. Hit me up if you have any questions/wanna offer me a place or get lunch and discuss it (feel free to show me more places to get delicious food in Melbourne)
We are a couple from Malaysia who will be having our working holiday in Melbourne. We are currently looking for a studio room (private) to rent and we hope to stay for at least 6 months. We are friendly and love making new friends. If you have any places that matches my requirements, please do not hesitate to send me an email.

I'm keen to get out amongst it and check out all that Melbourne has to offer. Like to keep active and will get involved with whatever is around. Looking for somewhere with awesome housemates, decent transport and easy enough street parking.

Hi guys ! My friend Lucile and I are looking for a place to live in together. We are both french but speak perfect English (minus the accent I'd say). I love coffee and chocolate and Lucile is a faithful vegetarian - we also love cats but this is not food related ;) Sharing a place with other people would be an option for us since we come with no furniture (fridge and everything) and mostly we love and hope to speak English on a daily basis. We are very social, fun and considerate. We like to cook and watch movies with our housemates. We are pretty busy with work during the week but Sunday is all about chilling ! We both live close to the beach and would like to stay in the same area. This will be a promise for the best summer - and more!

Currently my long term plans are pretty open so therefore I'm looking for a short term lease on a private room in a nice shared house/apartment with nice roommates. Hi potential flatmates! I'm thomas, 31 years old. I left my beloved France last year where I lived seven years in Paris. I'm looking for some friendly flatmates willing to share more than just the rent and bills. I would wish in st kilda or closed suburbs. I would say that I am respectful, reliable and open-minded. I'm too old anymore to make party everytime, but sometimes I forget it! I'm quite tidy for a bloke... not based on my mum but according to female friends and that is worth, right?! :-) I'm working as a Consultant because I like to be paid telling to people what they have to do and...hum...no I shouldn't say that here, forget it -_- What else, I am really into soccer, enjoy nice strolls listenning some electronic music and I need to be near to the sea even if I swim like a stone :-/ Conclusion, I am just modestly a bargain! ahah
We are two girls from Norway, who are looking for a place to stay now that we have finished travelling up the East Coast. Both of us finished college last year, and we are now enjoying our freedom before studying next fall. We are chilled, enthusiastic, reliable and keen to meet new people! Also, we enjoy making great food and like to keep things organised. We are looking for full-time or part-time work in Melbourne and want some routine back, by living in a flat and not 10 bed dorm hostels!

Hey folks, EXCHANGE STUDENT; GERMAN; DEAKIN UNIVERSITY; 25; NICE; TIDY; LAUGHING; FUN So first of all, my name is Yannik and I am a 25-year-old exchange student at Deakin University. After finishing school in 2011 I moved to Münster in a flatshare with two other people and started to study business. But to be honest I don’t see myself as a typical “finance business suited management person” and maybe this is why a friend I get to know in Sydney asked me, if I would really study business? :D During my Bachelor degree I did a semester abroad in San Diego, USA. I spent most of the time with my four roommates. This time was one of my best in my life and this is why I decided to do another semester abroad later on during my Master studies. After finishing my Bachelor studies I did a gap year, moved to Munich and did an internship at the Walt Disney Company for 6 months. After that I travelled through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia for 3 months. Then I started my Master studies with the major in Marketing in October 2015 that I will continue after this semester abroad in April 2017. Besides I would describe myself as an open-minded person. Traveling really helps to think outside the box! and I think I am an over-average tidy person. I don’t really like chaos. I am really interested in sports in general, but especially in football. I am a fan of Borussia Dortmund, so maybe you have heard about the “Yellow Wall” ;). I also have played football at the football club in my hometown, but I also like playing volleyball, basketball and tennis and I try to go skiing once a year in the Alpes. The last 6 months I did CrossFit. Furthermore I am into tv series and movies (e.g. Breaking Bad, House of Cards, Walking Dead…). I watch a lot of Tv series with my flatmates. Last time we finished GoT the second time ;) I also like having a few beers with friends and mostly we go clubbing once a week. Last but not least I am not someone who locks himself in his room. My room door is always open and I don’t know why but in every flat I have lived in, my room evolved into a second living room :D I would love to hear from you :) Cheers! Or Prost (German)! Yannik

My name is Josh. A 25 year old, who enjoys a peaceful yet balanced environment. For me, work, gym, studies and an occasional drink makes up a typical week. I appreciate clean surroundings and relaxing conversations. My energy goes mainly towards work and gym but I'm open to spontaneous trips when my schedule allows me to.
